• • • • • Developing Self 自我提升 • • • • • • Reliability 忠诚的 • • • • • • Cultural Awarene 文化认知 • • Ivan 门童岗位职责 1.负责对抵店客人表示欢迎,准确及时提供开车门、拉门服务。 2.宾客车辆停稳后按照规定程序热情主动的为客人开启车门,欢迎客人;送客人离店时代 客人叫车,开启车门,送客人上车。 3.协助保安部疏导酒店门前抵店的各种车辆,保持门口清洁、秩序良好。 4.注意观察进出店客人,发现可疑客人立即报告,并采取有效行动。 5.协助行李员疏导和搬运抵店或离店团队及散客的行李。 6.保持仪表整洁、态度和蔼,给客人留下良好的酒店形象。 7.帮助助客人解决一般问题,如解决不了及时联系当值领班 8.准确回答客人酒店及景区相关信息 9.负责每日各部门报纸、邮件的分发及派送.客人来到酒店, 与服务人员有交流的第一个岗位很可能是车场保安和礼宾部门童, 门童岗是 所有出入酒店客人必经的通道。 因此, 门童的形象在第一时间也代表了客人对酒店的第一感 知。那么,作为酒店的咽喉———门童岗,如何让客人在短时间内,认知门童的服务,享受 到酒店服务的温馨,这就必须要求服务人员在对客服务中具备以下三个要素。 第一要素: 第一要素:细心观察 只有通过细心观察,才能够抓住对客服务的切入点,进行正确分析,推断出客人下一个 服务需求和未来的需求是什么。 细心观察包括观察客人到店的交通工具、性别、年龄、衣着、随身物品等信息,从而推断出客人是本地人还是异地人,是商务客人还是政府官员,是刚下 飞机还是刚下火车等等。总之一句话,观察一定要细心,力争达到窥斑识豹,不放过客人所 流露出的每一点信息、一个标志、一个号码、一个举动,为下一步服务奠定坚实地基础。 第二要素: 第二要素:适时服务 适时服务, 就是要做到适时适地, 恰如其分地为客人提供卓越服务, 并让客人有所感知, 认可其服务。门童要做好以下几点:时时刻刻都以标准的站立姿势站在自己的岗位上;细心 观察自己视野中即将要通过门庭的客人; 当客人距手拉门 5 米内, 面带微笑并用眼神关注客 人; 在客人距离手拉门 1.5 米时, 迅速用标准规范动作打开门; 在客人通过服务人员面前时, 面带微笑点头示意,并用得体的语言问候客人。 第三要素: 第三要素:有道别声 一个产品从原料加工到生产成为一个成品, 是否真正的合格, 需要的最后一关———质 检。 门童工作是迎送客人, 迎完了客人之后如何送客, 是决定服务是否完整的一个衡量标准。 只有在客人离开酒

店通过门庭时,与客人进行愉快道别,让客人感受到服务之温馨,这样的 服务才是标准的、合格的。作为门童,与客道别要做到以下几点:用眼神去关注客人;微笑 面对客人并点头示意;在客人即将通过的瞬间打开车门;配以得体的道别语言;目送客人离 开视线,以防客人有其他需求,以便及时进行跟进服务。
