Dear Mr.Li,
After half year’s work, I would like to give you a brief report about the project I am doing.
Generally speaking, the project is kept in the right way and is developed very smoothly.Two third of the work has been finished as scheduled and it has gone through the quality test.For the left work, we plan to finish it in the future two months.
We also meet some problems during the construction.As the rain season will come, I hope you can send ten more workers to the project so that we can finish this project before rain season.What is more, sometimes materials can not be carried here at time, which slowed the proce.
If you have some good suggestions for the project, please advise us.I also hope you can come here to have field visit.
