高二学期末至高三上学期英语教学计划

【一】、本阶段的指导思想:

在本阶段的英语教学中,主要针对高三英语复习教学中学生存在的问题,疏导心理,培养兴趣;周密计划,狠抓落实;精心准备,保障复习;务实基础,培养能力;循环复习,科学纠错,从而提高学生的高考英语成绩。要坚持以下理念的应用:

1、要面向全体学生,关注每个学生的情感,激发他们学习英语的兴趣,帮助他们建立学习的成就感和自信心,使他们在学习过程中发展综合语言运用能力,提高人文素养,增强实践能力,培养创新精神;

2、整体设计目标,体现灵活开放,目标设计以学生技能,语言知识,情感态度,学习策略和文化意识的发展为基础;

3、突出学生主体,尊重个体差异,让学生在老师的指导下构建知识,提高技能,磨练意志,活跃思维,展现个性,发展心智和拓展视野;

4、注重过程评价,促进学生发展,建立能激励学生学习兴趣和自主学习能力发展的评价体系。该评价体系由形成性评价和终结性评价构成。在教学过程中以形成性评价为主,注重培养和激发学生的积极性和自信心;

5、开发课程资源,给学生提供贴近学生实际,贴近生活,贴近时代的内容健康和丰富的课程资源,要积极利用音像、电视、书刊杂志、网络信息等丰富教学资源,拓展学习和运用英语的渠道。

【二】.学生情况分析:

现有学生英语水平分布不均。就其英语基础总体分析,少部分基础较好,大多数一般,还有相当一部分较差。面对学生掌握英语的程度不一以及学习习惯和态度的良莠不齐,我决定采用分层教学与整体教学相结合的方式完成教学任务,努力提高他们的英语水平。

从语言技能角度分析,学生的听说读写能力发展并不平衡,听说能力不强,缺乏阅读技能训练,写作水平也有待提高。具体来说,大部分同学能够抓住所听语段的关键词,理解句子之间的逻辑关系:能从听力材料、简单演讲或讨论中提取信息和观点;能听懂正常语速的故事或记叙文,了解其中主要人物和事件以及他们之间的关系;能听懂日常指令并按指令完成任务。在写作方面,他们能根据写作要求收集准备素材;能描述简单人物和事件,并发表自己的见解;能给朋友写信,交流信息和情感。在读的方面,他们能从一般文字资料中获取主要信息和观点;能找出文章主题,理解故事情节;但阅读量太小而且面窄,阅读速度较慢,遇到生词时没有联系上下文猜词的习惯,而是一味地依靠字典,缺乏阅读技巧。

在语言知识方面,语法知识较为欠缺,在实际运用中有语法错误;对于日常生活,兴趣爱好,风俗人情,科学文化等方面的话题欠熟悉,最明显的是词汇量较少急待提高。

另外,学生在情感态度,学习策略和文化意识方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如:很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的,没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流;有些同学对学好英语缺乏自信,不敢用英语表达;很多同学不能从英语学习中体会到乐趣,不能经常接触英文歌曲,读物等;再学习中缺乏小组合作意识;大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯,不能做好课前预习课后复习,学习没有计划性和策略性;不善于发现和总结语言规律,不注意知识的巩固和积累;对英语国家的风土人情,地理文化,交际礼貌,宗教传统,表达习惯,生活方式等了解较少;世界意识淡泊。

【三】、具体目标:

一:针对学生的实际情况,我制定了以下五方面的教学目标:

语言技能:

听:

1、能识别不同语气所表达的不同态度;

2、能听懂有关熟悉话题的讨论和谈话并记住要点;

3、能抓住简单语段中的观点;

4、能基本听懂广播、电视英语新闻的主题或大意;

5、能听懂委婉的建议、劝告等。

说:

1、能使用恰当的语调和节奏;

2、能根据学习任务进行商讨和制订计划;

3、能报告实验和调查研究的过程和结果;

4、能经过准备就一般话题作3分钟演讲,

5、能在日常人际交往中有效地使用语言进行表达,如发表意见、进行判断、责备、投诉等;

6、能做一般的生活翻译,如带外宾购物、游览等。

读:

1、能理解阅读材料中不同的观点和态度;

2、能识别不同文体的特征;

3、能通过分析句子结构理解难句和长句;

4、能在教师的帮助下欣赏浅显的文学作品;

5、能根据学习任务的需要从电子读物或网络中获取信息并进行加工处理;

6、除教材外,课外阅读量应累计达到36万词以上。

写:

1、能写出连贯且结构完整的短文,叙述事情或表达观点和态度;

2、能根据课文写摘要;

3、能在写作中做到文体规范、语句通顺;

4、能根据用文字及图表提供的信息写短文或报告。

二、语言知识:

语音:

1、在实际交际中逐步做到语音、语调自然、得体、流畅;

2、根据语音、语调了解和表达隐含的意图和态度;

3、了解诗歌中的节奏和韵律;

4、根据语音辨别和书写不太熟悉的单词或简单语句。

词汇:

1、运用词汇理解和表达不同的功能、意图和态度等;

2、运用词汇描述比较复杂的事物、行为和特征,说明概念等;

3、学会使用4500个单词和400-500个习惯用语或固定搭配。

语法:

1、进一步掌握描述时间、地点、方位的表达方式;

2、进一步理解、掌握比较人、物体及事物的表达方式;

3、使用适当的语言形式进行描述和表达观点、态度、情感等;

4、学习、掌握基本语篇知识并根据特定目的有效地组织信息。

4、学习中遇到困难时知道如何获得帮助;

5、与教师或同学交流学习英语的体会和经验;

6、评价自己学习的效果,总结有效的学习方法,遵循记忆规律,提高记忆效果。

7、通过中外文化对比,加深对中国文化的理解。

【四】具体措施:

1、每天背诵一篇小故事

目的:巩固语法知识,扩充词汇量,了解国外的风土人情,传统习俗,生活方式,价值观念等,同时还可以练习听力和写作。

实施:先听写故事,练听力;再讲解并学习语言知识;然后再改写或仿写,练习写作及应用;最后要求学生背诵并默写,培养语感。

2、每天记30个生词,5个地道的常用句子或名言、习语。

实施:利用“日测”及时检查,保证效果并坚持下去。

3、每月阅读一本英文原著。

目的:扩大阅读量,丰富词汇,培养阅读技巧,学习并巩固语言知识,同时也加深对外国文化的了解。

实施要求:a:了解主题和故事情节。

b:摘抄精彩片断和句子。

c:整理生词并记忆,遇到难句与同学讨论或请教老师。

d:写读后感和书评。(在老师的指导下进行)

4、认真贯彻晨读制度:规定晨读内容,加强监督,保证晨读效果。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导,布置单独的作业,让他们在小进步,小转变中体味学习的快乐,树立学习的自信,尽快成长起来。

6、注学生的情感,营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围:

学生只有对自己、对英语及其文化、对英语学习有积极的情感,才能保持英语学习的动力并取得成绩。消极的情感不仅会影响英语学习的效果,而且会影响学生的长远发展。因此,在英语教学中我将自始至终关注学生的情感,努力营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

努力做到:

a、尊重每个学生,积极鼓励他们在学习中的尝试,保护他们的自尊心和积极性;

b、把英语教学与情感教育有机地结合起来,创设各种合作学习的活动,促使学生互相学习、互相帮助,体验集体荣誉感和成就感,发展合作精神;

c、特别关注性格内向或学习有困难的学生,尽可能多地为他们创造语言实践的机会;

d、建立融洽、民主的师生交流渠道,经常和学生一起反思学习过程和学习效果,互相鼓励和帮助,做到教学相长。

如何激发职高学生学习英语的兴趣

在英语教学实践中,我了解到开展职高英语教学的难度和存在的问题。因为中职学生英语基础极差,学习的积极性不高,缺乏自信心,学生的两极分化现象严重。由于进校的目的不同,他们基本上没有学习的愿望。因此英语教和学的各项实践活动极难开展,他们常处于被动学习应付状态。针对上述情况,作为英语教师,如何花时间和精力去调动学生的学习积极性成了当务之急。针对职高学生的特点和职业教育的特性,我认为职高英语教学应重新重视入门教学,这对于增强学生的自信心,培养学习的持久性等方面都具有重要的作用,我们可以通过兴趣激发、情感投入及调动主体参与方式,培养学生的学习兴趣,提高学习效率。

一、趣激发法

1、激发兴趣,消除顾虑,让自信陪伴每个学生教育学家乌申斯基说:“没有兴趣的强制性学习,将会扼杀学生探索真理的欲望。”我们现代的教育实践也充分说明培养良好的兴趣是减轻学生负担,促进学生人格健全发展的重要环节。可以说,没有兴趣就没有求知欲。

无论以前的初中还是现在的小学,当学生初学英语时,兴趣都很浓厚,但随着学习难度的不断增加,语法不懂,单词记不住的现象时有发生,甚至有些学生连音标都有不会的现象也屡见不鲜,渐渐地这些学生失去学习英语的信心,产生畏难情绪,甚至放弃学习英语的念头也产生了,因此到了职高阶段,重新激发学生的学习兴趣就成了重中之重的问题。激发兴趣的第一步是鼓舞学生的士气。 为了树信心,老师不能急于求成,要有耐心,从最基本的知识点开始教学,而且丰引导学生读记单词时必须教给一定的拼读规则,对于有点进步的学生在课堂上应不断予以表扬和鼓励,强化他们的学习积极性。巩固了基础后,要求教师必须采取新奇且有“刺激”的教学手段开展教学。如每堂课开始时,让一个学生(按学号进行)用英语进行“ Duty Report”或“tell a story ”训练,以促进学生的课前笔头准备及课内口头表达操练的能力。这样做不仅给予了学生接受知识的方法,也使学生在活跃的课堂学习中加快了学习知识的速度。有时,我还将自己从电视上、报表上看到的一些重要新闻用英语描述给学生听,久而久之,学生的听力和口语表达能力自然能得到提高。有了进步,学生学习英语的兴趣也就自然可以形式。

2、由浅入深,循序渐进,让困难远离每个学生

任何一种学习活动都是一个循序渐进的过程,英语学习更是如此。开始学习的时候,就像幼儿学话一样,先从\"Morning!到\"Good morning!”flower“some flowers ”等等。这样由简到繁,由容易到渐难,降低了学习的坡度,使学生感到学习英语不但不是件难事,而是一件十分有趣的事,这样学生学起来就容易多了。

3、因材施教,分层教学,让成功属于每个学生

“两极分化”现象一直是英语教学是的一个大难题,它时刻困扰着我们每一个师生。为了避免这一现象的产生,教师应在课堂上采用层次教学法,在课外积极辅导学生。英语课堂教学要面向全体学生。“因材施教”是素质教育的一个重要方面,教师在授课时可将课堂问题、练习分为难、中、易三个层次,不同难度的问题请不同水平的同学来回答。如我在问有关天气的问题时,问尖子生: ”对后进生则问: \"Is it fine today?\" 这样可以让每个学生都体验到成功,使他们能有一个良好的状态进入课堂。在 \"Act the dialogue\" 一栏中,可让不同水平的学生来担任不同的角色。“主角”、“配角”及“旁白”,而他们也往往会根据内容和自身特点,配上相应语言、动作、表情,使表演更生动、活泼、形象。通过这种教学方法,使每个学生多了一点成就感,少了一点挫败感,特别是那些后进生,会在一次次的赞美声中重建信心。

二、情感教育法

每个教师都应在教育教学法中实践中重视对学生进行情感诱导, 充分发挥其教育功能。只有尊重学生才能教育学生, 没有尊重就不可能有真正意义的教育。实践证明教师的语言、表情、目光、行为等都是情感传播的媒介,对学生的学习态度的深刻的影响。因此情感教育可从以下两方面下手:

1、淡化师生意识,创建和谐师生关系

现实教学表明,学生初学英语,普遍存在着害羞、怕错等心理障碍,何况是已学过英语的职高生,更显得缺乏主动性和积极性。英语教师要改学生的这种现象,开启他们的口,一定要消除学生的害羞怕错的心理,因此在课堂上要淡化师生关系。学生在课堂上能大胆的发言,对他们来说本身不是一件容易的事,而且要用英语发言就显得更不容易了。要帮助他们克服心理上的胆怯,就要求我们为他们提供更为宽松的环境,教师在平时多与学生沟通,让学生把教师当作自己的朋友,而不是高高在上,只能仰视的严师。有了这些师生关系,学生在课堂上有不会有畏惧心理,师生之间就会有良好的、民主的关系,这对于学生的学习有很大的帮助,使学生意识到与老师是平等的,让学生感到老师不只是课堂中知识的传播者,在生活中更是自己可敬的长者或能帮助自己的大朋友。这样就能很好地激发学生的情感因素,调动学生学习的积极性,更有助于学生克服畏惧,畏难情绪,使得学生有疑问敢于向老师提出,有胆说出自己的想法,敢于自己去寻求知识。如一次英语课堂上,我发现一个学生伏在桌上,为了了解原因,我用英语问道:“ what\'s the matter?”“don\'t you feel ill?”“you\'d better not go asleep,or you\'ll catch acold?”这样几个简单的问题不但体现出教师对学生的关爱,让被问的学生能在老师循循的教诲中得以反省,也使别的同学无形地集中了注意力,提高了课堂教学效率。

2、重视教师教态,树立良好教师形象

在学生心目中,教师应在每个方面都是他们效法的榜样。教学教态应自然得体,同时也应庄重。随着时代的进步,教师的教态在教学过程中与学生融成一体。这样有助于吸引学生教师所教的课程。因为在课堂上,他们不喜欢那位老师,往往就对他所教的学课也厌倦。教师懂得这一点,就应该在课堂上注重自己的形象和教态,千方百计以自己的形象来调动学生的学习积极性。

3、主体参与法 英语是一门实践性很强的工具课,要使学生掌握语音、词汇和语法的基础知识,具有初步运用英语的能力,就必须指导学生的语言实践,培养他们实际运用语言的能力,我认为“主体参与”的学习活动对激发学生的兴趣和开展情感交流很有帮助。而所谓“主体参与”,就是在教师客体的引导下使学生这个主体与客体间开展和谐的情感对话,通过主客体的英语实践交流以促进学生装的学习兴趣,提升课堂教学的质量。

因此,在课堂教学中,我不断让学生进行造句,看图说写,就课文内容提问,讲故事,开展情景对话,角色扮演等。这样不仅启发了学生发挥想象力,进行创造性活动,而且充分体现出英语教学的交际性特征,加大了师生间,学生间语言沟通的面。真正达到了“用中学,学了用”最高层面的教学境界,使学生在积极参与的活动中发挥了主体的创造性,真正获得了实际运用语言的能力。

总之,要搞好职高英语教学,首先必须学会去了解职高生的特点和职业教育的特征,其次在平时的课堂上要多加强情感投入,开展与学生的情感对话,重视课堂术以激发学生学习英语的兴趣。唯有这样,我相信我们的教学才能赢得学生的“真心投入”。

高一第一学期是高中教育的起始阶段,教学就显得尤为重要,为了使学生圆满完成各项学习任务,尽快适应新的环境,在各方面能够健康发展,把英语学习兴趣提起来,必须有一个切实可行的教学计划。本人根据所教的班级制定本学期的教学计划如下:

一、教学指导思想

认真钻研新课标,树立新观念,探索新教法,以落实教学常规,规范教学行为为重点,以大兴教科研之风,走科教兴校之路为抓手,以改革课堂教学模式,推行先学后教当堂训练为突破口,在学校教学计划指导下进行工作。特别注重提高学生用英语进行思维和表达的能力。继续拓宽学生的知识面,全面培养听、说、读、写四会能力,理解、分析和阅读的能力,让学生尽快适应高中学习。

三、学情分析

今年我任教高一86班和高二83班及初二202三个班的英语教学工作。初二202班的学生整体水平还可以,上课基本能配合老师完成各项教学任务,学习氛围较浓,但也有一小部分学生基础偏差。而高二83班的学生整体上英语普遍偏差,上课虽然认真,但是老师要求在课堂上完成的学习练习较难完成。高一86班的学生基础较差,但是英语学习的积极性很高,课堂气氛活跃。因此在教学中我根据三个不同的班级情况准备采用分层授课和分层布置作业使每一位学生得到提高。

四.教学内容

本学期主要学习英语必修一和必修二。要求学生重点掌握每个单元中的黑体词语以及出现的重要句型;语法主要为:直接引语和间接引语;现在进行时态;定语从句(i)(ii);限制性定语从句和非限制性定语从句;以及“介词+关系代词”引导的定语从句等。

五、主要工作

1、全面做好初高中衔接工作。高中学段和初中学段在教学对象、教学内容、教学要求、教学方式和学习方式方面均存在着一定的差异。因此,帮助高中学生了解这些差异,引导他们尽快适应高中的学习与生活,是摆在新学期我们高一教师面前的迫在眉睫的任务。为了使学生打牢基础不至于出现知识断层,在上新课之前,拿出两周左右的时间搞好高初中之间的衔接,为开新课做好准备。 2.从每个单元中抽出初中学习过的重点动词、名词,作为知识预备,扫清学习障碍。为让学生更好地学习直接引语和间接引语,复习初中的一般现在时态、一般过去时态、过去完成时态以及宾语从句;复习初中学过的that, which引导的定语从句

教学内容: 高一(上)的12单元内容。

具体安排:

1、继军训后结合学生初中英语实际状况,用一个月复习初中教材,为平稳向高中教材过度奠定基础,梳理初中知识,配发相应练习,通过习题讲练,激发学生对新知识的求知欲,顺利进入新教材的学习。

一、指导思想

二、学情分析

三、总体安排

经过一个学期的复习,基本完成了上学期初制定的教学计划的第一轮复习。这一学期要完成以下两轮复习

1、第一轮复习:自行粘贴阅读文章和改错练习,加强阅读能力和改错能力的 培养。同时对学生进行语法专项技巧的指导。用参考书进行补充训练和强化。后阶段加强综合训练,全面提高学生的解题能力以及思维能力。 2、第二轮复习:查漏补缺,挖掘学生能力。

四、具体教学措施 1.抓好词汇复习

词汇是高中英语最基本的要素,它好比是人身体上的肉,而语法是人身体 上的骨骼,两者一起组成了人体,所以高中英语复习关键是词汇复习。我们 打算把词汇复习穿插在完形阅读之中。让学生熟练掌握基本词汇和常用词汇, 同时在阅读中熟悉重点和难点词汇,即:科普类,经济类,社会类,情感类, 环保类,新闻类等词汇。

2.夯实语法知识的基础,并作进一步的提高。

对学生进行语法专项指导,坚持“时态语态情非谓”这条主线,坚持“三大从句分主次,强调倒装省略虚拟”为重点,各个击破,一一掌握。并加以单项选择的解题技巧,提高学生分析问题和解答问题的能力。我们计划在授新课时结合步步高进行语法复习,然后在第二轮复习时进行语法专项指导与练习。 3.加强语篇训练,进行限时阅读。 “得阅读者得天下”。因此在高三总复习中,将语篇训练作为贯穿高三英语的主线,是十分重要的,也是大纲和考纲所要求的。语篇训练不仅包括阅读理解,还包括完形填空,短文改错和书面表达。在这四项专题训练中,阅读理解是重中之重,学生在做阅读理解练习时,一定要限时间,根据高考试卷对阅读理解一题限时的要求,我们应限制在45分钟内完成20道小题的选择。在选择正确答案时,要充分利用平常所学过的阅读技巧。如寻找主题句,猜词,推理,跳读,略读等获取所需要的信息,并对照答案,反复揣摸作者意图及思路,并要求自己在单位时间内每天做一篇完形填空或阅读理解,坚持持之以恒的自我阅读训练,阅读速度和正确率定会日渐提高。因此每天必须让学生有阅读材料阅读并及时评讲。 4.书面表达

书面表达所需要的时间大约是20-25分钟,建议学生每两周选择一至二个 体裁的短文进行自我训练,并与参考译文进行对比,看看自己文章中的要点 是否齐全,语言运用是否恰当,并有针对性的记忆一些参考译文中的句子, 好短语,只要坚持写作,不断修改,写作能力会得到提高的。每两周至少一 篇作文,通过面批、自批、抽批相结合,加强写作方法指导和写作习惯的培 养。

五、教学安排 本学期安排:

1.3月初—4月底:语法专练,听力强化训练,其他题型专题训练,侧重 能力培养,加强技巧分析指导,培养学生综合运用语言能力

一、所教班级学生现状分析:

本学期我所任教高二(5)(6)两个班级为理科,除少数学生外,大多数同学的学习态度已有好转,上课认真听讲,作业独立完成,学习方法越来越有效。虽然他们的成绩还不拔尖,与其他有些学生的成绩还有距离,但他们在这一年的学习过程中,还是有着很大的进步,特别是那些已有将来明确目标的同学。但也有极个别学生上课效率低,作业马虎、不交,课外时间全部放在休闲娱乐上,课堂上打瞌睡的现象时有发生。还有一些学生则是由于缺乏坚持不懈的顽强毅力,害怕背诵、记忆,只满足于课堂上听听课,课后没有复习、预习等学习环节,导致英语成绩提高缓慢。

二、教学目标

高二年级是高中的重要阶段,又是高中三年的承上启下阶段。因此,让学生在高二年级打好学科基础并有所发展是极其重要的。下列目标应在本学期内达到:巩固、扩大基础知识;培养口头和书面初步运用英语进行交际的能力,侧重培养阅读能力;发展智力,培养自学能力。争取在原有基础上有所提高,缩小与上学期期末考试时平均分排在我们前面的几个理科班的差距。

三、本学期的教学内容及方法

根据教学步骤完成模块5及模块6的教学内容,根据学生的实际情况对教材练习适当做出调整,删减。让复杂问题简单化,使学生更容易掌握所学知识。利用《英语周报》加大学生的阅读量。提高阅读速度。此外,在本学期的教学中,要狠抓基础及单词、句型及语法等,扎实基础知识,突击写作训练,为高考打下扎实的基础。具体方法如下:

1、钻研并创造性地利用教材,灵活使用,发挥教材特点。

2、内容要求学生一定要过词汇关,反复朗读、默写单词、以便加强学生对基础知识的掌握。摒弃不切实际的教学步骤,抓重点,搞强化,在日常教学中渗透语法意识。利用教材提高学生的基本功,坚持默写单词及重点句型。

今年进入高一学习的这一届学生在初中时学的是人教版的教材,现在高一却又得学译林出版社的牛津版教材,因此,初高中学的教材本身就不衔接,怎样使刚进入高中校门的学生顺利完成初、高中英语的过渡是我们高一英语老师都觉得棘手的问题,但又必须战胜的问题。

开学初,在制定本学期>工作计划时,为进一步了解学生,并了解教学情况,对学生以前学过的教材进行了仔细的研究,分析了学生现有的英语水平,以及进行纵向横向比较, 备课组各位老师共同商讨制定了详细的备课组工作计划及高一英语教育教学计划,并以此作为我们的工作指导方案来贯彻实施。

三、措施具体化:

1、互相听课,共同进步

为了提高教学质量,高一全体英语老师都根据自己的计划,采取了具体的行动,尽最大的努力使工作细化,具体化。 如每天早读的任务,培优补差的工作,默写环节的落实,课后的个别答疑,期中考试后开始的作业分层等,老师们都费尽心机。虽然工作忙,但我们备课组内常常互相听课评课,取他人之长,补已之短。

2、采取了一系列必要的措施夯实巩固基础。

为了使学生能尽快地适应牛津教材,我们还把每单元词汇表上没有而学生没有学过的单词整理出来,督促学生背诵、记忆。他们自主学习能力的逐渐形成。 然而,我们在肯定成绩、总结经验的同时,必须清醒地看到,我们教学经验的积累还是粗浅的,存在的问题不容忽视,也有一些困惑有待解决。

一、如何杜绝对话课变成回答问题课。

在我校的英语课堂上,每位老师带入课堂的是精心制作的课件,和精心编织好的任务链,一些英语口语较好的学生,能轻松地完成老师布置的各项任务,而另一些学生常常无法用英语说出一段话,有的甚至听不懂老师的课堂用语,上课时老师不得不通过提问不断地启发,这样的一问一答,往往影响了整体性的教学内容,把对话化为回答,表面是师生的对话,是互动,而实质上学生仍然是 “听从”。新课程的课堂教学强调“对话”,而不是“满堂问”,因此如何提高学生英语的口头表达能力是当前我校英语教师面临的一大难题。

二、如何杜绝合作学习有形式而无实质。

在课堂教学中,教师要求课堂小组合作学习,可是在有些班级中,有的学生不参与讨论,有的参与小组合作了,却一言不发,代表小组发言的往往是那几个人。课后,我们也尝试布置了一些要求小组成员共同完成的作业,可最终有的小组由成绩好的同学代替小组其他成员完成, 有的小组成员则商定每次这样的作业由小组成员轮流完成。这样合作学习还是没能真正地实现。

三、如何合理安排每个单元。

按照“新课标”, 每个单元大约花十个课时, 可在实际操作过程中, 我们常常发现时间不够。首先,每一单元的单词表上有很多生词,其实还有很多单词表上未列出的单词,尽管我们没有要求学生把每一个单词都背出来,但学生觉得有些单词光记其含义就很费力的了。其次,每个单元都有一些巩固练习要做,要讲评,因此,讲评课也要花掉几课时。所以我们仍在摸索如何合理地安排每个单元。

存在困惑是正常的,我们会不断探索,不断学习,不断完善教学方法,争取达到“新课标” 的要求。

二.教学措施:

信息技术作为资料的来源、交流的平台、认知的工具,对英语教学的影响来自两个方面:一

短文阅读是吸收信息、学习语言、提高水平的最有效途径,因此,提高学生的阅理解能力是教学的重要目标之一。本学期将有计划地坚持每周补充几篇课外阅读文章,让学生在大量阅读中提高阅读理解能力。

语法是英语的框架结构。高中英语语法项目较多,为帮助学生理清思路,准确表达思想,必须引导学生学好语法。本学期将在每周安排一节课,系统地和学生一起学习各项语法内容。

3.加强听、说、读、写训练,全面提高学生英语能力

尽管目前的高考以听、写为主,但听、说、读、写训练是相辅相成、互相促进的,只有通过综合训练,才能真正全面提高学生的英语能力。根据高中教学的要求,要在进一步提高听说能力的同时,侧重培养阅读能力,要切实加强泛读训练。在大量听、读,确保一定的输入量的基础上,再适当进行写的训练,写的能力自然会不断提高。

力争达到的目标:

本学期这两个班级的成绩争取在原有基础上有所提高,缩小与上学期期末区统考时平均分排在我们前面的中学--闵行三中。

三. 具体实施计划

1. 教材:由上海中小学课程教材改革组制订的高级中学英语课本(二年级第一学期);

2.内容:本教材共分十二个单元,每周学习一个单元,每个单元学习一个语言结构或语言功能,一篇课文,写作技巧,听力练习;

3.单元测验:每两单元测验一次;难度适中;实行月考制度;测验题按照会考的量进行;

一、考 试 性 质

师范类大中专毕业生就业考试属选拔考试,教育行政部门根据教育事业改革和发展的需要,考查、考核毕业生从事教师工作的专业知识、教育教学能力,按招考录用计划择优录用,考试具有较高的信度、效度、区分度和一定的难度。

二、考试形式与试卷结构

It is high time that something were done upon it.For one thing (children should respect their parents ).On the other hand ,( parents also should show solicitue for their children).All these measures will certainly bridge the generation gap .

Currently, self-confidence has been the order of the day .This does demonstrate the theory --- nothing is more valuable than self-confidence.

It is clear that (self-confidence means trust in one's abilities).If you (are full of self-confidence ,it will bring your creative power to play , arouse your enthusiasm for work, and help you overcome difficulties ), as a result , your dreams will come true .On the contrary, if you ( have no confidence in yourself, there is little poibility that you would ever achieve anything ).Failure will be following with you。It turns out that all your plan falls through .

Most of us today (recognize that environmental pollution has been a greatly serious problem .lots of plants trees corps are destroyed by bad air .many fish die of poisonous water .thousands of people die from eating poisoned fish or breathing in gas .therefore , environmental pollution should be responsible for these diseases that are disabling ,or bringing death not only to human beings , but also to wild life .) From above ,we can find that the reasons why (environment are polluted more and more seriously) are as follows.The primary reason ,I think , is (the reason of harmful substances into environment .for example ,to prevent insects ,farmers make use of great amounts of insecticides, so as to have bumper harvests .however ,they pollute air ,water and land ).second,(the gas coming from the car engines and factories also make

pollution of environment

These days we often hear that (our living conditions are getting more and more serious because of the destruction of our environment ).It is common that (many trees and animals are near extinction, and the all-important food chain has been destroyed .).

Why does such circumstance occur in spite of social protects? For one thing ,(the population of the world is increasing so rapidly that the world has been so crowded.).For another,(the overuse of natural resources has influenced the balance of natural ecology ).What is more , since ( the industrial revolution ) ,it is natural that (a great number of factories have been springing up like mushrooms .The smoke and harmful chemicals released from factories also pollute the environment ).To solve the problem is not easy at all ,but is worthying .We should do something such as (planting more trees , equipping cars with pollution-control devices and learning to recycling natural resources )to improve the present situation ,and i do believe everything will be better in the future .
