Algorithm.By dividing a whole population into several sub-populations, this improved algorithm can effectively

prevent GA from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations.It proved more efficiently than

SGA in experiments, too.In the second semester, I joined the workshop-scheduling research in Shanghai Heavy Duty Tyre plant.The scheduling was designed for the rubber-making proce that covered not only discrete but also

continuous circumstances.To make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost, I proposed a Dynamic Layered Scheduling method based on hybrid Petri Nets.The practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale.I also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea.Recently, I am doing

research in the Composite Predict of the Electrical Power system aisted with the technology of Data Mining for Bao Steel.I try to combine the Decision Tree with Receding Optimization to provide a new solution for the Composite

Predictive Problem.This project is now under construction.

Besides, In July 2000, I got the opportunity to give a lecture in English in Asia Control Conference (ASCC)

点评：瞧，小作者竟使用第二人称，采用对话的形式来介绍自己的特点，这样的写法可真大胆呀！敢于创新，真棒！读完习作，我们看出了小作者具有坚强的个性，作文写得好，还会吹笛子呢。

我的自画像

我，已是三年级的学生了。不过我才八岁，一米三的个子，短短的头发，胖胖的耳朵。一张白里透红的脸上，一双圆溜溜的大眼睛，显得无比精神，小小的鼻子（可惜有点塌）下面，有着一张樱桃小嘴。（点明身份，刻画外貌。）

人小志气高

缺点不少，贪玩、天天接嘴、偶尔发脾气，脸皮厚、打“雷”不听、下“雨”才怕。优点不多，聪明算一条。用家长的话总评：不是完人，而是“玩”人。

知道我为什么要叫雷雨吗？因为，我在家里初一心情不好要“打打雷”，十五考试不好又要“打打雷”（也就是拍拍桌椅板凳……制造点表示生气的音响）。但我怎么也不敢下雨，因为我的雨怎么也淋不灭爸妈的熊熊烈火。

介绍自己

大家好，我是余瑞雪，很高兴今天能和大家一起分享心里的话。今天的话题是介绍自己。我这几天想了很久，我到底是一个什么样的人。我发现，要用几句话介绍自己真的是太难了，因为每一个人都是复杂的，都是很有个性的的，都是在不同的环境里表现出不同的自己。

我这个人兴趣十分广泛，我想那是因为我热爱生活。我喜欢唱歌，唱歌的时候，特别是在难过的时候，我会唱一些让人安静的歌，唱完了心情就会快乐一些。在高兴的时候，我也会唱歌，唱一些欢快的歌，这样的话，心情就更加开心了！我还喜欢画画，自学的，没有受过专业的培训，自己随便画，因为在画画的时候，感觉自己特别平静，还特别有耐心，看着一副画慢慢在你手下完成，充满了成就感。不过说到兴趣爱好，很多人喜欢的运动我却一直都不喜欢，可能是太懒吧，也有可能是从小体育一直不好，对运动不太自信，所以一直不敢去跑步游泳打球，我觉得自己体力不行，肯定会做不好。

现在来说说我的性格。基本上来说，我是一个乐观积极的人，在生活、学习中遇到困难，会努力去解决问题，而且相信未来会越来越好。性格也比较开朗，不太内向，喜欢交朋友，也喜欢和别人聊天。有时候会很粗心，而且经常忘记事情，给自己带来很多麻烦，这点和我弟弟不太一样，他是一个非常细心的人。我的直觉不太好，逻辑也不够强，所以从小到大，理性一直很差。我看上去很温和，但是其实脾气不太好，甚至有时候会有点暴躁，可能是因为缺少耐心吧。

一、激趣导入

师：同学们，你们喜欢齐天大圣孙悟空吗？

生：喜欢！

师：（出示PPT）今天李老师把他请到了我们教室里。看，机灵的悟空来了！他还请李老师给他做代言人，请听好：“我叫孙悟空，长得很丑，尖嘴猴腮，我会驾筋斗云，我有一支降妖伏魔的金箍棒，三打白骨精的人就是我。”让我们用掌声欢迎悟空吧！短短的一段话，孙悟空便向我们做了自我介绍。你发现他都向我们介绍了哪些方面？（板书：简笔画-嘴巴）

根据学生说（板书：外貌、性格、特长、事情……特点）

师：同学们一下子说了这么多，真不错！不过，悟空的三师弟猪八戒也按捺不住了，他也抢着给我们做自我介绍呢。（出示PPT）“我叫猪八戒，长得很丑，尖嘴猴腮，我会驾筋斗云，我有一支降妖伏魔的金箍棒，三打白骨精的人就是我。”

师：啊，你们笑什么呢？

师：我听明白了，地球人都知道，这些特点都是谁独有的？

生：孙悟空的。

师：也就是说这些都是孙悟空的什么性特点？

生：标志性特点。

师：（出示PPT）著名哲学家莱布尼茨说过：“没有两片完全相同的树叶，世界上没有性格完全相同的人。”这句话其实是在告诉我们，世界上的每个人都是独一无二的，都有自己独特的风格和特点，世界因为有你、有我、有我们每一个而精彩。今天，就让我们进行一次口语交际活动，《说说我自己》。

二、明确口语交际要求

1.师：请大家翻开书P47，自读《说说我自己》，理一理本次口语交际的基本要求。用笔在关键处做记号。（巡视过程中表扬有孩子用不同的符号做记号的好习惯）

2.请大家说说这次口语交际要求我们做什么？怎么做？

生：这次口语交际让我们介绍我们自己。

生：自我介绍时，要抓住自己的特点来说，还要说真话。（板书：说真话）生：听别人介绍时，要注意听，看看有哪些补充。

（板书：简笔画-耳朵注意听作补充）

课件出示：

说——抓特点，说真话；听——要注意，做补充；评——有针对，有启发。

三、介绍自我，抓特点：

1.师：有说才有听，听后才能评，我们首先来说吧。如果让你选一两个词语来概括你的特点，你会选什么？

生：我觉得我很大胆；

生：我选一个词，就是独立；

生：我选爱看书；

……

（根据学生说的点评属于性格特点、外貌特点、爱好等）

2、我们常说，有了关键词，还得用——

生：实事说话。

师：到底哪些真实的事例能突出你的这些特点呢？现在就请大家在四人小组里进行交流，记住：抓住特点，说真话。

3.前后排四人一小组交流，老师巡视指导。

四、秀出我自己

1、同学自愿上讲台做自我介绍。（你希望同学们怎么听？你建议他说的时候怎么说？）

2.其他同学可以补充，也可以评一评。（老师跟进对说、听、评表现好的孩子进行加分）

五、游戏活动──掀起你的盖头来

师：孩子们，我们稍作休息好吗？李老师教大家唱唱歌吧。——掀起了你的盖头来，让我来看看你是谁？歌唱会了，我们做一个游戏，名字就叫“掀起你的盖头来”

1.他个子不算太高，皮肤很白，虽然是个男孩子，却比好多女孩子都白。圆圆的脸上有一双炯炯有神的眼睛。上课时，他有些好动，坐在座位上老爱和前后排的同学说话。他参加乒乓球院团学习后，手里经常拿着乒乓球拍，球技也提高了不少哦。

学生听后猜出是描写的哪位同学？并说说能猜出是因为抓住了哪些标志性特点？

2.他的座位在班上是第一排，可想而知他的个子有点矮。不过他并不因为自己个子矮感到自卑，反而说“浓缩的才是精华”。每当老师提问时，他那一双机灵的眼睛就会更加活跃，高高举起的小手中总会有他那一支。老师和同学们都感叹他的能说会道。不过，这能说会道可不是白来的，无论哪个时候，我们总能看见他手捧一本课外书津津有味地阅读。有时候，老师在上面讲，他就把书藏在书桌在偷偷读，他真是一只名副其实的“小书虫”。

学生听后猜出是描写的哪位同学？并说说能猜出是因为抓住了哪些标志性特点？师：谁愿意来说出一个同学的特点，让大家来掀开他的盖头？

全班学生唱歌，抽生说，大家猜。（当某学生描述完大家却猜出不一样的人时，老师引导学生发现是因为他所描述的特点不够具有标志性）

六、回顾梳理

孩子们，今天的口语交际有意思吗？你都收获了什么呀？（在说清楚、声音响亮、有礼貌等的基础上，我们学会了说要抓住特点，注意听后要做恰当的补充，这样做点评的时候才能有针对，有启发。）

七、拓展迁移

同学们，你们愿意将自己展示给更多的小伙伴吗？那么就拿起手中的笔把你所说的记录下来。

教学反思：

1、兴趣是最好的老师

一直以来，都在努力追求让自己课堂充满生命活力。活力从哪儿来？有老师的，更多的则在于学生在课堂中的参与表达。因此，如何让课堂教学充满趣味？让孩子们乐学、易学、学有所获？这是我一直在思考并努力付诸实践的。今天上的这堂口语交际，从开课到结束，全班孩子都在兴趣盎然中学习，这可谓乐此不疲。比如开课时孙悟空的自我介绍，一下子让孩子们喜欢并在脑海里马上反应出孙悟空降妖伏魔的的形象；而当猪八戒也用这段文字来进行介绍时，孩子们忍不住笑了，在笑的背后却轻松明白——向别人作介绍时，应该抓住标志性特点，不然就要闹笑话。课堂中的游戏“掀起你的盖头来”又一次让孩子们在快乐中尝试了如何“掀起盖头”看到“真人面孔”。别说孩子们了，就连听课的老师们都说这样的课好好玩哦。

2、落实学习目标并非板着面孔

本次口语交际的目标有三：培养学生会以介绍自己为题，进行口语交际；抓住自己的特点来说，要说真话；听的同学要注意听别人介绍，并能进行评价。教学重点在于培养学生抓住自己的特点向别人介绍，介绍时说真话。教学中，我让孩子们自读教材中的要求，明确交际内容、交际方法等。梳理出了说的要求、听的要求、评的要求，整堂课都紧扣这三方面要求推进。当学生做介绍时，特别强调“抓住关键词用实事说话”，落实了“抓特点说真话”的重点。
