二、实习单位的业务流程
该实习单位的业务除了日常的财务处理外还要对全省的各个××部门进行审计，规划和计划全省的××部门的财务资金及相关工作。其日常的财务工作主要是通过“用友财务通标准版”进行操作的，其主要内容如下：
（1）、根据日常业务和原始凭证填制记账凭证。
（2）、审核凭证，试算平衡。
（3）、对账
（4）、结账
（5）、编制本月的相关报表
（6）、打印会计凭证，与原始凭证粘贴装订成册。
三、实习内容
1、了解单位的情况，该单位为行政单位，了解其各职能部门的设置。行政单位的主体是行政单位；对象是执行单位预算过程中各级行政单位财政资金的领拨、使用及结果；原则为真实性、相关性、可比性、一贯性、及时性、清晰性、收付实现制、专款专用、实际成本计价、重要性；特点为目标是行使政府职能，经济业务活动范围较窄，业务活动具有明显的非营利性，财务管理以预算拨款为中心，收支核算必须严格服从预算管理的要求，以收付实现制为会计核算基础，不需要进行成本核算。
2、阅读相关书籍，了解单位的主要工作与相关职能。
3、了解工作部门-规划计划财务处的主要工作与职能以及记账方法、会计制度等。
4、帮忙送文件、打印和复印文件、会计凭证等，熟悉工作环境及适应工作环境。
5、查阅相关会计凭证，了解主要会计科目与主要业务等。其主要的会计科目分为资产类、负债类、净资产类、收入类和支出类。主要会计科目有暂付款、固定资产、暂存款、拨出经费、经费支出包括基本支出和项目支出、应付工资等。我们接触到的主要业务是报销和借款。
6、手工对账10年1月-6月份，主要是零余额账户用款额度，理解和掌握零余额账户用款额度这一账户。
7、运用excel表格制作固定资产明细表，掌握和运用excel表格的功能。了解到该单位的固定资产与企业的固定资产处理方法不同，该单位的固定资产不计提折旧，不摊销。
8、整理和修改xx年年会计凭证，了解其主要业务、会计科目及原始凭证与记账凭证相对应及粘贴方法等。
9、了解“用友财务通标准版”的主要功能及与学校学习的用友软件的不同。运用用友软件的好处，包括：采用计算机替代人工记账、算账、报账，以及对会计信息进行分析和利用的过程，促进会计工作的效率和质量；促进现代单位会计工作的规范化和会计工作职能的转变，为整个现代单位的管理工作现代化奠定了基础，更加的方便、快捷、省时省力。
10、运用“用友财务通标准版”记账，主要是10年7月份的业务。主要业务是报销和借款。
11、修改错误凭证，理解和掌握主要业务的记账方法及各会计科目的作用，熟练运用和掌握“用友财务通标准版”.
四、实习心得体会
这两周的实习给我的感触太深了，仿佛一下子长大成人，懂得了更多地做人与做事的道理，真正懂得学习的意义，时间的宝贵，和人生的真谛。让我更清楚地感到了自己肩上的重任，看到了自己的位置，看清了自己的人生方向。
下面我从个人实习意义及会对计工作的认识作以下总结：
一、作为一个会计人员，工作中一定要就具有良好的专业素质，职业操守以及敬业态度。会计部门作为单位的核心机构，对其从业人员，一定要有很高的素质要求。从知识上讲，会计工作是一门专业性很强的工作，从业人员只有不断地学习才能跟上单位发展的步伐，要不断地充实自己。我认识到专业课的重要性，使我有了动力，也对会计工作产生了兴趣，我决定回学校以后一定要努力学习专业知识。
1、学习好预算会计，掌握预算会计与企业会计的不同：1）会计核算基础不同，预算会计为收付实现制，企业会计为权责发生制。2）会计要素构成不同，预算会计包括：资产、负债、净资产、收入和支出，企业会计包括：资产、负债、所有者权益、收入、费用和利润。3）会计等式不同，预算会计为：资产=负债+净资产，企业会计为：资产=负债+所有者权益。4）会计核算内容及方法有其特殊性，预算会计为：固定资产与固定基金对应，固定资产不计提折旧；对外投资与投资基金对应；对专用基金实行专款专用办法；不实行成本核算，即使有成本核算，也是内部成本核算。一般没有损益的核算。
2、学习会计电算化知识，熟练掌握用友软件，虽然用友软件在学校曾经学习过，比较熟悉，但与实际操作中的用友软件有一定的差别，学习得还不够系统与全面，仍需继续钻研与学习。
3、熟练掌握excel表格的功能。
4、熟悉和掌握电脑的基本知识和其他知识。
二、作为一个会计人员要有严谨的工作态度。会计工作是一门很精准的工作，要求会计人员要准确的核算每一项指标，正确使用每一个公式。会计不是一件具有创新意识的工作，它是靠一个又一个精准的数字来反映问题的。所以我们一定要加强自己对数字的敏感度，及时发现问题解决问题弥补漏洞。实际工作与在学校学习的理论只是有很大的差距，应本着谦虚谨慎的学习态度认真求教，注重以后的实践学习。会计工作需要我们要认真仔细，有耐心。
三、作为一名会计人员要具备良好的人际交往能力。会计部门是单位管理的核心部门，对下要收集会计信息，对上要汇报会计信息，对内要相互配合整理会计信息，对外要与社会公众和各政府部门搞好关系。在于各个部门各种人员打交道时一定要注意沟通方法，协调好相互间的工作关系。工作重要具备正确的心态和良好的心理素质。要学会为人处事，接人待物，同时要知道相关的礼仪知识。要有团队精神，增强与人沟通、交流的能力以及与人合作的能力。

As we can see,from left to right, there is a brush, a pen and a computer in the picture, which indicates the development of the way people write with.Under eachone of them Chinese characters meaning “handwriting”.Obviously, the two characters under the computer are not as beautiful as the rest ones, which implies that with the popularity of computer people’s writing ability has deteriorated.
This picture brings us the question whether we are going forward or backward after the popularity of computer.There is no doubt that our life has become much easier owing to the conveniences computer has brought, However, people have depended so much on computer that they can hardly do things wewll without it, which result in the degeneration in some abilities, such as writing ability and communication ability,In this sense,computer has made go backward.
Alarmed by the iue reflected in the picture, we should do something to prevent ourselves from the side of computer.As far as I am concerned,we should limit the time we spend on computer and try to develop as many habits as poible in spare time .
