根据实习内容，本周主要以“创建术语表”为主。我在翻译资料的时候，有一个习惯就是新建一个word文档，把遇到的生词敲在上面，然后联网在“金山词霸”上面查词，或者用《牛津高阶第六版》进行查阅，并且不定期复习这些生词和例句。

现在我在翻译实习的时候，一般也是采用这种方式，记录的形式可能有所不同，但是收获是相同的。我想，一定要记到脑子里面，那才是实实在在的。

7、一个多月的实习过去了，我充分意识到了，虽然在学校里学了很多英语单词掌握了英语语法与常用术语，但是对专业英语词汇以及用法却知之甚少，所以工作之余要下很大的功夫熟悉这方面的术语并且向朋友借了一本专业翻译词典。并且翻译工作，难免会发生错误，所以我会请别人校正，以保证准确无误的完成工作。为了保证最后能够成功，前面的每一步基础都要打好。

这周我们负责商务合同，看到cif已经想不起他的意思了，国际贸易课上这些国际贸易术语自己忘得差不多了，不得不花一下午时间把十三个基本贸易术语突击一遍，什么风险转移，双方义务，整得自己脑袋都大了。后来利用时间把前几天学习的几个专业术语和国际贸易术语温习了一些。最重要的还是在单位老师和同事的一些言传身教，在工作时的熟练使用，这样才能熟记于心。

这一周和董翻译一起翻译公司设计的图纸，董翻译告诉我说以后如果从事图纸方面的翻译工作的话，一定要注意这些细节，看似细枝末节，但是建筑工程标的巨大，最后金钱的差距动不动就会上千万啊。在翻译这些细节的时候，一定要理会每个词的意思，并放到合同的语境中去，比如这个案子，如果是涉外合同，翻译不到位，那这责任个人是承担不起的。自己以后一定要认真工作。

15、回想这一周在翻译时遇到的问题，我的解决方法和所做的处理有如下几种：

一、改变词类（conversion）：英语一个词能充当的句子成分较少，充当不同成分时常常要改变词类。

二、词序调整（inversion）：一个句子中词和分句的顺序，英汉两种语言往往不同。如表示时间和地点，英语常常是先小后大，而汉语是先大后小。

三、省略（omiion）。

四、增词（amplification）。英语中没有量词，助词，翻译时应根据上下文的需要予以增加。有些英语的不及物动词必须增加宾语意思才完整。

英文书信的格式

1、信头（heading）

指发信人的姓名（单位名称）、地址和日期，一般写在信纸的右上角。一般公函或商业信函的信纸上都印有单位或公司的名称、地址、电话号码等，因此就只需在信头下面的右边写上写信日期就可以了。 英文地址的写法与中文完全不同，地址的名称按从小到大的顺序：第一行写门牌号码和街名；第二行写县、市、省、州、邮编、国名；然后再写日期。标点符号一般在每一行的末尾都不用，但在每

2、日期的写法：

在一般的社交信中，信内收信人的地址通常省略，但是在公务信函中不能。将收信人的姓名、地址等写在信头日期下方的左角上，要求与对信头的要求一样，不必再写日期。

4、称呼（salutation）：

是写信人对收信人的称呼用语。位置在信内地址下方

一、二行的地方，从该行的顶格写起，在称呼后面一般用逗号（英国式），也可以用冒号（美国式）。

在正文下面的

（1）写给家人、亲戚，用your loving grandfather，lovingly yours，lovingly等； （2）写给熟人、朋友，用yours cordially，yours affectionately等；

（3）写业务信函用truly yours（yours truly），faithfully yours（yours faithfully）等；

（4）对上级、长辈用yours obediently（obediently yours），yours respectfully（respectfully yours）等。

7、签名（signature） ：

低于结束语一至二行，从信纸中间偏右的地方开始，在结束语的正下方，在签完名字的下面还要有用打字机打出的名字，以便识别。职务、职称可打在名字的下面。当然，写给亲朋好友的信，就不必再打了。

8、附言（postscript） ：

一封信写完了，突然又想起遗漏的事情，这时用p.s.表示，再写上遗漏的话即可，要长话短说。通常在信末签名下面几行的左方，应于正文齐头。 注意：在正式的信函中，应避免使用附言。

9、附件（enclosure） ：

信件如果有附件，可在信纸的左下角，注上encl：或enc：
