展厅设计创意来源于中国古老的五千年文化传承,结合贵公司想要倡导的侗族文化,以及旅游精髓展示。整个展台以民族风为主,结合中国元素,配以灵动而新颖的展示形式,给人一种身临其境的感觉。色调突出地域的底蕴和清新气息,与国际旅游发展空间接轨,在突出企业国际范儿意识的基础上,配合原始的民俗基调,将使整个展厅充满神秘的民俗风情。利用灯光的反折射效果,将整个展台衬托出妖娆的气氛,引人入胜的想要探个究竟,通过视频展示的短片介绍,配合各类宣传小件,将有效的把企业想要传达的文化,以及对未来的愿景深植人心。

2设计目的

随着时代的进步,人们对生活品质的需求得到进一步提升,为更好地的推动通道旅游业发展,弘扬千年传承的侗族文化,通过展台的设计,结合整个会展的主题推广,提升知名度的同时,也将吹响跨时代的号角,极力让通道成为世界拼图上最美丽的一块。

3 展台构成

以传统的侗族文化为基础,深刻挖掘民族元素,结合时代进化的时尚产物,雅俗共赏的完美呈现通道风貌,紧贴旅游博览会主题,营造出一个既能体现企业理念、宗旨、文化,又能与世界接轨,完美的达到宣传意图的高品质展厅。

3.1接待区

展台入口处,是整个展台的门面,主要用作接待参展人员,起到讲解、引导和宣传的作用。

3.2展示区

合理划分的展示区域,按照不同内容和不同主题进行编排,主要展示本次参展的主题元素和内容,通过各种方式进行多元化呈现。

3.2.1红色展区之通道转兵

通道是一个有着悠久历史文化,在新中国光辉史册上占有重要一页的地方。围绕红色题材,深入了解通道的历史,借由电影《通道转兵》这一题材,重塑新中国初始阶段的那段光辉历程,以及在通道发展道路上起到的转折与承接作用。

3.2.2万佛山景区

在被群山环绕的通道,那里风光优美,绿荫迷离,通过主要景区的重点介绍,延伸出通道的系列风光路线,以万佛山景区为基础,通过各种室内展示手法,呈现出通道不同的景致风貌,犹如现时代的桃花源一般引人向往。

3.2.3龙底河漂流

有故事,也有山林环绕,自然少不了水韵。以有着‘南国第一漂’美誉的龙底河漂流为背景,还原最古朴的原始、神奇生态资源特色。实体景物与山峦的痴缠,配以恢弘的画面展示,让人犹如置身其中,尽情的体验山水同乐的恣意享受。

4 局部展示的表现形式

展厅四面开放,既保证了展区的畅通,又强化了展厅的视觉感受和宣传效果。通过展台的整体设计,划分出不同主题的展区,每个展区相辅相成,却又各有不同,行走在其间,如同浏览一幅循环的画卷一般。利用灯光的映射,营造出大气又恢弘的错落有致的产品展示,

4.1 接待区表现形式

基本元素设计,大方得体的展示主体,如标题、简称、LOGO、宣传语等,配以相当的画面补充,或选用大屏幕展示短片,起到吸引眼球和引导的作用,配以工作人员的指引和宣传,更能加深客户对企业产品的印象,达到宣传与合作的目的。

4.2红色展区表现形式

大幅海报铺面,或者小展架介绍,关于《通道转兵》这一电影的宣传,配以动态的屏幕介绍,包括电影的宣传短片和片花等。配以纸质的传单等宣传小件,起到宣传的媒介作用。

4.3万佛山景区表现形式

可用简单的实体造景来烘托主题,配以主要景点的静态图片叠加出一幅幅风景画面,加上动态的风景画面循环导播,融入景区特色,如特产,特点,特殊的地理环境及其他具有地方特色的物体辅助,将展区打造成一个小型的风景区。

4.4龙底河漂流形式

高山流水,以‘惊、险、奇’为表现的主题,突出该景点的独特与人文,配合宣传画册或相关文体与媒体的宣传,在灯光的营造下,使人有种身临其境的惊奇感,行云流水的布局,配合展台的走道设计,循环于接待处,使整个展台犹如一个小型的桃花源般不知离去。

5 展台构成的细节描述

展台的构成包括多方面,从空间到格局,从色彩的运用到灯光的映射,从整体的布景到道具的使用,都是组成展台的重要部分,合理的运用这些资源,能够在原有的基础上达到更为精致的效果。

5.1 地面概况

尽量留出多一点的地面空间,虽然损失了宝贵的展览面积,但在拥挤的展场中,除了能够聚集更多的人流外,也会给人更为开阔的视野效果,合理的布局能够将空间利用最大化,设计一条参观流动线路,使观众在流动中有效的接收特定信息,静态的背景与动态的媒体结合,将地面的空间利用最大化,配以现代的声像技术、摄影技术、电脑技术等手法,在地面制造出逼真的场景,使观众完全置身于特定的虚拟空间中,仿佛形成一个跨越时空的“时光隧道”。

5.2道具预备

展示道具的造型、色调、用材、规格和尺寸的选择,取决于展示的陈列性质、环境风格、空间尺度、展品特点、展场色调,以及观众的欣赏习惯等。为了配合展台的主题,更好的贴近会场的开展目的,可以准备一些与之相关的小商品,或者小礼物,甚至是小布景来烘托整个展厅的氛围。如体现红色经典的文化小物件、衣服、帽子等,还有体现山水交融的小型假山和喷泉,媒体播放的合适尺寸屏幕,3D立体的全方位投影、展架等。

通过道具的使用,既能直接构成展示空间,又可以使得展示空间呈现多种变化,通过道具的造型、色彩、结构、材料、质感与制作工艺,可直接形成特有的展示风格和陈列效果。为了节约成本,可选用固有的道具进行摆设,再以特殊或专门的设计展示进行辅助,以最少的支出,达到最优的效果。

5.3照明效果

利用基础照明来均匀的照亮整个展台,明亮度适中,在某些特殊的区域,可以有意识的利用光的强弱引导观众和疏导人流,如商品的展示,采光不够明亮却陈列主题物品的地方,其他区域的照明以不掩盖整体照明的亮度为主。

在特殊的展示区域,某一个特殊的展点,可以采用局部照明来重点突出,这样会更有明确的目的性,并突出的显现展示物品独特的材质美、色彩美、色泽美等欣赏和使用价值,吸引观众视线,感染观众情绪,突出物体的质感和立体感。

展台设计初步方案从规划设计,合理布置开始,到制订设计初稿、沟通和定稿,都是为了最终与客户签订委托设计合约。展台设计不同于一般的室内设计。一般的室内设计,设计师收到客户的平面图之后,设计师会亲自到现场度量及观察现场环境,研究客户的要求是否可行,并且获取现场设计灵感;而展台设计的原始平面图只是简单的展位图,并不存在空间上已经固定的构局,设计师可以在空间中任意的发挥。所以展台设计在一个相对狭小的空间里,即能反映设计师对空间构成设计的功力,又是对其设计想象力的考验。

(1)单开面型一般分布在走道的两侧,只有一面向观众通道敞开。它的优点是三面墙提供了最充分的展品和宣传资料等的展示,可以用展板、展墙布置绘画、浮雕、摄影、图表、文字等资料。其缺点是进深窄,视角小。

(2)双开面型一般位于走道拐弯处或十字形、丁字形通道交叉处,有相邻两面向两边观众通道敞开。它的优点是人流量比较大,视野宽,比较适宜重点展品与精品的展示。其缺点是用于展示的墙面少,需要更多地使用独立展具。

(3)双向通道型是两端敞开的位置。它的优点是有良好的展示面,两边可摆放展品,观众在通道中可以边走边看,人流畅通,展示效果好。

(4)内角型一般位于场馆的墙角处。它的优点是两个通道的观众均可注意到展位,容易吸引观众。其缺点是需要三个展位才能达到展出效果。

(5)半岛型是指展位空间三面向通道敞开。它的优点就是设计安排上有很大灵活性,视野开阔,容易构成某种舞台景观,成为视觉中心。其缺点是不宜使用标准展具,可利用的展墙更少。

(6)环岛型是四面敞开,一般位于展厅的中央位置,通常都是以空地的形式提供给参展商。它的优点是展示面积最大,造型尺度、规模可以相对较大,人流量最为畅通的展位空间,给人宽松、自由之感。其缺点是没有可供布置的墙面。

3、展馆资料

展览场馆对展览设计、搭建有各种各样的管理规定和限制。因此,必须在进行展台设计前熟悉展馆各种规章制度,设计出符合展馆要求的展台。展览会对展架及展品都有限制规定,尤其对双层展台、楼梯、展台顶部向外延伸的结构等限制更严。展馆往往对双层展台有高度限制,然而限高不是禁止超高,如果办理有关手续并达到技术标准,有可能获准搭建超高展位。通常展览会规定必须使用经防火处理的材料,限制使用塑料、危险化学品。一些具有较大面积的展览,通常会在展台四周悬挂大型喷绘做宣传,为了保证展览的安全性,这些宣传喷绘往往经过防火处理。如果是大面积的展台,必须按展馆面积和预计的观众人数按比例设紧急通道或出口,并设置标识,同时须配备消防器材。

秋实三载,桃李坠满枝头,又是一年毕业季,为了让老生更好的发挥自己的长处,准确的找到自己的亮点,并通过各种会展活动更好的检验自己的成长。我们国际商务系12级会展策划与管理班。在专业的教师带领下举办了此次毕业设计展。从作品中,我们看到了曾经的辉煌,如今有了太多的感悟和回馈。“初生牛犊不怕虎”的“犊子们” ,把目标定位在专业的延伸,把理想瞄准在未来的竞争市场, 把视野拓展到国际的走向。一个个“不畏虎”者,多了一份睿智,少了一分浮华,多了一些感知,少了一 些茫然,创新了理念,提升了创意。 一个个模型作品的展示,我们看到了艺术创作的伟大魔力以及艺术领域带给人们无限的遐想空间。

二、展览目的

(1)立项意义:“模型展”的举办本着深入推进大学生创新思维能力的提升,充分发挥校园文化在大学生成长成才中的环境育人作用对于高校建设和人才培养都有着重要的意义。以增强校园文化对大学生的感染力、渗透力为切入点,以促进大学生全面发展为目标。

(2)发展趋势:“模型展”在江西省发展的趋势与前景有着很大的潜力,而现今,江西省及全国“模型展”普遍都是以航模、建筑模型展为主。而作品模型展一直都是作为一个装饰品,不断丰富着模型展。作品模型展在全国各大高校中一直都很盛行,不断的丰富着校园文化。

优势(strengths)

举办地点优越:江西外语外贸职业学院坐落在英雄城南昌风景秀丽的瑶湖之滨,自建校起有五大不风格各异的学楼,分别是启德楼、启诚楼、启智楼、启贤楼、启泽楼。而作为本项活动举办地点的启泽楼,又叫信息大楼,是江西外语外贸职业学院的中心教学楼,是领导、老师、学生们去食堂及流动的必经之路之一。人员流动量大。

专业性十足:2015届会展策划与管理专业毕业设计展是由江西外语外贸职业学院国际商务系会展策划与管理专业的学生一手策划。

劣势(weaknees)

资金不足:资金不够雄厚,展览所需的一些材料个别造价高,造成资金不足。

竞争压力大 其他系的一系列活动。缺乏关键技术及设备:在技术上对于射灯的安装存在着问题,不够了解安装知识。在设备上缺乏媒体设备,如:现场摄像机等。

1、会场布置创意:

会场布置遵从“青春朝气”“自信飞扬”这两个主题,这两个主题相辅相成,“青春”“自信”为会场布置的重点气氛营造。

2、会场布置的主色系——黄色、绿色

黄色和绿色是较为活泼的颜色,能体现出大学生的青春与活力,会场以黄绿为主色系,穿插银色增加会场的热烈气氛。

在划分好的区域座位上贴好选手及各班的标签以提示参赛队伍和各班来观看比赛的同学就坐的位置。在观众席第一排

的座位前面也用黄绿相间的彩带装饰。

4、会场墙壁设计:

会场的墙壁用黄绿相间的彩带进行装饰,在后墙贴上自己制作的“计工系网页设计大赛”几个字,并在字的周围用银相间的彩带装饰,期间点缀些绿或黄色的彩带以增加效果。在墙上(前或后)挂上预祝大赛取得圆满成功的横幅。

5、门口设计:

①签到处设计——会场门口斜摆放一张桌子用于嘉宾评委和参赛队伍的签到。签到台也有黄色和绿色的彩带进行装饰,并用红纸写上“签到处”贴于签到台正面的正中。 ③ 会场门设计——在门上用红银两色相间的彩带进行装饰。

四年的时间转瞬即逝,作为南京艺术学院人文学院的“黄埔一期”,同学们用自己的辛劳和汗水一次又一次的在南艺的历史上书写着属于自己的辉煌。在临毕业之际,开展这次展览不仅仅是一种成果的展示,更是一种对过往时光的怀念和对美好未来憧憬的一种表达。同学们可以通过这次展览回顾自己的四年大学生活,展示自己在大学四年生活中的成功与失败,喜悦与痛苦,开心和难过,辉煌和成就;也可以憧憬自己的未来,展示自己梦想和希望。常言道:回顾过去成就辉煌展望未来压力未减。在人生的又一个十字路口,毕业展览犹如一盏明灯为我们照亮前方的道路,也许前方的路艰辛而痛苦,至少在毕业展览中我们得到了指引和关怀,还有更多的温暖。在这最后的展览中,我们可以最大限度的表现自己,表达自己,展现自己,诠释自己。

1、艺术展览区

艺术展览分为回味过去和展望未来两个主题展区。

在回味过去展区参展者可以根据自我作品的需要在安全,美观,伦理的前提下自己选择展览风格和作品。其中作品不仅可以是参展者在四年内的得力之作,也可以是一些对自己重要时刻的照片的集合,物品的整合,奖状图像的整合,快乐时光的图像集合。更可以通过设计表达自己四年来的成功与失败,喜悦与痛苦,开心和难过,辉煌和成就。。此外在回味过去中还可以留一个视频区放一些同学们在四年来的视频以回顾四年来同学们一起的快乐。在展望未来展区参展者既可以通过整合将自己任何的物品进行规划,从中抒发自己对未来的畅想和感想,也可以通过图片作品表达自己对未来的憧憬和对梦想的那种追求感。此外在展望区安放一个大展板和许愿瓶,同学可以将自己的梦想写在大展板上,将自己对自己十年后的期盼放进许愿瓶,等十年后大家再在一起时再打开,这既是一个承诺,又是一个目标。

2、交流活动区

交流活动区以珍惜现在为主题,大致可分为交流和活动2大部分。

交流部分邀请大学四年内教过我们的一些有代表的老师前来以聚会party的形式在该区和同学们沟通交流。在这个部分的设置以聚会party的形式展开,把该部分设有饮料和小吃,被通过设计营造聊天区和合影区,同学可以利用这个大学最后的机会在聊天区和自己喜欢的老师就生活和学习方面就行更直接的交流沟通,并在合影区域与老师和同学进行合影。此外在交流部分同学们也可以互相写毕业留言,赠送毕业礼物。

活动区部分以互动活动和小游戏为主,在这个区域同学们既可以和同学之前也可以和老师之间开展各种丰富多彩的活动:或下棋,或打牌,或做游戏,无论如何要让老师和同学在这个重要的时刻尽情狂欢,让老师和同学一起度过这些令人难忘的时刻。

七、展品选择

本次展览由于是为了突出自我,表现自我,其展览部分展品主要有以下。

一、来自同学自己的作品,包括素描,油画,工笔,书法等。

二、来自同学自己整合的作品,其中任何物体都可以拿来进行整合,其物品包括书,杯子,笔,牙刷,瓶子等。

三、来自同学设计的作品,其中以大型雕塑和物件为主。

八、预期成果

本次展览由于是毕业展览,突出的就是每一个即将毕业的同学各自的情感,各自的成长,各自的心情。作为人文学院的一员,我们要突出的是人,以人为本,育人成才。在这毕业之际,突出这次展览,我们可以回顾自己曾经的梦,可以畅想自己未来的梦。可以和老师尽情的交流,互动,可以更好的和学生之间进行沟通。

除了情感方面,在展览方面我们要以梦为主题,实现和突出的不是我们的技术水平,而是我们策划的水平,整合的水平,组织的水平,布置的水平,管理的水平,文化的水平。我们要尽我们的可能,每个人想出最好的各自作品的方案,再集思广益的将他们有机的结合起来,最后呈现出一幅与众不同的,独具风格的展览。

1、可开发市场

本方案突出体现的是毕业的每一位学员,这些对于他们来说是一个绝佳的突出和表现的机会。而我们新颖的设计和独树一格的组织策划将让所有的人对我们刮目相看。这样不仅可以给学弟学妹们一个榜样,更可以给其他还不了解我们的人一个更直观更深刻的认识,用我们的策划和创意告诉他们什么叫做艺术管理

2、可利用资源

本方案可以请一些以前的专业授课老师进行指导,我们可以请长风堂专家对我们场地的设计和布置进行指导和帮助,我们也可以请南京博物院的人前来指导我们的灯光和整体效果的设计,我们还可以请老师和我们一起做,此外这个方案的最大特点是任何人都能够在这找到自己的位置,发挥自己的专长,突出自己的特色。

3、存在问题

本方案需要大量的时间和精力,不知道是否所有同学都有这个兴趣和时间来执行这个。本方案的成本相对较低,突出的是特色。

第三阶段:展会展台工作人员配置策划:

[大多数经理人倾向于把销售人员作为展台的主要工作人员配置,但这种做法的缺点在于他会影响销售人员的正常工作。而且,研究表明,大多数的参观者实际上并不是来展览会买东西的,他们来展会的目的更可能只是搜集购买决策所需的信息,因此,把技术人员或客服人员作为展台的主要人员配置,()只留差不多一名销售人员负责应对买家及收集线索,这样做效果可能会更好(除非展会本身就是销售性质的)]

第四阶段:展会支持性促销活动策划:

5、一些企业会在展会期间雇一些临时员工:

会展设计就是围绕会展的主题、目标和内容,通过视觉传达设计、空间环境设计、工业设计、等手段,人为地创造出人与人、人与物、人与社会彼此交流的时空环境。其任务就是帮助会展组织者和参展者达到信息传播的目的,这就要求会展设计必须明确会展活动的各个要素,即组织者、参展者、观众、场馆。

展台是会展组织者分配给参展者自行支配的展示空间,它为展品的展出、企业形象宣传、演示活动、信息的传播和交流以及经贸洽谈等提供了一个环境和场所。然而观众对参展者的第一印象就是展台,因此展台设计在表现参展商的企业形象和展览主题的同时,更应独特、醒目,引起观众的注意,使人们留下深刻的印象。

1.展台设计准备阶段

展台设计是建筑空间设计,它为人们提供了三维的交流空间。媒体的策划赋予了建筑空间的秩序和主题。活动的策划和展品展示促成了人与空间的交流。而建筑设计、媒体设计、美工设计、展品设计、灯光设计和舞台布景等等都是用来表达参展商的理念和工具。显著而富有个性的展台形体、精辟表现的主题、创造了宾至如归气氛的访客区等等均给来访者留下独树一帜且印象深刻的亲身体验。

1.1展览的性质和主题

作为某企业展台的搭建商,首先必须明确展览的性质。从性质上分,展览由贸易性展览和消费性展览两种。贸易性展览主要目的是交流信息、洽谈贸易,其主要是对工商业企业与组织开放的展览。消费性展览主要目的是直接销售展品,其是对公众开放的展览。其次,我们必须了解该展览的规模,是国际展、国家展、地区展、地方展还是独家展。最后,我们必须知道该展览的主题,明确参展商在展出过程所需表达的主旨。

1.2参展商的展台位置

展台的面积一般以该展位的使用性质、展出内容和人员规模为依据来确定。展台的位置在展览中占有重要作用。根据展位所处位置、周边通道、相邻展位等情况,可以划分为单开面型、双开面型、双向通道型、内角型、半岛型、环岛型等,不同的展位类型有不同的平面布置方法和要求。

1.2.1单开面型一般分布在走道的两侧,只有一面向观众通道敞开。它的优点是三面墙提供了最充分的展品和宣传资料等的展示,可以用展板、展墙布置绘画、浮雕、摄影、图表、文字等资料。其缺点是进深窄,视角小。

1.2.2双开面型一般位于走道拐弯处或十字形、丁字形通道交叉处,有相邻两面向两边观众通道敞开。它的优点是人流量比较大,视野宽,比较适宜重点展品与精品的展示。其缺点是用于展示的墙面少,需要更多地使用独立展具。

1.2.3双向通道型是两端敞开的位置。它的优点是有良好的展示面,两边可摆放展品,观众在通道中可以边走边看,人流畅通,展示效果好。

1.2.4内角型一般位于场馆的墙角处。它的优点是两个通道的观众均可注意到展位,容易吸引观众。其缺点是需要三个展位才能达到展出效果。

1.2.5半岛型是指展位空间三面向通道敞开。它的优点就是设计安排上有很大灵活性,视野开阔,容易构成某种舞台景观,成为视觉中心。其缺点是不宜使用标准展具,可利用的展墙更少。

1.2.6环岛型是四面敞开,一般位于展厅的中央位置,通常都是以空地的形式提供给参展商。它的优点是展示面积最大,造型尺度、规模可以相对较大,人流量最为畅通的展位空间,给人宽松、自由之感。其缺点是没有可供布置的墙面。

1.3展馆资料

展览场馆对展览设计、搭建有各种各样的管理规定和限制。因此,必须在进行展台设计前熟悉展馆各种规章制度,设计出符合展馆要求的展台。

1.3.1有关展台的规定

展览会对展架及展品都有限制规定,尤其对双层展台、楼梯、展台顶部向外延伸的结构等限制更严。展馆往往对双层展台有高度限制,然而限高不是禁止超高,如果办理有关手续并达到技术标准,有可能获准搭建超高展位。

1.3.2有关展览用具的规定

通常展览会规定必须使用经防火处理的材料,限制使用塑料、危险化学品。一些具有较大面积的展览,通常会在展台四周悬挂大型喷绘做宣传,为了保证展览的安全性,这些宣传喷绘往往经过防火处理。

1.3.3有关消防的规定

如果是大面积的展台,必须按展馆面积和预计的观众人数按比例设紧急通道或出口,并设置标识,同时须配备消防器材。

1.4参展商的企业文化和形象

参展商参加会展活动是作为整个营销活动的一部分,也是其树立、推广形象的良好契机。因此,我们必须深入了解客户的产品成本和成就,找出产品欣喜的核心内容,总结出品牌形象的精髓,并将之转化成空间的体验和在时序上恰到好处的戏剧性处理。

2.设计阶段

在做足了展台设计的前期准备,便可开始进行展台设计。这是一个漫长的过程。德国品质的经典设计主要体现在“创新的材料、大胆的结构、提供丰富触觉感受的表面处理和充分营造氛围的色彩运动”,这始终是德国展览展设计的传统基本手法。其设计方案让心与脑同时有所收获,理性的信息和感性的氛围同样重要,分寸的掌握是关键。德国安宝示展览展示工程作为欧洲业界最知名的展览展示公司之一,其设计理念为“将方案对准了目标客户群的需求和期待,从顾客的角度考虑设计效果”。展台设计必须注意以下几个方面。

一、格调统一。总之,好的设计在艺术形式的秩序方面,都是十分明确的。

2.2创造性标准

任何展览展示活动的目的都在于创造。创造是新世纪的主要特征。展台设计的创造性主要表现在创意的新颖和艺术形象的独创性。这个独特的形象给人以冲击、震撼、刺激,令人过目不忘,发挥最有效的市场作为,实现最有效的形象传播。这种创造涉及到形式的定位、空间的想象、材料的选择、构造的奇特、色彩的处理、方式的新颖等。

2.3时代性标准

时代性标准也可称为观念性标准。时代的观念浸润着展台设计的每一个细胞。如今,展台设计应体现如下几种观点:新的综合观念、人本观念、生态观念、系统观念、信息观念、高科技观念等。具体地讲,应注意下述五个方面:

A.空间环境的开放性,通透流动性、可塑性和有机性,给人以自由,给人以亲切,让人可感、可知、可以自由进入、参观和交流。

B.实现展品信息的经典性原则,严格落实少而精的要求。

C.实现固有色的“交互混响”的统合色彩效果,重视对无色彩系列的运用。

D.尽量采用新产品、新材料、新构造、新技术和新工艺。积极运用现代光电传输技术、现代屏幕映像技术、现代人工智能技术等高科技现实的成果。

E.重视对软件材料的自由曲线、自由曲面的运用,追求展位环境的有机化效果。

2.4行业性标准

行业性标准也可称之为功能性标准,主要是讲形式和内容的统一性问题。

2.5文化性标准

设计要由突显的风格和品味,其中地域和民族性的文化传统应当有自然而然的表现,体现出历史继承下发展的特征。

2.6环境性标准

这里包含两层意思。其一是任何一个美的客观存在都是特定环境中实现的,好的设计必然是在充分研究“街坊四邻”、四周环境后的产物,必须与环境在形式上达到“相宜得彰”;其次是任何一个好的设计都不会造成环境污染,都得符合“可持续发展”基本国情的要求。

除了上述需要注意的之外,展台设计还可充分利用各种可能的要素,如音响、光线、色彩。这些要素的配套使用,有助于增强工作人员谈话内容的说服力,使参观者的瞬间好感在有限的时空内能够反复得到证实和加强,为展览后期的联系工作打下基础。总之,展位设计要坚持内容与形式的统

3.搭建阶段

展台搭建是整个展台设计流程中最为重要的一部分。现场施工的好坏决定了项目设计是否得到了实现。在这一过程中,要注意以下几点。

3.1图纸审核

通常每个订购光地的参展商都必须在规定时间内随同指定搭建商申请表提交一份最终的展位设计图,以供当地消防部门及展馆进行审核。而双层展台的搭建需要审核批准,所有双层展台设计图必须经由资质的设计师签章。

3.2办理搭建手续

为了场馆方便管理各搭建商和参展商,有效控制展馆人数,搭建商必须在规定时间内办理搭建手续,如办理搭建工作员工证件等参展商进场搭建、展览期间以及退场期间进入展馆的通行证。并在规定时间内完成展台搭建工作,同时得到场馆工作小组的安全检察,如需整改的,必须立刻按照场馆要求整改。

3.3熟悉展览搭建时间安排

为了展馆的统一管理,通常在展出前三天安排搭建商统一搭建,值得注意的是展馆通常每天提供10小时供搭建商搭建,搭建商如需加班搭建必须在当天向展览现场管理办公室提出申请,并按照展馆的规定支付加班费。

展台设计是一个短暂的过程,但是在展台设计之前,作为展台搭建商必须从方方面面掌握相关的展览资料,并根据客户的要求设计独特、醒目、给人印象深刻的展台。在搭建前,必须掌握展览时间的安排,充分利用时间,将图纸转变为实体。从而给参展商提供更多对外宣传的舞台。

随着中国会展业的发展,越来越多的国外知名会展公司将目标投向上海,纷纷在中国上海设立分公司;许多国际品牌展也向国内发展,纷纷举办子展览,因此展台设计搭建也要进一步与国际接轨。目前中国展示设计工程行业呈现的是一派蓬勃无序的局面。会展业作为一个新兴的产业,展示工程行业的发展欠缺必要的市场规则和准入标准。在此,上海创信展示设计制作有限公司、上海东毅展览有限公司、世博集团上海现代国际展览有限公司、上海励展展览设计工程有限公司等企业倡议筹建展示工程企业专业委员会,通过这个组织来规范自己,并利用这个平台,做好同展商、组织单位、展馆之间的沟通协调工作,共同来推动整个展览行业的发展。2005年10月25日,由上海市会展行业协会和上海质量体系审核中心主办的“会展企业ISO 9000认证工作会议”在上海展览中心举办。上海市外经贸委贸易促进处处长王庆江在会议中指出:“上海展览业的发展对上海的经济贸易发展起着一个非常重要的推动作用。但是,作为现代服务业的重要分支,目前上海的会展”规模水准与国际先进水平相比,仍然存在着一定的差距。因此,我们必须指定一个体系,来衡量展览的质量,规范行业服务。而ISO 9000质量管理认证体系将成为一个重要的参照依据。在此,今后的中小型展览服务企业,可以通过ISO 9000这一质量管理认证体系提高企业的管理水平和效率,使自身的服务质量上一个台阶。

1 造型

展台整体造型宏伟壮观,体现了公司雄厚的企业实力、辉煌的发展成果,完美的定义了公司行业引领者的形象。声、光、电的合理应用绿色材料的大胆实践体现了公司科技感、创新感、发展感的企业发展观。整个展台寓意公司沉稳的做事风格、创新的发展思路、立足现在、着眼未来,强烈的视觉听觉冲击力、完善的功能展示区必将给各界领导和参展观众留下深刻的印象。

2 色彩搭配

展台主体为淡蓝色白色红色相结合蓝色立足科技、白色沉稳大气!红点作为点缀色,整体展位由于这几个颜色的搭配,沉稳、庄重,具有着科技感、大气,灯光效果也随着顶部造型的设计展现的淋漓尽致。

3 产品展示布局

展台内部展示布局我们公司设计分别化分了三个区域:

第一个区域:车模展示区域;让大家更好的了解到贵公司所有的车型;是具有着实力派的生产厂商;

第二个区域:实物展示区域;这块的摆放,设计师合理严格根据参展的规格来设计的实物,我们又系统的规划了实物的展示,着重产品展示无论从哪个方向都能看到展示的产品;

第三个区域;洽谈区,设计了一个接待贵宾的即VIP为沙发展示;一个是交流会客区为洽谈桌椅展示;这部分设计师充分的融合了温馨的设计理念,设计成了两种方式的不同洽谈。

4 展台布局

展台整体布局为:参展设备与公司形象展示完美结合,参展设备及LED播放醒目突出;正面的大屏目设计师大胆的运用了一个“北”字来作为点睛之笔突出北车的整体展台的形象。

5 展台方位

展台设计与展馆人流方向相吻合,使参展观众可以全面的看到企业展示的效果,便于了解、交流。
