一、工程概况

3、本工程建筑安全等级为二级,框架结构地上4层/1339㎡,抗震设防烈为6度。

4、本工程基础垫层为c15商品砼,其它梁、板、柱均为c30商品砼;外墙面均为墙面面砖,厨、卫墙面为饰面砖,楼梯、室内墙面为涂料墙面,楼梯间踏步、室内地面为陶瓷地砖。电气设计为6个系统,动力配电系统、照明配电系统、防雷接是系统、火灾自动控制报警系统、有线电视系统、电话即网络系统。

二、质量自评依据

1、中机国际工程设计研究院有限责任公司的施工图纸。

2、《建筑工程施工质量验收统一标准》(gb50202-2002)施工验收规范及国家、地方现行标准。

3、实验检测所遵循的技术规程、规范、标准。

4、国家、地方现行有关建筑工程质量管理办法及规定。

5、《施工承包合同》约定的工程质量控制目标。

三、质量控制状态

1、针对本工程实际特点,我项目部建立了完整的工程质量保证体系,组建了强有力的项目领导班子,以项目经理为直接负责人,下辖技术负责人、施工工长、测量员、质检员对每道工序进行严格检查,认真执行“三检制”,保质保量完成施工任务。我项目部在施工过程中始终坚持“百年大计、质量第一”的指导思想,认真做好施工过程中的各项工作。

2、本工程自开工以来,本公司的管理人员基本做到各工序有专人负责,质量管理体系基本完善,处于正常的受控状态。

3、本公司严格按照施工图纸、设计变更及施工验收规范进行施工,在施工过程中发现不规范的操作及违规行为,现场管理人员及时指出并做出改正。

4、在施工过程中,本公司做到保证资料与施工进度同步,凡进场材料、半成品、构配件均具备材料出厂合格证,进入现场后在监理工程师的见证下及时取样送检,经检验合格后方可投入使用。

四、质量保证资料自查情况

1、钢筋原材料合格证16份,试验报告16份。

2、水泥出厂合格证及检验报告各1份

3、砖检测报告各2份。

4、商品砼配合比报告单5份;水泥出厂合格证2份、检验报告5份。

5、砼试压块检验报告c30标准养护8份;同条件养护8份;

6、水、电安装及其它材料、设备检验报告及合格证符合验收规范标准。

7、隐蔽工程验收记录齐全。

以上共查核7项,7项均符合要求,资料基本完整。

六、竣工图编制情况

综合对溆浦中民燃气有限公司液化石油气储配站综合楼,单位工程各分部各分项的实测实量数据,以及工程保证资料与工程进度同步的结果,我公司质检科认为,溆浦中民燃气有限公司液化石油气储配站综合楼单位工程施工质量符合设计要求和施工验收规范,质量控制资料完整,该单位工程质量评定为合格。

年产*****万立方米天然气加气母站扩建项目

竣工环境保护验收申请报告 *****市环保局:

我公司新上年产******万立方米天然气加气母站扩建项目位于****市****路东首路南天然气门站院内,总投资*****万元,占地面积*****平方米。建设内容:新上年产*****万立方米天然气加气母站扩建项目,主要包括生产车间辅助设施和综合办公室设施,本项目加气母站设计加气量为**万立方米/日,年产约*****万立方米。目前,年产*****万立方米天然气加气母站扩建项目已建设完成。

项目在设计、建设中严格落实了环境影响报告表提出的污染防治措施和环评批复要求。具体情况简要汇报如下:

1、本项目产生的废水为少量的生活废水,生活废水经简单过滤后,用于厂区内绿化,符合《污水综合排放标准》(gb8978-1996)。因此,该项目的建设不会对地表水产生影响。

2、本项目产生的废气主要为天然气,cng加气站在正常工作情况下,该项目输配过程中未密闭过程,压缩机启停机泄压时释放的天然气全部回收,由站内安全放散系统所排放的天然气极少,只有在进行检修或压力超高时因保护设备的需要,才有少量天然气放散。项目设置安全放散系统,由于天然气放散量小,在经规定高度的防空管排放后,对周围环境空气的影响很小。另外,加气机在给汽车加气后将有余气释放。根据《汽车加油加气站设计与施工规范》(gb5016--2002),因为天然气比重小于空气能很快扩散,故允许拆修仪表或加气作业时泄放的少量天然气就地排放大气。因此,该项目的建设不会对大气产生影响。

3、本项目脱硫工艺中将产生含硫化铁的固体废物,为一般工业固体废物,年产生量约为7~8吨,由脱硫剂厂家负责回收。另外,该项目生活垃圾年产生量约为2.3吨,收集后由环卫部门统一处理。因此,本项目产生的固体废物不会对周围环境造成污染。

4、本项目营运中的噪声主要来源于压缩机、阀门等设备产生的噪声,一般等效声级在55-75db(a)之间;另外,加气枪加气后余气释放以及事故排空时,放空系统与气流间的摩擦产生的噪声可达到90 db(a)。阀门及调压设备一般位于相对封闭的房间内,在经过墙壁隔声和距离衰减后,可减噪15 db(a)以上,由于建设项目周围声敏感目标较少,且布局合理、注重绿化,在采取一系列隔声降噪措施后,项目所排放噪声符合《工业企业厂界噪声标准》(gb12348--90)的ⅱ类标准,因此不会对周围环境造成影响。 经自查,认为该项目基本具备建设项目竣工环境保护验收条件,现申请贵局给予环境保护验收。 特此报告。
