After more than one month’s exercitation about Premier Wen’s Pre Reception and in Han Dan Iron and Steel Corporation, I have got much knowledge that we can not learn from our test book, at the moment, I got a deeper understanding about the society.What I learnt from this exercitation is by following:
First, communication is very important to us when we work with others.As this years’ graduates, I haven’t any career experience about my future work, so communication as a information gain way is very important.I felt this very obvious in Hansteel group.Due to knowing a little about the company’s busine operation, many things I need to ask permanent staff.If I didn’t build a good relationship with them, they maybe unwilling to teach me or can’t nicely teach me.Second, cooperation is needed in our work and study, in most time, one task needs all of us to do it together, for example, when I was in Hansteel, I saw that they will ask older staffs’ proposal when they are not sure about the contact clause.They discu together about what their company can accept and what they not, which clause in contract need be changed or be delete.All of these need their staffs’ cooperation.Third, I improved my learning capacity, during all exercitation, the proce of I serve others is also a proce of I learn from them.From the exercitation in Hansteel, I known that I need to learn more in order to catch up with the demands of the market and people’s expectation.I also learnt that we need keep attention to the development and changing of current affairs.This point is obviously in Pre Reception of Premier Wen, this reception involved in many current affairs such as international crisis and European crisis, the question of Taiwan Straits, political structural reform, social equity and fairne, the iue of Syria, etc.all of these need us have focused on the current affairs and have had enough reserve lexical when we translate in this simulation pre.Forth, company should protect the environment when they develop their company’s economy.Hansteel is a very famous company in Han Dan or even in China, many people want to squeeze into Hansteel.most including me see this maybe think Hansteel’s basic condition is the best, but when I went to there, my first reaction is that leave this place immediately, there is too dirty and torn, just like be ransacked by the flood, in this place, I can’t see sky clearly because of there have too much dust, I can’t breath happy like in my school.There always full of unpleasant gas emiions.Maybe it’s wage and treatment is really good.But often living in place like this, the people’s health is a very important question.Natural environment is the needed thing that we live in the earth, I hope different enterprises don’t forget protect environment when they largely produce.Finally also the most important thing is that we need have real ability.If we know nothing, we will not do our job well.This is cannot make up by other ways.Whatever the exercitation of Hansteel or the pre reception of premier Wen, both need us have true ability.Foreign trade need us have to be good at doing busine with foreigner by internet and special software.From translation of the pre reception, we need master to use the translation skills and have the profeional lexicon about current affairs.
In conclusion, by this exercitation, I found more lack for future career.I got a deeper understanding about what the society is .
