我国城市社区管理的问题与对策分析

摘 要：随着我国市场经济改革的不断深入,我国现有的城市社区实际运行依靠居委会和街道办事处来管理居民的管理模式,已经远远不适应现代社会的发展,应打破现有的社区体制,建立新型的、明确的、有效的社会体制,明晰社区管理权责,推进中国城市社区管理体制的改革,以适应经济发展的需要。

Abstract:As China\'s market economy and the deepening of the reform, the actual operation of the city community on the street office and the neighborhood residents to management mode of management, is not adapt to the development of modern society, we should break the existing community system, the establishment of new, clear, effective social system, community management responsibilities clear, advance reform Chinese city community management system, in order to meet the needs of economic development.
