Statement of Waiving the Prority of Puchasing
I hereby confirms receipt of a written notice from the ownet of property which is located at District,Shanghai regarding selling the propority to a third party.As the tenent of the property,I state that I waive the priority of purchasing the property and request that the property owner shall aist new owner and I to sign an Alteration Agreement for the Lease Contract in time and finish the transferring job the security deposit.
现接到位于上海市浦东新区路弄号 将该房地产出售给第三人，现作为该房地产的承租人，本人在此声明，放弃对该房地产的优先购买权，同时要求产权人必须及时协助新的产权人与本承租人签定租赁合同的变更协议，并完成租赁押金的移交工作。
