The Management reserves the right to amend any part contained in this handbook.Any amendment should be reviewed and approved by the hotel Labor Union and the Staff Representative Meeting before it can take effect and be implemented.Where any point in this handbook differs from the notices, circulars that the Hotel may iue from time to time, the latter will take precedence.

3.1RECRUITMENT GUIDELINES 员工聘用指南

Employment contract must be signed between the hotel and the candidate prior to the placement in the job.Employment contract must be signed between the hotel and the candidate on the basis of mutual agreement.Both parties shall observe and implement the terms and regulations stipulated in the contract.When the contract expires, its renewal or extension is subject to the mutual agreement of both parties.

聘用员工须与酒店签订《劳动合同》。酒店(甲方)与所聘员工(乙方)建立劳动关系,须在双方同意的基础上签订劳动合同。劳动合同一经签订即具有法律效力,双方必须履行规定条款。合同期满,所签订合同终止,重新签订或续签合同须双方同意。

3.2PROBATION PERIOD 员工试用期

·At the discretion of the Hotel, you may be required to be medically examined, including X-Ray and blood test from time to time.

3.3WORKING HOURS,REST DAYS AND OVERTIME 工作时间、休息日和超时工作

·In accordance with the Labour Law, the normal working hours shall be forty (40) hours (excluding meal hours) per week.Two rest days per week will be accorded to you.

·Unle authorized by the Head of Department,employees are not allowed to leave the Hotel premises during working hours.

·Your actual duty hours shall be in accordance to the duty roster prepared by your Head of Department.The Hotel reserves the right to change the roster whenever it is deemed neceary for the efficient operation of the Hotel.

3.6TIME CARD OR SWIPE CARD考勤卡的使用规定

·You are required to clock your Time Card on a time clock machine situated at the staff entrance/exit whenever you enter or leave the Hotel.This also applies to staff leaving the Hotel for offcial busine,medical consultations at hospital or to attend to personal matters (permiion granted by Department Head) Those employees in the special posts such as S&M, purchasing, drivers and managers are exempt from this regulation.

在进入或离开酒店时,员工需要在位于员工出入口处的考勤机上打卡。员工因酒店业务或去医院就诊或因个人事务(在得到部门经理同意下)而离开酒店时也需要打卡(特殊岗位如:销售、采购、司机和管理人员除外)。

·Each employee must clock your time card personally.Asking your colleague to clock your time card or clocking your colleague\'s time card will render you liable for disciplinary action.

3.7ATTENDANCE出勤的要求

·You have to inform your immediate superior of your whereabouts during working hours so as to prevent any disruption in service.

·Failure to report your absence will result in salary deduction and disciplinary action.Continuous absence of three (3) days or more without prior approval or reasonable excuse shall result in dismial or self-termination of employment contract.

缺勤未报将导致扣发工资和纪律处分。未经同意或缺乏合理的解释而出现持续3天或3天以上天数的缺勤将导致酒店对您的解聘或被视为劳动合同自动终止。

·To obtain or attempt to obtain leave of absence by fraud or by false pretense constitutes a very serious offence,this will render you liable for summary dismial.

通过欺骗或制造假象而获准或试图获准缺勤属于严重违纪,酒店管理层将有权予以立即辞退。

3.8STAFF UNIFORM员工工作服

Hotel will provide employees with the shoes as per hotel policy. 酒店按规定向员工发放工作鞋。

·Uniform will be iued at the uniform counter in accordance with hotel policy

·All Hotel uniforms will be laundered by the Hotel. 所有工作制服将由酒店洗涤。

·You are not allowed to wear the Hotel uniform outside the Hotel premises unle specific duties require you to do so.

除非有特殊工作要求,员工不得在酒店范围外穿着工作制服。

·Alterations to uniforms are to be made only by the Housekeeping Department.If you alter or modify your uniform by yourself,you will be charged for any resultant damages.Uniforms must be returned to the Housekeeping Department upon resignation,termination or dismial of service,failing which you will be required to pay for the cost of the uniform. 仅有客房可对制服作修改。如果员工随意改变您的工作制服,员工必须偿付由此而造成的任何损失。在辞职、辞退而离开酒店之前,员工必须把工作制服退还给客房部,否则员工须按原价偿付该制服的费用。

·You are responsible for the proper care of the uniform iued to you.The uniform remains as the properly of the Hotel.Any damages caused by improper use of uniform will be charged to the employee.

3.9TRANSFER,PROMOTION & DEMOTION调岗、晋升和降职

·The transfer and promotion of an employee within the Hotel is the prerogative of the Management and shall be carried out at the discretion of the Management 员工在店内调岗与晋升,只能由管理层予以实施。

·It is the policy of the Hotel to promote employees from within the Hotel,as far as poible,whenever a vacancy arises.

作为酒店的规定,将尽可能在有职位空缺时晋升酒店内部员工填补该空缺。

·An employee

for

continuous

poor

work performance,despite being corrected.

工作表现持续欠佳,无视上级纠正的员工将会被降职。

3.10RESIGNATION/TERMINATION 辞职/辞退

·At any time before the expiry of the probationary period,an employee s services may be terminated by either party,when the Hotel considers an employee s performance is unsatisfactory or when the employee considers himself unsuitable for the job,by giving a 7-day notice in writing or payment in lieu of notice.在试用期内,如酒店认为员工不合格,或员工本人认为不适应所从事的岗位,双方均可解除劳动合同,但须提前7天给予对方书面通知或以付款赔偿方式代替通知期。

·The Hotel reserves the right to deduct from your salary due for any insufficient notice of termination.Likewise, the employee reserves the right to claim the compensation due for the insufficient notice of termination from the hotel.酒店保留因员工通知解除合同时间之不足而扣减所得薪金之权利。同样,员工保留因酒店通知解除合同时间之不足而提出赔偿的权利。

·Any employee who has resigned,been terminated or dismied is to retrain from returning in staff area of the Hotel for a minimum period of six months with effect from the last day of service unle authorized by the General Manager,Deputy General Manager of Resident Manager

从最后一个工作日起,任何已辞职、辞退之员工在六个月内不得重回酒店员工区域,除非有总经理、副总经理或驻店经理的批准。

·The hotel may terminate/dismi an employee,who commits any misconduct after receiving a last warning,within the contract period,without notice period and without compensation.

酒店可以在合同期内辞退任何收到最后警告之后再次违规之员工,而无需给予任何通知期或补偿。

3.11RENEWAL OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT合同续约

·As an employee of the Hotel,you are required to devote your enire attention to the services of the Hotel.

·Engaging in any other busine,trade or job during the work time or by taking advantage of your position in the hotel is strictly not allowed. 员工不得在工作时间或利用工作之便从事其他生意和工作。

3.13CHANGE OF PERSONAL PARTICULARS个人情况变更说明

·To keep all employee s personal records with the Hotel up-to-date,you must notify the Human Resourees Department immediately of any change in your personal particulars

4.1DUTY MEALS免费工作餐

·Duty meals will be provided free in the Hotel\'s Staff Dining Room. 员工餐厅免费提供工作餐。

·You are entitled to two (2) duty meal for each shift of work.员工在每一个工作日享有两次工作餐。

·If you have to perform authorized overtime work for more than (2) hours,you will be entitled to an additional meal.

·Each employee should be in uniform and produce a valid Staff Meal Card before taking any meals.

·Each duty meal time is 30 minutes and will not be considered as part of working hours and not included in overtime work.

4.4ANNUAL LEAVE年假

·Vacations are to be taken annually,and may not be accrued from one year to the next,but approval of such leave shall be subject to the operational needs of the Hotel.Hotel shall ensure that the vacations of employees are duly taken annually.

·As far as poible,leave application will be granted at your request but approval of such leave shall be subject to the discretion of the Head of Department 一般情况下员工的休假申请会尽可能被批准,但须由部门经理作出决定。

4.5MATRIMONIAL LEAVE婚假

·Contract employees who reach the legal marriage age will be entitled to 3 continuous calendar days of paid matrimonial leave.10 continuous days of paid matrimonial leave will be awarded to female employees who have reached the age of 23 and above,and male employees who have reached the age of 25 and above on their first legal marriage only.

达到法定婚龄的合同正式员工,在结婚时将享有3天的带薪婚假,23岁及以上的女性员工或25岁以上的男性员工首次结婚将享有连续10天的带薪婚假。

·Application for matrimonial leave with the relevant certificate must be copied to the Human Resourees Department.

·Matrimonial leave is not paid-in-lieu and non-accumulative. 婚假不得保留或以现金支付。

4.6MATERNITY LEAVE产假

·Normally, 90 days of maternity leave will be granted to employees who give a birth.30 extra days of maternity leave will be awarded to employees who give a birth at the age of 24 or above as stipulated in existing government regulations.Leave or other proper arrangements may be granted to female first-line employees with 5 months of pregnancy and other female employees with 7 months of pregnancy.

4.8Home leave 探亲假

·In accordance with government regulations,home leave will be granted to employees in employment for 1 year and above whose spouse and parents do not have a local resident certificate and can not meet him or her in the statutory holidays.

在酒店连续服务满一年的员工,其配偶或父母户口及居住均不在本市,且不能利用节假日团聚的,可按国家规定享受探亲假。

4.9Public Leave 公假

4.10Work Injury 工伤

·An employee who has an injury during the work must inform the manager and seek immediate medical treatment in the hotel clinic and hospital.The relevant department shall make a work injury report within 24 hours to be reviewed by the Human Resource Dept.and Labor Union and to be approved by the Labor Executive Dept.

员工因公负伤,应视伤情立即送医务室或医院治疗,并报部门经理,24小时内由部门写出报告。由人力资源部、工会核定后报劳动行政部门审批。

4.11MEDICAL BENEFITS医疗福利

·Medical Benefits for all employees will be according to the Local Labour and the regulations & policies of the Hotel.The details will be defined by the Human Resources Department and iued with memo.

医疗福利将参照当地有关劳动法规由人力资源部制订专门政策予以规定。

4.12HOSPITALIZATION LEAVE住院

·Hospitalization for all employees will be according to the Local Labour and the regulations & policies of the Hotel.The details will be defined by the Human Resources Department and iued with memo.

员工住院将参照当地有关劳动法规由人力资源部制订专门政策予以规定。

4.13PROLONGED MEDICAL LEAVE医疗期

员工医疗期同样参照当地有关劳动法规由人力资源部制订政策予以规定。

4.14LEAVE WITHOUT PAY事假

·Application for no pay leave shall be submitted on the appropriate form to your Head of Department giving at least 1 weeks notice(except for urgent cases).The approval of such leave shall be the absolute discretion of the Management.

员工申请事假应至少提前一周向部门经理提交申请(紧急情况除外)。该项申请经理批准后方可执行。

4.15YEAR-END BONUS年终奖

·Permanent confirmed employees on the payroll as at 31 Dccember of the year may be paid a year-end bonus.The amount of the bonus shall be based on the Hotels financial performance and at the absolute discretion of the Management.

通过试用期后的员工在每年的12月31日可能享有年终奖金。奖金数额将根据酒店的财务状况将由管理层决定。

·Permanent confirmed employee who has been in employment more than three (3) months and le than one (1) year may receive bonus on prorata basis.

工作三个月以上少于一年的已通过试用期的员工的年终奖将按一定比例发放。

·Such payment will not be made to any employee who has resigned,been terminated or dismied.

任何已辞职、被辞退的员工将不享有年终奖金。

·It is a policy of the Hotel to develop all employees so that they become increasingly effective in their jobs.Training is provided for all employees as follows:

On-the-job training:Technical training in areas of employee s duties and responsibilities conducted by the employee s supervisor,manager or Head of Department.

Claroom Training:General subjects which can be utilized by all departments will by determined,arranged and conducted in the training room of the Hotel.

课室培训:适用于所有部门的酒店常规课程,将在酒店的培训教室内举办。 Outside Training:There are educational institutions that offer training courses and seminars which the Management may send the employees to attend when appropriate.

4.19ENGLISH ALLOWANCE英语津贴 ·

The employees who have paed the English Level Exam organized by Beijing Tourism Bureau will be granted English allowance.The review will be done by the Training Dept.once a year.Those who fail in the review will be disqualified for the English allowance.酒店员工参加北京市旅游局统一的等级考试。考试合格者根据酒店制度给予英语津贴。酒店培训部每年将组织一次复查,对复查不合格者取消英语津贴资格。

The Hotel Rules & Regulations have been designed to guide you in your relationship with each other,with the Management,and most importantly with our guests.

酒店规则与条例之制订是用以指导员工正确与同事、管理层、特别是与酒店客人的关系。

Discipline is a vital function of management,and will be administered constructively,objectively,promptly and uniformly.Its sole purpose is to correct improper behavior,and to improve conduct rather than to punish.

It is important that you comply with, observe and perform according to these Rules & Regulations in your daily work to ensure safe,efficient and smooth operation of the Hotel.

The Rules & Regulations are subject to review as and when the Management deems neceary.

酒店管理层在必要时可对本条例予以修改。

Any employee who fails to comply with,observe or perform according to any of the said Rules & Regulations may be given a warning,last warning,terminated or dismied according to the circumstances and seriousne of each case.

任何员工违反本条例中任何一项规定,都将依据其所犯事件严重性程度受到警告、最后警告、终止合同或开除处分。

5.1NAME BADGE员工工牌管理规定

·You are required to wear your name badge at all times while you are on duty.The name badge must be pinned on the upper chest left hand side of your uniform.员工在工作时必须一直佩戴员工工牌,并须将此工牌别在左胸上方的制服上。

·If your name badge is lost,you should report to the Human Resources Department immediately to arrange for the iuance of a new name badge at a charge ten(10) yuan.

5.2EMPLOYEE IDENTIFICATION CARD员工工作证管理规定

·An employee identification card will be iued to you.Each employee must produce the card for inspection and clock the card before entering and leaving the hotel.

酒店将发给每位员工一张员工证,员工出入酒店须出示此证,并按规定打卡。

·This card must be produced for inspection by Security, Personnel or the Management when entering the Hotel or whenever requested.No person will be allowed entry into the Hotel premises without an Employee Identification Card.

在进入酒店或被要求时应出示此证以供保安员或酒店管理层检查。任何不携带此证的员工均不得进入酒店。

·Lo or damage of the card must be reported to the Human Resources Department immediately.A charge of ten (10) yuan will be levied for each replacement.

如该证丢失,必须立即向人力资源部报告。领新的工作证须缴纳人民币10元。

·This card remains the property of the Hotel and must be returned to the Human Resources Department upon termination of employment.

该证所有权属本酒店,在终止本酒店工作之前,必须将此证归还人力资源部。

5.3EMPLOYEE ENTRANCE & EXIT员工通道管理规定

·The hotel main entrance is for hotel guests only. 酒店正门仅供客人出入。

5.4TIME CARD & DAILY TIME SHEET 员工考勤管理规定

·Employee are not allowed to clock the Time Card or sign in/out in the Daily Time Sheet for others.Disciplinary action will be taken against employees who violate this rule.

任何员工不得代其他员工打考勤卡或登记每日考勤表,违者将受严重纪律处分。

5.5PERSONAL VISITS员工接待私人来访的管理规定

·Employees are not allowed visits by relatives and friends at any time except in emergency cases.

除非紧急情况,任何员工不得在工作时间接受亲属或朋友拜访。

·Employees must obtain permiion from their supervisor/manager before leaving their work place to attend to visitors at the security checkpoint. 员工在离开工作去安检处见访客之前,须得到其主管/经理许可。

5.6PERSONAL CALLS员工接打私人电话的管理规定

·Employees are not allowed to use the Hotel s telephones for out going or incoming private calls,except where prior permiion has been granted by your supervisor/manager.

·Use the coinphone or cardphone located at the back-of-house area for your private calls and only in emergency cases.

5.7SMOKING员工在店内吸烟的管理规定

·Smoking is only allowed at designated authorized Smoking areas. 只允许在指定吸烟区吸烟。

·Disciplinary action will be taken against an employee who is caught smoking at unauthorized areas.

在非指定区域吸烟将受到纪律处分。

·Guest-contact employees are advised to rinse their mouths after smoking before commencing or resuming their work.

需接触宾客的员工在吸烟后漱口才可以开始继续工作。

·Complaints arising from guests about such incidents will lead to poible disciplinary action taken against the employee.

若员工因吸烟而导致客人不满,员工将可能受到处分。

5.8WASHROOMS员工使用客用洗手间的管理规定

·You are prohibited from using the guests’ washrooms. 任何员工不得使用客用洗手间。

·The use of guest lifts/elevators is prohibited unle specific duties require you to do so.

除非特殊工作需要,任何员工不得使用客用电梯。

·Please use the service lifts.The employees are expected not to take elevator for 2 floors up or for 3 floors down.

上下楼时必须乘坐员工专用电梯。上二层楼或下三层楼时请步行。

5.10LOITERING员工不允许在岗上闲逛的管理规定

·Employees are not allowed to loiter in the Hotel s premises before,during and after working hours unle on specific work aignment. 除非特殊工作需要,任何员工不得在任何时间在酒店内闲逛。

·You are not allowed to leave your work area without prior permiion from your supervisor/manager or enter any section/department/area in the Hotel in which you are not aigned to work,unle your duties require you to do so.

非经部门主管/经理同意,员工不得离开工作岗位或进入非工作区域和部门。

·Prior permiion must be obtained if you are required to stay later than an hour after your shift.

在下班后需要逗留一小时以上,须事先获得许可。

5.11LOST AND FOUND ITEMS失物招领

员工在07∶00-23∶00之间在酒店范围内发现任何遗失的钱物,应通过本部门主管立即送交酒店客房部。

在23∶00之后发现的财物应送交大堂副理。

·You are advised that unlawful retention of property not belonging to you is an offence and can subject you to disciplinary action. 非法扣留不属于自己的财物,可能导致纪律处分。

5.12THEFT 员工不允许偷窃酒店物品的管理规定

·Theft of any items from the Hotel,guests or other employees will render you liable to instant dismial.This includes consuming or taking food,alcoholic beverages or any other types of beverages from the Hotel without prior permiion.从酒店、顾客或其他员工处偷窃财物将导致对该员工的立即辞退。此项内容包括未经许可而食用或拿取酒店之食物、酒类或其它饮料。

5.13EATING/DRINKING员工不允许在岗上吃东西的管理规定

·Employees shall not consume food or beverages at the work area or any other places except the staff dining room.The Hotel views unauthorized consumption of hotel food,alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as serious breaches of discipline.

除员工餐厅外,员工不得在酒店区域内进食或喝含有酒精的饮料。未获准许而进食或饮用含有酒精饮料是违反店规。这种行为将被视为严重违纪。

·Eating during working hours and eating at the work area is strictly prohibited.

工作时间内不得在酒店工作区域内进食。

5.14DRUNKENNESS,UNDER INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL 员工不允许在岗上醉酒的管理规定

·Employee\'s who report for work under the influence of alcohol or smell of alcohol or suspected to be intoxicated shall be duly disciplined. 任何员工在上班时醉酒或有浓厚酒味,将受到相应的纪律处分。

·No consumption of alcohol or other intoxicating liquid is allowed within the hotel premises and its surroundings.

不允许在酒店所属服务范围内饮酒或其它酒精饮料。

5.15PERSONAL PAGER & HANDPHONE 员工配带私人传呼机和手机的规定

·No employee is permitted to carry a personal pager and handphone during working hours.

任何员工在上岗时不得携带私人传呼机和手机。

·Only those who are iued with the Hotel s pager or handphone for offcial use will be allowed to carry such pager/handphone while on duty. 因业务需求而由酒店配发传呼机或手机的员工方可在值班时携带。

·Approval will be granted only under compaionate and justifiable circumstances.

5.16CONFIDENTIALITY员工必须遵守酒店保密制度的管理规定

·Employees shall maintain and observe confidentiality to the utmost throughout your employment.

酒店员工在聘用期间应严格遵守酒店保密制度。

·Disclosing any information of a confidential nature about the Hotel to any unauthorized person is a grave offence and may lead to immediate dismial.

将酒店机密信息泄露给他人是严重违纪将可能导致纪律处分。

5.17HEALTH & SAFETY AT WORK员工安全工作的管理规定



·Any injury sustained while on duty must be reported immediately to the Head of Department.

当班受伤时,应立即报告部门经理。

·The Hotel will not be responsible for any claim whatsoever if the accident is not reported within 24 hours.

如果在事故或受伤后24小时内未予报告,酒店将对此不负任何责任。

·Safely is the concern of every employee.Observe all safety rules and signages such as ―No ENTRY‖, ―DO NOT ENTER‖, ―NO SMOKING‖, ―DANGER‖, ―FLOOR IS SLIPPERY‖.etc.

每位员工都应切实注意安全。要遵守安全规则,注意写有―不准入内‖、―禁止吸烟‖、―危险‖、―小心地滑‖等字样的标志。

员工会被指导在发生火灾时应采取的措施及紧急出口的使用办法。

5.18TYPES OF MISCONDUCT违纪类别

A.FIRST DEGREE OFFENCE一类违纪 i) Loitering in the Hotel when off duty or on leave. 下班后或休假时在酒店闲逛。

ii) Using hotel telephone for personal calls. 使用酒店非指定电话处理私人事宜。

iii) Disorderly conduct of any kind on the Hotel premises such as running,shouting or using abusive language.

在酒店内有任何不遵守秩序的行为,如奔跑、大声喊叫或语言粗俗。 iv)Refusal to submit to or comply with security policies of the Hotel such as failure to present packages being taken into or out of the Hotel for inspection by authorized guards/personnel.

拒绝服从或遵守酒店保安政策,如拒绝打开带进或带出酒店的包裹让授权的保安人员检查。

v) Failure to comply with any periodically scheduled medical examination required by the Hotel.

不依从酒店定期体格检查的要求。

vi) Failure to wear name badge while on duty. 工作时间不佩带名牌。

vii) Using guest facilities or guest elevators without prior authorization. 未经事先同意,擅自使用客人设施或电梯。

viii) Failure to wear proper attire or uniform while on duty. 工作时间不穿合适的服装或制服。

ix) Bringing food out of the Staff Dining Room.

x) Unauthorized entering or leaving the Hotel through the Lobby entrance. 擅自通过大堂出入酒店。 xi) Littering on the Hotel premises. 在酒店里乱扔垃圾。

xii) Sloppine in personal appearance. 衣着邋遢。

xiii) Failure to carry Employee Identification Card while on duty or on the Hotel premises.

工作时或在酒店内不携带酒店工作证。

xiv) Wearing uniforms outside the Hotel without authorization. 在酒店外部穿制服,除因工作需要。

xv) Holding hands in the hotel or putting arms around each other.在酒店内手牵手或勾肩搭背。

xvi) Picking one\'s nose or ears while on duty. 岗上挖鼻孔或抠耳朵。

xvii) Failure to adhere to personal grooming standards. 不遵照仪容仪表的标准要求。

xviii) Speaking dialect and not offcial language at work. 工作时说方言,不讲专业语言。

xix) Chewing gum,sucking a sweet or preserved fruit during working hours. 工作时间咀嚼口香糖或吃零食。

xx)Unauthorized carrying of pager and hand phone while on duty. 上班时擅自携带传呼机及手机。

B.SECOND DEGREE OFFENCE二类违纪
