创业名称：茶餐厅创业计划计划
创业灵感：
茶，在我国历史悠久，传说茶是“发乎于神农，闻于鲁周公，兴于唐而盛于宋。”茶圣，唐代陆羽(公元733-八百四年)就编撰了世界上第一部茶叶专著《茶经》。 经营目标：
现在市场从事茶叶经营的另批商店和供销人数众多，但真正懂得茶文化、茶艺、茶保健的专业人员甚少，人们在品尝茶的清香，回甘的同时能了解一些茶文化，茶艺方面的知识，掌握一些茶保健功能既能增添茶趣味，又能对人体健康、防病有帮助，何乐而不为呢?因此，我选择从事茶叶经营项目的同时能普及茶知识，理由就是在增加经济效益的同时，提高社会效益。
计划摘要：
在经营活动中，首先是提高服务质量，热情接待每一位顾客，根据顾客的需求，有的放矢，介绍产品的特色、层次、价格，同时提供有关的冲饮方式，保健知识，储藏方法等专业知识，为了成功的开展经营活动，在经营活动初期，做好宣传工作，如印制名片发放，告知经营特色，服务内容(如免费配送、免费咨询等)优惠程度，双向联系方法，根据多年的社区医疗服务经验，以热情服务、优质产品、优惠价格、耐心咨询争取赢得市场一份。 具体策略和步骤：

1、走企业，访社区，价格优惠，服务到位——推销
2、对购上等佳品或购量较大者送茶艺品——促销
3、茶艺展示，提高购物兴趣，普及茶文化——展销

1、创业初期，亏本让利，得到市场认可，付学费必不可少，准备按固定费用，承担亏本风险，当月以60%每月递减10%，六个月后达到持平，初算如下：第一个月：9578*60%=5746.80元
