What are you doing? 教学设计

I Teaching contents: Part A Let’s learn and Pair work II Teaching aims:

1、能够听、说、读、写动词短语的ing 形式:drawing pictures, doing the dishes,cooking dinner, reading a book, answering the phone.

2、能运用句子“What are you doing?”询问别人正在做什么并作答。

3、通过说唱Let’s chant部分的歌谣巩固复习Let’slearn部分的动词短语和句子。

4、提高学生的听、说、读、写能力,和培养学生的合作精神。 III Teaching main points :

掌握五个动词短语的ing 形式,能够理解下一课时的主要句型:“What are you doing?”并能够用I’m doing the dishes/…作答。 IV Teaching difficult points:

1、如何引导学生感知、理解现在进行时所表达的含义。

2、动词- ing形式的读音,特别是加 -ing 之后的连读。 V Teaching tools:

1、教师准备录音机和磁带。

2、教师准备各种动词短语卡片、图片。

3、教师准备画笔、故事书、电话等小道具。

4、教师准备本课时所需课件。 VI Teaching procedures:

Step1 Warming-up and Revision(热身互动,自然导入)(5分)

1、Greeting and Sing a song:《I can help》.投影出示歌词,老师做动作示范,师生一同演唱。

(设计思路:课前的师生问候既拉近了师生间的距离,又锻炼了学生的口语能力。以歌曲热身,让学生在优美的歌声中复习有关家务劳动的短语,既提高了学生的兴趣,又活跃了课堂气氛,营造了良好的学习氛围。)

2、Divide into groups T: Look! There are four trees.This is group 1.This is group 2.You are group 3 and group 4.If you did a good job , I will draw apples for you, Are you clear? Let’s have a race.(设计思路:将学生分组能培养学生们的竞争意识及合作精神。)

3、师生问答,自然导入课题。

T : Hello , boys and girls.Here’s a book, Do you like reading books? Please , look at me .What am I doing now?(现在我在干什么?) You can ask me : What are you doing? Ask me together .I am reading a book.From this cla , we’ll learn Unit 4 : What are you doing?(板书课题) (设计思路:通过问答自然引入课题,让学生理解课题意思。) Step2 Presentation(呈现新知)(20分)

1、Now , Let’s chant 《What are you doing? 》.( 播放课件,师生跟着节奏跟唱 ) (设计思路:通过chant,让学生初步感知现在进行时的用法。) 2、学习新词drawing pictures T:拿出画笔问:Can you draw? Ss :Yes T: Please draw a tree。边说边在黑板上画一棵树,并强调I am drawing a tree now.用彩色粉笔强调ing 。鼓励同学做画画的动作,边做边说 I am drawing a tree T:What are you doing? S:I am drawing a tree。

T:Yes,You’re drawing pictures.drawing pictures.(Now read after me .) T:Look at the pictures .She’s ChenJie .What is she doing? S:She’s drawing pictures.Pair work。

S1:What are you doing? S2: I am drawing pictures 3、学习新词doing the dishes T:Can you do the dishes? (边说边做洗碗的动作) S : Yes T:Look at the ZhangPeng ? What is he doing? (出示课件) S:do the dishes.T:Yes ,He is doing the dishes .doing the dishes,Please do an action and say .(边读边做洗碗的动作,要求学生也边读单词边做动作。) T : What are you doing? S : I am doing the dishes .师问并点学生回答。

4、学习新词Cooking dinner.T:You can do the dishes .Can you cook dinner ? You’re helpful .Please do an action and say .( 边做动作边读单词 ) Cooking dinner.( 领读单词 ) Pair work。

S1:What are you doing? S2: I am cooking dinner.5学习新词reading a book T:(出示课件)What is John doing ? He’s reading a book . reading a book ( 领读单词 ) Now .Who can ask me with the sentence ? ( 指标题 ) S : What are you doing? T : I am reading a book .(将手中的故事书给一名学生)This is for you.Please read it.OK..What are you doing? S : I am reading a book .T:Pa the story-book one by one, Ask and anwer.S1:What are you doing? S2 : I am reading a book .6、学习新词answering the phone .

T:(电话铃响)Sorry,Please wait a minute,Let me anwer the phone.(拿起话筒接电话)Hello,This is Mi Yang, I’m having an English cla.I’m busy.Bye 教学词组answer the phone T: (出示课件)What is ZhangPeng doing? He is answering the phone .(带读单词 ) Pair work。

S1:What are you doing? S2:(做接电话的动作)I am answering the phone .(设计意图:通过教师的动作示范、课件呈现和实物演示引出新单词的学习,让学生直观地理解新单词的意思。通过仔细观察单词,让学生了解单词的发音和拼读规则。通过形式多样的方法,反复操练句型:“What are you doing? I am……”引导同学感知、理解现在进行时所表达的含义。) Step 3 Practise(趣味操练)(10分)

1 Let’s sing .What are you doing? (试着跟唱) 2、Play a game .Listen to the music and pa the box.要求:

1、音乐停止时,其他同学一起拍手问“What are you doing?”两遍, 2、手持盒子的同学从盒子中抽出一张纸,根据纸上的动词短语回答“I’m…” (分组比赛,给表现好的小组画苹果) (设计思路:用唱歌和游戏的方式来调动学生学习的积极性和主动性,在轻松的氛围中进一步的操练语言,从而达到巩固新知。并通过比赛的形式激发学生的竞争意识。)

Step 4 Summary (4分) 1、What did we learn in this cla? Look at the pictures .Let’s ask and answer .What are you doing ? I am ---------

2、Which group is the winner? Let’s count apples.Group 2 is the winner! Congratulation! (设计思路:小结是对一节课所学知识的回顾,能够给学生一个完整的记忆。最后的评价结果也能激励学生,给整节课画上一个圆满的句号。) Step 5 Homework (1分)

1、做力所能及的家务活动或课外运动,边做边用动词-ing的形式来说,并写出动词短语的ing形式。

2、用所学动词短语和句型What are you doing ? I am ------编一组对话。 (设计思路:家庭作业是学生对所学知识的信息反馈。通过家庭作业, 学生可以进一步的巩固新知,教师可以了解学生掌握新知的程度。)
