X: Well this Competition is organized byChongqing Education College and undertaken by Foreign Language Department.In today\'s Grand Final there 15 finalists; they are all the winners of the preliminaries.These contestants have given very impreive performances.Some know that today will be a very rigorous competition.

X:Firstly, let\'s introduce today\'s honorable guests and judges.

Y:Welcome.今天来到比赛现场的还有来自各兄弟系部的参赛选手和观看比赛的同学们。我们以同样热烈的掌声欢迎他们的到来。
X: Once again let\'s welcome all the teachers and students.Now let me introduce the regulations of this final.，the procedure of this competition includes 2 parts, one part is to aign a topic, and the athletes should give a live speech of the topic, the time is limited to 3 minutes, the second part is the impromptu speech ,or it can be called the judges’ live questions, the time is limited to 2 minutes
Y:好的，那么本次比赛的赛制呢，共分为两个环节，分别是命题演讲和即兴演讲，以及评委现场提问，其中命题演讲限时三分钟，即兴演讲限时两分钟，希望各位选手注意时间。（现场需要主持人提醒）
