[摘要]面对竞争越来越激烈的当今社会,各高校以及毕业生已经认识到大学生就业所面临的环境日趋恶劣、压力越来越大的问题。实践能力的高低、社会经验与阅历的多少，已经成为毕业生能否胜任职位的主要考核标准。因此，各高校纷纷为毕业生提供实习的机会，来锻炼毕业生的实践操作能力、增加毕业生的社会阅历以及为人处世的经验。在高校以及社会密切关注大学生就业问题的同时，也应该为大学生实习、就业提供相应的关注与保障。本文试图从对实习经历的态度、实习单位的情况、实习单位对应聘者的要求、所学专业课程设置的意见等几个方面入手，深入调查大庆师范学院文学院08级毕业生实习情况，为更好的促进我校大学生的就业提供参考。

Abstract: In the face of increasing competition in today\'s society, all colleges and universities, as well as graduates of college students \' employment has been recognized in the problems of environmental degradation, increasing preure.Practical ability of high and low, social experiences and experience how much can be competent for the job of graduates has become the main evaluation criteria.Therefore, all colleges and universities for graduates with opportunities to practice, exercise of practical skills, increasing graduates of social experience, and experience in the conduct of life.This article attempts to attitudes towards the internship, internship, internship unit requirements for candidates, views, and other aspects of the curriculum, extensive investigation practice of Normal University Faculty level 08 graduates, in order to better promote the employment of college students in our references.
