我的教学故事
各位领导、同事们：
我叫向萍，来至大浪爱义学校，现在我向大家讲述的是一个关于我教学的故事。
在新课改的教学方式中，有完全口语教学模式。它不仅锻炼了学生的听力，也能充分培养学生的英语思维。对此我很感兴趣，一直努力尝试。
刚接手四年四班，遇到了很大的阻力，学生普遍听不懂。但是我没有放弃，执著地坚持着。每堂课，都要重复几次常用的课堂用语，从简单开始，一点一滴地积累。几个星期后，初见成效。但离我的目标还是很远。这期间，有一名学生找到我，向我坦露了自己的难处，她觉得口语教学对她太难了，于是，我就把我常用的课堂用语写在一张纸上，让她背熟。没想到效果很好。于是就在班级进行推广，很有成效。
虽然，现在我还是一半口语，一半汉语教学，我想信，在不久的将来，一定会做到完全口语化教学。

I am XiangPing, and come from AIYI school, now I want to tell you a teaching story about me In the new curriculum teaching way,there is a completely oral teaching mode It trains not only students’s listening,also can fully to cultivate students’ English thinking I’m very interested in it so I always keep trying I remembered when I took charge of Cla4 Grade4.I met a big problem---the students generally couldn’t understand what I said to them,but I didn’t give up still insisted my opinion.In every clatime ,I must repeat the common cla expreions for several times.Starting from the simple beginning,step by step for the accumulation.A few weeks later, I found the interrelationof my students changing,but still far away to my final goal.during these times a student came to visit me and told me the hard battle of her---she felt oral English teaching is too difficult for her,so I took my common cla language to write on a piece of paper and let her recite correctly of course the effect is pretty good Then I promote this way to all of my students, It is very fruitful.Although I still use half oral English&half Chinese’s teaching way now I am surely believe that I’ll master the colloquial teaching way totally in the near future
