A Brief Introduction to the Forum 中欧（柳州）汽车产业高峰论坛定于2013年10月4日下午举行。柳州市政府及商务部中欧经济技术合作协会邀请欧洲各国企业高层代表、国内知名汽车行业企业来柳，围绕高端交流、凝聚共识、促进合作、开拓共赢的主题就开放政策、投资合作、科技交流、市场展望等多方面开展深入的探讨，促进柳州与欧洲各国企业的合作，提升广西柳州汽车城的知名度和影响力，从而促进柳州市柳东新区中欧合作产业园的建设。
China-Europe (Liuzhou) Automobile Industry Summit Forum, which the scale is about 150 people, is scheduled to be held on the afternoon of 04 October 2013.Liuzhou Government and China-Europe Aociation for Technical and Economic Cooperation of the Ministry of Commerce will invite enterprise senior representatives from European countries, domestic famous enterprises in automobile industry to Liuzhou to have in-depth discuions about open policy, investment and cooperation, scientific and technical exchange, market prospect etc.on the subject of top exchange, building consensus, promoting cooperation, exploiting win-win, which can promote the enterprise cooperation between European countries and Liuzhou, enhance the popularity and influence of Guangxi Liuzhou Automobile City so as to promote the construction of China-Europe Cooperation Industry Park of Liudong New District of Liuzhou City.

A Brief Introduction to Liuzhou 柳州，史称“龙城”，地形为“三江四合，抱城如壶，亦称“壶城”，又因所有奇石较多，被称为“石都”，也因为市区跨江桥梁多达十余座亦被称为“桥梁博物馆”。柳州是广西重要的区域中心城市，广西工业名城、历史名城、文化名城、旅游名城，自汉武帝时期西汉朝灭南越国建潭中县城以来，柳州已有2222年建城史，是国务院批准的历史文化名城和国家甲级旅游城市。柳州的民族风情独具神韵，壮族的歌、瑶族的舞、苗族的节和侗族的楼，堪称柳州“民族风情四绝”。 作为喀斯特地貌的山水之城，温家宝曾为柳州题词“山清水秀地干净”。

There are 6 counties and 4 districts within the jurisdiction of the whole city, with a total area of 18 thousand km and a total population of 3,720 thousand people.As the biggest industrial city in Guangxi, the total industry of Liuzhou is about one third of Guangxi; its economic system of automobile, machinery and metallurgy has been basically formed; it is the closest industrial city to ASEAN countries.In 2012, Liuzhou realized the total industrial output value of 262 billion, the regional gro domestic product (GDP) of 184.6 billion, the total social fixed aet investment of 168.3 billion and the fiscal revenue of 26 billion.On 09 November 2009, Liuzhou became the third city that annual output of automobiles is over 1 million after Beijing and Shanghai.It is the first city that the annual production of automobile per person in urban district is more than one, and the city that products the most automobile per person.Other pillar industries include machinery industry and metallurgic industry, and the light industry is also advanced.

A Brief Introduction to Guangxi Liuzhou Automobile City
广西柳州汽车城（柳东新区）位于柳州市东北部，与柳州老城区仅一江之隔，规划面积约203平方公里。柳东新区是广西重点发展的三个城市新区之一，也是柳州市的“一号工程”和实施“再造一个新柳州”发展战略的主战场。2007年2月，柳东新区正式挂牌成立，逐渐整合柳州高新区、柳州阳和工业新区，并托管雒容镇、洛埠镇。2010年9月，经国务院批准，柳州高新区由省级升格为国家级高新区。同年自治区党委、政府作出了依托柳东新区建设广西柳州汽车城的重大决策。2012年，上汽通用五菱40万辆轿车基地顺利竣工投产，东风柳汽新基地动工建设，入驻企业突破200家。

Liuzhou Museum
柳州博物馆始建于1959年，位于广西柳州市人民广场东侧，交通便利，是一座拥有先进设施与现代化功能的综合性国家级重点博物馆，柳州市标志性建筑之一。馆藏文物丰富，许多馆藏文物颇具地方特色，因其精美罕见而成为国之瑰宝。常设陈列有《历史馆》、《民族馆》、《青铜馆》、《扇面书画馆》、《古生物化石馆》等，通过布景方式和不同历史时期的文物实体，生动而详实地再现柳州历史风貌，以经典的亮相展示古城风采，以经典的力量呼唤文化传承，以经典的链环绵延古城文明。 Liuzhou Museum was established in 1959 and is in the east of Guangxi Liuzhou People’s square.The transportation is very convenient.It is a national key museum with advanced facilities and comprehensive modernization and it is also one of the landmarks of Liuzhou City.It has a rich range of historical relics and a lot of historical relics of folk features.It has become the national treasure for its exquisite rarity.It usually displays History Museum, National Museum, Bronze Museum, Fans Painting Museum, Paleontology Foil Museum.Through the ways of the settings and heritage entities of different periods, it describes the history of Liuzhou, through the claic appearance to show the scenery of the old city, call the culture inherits with claic strength and stretch the civilization of the city through the claic link.

Liuzhou Industry Museum
柳州工业博物馆总占地面积11万平方米，总建筑面积6万平方米。园区设计以红色为基调，设计主题寓意为“追忆激情燃烧的火红年代”，分为室内展区、室外展区、旅游休闲购物、企业家会所等部分。其中，室内展区设有“柳州工业历史馆”、“柳州企业风采馆”、“柳州生态宜居馆”、“机动展厅”、“多功能厅”等。柳州工业博物馆的建成，成为了一部生动、丰富的工业经济和社会文化发展史，填补了广西工业类博物馆的空白，展示了一座城市的历史文化底蕴，标志着一座城市的文化品位，成为柳州、广西、乃至全国的第一所城市综合性工业博物馆。
Liuzhou Industry Museum covers an area of 110 thousand square meters and the total construction of it is 60 thousand square meters.The keynote of design is red and the meaning of the theme of design is to recall “the burning fire red age with paion”.It can be divided into indoor exhibition, outdoor exhibition, tourism leisure shopping, entrepreneurs’ club.Among them, the indoor exhibition is of “Liuzhou Industry History Museum”, “Liuzhou enterprise style Museum”, “Liuzhou Ecological Livable Pavilion”, “Locomotive Exhibition Hall”, “Multifunction Hall”.The construction of Liuzhou Industry Museum becomes a vivid and rich industrial economy and social and cultural development history and fills the gap of Guangxi Industry Museum and shows the historical culture background of the city.Besides, it representatives the cultural taste of a city and becomes a comprehensive Industry Museum of Liuzhou, Guangxi, even on the whole country.

The Planning Exhibition of the City
柳州城市规划展览馆位于柳州市柳江东岸文昌综合楼东裙楼，是一座展示柳州城市规划建设成就的专业性展馆，全馆展示面积约为230平方
米
，是目前广西最大的、展示手段最新的城市规划展览馆，它以“规划让柳州更美好”为主题，分别展示了柳州的昨天、今天和明天。规划展览馆采用了“一线三面五点”的平面布局。“一线”既整个展馆设计以柳州的母亲河-柳江作为基本元素，蜿蜒穿越，贯穿其中，充分体现了柳州城市规划鲜明而独有的特点。“三面”既突出：现代城市的大气、工业城市的霸气、山水城市的灵气。“五点”既挖掘文化底蕴精髓、凸显历史文化名城、全面展示规划成果、展望美好规划前景、公众参与
互动交流五个立足点。主展区分为两层，一层包括历史沿革、城市发展变迁、总体规划沙盘、规划成果、百里柳江虚拟漫游等12个展区，其中以按照1：750比例建造，反映柳州300平方公里左右地区规划和现状的整体沙盘为中心，全面详细介绍了柳州的总体规划，该沙盘还是全国第一个运用动态投影等技术与多媒体结合物理模型的城市总体规划沙盘。二层包含桥梁、重点实施工程、六县等6个展区。六县展区展示了柳州六县的城镇建设成就、文化旅游、民族风情。柳州城市规划展览馆是系统了解柳州历史沿革、城市发展和变迁的最佳去处。
The Planning Exhibition of the City is located in the east of Liujiang Wenchang complex building of Liuzhou city and profeional exhibition hall that shows the city planning construction of Liuzhou.It is of 230 square meters and is the biggest city planning exhibition with the latest means now.The theme of it is “that planning makes Liuzhou much more beautiful” and displays yesterday, today and tomorrow separately.The planning exhibition uses “a line, three sides and five points” layout.“A line” means that the whole design of the exhibition uses the mother river of Liuzhou, Liangjiang as the basic element and winds its way through it and fully shows the distinct and unique characteristics of Liuzhou city planning.“Three side” means to highlight the atmosphere of the modern city, the ambition of the industrial city and anima of the city with landscape.“Five points” means to excavate the culture eence and display the historical culture famous city and display the planning achievement fully, display good prospect of planning and the public take part in the interaction and communication.The main display is of two layers, one is about the historical and urban development, The main display is of two layers, one is about the historical and urban development, the sand table of the overall planning and the achievement of planning and the virtual roaming of Baili Liujiang and other 12 display regions.It was constructed with the ratio of 1:750 and displays the more than 300 square meters of the city planning and centers on the whole sand table.It introduces the whole planning of Liuzhou and the sand table is the first city whole planning sand table uses the dynamic projection technology and multimedia sand physical mode.The second layer consists of six display regions of bridge, important implementation project and Liu city.Liu city displays the city construction achievement, cultural tourism and ethnic of Liuzhou city.Liuzhou city planning exhibition is the best place to know about the historical evolution, city development and change of Liuzhou.
奇石馆 Stone Pavilion
柳州奇石馆是马鹿山奇石博览园的核心景区，由奇石展区、文化展示区、休闲区、游客服务中心、多功能厅组成，是迄今为止全国最大的奇石专类馆，拥有“奇石梦之馆”的美誉。馆名由中国国家画院院长、艺术“鬼才”黄永玉书写，大厅中央是原国家主席、一代伟人江泽民的题词“山水龙城，秀美奇石”，与中国观赏石协会、中国收藏家协会授予，由当代书法家泰斗范曾先生书写的“奇石之都，文化名城”交相辉映，甚称连璧。
Liuzhou Stone Pavilion is the core scenic area of Malu mountain Stone exhibition galleries and consists of stone display region, culture display region, recreational region, tourists service center and multi-function and is the biggest stone pavilion in the world up to now.It is known as “the Stone Dream Exhibition”.The name of the exhibition was written by China national art academy dean “wizard” Huang Yongyu, and the center of the hall “The city with great landscape, beautiful stone” was written by the former President and great man Jiang Zemin, and was awarded by the China Ornamental Stone Aociation and China Collector Aociation.Besides, the “City of stones, famous city of culture” was written by the contemporary calligrapher Fan Ceng and spoken highly of him.
龙潭公园 Longtan Park
龙潭公园位于柳州市区南部，距市中心仅三公里，规划面积约544公顷，是一个融喀斯特自然山水景观，中国南方少数民族风情文化，亚热带岩溶植物科研、科普、植物景观为一体的大型风景游览
区。
Longtan Spring Park is located in the south of Liuzhou and about 3 kilometers from the downtown.It is about 544 hectares and is a natural landscape scenic of RongKasite.It is of the minority folk-custom of the south and big scenery region of subtropics karst plants science research and the popularization of science.
柳侯祠
Liuhou Ancestral Temple 柳侯祠原名罗池庙，位于柳州市中心柳侯公园内的西隅，原名罗池庙（因建于罗池西畔得名），现改名为柳侯祠，是柳州人民为纪念唐代著名的政治家、思想家、文学家柳宗元而建造的庙。现在的柳侯祠是按照清代建筑物重建的，祠内陈列有许多文物及史料，反映了柳宗元的生平和政绩。著名作家朱千华先生在其园林文化著作《雨打芭蕉落闲庭·岭南画舫录》中，对柳州的柳侯园有详尽记述。祠分前、中、大殿三进，内有柳宗元石刻像、柳宗元塑像以及“荔子碑”等历代珍贵石刻40余方。“荔子碑”是宋代大文豪苏轼的书法，写的是韩愈《柳州罗池庙碑》中供祭祀柳宗元吟唱的《迎颂享神诗》，因唐宋三大文豪的文采神韵凝于一碑，故有“三绝碑”之称。祠后有柳宗元衣冠墓，东侧有纪念与柳宗元同称为唐二贤的政治家、柳州司户参军事刘蕡的贤良祠，并有柑香亭、罗池、讲堂、山长住房、斋房、回廊、院门等附属建筑。
The former name of Liuhou Ancestral Temple was Luo Chi Temple and located in the west of Liuhou Park in the center of Liuhou.The former name was Luo Chi Temple (as constructed in the west of Luo Chi) and renamed as Liuhou Ancestral Temple.It was established in honor of the famous politician, ideologist and litterateur Liu Zongyuan of Tang Dynasty.Now the Liuhou Ancestral Temple was established in the style of Qing Dynasty and there are many cultural relics and displays the life and achievements of Liu Zongyuan.In the famous works of the famous writer Zhuqianhua’s “the rain hits the banana and the quite and peaceful country yard·the painted pleasure boat of Lingnan”, it has a detailed record of the Liuhou Ancestral Temple in Liuzhou.The temple can be divided into three doors of before, middle and big.There are the carved stones of Liu Zongyuan and “Lichee stele” about 40 square meters.“Lichee stele” is the calligraphy of Sushi.It is about the “Liuzhou Luochi Temple stele” to sacrifice for the “ode to welcome the god”.As the three big literary giant of Tang Dynasty’s charm is condensated in a stele, it is known as “Three Steles”.Behind the temple, there is the Liu Zongyuan tomb and in the east, there is the memorial in honor of the politician and the military Liu Feng of Liuzhou who was known as the two worthy person with Liu Zongyuan.Besides, there are also some constructions of Ganxiang booth, Luochi, lecture hall, mountain house, study room,
