书信体作文
1． 写作模式：
提及写信原因或目的 叙述过程、事项或阐述原因 重申写作目的确保对方明白
书信体作文是为了杜绝学生死背“四级八股议论文”而出的写作题型，瞄准与学生息息相关的社会生活和校园生活，要求学生以偏日常用语的英语与朋友或有关人士联系，提出一个观点或建议。类似记叙文的格式使学生背熟的三段式论述和很多套话失去了用武之地，同时又可以考查学生实际应用英语进行日常交流的能力。
2． 写作提纲
第一部分：事由。无论书信内容如何，都应该在开头部分说明写信目的，引起读者的注意和重视，不必过于婉转。
第一类：陈述正面或中性内容的开头。应在简短的铺垫之后（或直接）开门见山地说明写信意图。 例：1.邀请：
I would like you to come for an interview on Tuesday … On the recommendation of Dr.Johnson, we would like to invite you as a visiting profeor…
Do you think you can come for a visit? … 2.申请：
I learned in today’s China Daily that you are offering a job vacancy of engineer, and I am writing to apply for that post.I am a student of the English Department of Peking University.I would like to apply for a university scholarship … 3.其他：

第二类：陈述负面内容的开头。通常以感谢或称赞作为铺垫，然后才过渡到批评或申诉，铺垫部分应稍长以缓和语气。 例：1.投诉：
I appreciate your long service and consideration in dealing with your customers, and sincerely hope to continue our cooperation.However, I would like to point out … 2.道歉：
Thank you for your letter on April 21, and I would like you to know that we have always respected any suggestion from the customers that can improve our service.We are very upset to learn about your diatisfaction … 3.拒绝：
We thank you for writing to us and really appreciate your talents and ability.However, the vacancies are limited compared to the large number of candidates and the competition is fierce.Therefore, it is our deepest regret to leave out some equally outstanding ones …
第二部分：展开。是书信最重要的一部分，通常应该按照题目要求写，详细进行介绍或说明原因，基本上应包括题目要求的全部内容。最好另起一段。写作套路类似大家熟悉的议论文，可以分几个部分或步骤进行介绍，或从几个方面进行讨论。 第三部分：结束语。书信是应用文的一种，它的实用性决定了它的结尾应该以某种方式确认读者完全明白了作者的写作意图，因此通常应在结尾处重申写作目的，或对读者的帮助表示感谢，或表明期待的态度，有时还会要求对方尽快回复。 例：

演讲和写信非常类似，也偏重于口语化文体，句子不宜写得太复杂，算是比较容易应付的一种话题。考生不要用不熟悉的字、词和句子结构，坚决杜绝中式英语。从应试的角度看，演讲稿可以看作是自我简介的前后加上类似申请信的套话构成的，开头部分要考虑到和现场观众的交流。
