活动一 The Great Wall
一、活动目标
1．学会听、说句子 These postcards are great! It’s a picture of the Great Wall.2．运用Tell me more的操练来了解讲诉某个地方（事件）的情况。 3．学习新单词： postcard, more, thousand, kilometre, million 4．学会听How long，How big开头的特殊疑问句。 5．用景点进行说话练习。 二．活动重点
1．学会听、说句子 These postcards are great! It’s a picture of the Great Wall.2．运用Tell me more的说话操练来了解The Great Wall , New York, Beijing 情况。
三、活动难点
1．流利说一些简单的表达It ’s very big.It’s got --- .That is big That’s a lot.
2．了解关于数词的表达about eight million people , about six thousand seven hundred kilometre
四、活动用具： 录音机 单词卡片 学生照片 明信片
五、活动过程: 1.热身复习：老师问候学生们，询问假期里都去了哪里?Where have you been in the summer holiday? I have been to (平潭，武夷山，长乐ect)建议他们通过展图片和照片介绍相关的情况，并要求使用It’s a picture of ----.It’s very---.老师从学生的图片中取几张比较典型的进行提问：“Do you know this place?”引导学生自由回答. T: “Do you know this place?” S:Yes, It’s --- T: “Can you tell me something about it? S:Yes, It’s --- 2.师拿出一张名信片说“look，a beautiful postcards” 板书跟读几遍。介绍名信片（背面可以用来书写，邮寄，另一面是漂亮的图片）师出示一些名信片说“在名信片的一面printed a lot of beautiful pictures,such as, the Great Wall, The Huangshan Mountain, 师说“It’s a picture about the Great Wall.跟读板书,学生看图片练习说It’s a picture---句子。
3．学生跟读后（长城）学生将课前准备收集好关于的资料用汉语进行讨论，当两三个学生说一部分时师：“刚才讲得很好，Tell me more（板书）两三个学生再介绍长城时师又说Tell me more这时Do you know”师英语再Do you know the Chinese meaning “Tell me more”.Yes（再告诉我一些）师解释说也可以说Tell me more about The Great Wall 板书并解释汉语意思
4．学习单词, 师拿出 hundred thousand million ,kilometers people卡片跟读 师问“Tell me more about the Great Wall.How long is it? 学生用汉语回答后，师出示It’s about 6，700米 再跟读thousand seven hundred kilometers师问“Tell me something about New York.How big is it? 学生用汉语回答后，师出示It’s got 8,000,000人再跟读eight million people师问“Tell me something about Beijing .How big is it? 学生用汉语回答后，师出示It’s got 14,000,000人 再跟读 fourteen million people 5．学习常用口语That is big.That’s a lot! It’s very big.跟师朗读。将挂图挂在黑板上，播放录音，请学生看图或动画说一说Simon是谁Daming在哪里 ？两人在做什么？再听录音，要求学生勾画出文中的重要的信息？关于长城，纽约，北京他们都谈了什么?情学生模仿跟读，并注意人物所使用的语言。把全班分成两组，一组扮演Simon一组扮演Daming，表演对话
6．师拿出一张图，学生猜一猜物品是什么？当学生无法猜一猜物品是什么时，使用Tell me more，请求获取更多的信息，T: It’s an animal.S: Tell me more T: It’s very big.
S: Tell me more.Is it long? T: It’s long.S: Tell me more.Is it tall? T: It’s tall S: :It’s an elephant.T: You ’re right.
等等师给学生分组，各分配说话的任务，小组共同展开这个游戏搜集一个大城市的图片并 对基本情况和人口进行调查，然后请他们拿着图片向其他同学介绍。 7．家庭作业 熟读课文，可以背诵。
活动二
Collecting stamps is my hobby.
活动目标
１，知识目标 ：认读课本重点词hobby, stamps ,men, women another ，能正确使用 stamp-stamps .man-men .women-women (名词的复数形式)
２，能力目标：培养学生学习兴趣：鼓励学生积极合作。介绍自己的爱好。
３，情感目标：在活动中激发学生积极向上的情感,引导学生主动学习,在交流中培养学生合作创新意识 活动内容
１，句型：I’ve got lots of stamps.／There are some stamps from Canada.／This stamp is from China.
２，单词：hobby, stamps ,men, women another 运用任务

1，热身复习
颂唱上一单元的歌曲。通过谈论学生喜欢的东西渐入今天关于“hobby”的主题，
T: What’s your favourite sport/food? Ss: My favorite sport/food is„
T: Do you like„?
Ss: Yes, I do./No, I don’t .I like„
2，任务呈现与课文导入
Ｔ出示一张邮票,说: “I like stamps very much.I collect them.Look, this is a Chinese stamp.It’s very beautiful.Do you like these stamps? These stamps are from Canada.I like them very much.Collecting stamps is my hobby.在今天的课文中,Daming和Simom谈论起了Simon的一项兴趣爱好.听过他的介绍后,大家也要介绍自己的爱好.”
3，课文活动
（１)播放录音呈现SB 活动1，请学生们仔细听一听Darning和Simon之问的对话。听完一遍以后向学生提问:“What’s Simon’s hobby?”?
（2）播放第二遍录音,学生边听边看书,同时用笔勾出课文中的生词,根据上下文猜猜生词的意思.学习新单词,老师领读,再请学生跟读.集体读和个别读,纠正读音错误.
（３）问题:Where are the stamps from? Has Simon got any stampsfrom china?学生听后回答.老师讲解过后,再放录音,每句后停顿,请学生模仿录音的语音和语调跟读.
（４）学生看活动2中的图,两人一组针对图片展开对话,对图片中的内容进行问答.然后放录音,学生重复句子,然后进行替换练习.
（５）完成AB练习1.请学生在听过录音后,判断句子是否正确.学生认真听并选择答案.最后全班一起订正答案.
（６）把全班学生分为三组,分别扮演Daming, Simon和Simon’smum,表演对话.
（７）全班一起完成SB本单元活动3.
4，任务完成
向同学\家人或朋友描述自己的一个爱好,鼓励其他学生向发言的学生提问.课后作业
1）抄写课后单词；每天听磁带20分钟；
2）利用课余时间向同学、家长、老师和朋友提问，调查他们的兴趣爱好和收藏品，进行数字统计，然后总结。下节课前可以请学生向全班汇报自己的调查结果。这同时是对下节课学习的准备。 板书设计

A postcard from New York

一、活动设计思路：
针对教材的特点和学生的特点，我在设计课时本着“激趣、创新、应用、拓展”的原则做了如下尝试：其一，根据《基础教育课程改革纲要》和《英语课程标准》灵活处理教材。其二，充分利用多媒体资源，优化课堂活动。其三，补充活动卡片、图片、板书等。其四，充分利用和开发英语课程资源。采用任务型的活动途径，力求通过多样化的操练创设空间培养学生的兴趣和自主学习能力。
二、活动目标：
知识与技能：能够运用have/has got谈论自己或他人拥有的物品；运用Have you got„ ?询问他人拥有的物品；运用and和but表达自己意思的递进、并列和转折。
过程与方法：通过采用pairwork，games 以及中西方文化对比来学习本单元内容。 情感态度价值观：通过学习使学生了解不同国家的文化并正确看待中西方文化的差异。
三、活动重难点：
重点：运用have/has got谈论自己或他人拥有的物品；运用Have you got„ ?询问他人拥有的物品。
难点：准确区分have got/has got
四、活动过程：
（一）.Warming-up 1.Greetings: T: How are you? Are you ready for our English cla? Ss: Yes, I am . Review: T: We all have hobbies.What’s your hobby？

复习部分主要是唤起学生已有的知识，为主题作铺垫）
（二）Presentation: 1.Gueing games：
T: Do you know my hobbies? Ss: No. T：Look！Collecting cards is my hobby.I have got lots of cards. „
3.T: I have got a banana card.Have you got a banana card, S1? S1: No, I haven’t. T: Have you got a pencil card? S1: Yes, I have.T: Yes.She/He has got a pencil card.(板书) T：Practice in the group，now.（通过Gueing games的方式激发学生的学习兴趣，达到“学中玩，玩中学”，及时复习旧知并引出新知.并通过小组练习体会have got与has got的区别） 4.T：My hobby is collecting cards.So I have got lots of cards.And I have got another hobby.（Show some postcards）Look! What are they? Ss: They are postcards.T: Do you know the animal of China？

(再次通过学习knife and fork和chopsticks使学生了解不同国家的文化并正确看待中西方文化的差异) Ss：read the sentence 6.T: Look，“and”“but”are red，do you know why？What’s the different of these two words？（T drow two signs to help Ss understand）
Ss: read the letter T：Let’s do some exercises about “and”“but”.（On book page 23） Ss read the sentences of postcard.T: Don’t forget the addre .(强调地址的写法: 从小到大) (三) Practice：
T：Linda hopes I can visit Australia someday.Do you want to go with me？
(四).Text-learning 1.T: I have got a postcard，and Sam and Amy have got a postcard，too.Ss listen and answer.T：Yes.Daming has got a Chinese kite and they fly it in the park.Laura has got some chopsticks，but they are difficult.（板书）
Ss say the different of “and”“ but”again .再次强调两词的不同 T: What’s the meaning of “difficult”？
Ss say the meaning.(虽然已经学过夲词，但在此需要再次强调与different的不同) Ss：read the text in pairs and circle the words（have got，has got） 2.T: Ok, Let’s listen to tape and read the text after the tape . Ss: read the text one sentence by sentence after the tape.(五).Production (show the incomplete letter) T: Linda sent me a postcard.So I send her one，too.（PPT show the postcard）
Ss read it together.T: If you are Sam or Amy now, please write to Laura.You can complete the postcard by yourself.Don’t forget to write the addre.
Ss: write the postcard and show (1) Read the text for five times and recite it.(2) Write a postcard to Laura .(3) Copy the new words five times, the new sentences two times.
活动四
Pandas love bamboo.活动设计
一、知识目标：
: 用一般现在时描述动物及其习性。 Target Language: A: They love the sun.What are they? B: They are snakes.
二、能力目标：
能用所学的句型谈论动物及其习性，培养学生开口说英语的习惯。
三、情感目标：
通过了解动物与人类的关系，培养学生热爱动物的情感和自觉保护动物的意识。 学习策略：
采用激励性评价，在活动活动中充分激发学生的求知欲和表现欲；通过小组合作学习，培养学生自主学习和运用语言的能力。
活动重点：
They love ....They like ....They sleep in the water.They play with children.What are they? They are ....活动难点：能用所学的句型谈论动物及其习性。 活动法：
直观活动法、听说法、游戏法 教具准备：
单词卡片、图片、录音机
活动步骤：
Step 1: Warm up 1.Greetings. 2.Sing a song “Old MacDonald has a zoo.”
3.引出动物猴子、猫、大象、熊猫进行复习，同时将全班分为四个动物小组，并介绍各小组的奖品——动物的喜好。 Step 2: Presentation and practice 1.T: Do you know another animals? 引出动物卡片复习相关单词。 T: Look! What's this? Ss: It's a .... 2.运用多种方法操练、巩固单词，同时进行小组评价。 3.出示卡片进行单复、数比较，并进行操练。 T: What are they? Ss: They are ......s.(板书句型) 操练复数句型：Cats ~ cats ~ They are cats.Pandas ~ pandas ~ They are pandas. 4.Compare比较: love and like 5.请生看评价图表，试着说说动物的习性（用love和like)，教师适时进行指导。
T: 这里动物表示一个种类，我们用复数形式表示。
Ss: Pandas love bamboo.Ms like peaches.Cats like fish.Elephants like bananas. Step 3: Consolidation 1.游戏：竞猜。
2.听录音巩固。
①第一遍，学生看书、找出相应的图片，并按顺序标上数字。
②师念数字，学生说出动物名称。
③再听两遍，学生跟读。
3.看书朗读，用多种方法操练，并及时进行评价。 4.四人小组自主进行问答练习，并评出获胜组。
5.选一个你喜欢的动物，写一个小对话并展示。看评价表小结。 6.学习Chant Step 4: Extensive 1.师生问答示范。
2.擂台赛：小组合作，学生四人一组进行讨论，然后出谜语让其他小组猜。猜出别组加分，猜不出本组加分。 3.Bingo 游戏：
老师说九个单词，请学生分别填在格子里，最后再选出三个单词画叉。看看谁最幸运，如果三个单词连成一条直线的就说：“Bingo”。(dog, cat, pig, bird, fish, lion, snake, duck, panda) Step 5: Summary and homework 今天我们学习了有关动物及其它们的习性。动物是人类的好朋友，动物与人类应该和谐相处，我们应该热爱动物、自觉保护小动物。Love animals.Love nature and love our earth.下课后同学们还可以收集一些动物的信息，编成谜语，让其他同学来猜。
