“简约是一种境界。”听于永正老师的课,给人的第一感觉:这种开场白方式真简便,不就是让学生“想怎么叫就怎么叫”自己的名字吗?再一听语言也十分简朴,似乎每个老师平时都在这样说。细一想,又不是这样的,我们老师平时这样说的,多半是在课下,一到课

上,“师道尊严”,立马扮演起“法官”、“传道士”的角色。于永正老师真正地把新课程倡导的“你——我”式的平等关系落实在了课堂上。

【评析】:

这样的开场白我们其他老师学起来容易吗?当然容易。笔者听完课之后,立即在公开课上试用。下课后,曾和笔者一道去听课的老师很有感触地说:“靳家彦老师的开场白真实用,学生也很感兴趣,但好像学生应答老师的效果没有靳家彦老师激发的好。”听他这么一说,的确是的。回想听课时,学生热情高涨,问候声此起彼伏,如嘹亮的军号声振奋人心。靳家彦老师有何魔力使学生那么投入?我们与靳家彦老师的差距究竟在哪儿?是心!是真挚的心!笔者只不过依葫芦画瓢,外在的形式像而已,要达到“神似”,那得捧出自己的一颗滚烫的心呀。捧出自己一颗心的同时,我们还要学靳家彦老师那样帮助学生达到语言上的增量。

第二次公开课上,笔者了解到所在班级学生写作能力很强,大部分学生都有习作发表。问候话就变为“同学们真了不起!”“同学们是小作家!”“让我们继续努力!”真诚地呼唤,闪电般的拉近了彼此的距离,更重要的是学生学会了骄傲地赞美。

似朋友间的聊天,无拘无束地聊,快快乐乐地聊,坦坦荡荡地聊,聊得踏实,聊得有趣。毫无雕琢之感,让人不经意间想起“大雪无痕”。要达到如此境界真得下一番苦工夫。从孙双金老师身上我们得到以下启发:第一,得精心寻找一个学生感兴趣的话题。孙双金老师选择了“孙悟空”这一小朋友特别喜欢的形象,又巧妙地把话题引入孙家祖先名人,再让学生介绍自己和自家名人。谈着,聊着,学生的紧张情绪没有了。学生与老师的距离感也消失了,进入了零距离的心理状态。第二,开场白内容与教学内容力争紧密相连。当我们听学生谈到名人产生于普通人之时,不禁会问:孙双金老师有何用意?往下一听,豁然开朗,哦,原来是导入新课。浑然天成,妙哉,妙哉!

风格:顶着阳光,一路走来

【经典片段】:

师:第一次见面,送你们一份见面礼——三句话。

第一句:“我很棒!”(送给你自己)

【评析】:

“礼物”,我们见多了老师给学生送礼物了——“大苹果”、“小红花”、“大拇指”„„花儿会“凋谢”,苹果会“腐烂”,拇指会“遗忘”。而窦桂梅老师送给学生的,相信学生会永远珍藏在心底。因为这是他们学习上最需要的,是人的一生十分宝贵的东西,那就是自信。“我很棒!”“我真的很棒!”“我们真的很棒!”“你们真的真的很棒!”阳光心雨,滋润着学生的心田,也滋润了听课老师的心田。这份珍贵的礼物使学生感受到分享快乐,分享鼓励,就是分享生活,分享幸福,窦桂梅老师不是在上课,而是在为学生的一生奠基。

【结语】我们选取了四位名师,阅读他们的开场白让我们强烈地感受到这样一个词:爱!爱得透明,才会透出幽默,透出智慧,透出大气,透出阳光。我们明白的同时,就要懂得付出。在那短暂的5分钟上千锤百炼自己!

开场白的艺术

开头是关键!

那一堂课呢?经过实践证明,好的开场白是效果的关键! 自从踏上讲台,绝大多数课,我都是精心准备当作公开课一样去讲。与众不同的是,我最精心准备的部分是每堂课的“开场白”。

这样做,值得吗?我没从成绩上去统计过,只知道学生越来越喜欢我的语文课。

好的“开场白”也并不是那么容易,还是有所讲究的。现在,我就开场白的设计与运用作个精心的分析。我把它分为六种方式:

一、以情动生,创造与课文交融的氛围。

“情”是师生之间最直接也最有效的交流方式。但是许多老师把“情”仅停留在表演上面,而没有化作真情自然地流露到学生的心田。我在每上一节课之前,总是想能不能用真情震撼性地吸引住学生,如果不能,才会选择其他的开场白方式。

在我去年授《秋天的怀念》和今年授《怀念母亲》时,我采用的是同一种方式。因为我同作者一样,也是母亲为了我读书,拼命劳动,在我即将大学毕业时她却在田间离我而去,我那让妈妈过上幸福生活的承诺成为我心中永久的痛,正所谓“子欲养而亲不待”。所以我从内心里也希望每个学生能从现在去理解母亲、去孝顺母亲、去聆听母亲的“罗嗦”,有了这真切的希望,所以我就这样开始了一堂课:一走进教室,没有说任何话,用忧郁的眼神凝视学生片刻后缓缓说到:

“一个人最大的痛恨是什么?是几十年如一日地想报答一个人,却在可以报答的时候,那个人却突然远离而去。尤其是当这个人是妈妈时,那痛恨就是一旦想起妈妈,悔恨的泪水就会情不自禁地流出来。为什么这么说?因为我妈妈为了我能有学费读书,两次在田地里昏倒,在第二次时,就在医院里离我而去,我在医院里面嚎哭。整个医院都被我撕心裂肺的嚎哭所感动,纷纷来劝我,但是他们怎么知道我在母亲生前的那许许多多的承诺呢?我要带妈妈去城市看看,我要让妈妈过幸福的生活,我还清晰地记得当我说等她去世时让她睡水晶棺材时,她一边给我扇风一边笑着说:“傻孩子,那是给国家领导人睡的,我哪能睡得起呀!”说是说,可我分明看到了她幸福的泪花。现在呢,我在虎门买了房子,可是我永远叫不起来我那可亲的母亲来东莞看看,那可是我锥心的痛呀!!!同学们,你们现在比老师幸福,你们每天都在妈妈的呵护下快乐成长,可是什么事情都难料呀,你们也想像老师一样,留下这永远的痛吗?老师也真想回到以前呀,那样我就可以不和妈妈拌嘴,不嫌妈妈罗嗦,好好读书,多干家务活,让妈妈轻松轻松呀!同学们,你们听了老师的话,知道该怎样做了吗?”当我说完这段话时,全班鸦雀无声,有近一半的同学陪我流下了激动的泪水。

那一节课,很成功,自那以后,无论在教学上,还是在班主任管理上,同学们都比以前更配合了。

这种以情感为出发点的开头方式效果最明显,同学们很容易受到气氛影响,凡是情感很深厚的文章,我基本上就采用这种方式。

二、以“话”悦生,它包括笑话、脑筋急转弯、和兴趣话题。一般,在下午教学或学科普类课文时,这种开头是比较合适的。记得去年上《一夜的工作》时,一进教室我就讲了两个关于周总理的故事。其一:“一次,总理接见一位外国来宾时,握手后,来宾拿出一个手帕擦了擦手后放进衣袋里,总理对于这种侮辱,不慌不忙,也拿出一个手帕擦了擦手后顺手丢进了垃圾桶。”其二:“一次美国的一位来宾在周总理的办公室看到一只美国生产的‘派克’牌钢笔后说:‘中国地大物博,但还是要从美国进口钢笔呀!’总理听后淡然一笑说‘它可大有来历呀,它是我国的志愿军在朝鲜战场上缴获的战利品呀!’来宾顿时变的羞愧。”这两个充满智慧的幽默故事不仅让同学们一扫下午的疲惫,也激起了学生了解总理的兴趣。

前两天我教《这片土地是神圣的》时候,我的第一句话是:“大家知道姚明吗?”同学们顿时睁着好奇的眼神劲头十足地大声说:“休斯敦火箭队,NBA!”“对,前天修斯敦火箭队还和西雅图超音速队打了一场季前赛。”我接着说,“修斯敦是个航天工业城,所以叫火箭队,但是大家知道西雅图这个城市的来历吗?”同学们顿时根据自己的预习,畅所欲言。

其实这类开头也不一定要和内容联系在一起,也可以纯粹是一个与内容无关的笑话。学生一旦活跃起来,那这节课必然是一堂快乐的课堂。

三、以乐吸生,动听的音乐可以创造轻松、活跃的氛围。

优美的《天堂》把学生带到了空旷的《草原》;一首激昂的《奥运会会歌》让学生从那一刻也在《向往奥运》;浩气长抒的《滚滚长江东逝水》让学生沉浸在《草船借箭》的英雄气概中;一首凄凉的《故乡的云》让学生提前感受到了《梅花魂》中的外祖父那颗漂泊的华人的心;一首温情的《妈妈的吻》让学生走进了《荔枝》作者的心中;荡气回肠的《我是中国人》更是在激励学生做好新一代的《中华少年》„„歌曲虽只有几分钟,却让学生在情感上达到了共鸣,心情上得到了愉悦。这些歌曲有近一半是我自己唱,这样,虽然不很好听,但是别有一番乐趣。并且播放这些歌曲之前只说一句话:“用心欣赏。”

四、以影引生,播放图画、影视片段。优美的视觉必定焕发学生的审美情趣。

在学习《索溪峪的“野”》、《山雨》、《卜算子·咏梅》、《桂林山水》等课文时,我都用多媒体播放一组画面来吸引同学。在学习《开国大典》、《狱中联欢》、《长征》等课文时,我则是剪辑了一些电影片段。这样同学们就可以更立体地去认识文章的主人公,更具体地感受文章所描绘的场面。在展示之前,我也是只说“请细心欣赏”。

五、以“文”感生。就是找一篇有助于感受和深化课文的文章读给大家听。

我在上《我的战友邱少云》时,我一上课就拿着一本05年第10期的《读者》,读了一篇叫做《上甘岭,美国人至今也想不通》的文

章,里面讲述了在上甘岭那些像黄继光、龙世昌等可爱的战士英勇献身的故事。同学们当时就惊呆了,非常激动。这为上好这节课做好了极好的铺垫。

记得在上五年级旧版教材《“诺曼底”号遇难记》时,我一开始就给同学们深情地读了一篇《我算一个》的文章(青年文摘05年第8期)。主要讲了一个市长在当地的一个煤矿淹水后,亲自带头进入矿井,当离开时,他最后一个从井里爬出,但是由于矿井坍塌,他牺牲了„„

里面的故事情节和本课教材的内容十分雷同。只是一个是中国人,一个是外国人。但他们的精神却都与日月同辉。《我算一个》不仅让学生融入到了课文的氛围之中,也极好地帮助同学们理解了课文。

六、以“奇”惊生。这类开头可以是先设置一个让学生很感兴趣的悬念吸引学生,也可以是介绍令人惊叹的事情来紧紧抓住学生的心。

当我教《大瀑布的葬礼》时,我先请同学理解葬礼是为死去的人举行追悼的仪式,然后问学生,文中的“大瀑布”消失了吗?答案当然是没有,我接着问:“既然没死去,那为什么要举行葬礼呢?这不是一处矛盾吗?”这时大家果然一头雾水,一种好奇和求知欲被激发了,那么当学生带着这个谜团去学这篇课文时,效果是不言而喻的。

又记得去年学习《宇宙生命之谜》时,我先抛开课本,大讲人类,尤其是美国和苏联对宇宙的探索,从“阿波罗”讲到“火星探测

器”,从神州系列到太空种子,从月球的固态冰到火星的黑孔,还有美国研制的已经飞行了几十年,记录着地球声音的,即将飞离银河系的“先驱者”号探测器。这些内容让学生听得津津有味,禁不住问我:“找到生命的迹象了吗?”我没有直接回答,而是说:“课文写的很清楚呢!我们一起来了解吧,看宇宙到底还有没有生命!”

其实,在我们日常教学中,开头的方式远不止所说的这六种,但这六种是我运用最多的开头方式,因为这些开头让我真切地感受到了它的效果,所以,每节课我的开头方式都让学生充满期待。

俗话说的好:“好的开头是成功的一半。”这句朴实的话语正是我这篇论文最好的立足点,也是我这篇文章所有内容最好的诠释。所以我把它放在最后。

我通过在本班的长期实践,把方法推广到全校的语文教学,反响良好。这也成为了我们学校语文教学设计中的一个亮点。

Realize file great importance of the introduction of file presentation mad then do your best in delivering it.

Don\' t make file introduction either too wordy, or too brief.Usually, it covers 10 to 15 percent of your entire speech.

Select tile ways to capture the audience attention.

Indicate tile topic.

Outline your Speech.

Announce your purpose.

Prepare several versions of tile introduction, compare them, and then select the best version.Finally, learn it by heart so as to be able to deliver it easily mid fluently.

Don\'t start your speech with apologies.

Pay attention to your body language.

【摘要】开场白,开门巧见山,巧妙的开场白,是整堂课的调味剂,本文从五个方面介绍了开场白的种类和技巧。分别是自我调侃法、图形导入法、游戏导入法、创设情境法、联系生活法。

近几年来,我曾先后到许多学校开过和听过不同级别的语文公开课、观摩课、示范课等。这些类型的课它处于较大的公共场合,上课教师与学生之间多是第一次见面。师生之间的陌生感,处在公共场合的拘束感,都导致了学生的紧张感,而学生的这种紧张感将对教师的教学形成极大的障碍。那么,怎样才能在最短的时间里消除学生的紧张感,保证课堂教学顺利进行呢?我认为跟教师的开场白有着很大的关系。如果开场白能够吸引学生或能够与学生产生共鸣,就等于成功的一半,反之,就达不到预定的效果。

这里我通过切身的经历归纳几种公开课的开场白,与大家共飨,以达抛砖引玉之效。

一、自我调侃法

在课堂上,我们老师可能都有这样的一个感觉。与学生只有几公尺的距离,但心理距离要远远超过空间距离。心理距离越大与学生的交流就越难。而要打破这堵隔膜之墙,我们可以创造出一种精神优势、先扩大与学生之间的心理距离,把学生先镇住,使他们神经拉得很紧。例如一次参加教师教学比赛,参加比赛的老师大都是名师或各校的骨干,而我当时只是初出茅庐的新教师。为了能镇住学生,我是这样开场的:“我不是名师,但是我比名师还牛。”一下子把学生惊住了,吸引了他们的注意力。但是这种方法效果较难维持长久,因为事后聪明的学生难免会产生不佩服你的上当之感。鉴于此,我又接着说:“我牛在我拥有牛一样的精神,勤干苦教,吃的是草,挤出来的却是奶。”这时学生一下子放松了许多。

我们还可以降低自己的精神优势,让学生放松,这样有利于学生在思想上或在感觉上,情感上与你相通。例如有次上课,我是这样跟学生开场的,大家都说我是教学上的“智多星”,其实我不过是脸上多长几个痣而已。我在毫无联系中找到一种暂时偶然的联系,以冲淡学生对自己过高的期望,也表现了自己对一些优点不以为意的态度,从而拉近与学生的距离。

二、图形导入法

用简笔图形导入,对于语文课,新颖、直观、醒目,很能引起学生的好奇心,抓住学生的注意力。我教《我的叔叔于勒》时,先在黑板上画一个圆圈,问学生是什么?启发学生从数学中,生活中,为人等方面展开形象思维;第二步,在圆圈里画一个正方形,问学生这样的图形又像什么东西?(铜钱)第三步,在这个铜钱里画一个人,寓意什么?提示学生“人钻到钱眼里去,寓意六亲不认”;最后导入:今天我们就学习一篇这样内容的文章,文章的主人公“已钻到钱眼里,一心只认得钱,连自己的亲弟弟也不认!”它的名字叫《我的叔叔于勒》。简笔图形的慢慢画入,学生兴趣高涨,往下继续学习的欲望也更强。

三、游戏导入法

游戏导入法,可以使学生在游戏中放松心情,拉近师生之间的距离。有次到校外开公开课,我与学生做这样一个智商测验的游戏。让学生鼓掌,时间限制在10秒之内。我对学生说,如果你在10秒之内鼓掌在60次及以上,那你的智商是非常高的;如果你在10秒之内鼓掌在30次,那说明你的智商是正常的;但是你的鼓掌是10次以下,请记住,千万不要告诉别人。学生听说是智商测试,都在这10秒钟时间内拼命的鼓掌。结束后我提问学生鼓掌的次数,没有一个说鼓

掌在30次以下。接着我又对学生说这其实是纯娱乐行为,没有任何科学依据,但却反映一个问题,关于自己的事情,大家都会拼命,就能达到一定的效果,但关于别人,像我站在这里这么久,却没人为我鼓掌。(学生这时很用力地鼓掌),大家报以这么热烈的掌声,这只能说明你的想法和老师这时候产生的共鸣,但并不说明老师授课的效果,真正的授课我们现在开始。

还有像我们在讲授《再塑生命》时,可以让学生做盲人摸象的游戏。教授《我的母亲》时可以跟学生一起听《感恩的心》,并共同来完成《感恩的心》的手语游戏。

四、创设情境法

教师用生动的语言,进行直接描绘,或借用幻灯、录音、录象等制造一个美妙情景,唤起学生的感情共鸣,让学生产生一种求知的急切感。如教学《沁园春〃雪》时,首先用幻灯片打出一幅气势磅礴的莽莽北国雪景图,让学业生从视觉、知觉等多角度进入情景,感受雪景带给人的辽远的意境。撤去画片,让学生闭目、静思、凝神,然后播放上阕的磁带录音,学生通过文字构筑图画,使原先留在脑际的图象得到充实和深化,让学生进入诗中描绘的意境。最后导入:1936年冬天,伟大领袖毛主席在延安看到了这幅雪景,写下了一首千古绝唱,这就是我们今天要学的《沁园春〃雪》,让我们一起来看看这位世纪伟人是如何描写雪景,怎样抒发情怀,评古论今的。

五、联系生活法

在授课时,老师应尽量加入一些生活化的元素,让课堂内容充分与学生日常生活紧密结合,这样学生会让学生有所思、有所说。

一、比赛规则

1、演讲顺序:比赛前抽签决定。

2、演讲时间:演讲时间不得超过5分钟,每超时10秒扣掉2分,不足10秒按10秒计算。

3、演讲比赛评分:采取100分制。

二、评分标准

1、演讲内容(40分)

主题鲜明、中心突出,结构严谨、层次清晰,内容正确、联系实际,选材典型、杜绝抄袭。

2、演讲有声语言(30分) 语音标准,声音洪亮,语速适当,语调仰扬顿挫,富有变化。

3、演讲态势技能(20分) 表情丰富,动作得体、手势自然,服装适宜。

4、整体效果(10分)

可脱稿演讲,节奏把握好,内涵与表情相结合,以情感人,以形传神,感染力强。 可用ppt辅助演讲。

三、评分办法

1、比赛设7名评委,现场打分;

2、去掉一个最高分和一个最低分,取平均分;
