一、学生基本情况分析:

本学期我担任了八年级(119)(120)两个班级的英语教学任务,其中(120)班稍微好些,但尖子生少,(119)班不仅尖子生特少,但差生也多,还有少部分学生没有明确的学习目的,缺少学习的热情和主动性,自觉性较差,相应的学习习惯也差。主要原因是没有激发学生学习英语的兴趣,学生觉得英语学习是一种负担,一部分学生没有掌握记忆单词的方法,连基本的单词听不懂,学不会,但是学生整体的惰性还是很强,自觉性很差。应加强基础知识的讲解和基本技能的训练,让学生掌握词汇、语法、句型等基础知识和听、说、读、写等基本技能;另外,注意培养学生对英语的兴趣;让学生掌握记忆单词、听力、写作等英语学习技能,培养良好的学习习惯和自主探索、合作学习能力。充分调动学生的学习积极性和主动性,使每一位学生都能在学习中有所收获、有所进步。

另外,学生在情感态度,学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如:很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的,没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流;大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯,不能做好课前预习课后复习,学习没有计划性和策略性;不善于发现和总结语言规律,不注意知识的巩固和积累。 为了更好的完成教育教学任务,我制定了本计划,具体工作计划如下:

二、加强教学常规管理,强化质量意识

1、在学习课程标准,吃透教材的基础上,认真备课。在了解学生的基础上,明确了解每课时的重点、要点,条理清晰,使学生掌握每课的内容,并把每课的心得体会,反馈在教学后记中,有助于以后更进一步地改进自己的教学水平。

2、认真组织好课堂45分钟的教学,因材施教,在传授学生知识的同时,教给学生科学的学习方法,努力改进自己的教学方法,融入到自己的教学中,探索英语教学新模式,打破旧框架,形成自己的教学风格和特色。

3、对学生的作业要适量。自身深入题海,然后精选题目,做到少而精,切实减轻学生的负担,提高教学质量。每次作业,教师认真批改,并及时发放,重视讲评。

4、精讲多练,培养学生听、说、读、写能力。

5、做好尖子生的辅导工作,并积极转化后进生,提高班级整体素质。

三、教材分析:

这套教材零起点,针对性强; 体例,体系新颖,以康康等四位主人公相识,相知,成长,生活的故事情节为主线贯穿教材始终,生活气息浓厚,所学内容符合学生实际需要。本书每个单元都列出明确的语言目标、主要的功能项目与语法结构、需要掌握的基本词汇,并分为A,B, C和D四部分。A部分是基本的语训练,B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。C部分是语言学习的补充,单元语法的再现,结合练习训练。D部分是写作部分,根据单元所学的内容,完成相关话题的作文。这套教材是基于城市学生的状况编写的,对于我们农村学生来说,由于小学基础不好,到初中以后学起来的确有些吃力,光是一千多个单词就吓退了不少学生学习英语的兴趣。但我们还必须知难而上,为了提高农村的英语教学成绩而努力。

四.教学重点难点

本册教材的重点是一般将来时用法;反义疑问句;过去进行时的用法;表感官和直觉的系动词的用法;动词不定式的用法;情态动词may mightmust can的用法。

二、学生基本情况分析:

本学期我担任八年级三班,五班英语教学工作。大班额,每班人数都是50多个。大部分学生在八年级英语学习的基础上,已掌握了英语学习的一些基本方法,能够积极主动认真地学习,学习成绩较好。但还有少部分学生没有明确的学习目的,缺少学习的热情和主动性,自觉性较差,相应的学习习惯也差。主要原因是没有激发学生学习英语的兴趣,学生觉得英语学习是一种负担,一部分学生没有掌握记忆单词的方法,连基本的单词听不懂,学不会,自觉性很差。应加强基础知识的讲解和基本技能的训练,让学生掌握词汇、语法、句型等基础知识和听、说、读、写等基本技能;另外,注意培养学生对英语的兴趣;让学生掌握记忆单词、听力、写作等英语学习技能,培养良好的学习习惯和自主探索、合作学习能力。充分调动学生的学习积极性和主动性,使每一位学生都能在学习中有所收获、有所进步。

另外,大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯,不能做好课前预习课后复习,学习没有计划性和策略性;不善于发现和总结语言规律,不注意知识的巩固和积累。

三、教学措施:

为全面提高自己的教育教学能力和个人专业素养,成为一名德才兼备、富有科学理论和创新能力的英语教师,并能适应新世纪教育发展的需要,实现促进教育质量和办学水平全面提高的目的,在本学期制订教学计划,并能充分利用进行教学。

一、教材情况分析

教学教材是由国家免费提供的“义务教育教科书,北京市仁爱教育研究所编著,2013年4月第一版,2014年7月第六次印刷,这套教材零起点,针对性强;,体例,体系新颖,以Kang kang, Michael, Maria等四位主人公相识,相知,成长,生活的故事情节为主线贯穿教材始终,生活气息浓厚,所学内容符合学生实际需要。本书每个单元都列出明确的语言目标、主要的功能项目与语法结构、需要掌握的基本词汇,并分为A,B, C和D四部分。A部分是基本的语训练,B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。C部分是语言学习的补充,单元语法的再现,结合练习训练。D部分是写作部分,根据单元所学的内容,完成相关话题的作文。我认为,这套教材是基于城市学生的状况编写的,单词量大,学生学起来的确有些吃力。尽管如此,我必须知难而上。本册教材的重点是一般将来时用法,反义疑问句,过去进行时的用法,表感官和直觉的系动词的用法,动词不定式的用法,情态动词may might must can的用法。

二、学生情况分析

本学期我担任八年级一班英语教学工作。本班共有 30人。在七年级学段已经掌握了英语学习的一些基本方法,能够积极主动认真地学习,学习成绩较好。但还有少部分学生没有明确的学习目的,缺少学习的热情和主动性,自觉性较差,相应的学习习惯也差。主要原因是没有激发学生学习英语的兴趣,学生觉得英语学习是一种负担,一部分学生没有掌握记忆单词的方法,连基本的单词听不懂,学不会,但是学生整体的惰性还是很强,自觉性很差。应加强基础知识的讲解和基本技能的训练,让学生掌握词汇、语法、句型等基础知识和听、说、读、写等基本技能。另外,注意培养学生对英语的兴趣,让学生掌握记忆单词、听力、写作等英语学习技能,培养良好的学习习惯和自主探索、合作学习能力。充分调动学生的学习积极性和主动性,使每一位学生都能在学习中有所收获、有所进步。学生在情感态度,学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如:很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的,没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流,大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯,不能做好课前预习课后复习,学习没有计划性和策略性,不善于发现和总结语言规律,不注意知识的巩固和积累。

三、确定教学目标

1.总体目标:激发学生学习英语的兴趣,树立自信心。在整个教学过程中,让学生有丰富的生活常识、多文化背景的积累,并形成正确人生观、价值观,有积极的情感态度和跨文化的交际能力。同时培养自主学习能力,积累学习方法。

2.具体目标:结合学生英语基础较差的实际,在教学刚开始的阶段,注意和七年级知识的衔接,例如复习积累基础词汇、词语搭配、句型,熟悉不同单元呈现的语法规则,掌握实际用法。希望第一学期后,学生能培养学习的兴趣,养成较好的学习习惯,对基础知识有一定的掌握。

四、教学指导思想

以校领导对英语工作的要求为指导,以“抓常规、创氛围、辅学困、搭舞台、抓速成”的方针为主线,以全面提高英语教育教学质量为目标。突出两个侧重,即侧重隐性效应,即苦练内功,转差培优。进一步创设我校的英语特色教育,在全校创造浓厚的英语氛围,使英语教学工作不断推向深入,为我校英语成绩的提档升级而努力奋斗!

五、教学应采取措施

1.要求学生坚持记单词,这是学习英语的根本。2.每天听写课文中的单词。要求学生多记单词,3 对后进生进行专门辅导,布置单独的作业。4.培养学习兴趣,引导学生掌握正确的学习方法,提高学习效率;5.发挥学生主体和教师主导作用:6.营造良好的课堂气氛,培养学生开口说英语的勇气和信心;7.引导学生实现语言的迁移,加强日常生活中英语口语的运用;8.鼓励学生自主探索,合用探究,共同提高。9.加强听力训练。

一、说课标

在新课程条件下,随着教师角色的转变和学生学习方式的改变的要求,教学设计不再是教材内容的简单的诠释、教学过程的简单的安排、教学方法的简单的展示,它的性质、功能、方法已经发生了很大的变化。它要求教师从新课程理念出发,在落实学生主体学习地位上下功夫,在落实每一个学生自主学习上下功夫,在落实学生合作学习上下功夫,在充分调动每一个学生的学习积极性上下功夫,在防止学生的学习活动流于形式、切实提高课堂效益上下功夫。因此教师的教学设计已升华为教师教学研究的一个重要内容。本人选取了自己在这方面做得比较好的一节课,与大家共同分享。

二、说教材

(一)、教材的地位和作用:

本节课是《仁爱英语》八年级下册Unit8Topic2 Section B。本课是本单元的核心教学,重点学习由特殊疑问词引导的宾语从句和不定式的复合结构,带领学生练习口语。不同场合穿不同的衣服,又为本单元后面的教学提供了话题和语境。

(二)、重点与难点

基于对教材的地位和作用的分析及本班学生大部分都羞于开口讲英语这一实际情况,结合本节课考点。我把本节课的重点和难点定为:

重点:新句型的理解和操练。 难点:宾语从句的灵活运用。

(三)、教学目标:

根据课标的要求:八年级学生能用听懂有关熟悉话题的谈话,并从中获取信息和观点;能就简单的话题提供信息,表达简单的观点和意见,参与讨论;能与他人沟通信息,合作完成任务;能根据话题进行情景对话;能简单描述人物或事件。且英语教学的目的是培养学生运用语言进行交际的能力,为用而学,在用中学,学了就用。因此,结合教学重难点我把本课的教学目标定为以下三个方面:

通过做宾语从句的游戏,让学生小组合作,充分掌握宾语从句的语序问题,体现学生的合作精神。

注重形成性评价在课堂中应用,采用多元的评价,即教师评价, 学生的评价。体现“自主,合作,探究”的学习方式,它较之传统教学更能使每位学生都能积极参与到课堂学习及课外活动中去。使学生的听、说、读、写能力得到全面提高,在愉快轻松的氛围中掌握知识。

七、教学反思

在本堂课的教学中,我以重点句型为主,以情境教学法,游戏教学为点,有效地把知识结合起来了。重点突出。学生觉得快乐,学得扎实。学生通过对实际情况和对话的练习达到掌握学以致用的综合能力;创设微型真实语境让学生在快乐的气氛中,理解并能运用本节课所学的词汇和句型;小组合作学习,促进了学生主动参与、合作探究的意识。

总之,英语教学是一门科学,也是一门艺术。英语课堂教学是英语教学的根基所在。要上好一堂课,犹如要写一篇好文章,必须整体构思课始、课中、课尾三个阶段。这三个阶段互相影响、相互促进,不可分离。一个好的教学设计,它能精心安排教学步骤,巧妙设计教学内容,恰当使用教学手段,灵活运用教学方法,合理分配教学时间,使教师的教和学生的学,相得益彰,和谐融洽。
