B计划：一门英语测试

准备一个国际英语水平测试，比如雅思。尤其有出国打算的孩子。

雅思被称为“全球通行证”，截止到今年，美国有3000多所大学承认雅思成绩，在中国考雅思留学美国愈演愈烈，打破了托福独霸天下的局面，可见雅思在美国受欢迎程度；“雅思” 强调考生不要死记硬背，而是灵活地运用语言，多与生活实际紧密联系，尤其注重说和写。我欣赏雅思的另外一个原因是雅思的题目多是非常有趣的且贴近生活。比如阅读文章你会遇到讲英国文化的，加州红酒的甚至讲婴儿出生过程的文章，读起来寓教于乐。

所以准备考试的过程中一定会让你的英文突飞猛进。

以下给大家一些雅思备考的建议。词汇：词汇书选购4原则：

1 选看上去不烦的，这本书你不会买回去就丢在家里面再也不看了。

2 必须有mp3，以听代说，词汇有两个方面一个是视觉认知的另一个是听觉的认知，对应的就是阅读和听力，很多同学都有这个经历就是听词的时候觉得好像认识却要想很久才懂，就是听觉认知不够。

3 有音标。

4 有同义词。从长远角度来看，要把背单词养成一种习惯，每天都会抽点时间去背。而不是想到才背。对于考试时间紧的，必须要在短期内，反复多次复习，减少遗忘率。

口语： 1 找partner，可以练习听力和反应，最好是外国人。

2.利用雅思最新真题题库练习。

3.录音，了解自己语法和词汇的问题，并反复操练改正错误。4.定期上雅思论坛或雅思老师博客了解最新真题变化并练习。

5.平时多看报纸杂志了解时事，为口语话题积累素材。要上7分，语法不能错，能够用复杂句式，结构多变；词汇能够灵活多变。

阅读： 1 读的一个基础是单词量，单词不够的话读书是痛苦不是享受。四级单词是最最最起码的要求。如果基础不错，建议直接看上国外报纸网站看文章，如经济学人、，或者纽约时报，每天不要看多，看一篇就够了。开始碰到生

词会很多，感觉很难受，但是一定要坚持，碰到所有不会的单词，都要记下来弄懂。碰到不会的单词怎么办，查韦试辞典的在线版。

2 在每天坚持泛读的基础上一定要至少用1个小时做雅思剑桥系列书的阅读题。注意做题过程中要做到以下几点（摘抄文章里生词，并牢记；摘抄好词好句；摘抄好的句子结构）

总之，精读和泛读相结合。

写作：其实写作和阅读是相通的，阅读提高同时写作自然会提高。

1 在平时阅读的过程中，一定要有摘抄的好习惯（你自己写不出来的词，短语，

句子等）。

2 每天坚持用30分钟写篇文章，题目可以自定。在写的过程中有意识用到以前摘抄过的表达。

3 作文其实强调句群而不是一个一个词汇的蹦出来，但是一篇高分的文章最后看的还是词汇和语法，因为这是中国学生短期无法解决的问题，写作最后阶段可以用语料库来解决一下，就是一种语料库解决20几个题目，这样的话根据题库的轮换基本可以搞定

最后，一定要坚持阅读，只有不断的输入，才有高质量的输出。

听力： 1 如果基础比较弱，选择网上有代表性的论坛普特和沪江，从中间随便挑一个网站坚持即可。但是千万不要一个个都听过来。记住，开始阶段100篇文章听一遍，不如一篇文章听100遍。

2 过度期后开始用剑桥雅思系列的书籍开始练习精听。如果觉得特别吃力，在前期每篇文章听10遍，再看原文，弄清楚每个单词的意思，看完以后再听10遍以上。或者做听写训练。

3 注意精听为主泛听为辅。泛听可以去找talkshow来听，譬如Saturday Night，在优酷或者土豆上都有。或者美国总统演讲，或TED（爱看英文演讲的同学应该对TED不陌生，每年的TED大会和环球会议汇聚了全世界科技、文学、设计、艺术等领域的杰出人物进行演讲）。优酷上就有TED专区。有iphone的同学也可以直接下载app 。

这样坚持3个月，以后看美剧大部分时间不需要看字幕。

英语学习最好不要间断，听说读写都如此。单词每天都要复习，阅读真题每天一篇，口语每天一个真题话题，口语每天要保证半小时的口语练习时间。

C计划：至少看完IMDB里的20部英文电影，当然是越多越好

Cell phones do play an important role in people’s daily life,but every coin has two sides.

To start with,a wirele mobile phone is convenient for the user at any time to contact others .Secondly,it’s a helpful companuon.With a multifunctional cell phone in hand,one can easily surf the net,downloading what he needs.

However,the cell phone has many disadvantages.For one thing,the machine itself is very expensive and its local service is very costly,not to mention its global service.For another,the radiation transmitted from the mobile phones might do harm to the user’s health.

2013年暑期社会实践报告

2013年暑假，我来到了荆州市大唐影视文化传播有限公司开展了为期一个月的暑期社会实践活动。在实践期间，我主要体验了两块工作，会计工作和办公室文员的工作。通过暑期社会实践的开展，充分体会了“纸上学来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行”的道理。每一份工作都没有想象当中的简单，做好任何一件事都要用心的去学习和体会，也让我充分认识到工作和学习中的区别，为以后进入社会积累了经验。同时，也认识了在那里实习的四个长江大学的同学，彼此成为了朋友。

这次的暑期社会实践，不仅让我丰富了暑假和个人经验，还有助于我在假期时形成良好了作息时间表。公司每天八点半上班，六点下班，中午12点吃饭，饭后有两个小时的休息时间。中午的时候，那些参加工作的哥哥姐姐们大都是趴在办公桌上小憩一会。这让我觉得，在大学剩下的两年里，我要渐渐改掉不睡午觉一下午就没有精神的坏习惯。因为我发现，在以后参加工作后，特别是在大城市工作，午间基本上不可能有回家睡午觉的时间，只能在自己的办公桌上稍稍休息一下，如果我现在不及时养成习惯，可能将会影响我以后踏入社会后的工作效率。

还有一点经验我也觉得是十分重要的，那就是作为一个刚进入公司的新人，要不怕吃亏，多做一些自己能做的事情。比如我和长江大学另外几个同学，每天都会早几分钟到公司去，把公司的卫生做一遍，把每个办公室的垃圾给倒掉。表现得勤快一点，这样我们在工作时遇到问题去请教他们，他们也会更乐意为我们解决。

作为一个办公室文员，我主要负责前台接待，接听电话，通过公司的官方QQ和微信与客户和相对应的工作人员进行及时的交流与沟通，以及午间值班的工作。在最开始进入这个公司进行社会实践时，由于不了解公司的运行模式和具体的业务往来，出现过工作效率很低的状态。在多次请教了老师后，虽说工作的熟练程度不能达到炉火纯青的地步，但比刚开始进入公司是还是有了很大的进步。 在前台接待的过程中，要时刻注意是否有客户进来，一旦有客户进来要第一时间送上茶水，再询问他们的需要，最重要的是要做到笑容和亲和力。最开始的

时候，作为一个在校大学生，要进入工作角色和社会上的人接触时，我还表现的很拘谨，有点放不开，接待室略显木讷，不够主动和积极。但在通过几天的观察之后，我也渐渐地发现了自己的毛病，也在日常的工作中不断地改进，也有了一定的进步，学会了主动地进行交谈。

接听电话其实是我比较不喜欢做的一个事情，可能是由于个性关系吧，再加上仅仅一个月的时间，对公司的各项业务都不是太熟悉，导致我应对客户是不是很熟悉，每次都要询问几次才能够回答客户的问题。不过这对我来说也是一个很不错的经历，因为我至少知道了我好像不太适合做电话接听的工作。

在实习的过程中，做办公室文员只占了我很小一部分时间，我更多的时间是在学做一名会计。上学期刚学完中级财务会计的我，本以为实践操作起来会比较容易的，但现实却让我发现我大错特错了，书本理论和现实的操作之间存在很大的差距，现实和理论也不可能很完美的融合。现实工作中碰到的很多问题也并不像书本上那么几个例子，那么几个会计分录就能解决的。本来刚学完中级财务会计，对账户性质和会计分录的认识就不够清楚，现实当中各种琐碎的费用让我完全不知道该选择什么对应账户，该写什么样的会计分录，也不能很快的反应出账户的对应科目是什么。比如，在不同地方用的交通费，都不能笼统地计入费用，要视具体情况而定。具体的科目设置和公司的性质有很大的关系，由于我所在的公司是一家广告公司，主要分为影视部和平面部，算主营业务收入的时候都要分开算，因为这对年底的分红有很大的影响。

在这里，由于老师手把手地教我，我学会了很多东西，从最开始的开业务单和流程单，粘贴发票，核算报销金额，在电算化软件上录入数据，核对单据，按月结账，录入资产负债表，利润表和现金流量表，打印记账凭证并且装订成册。这一个月下来基本上学习了一个完整的会计流程，大致了解了从开始到本月结束的整个过程。同时我还跟着公司的出纳一起去银行办过转账支票，在国税系统中开过发票。这些都是一些很难忘的经历。虽然通过这一个月的学习我不可能独自担当起会计的工作，但是这一个月来说应该算是我对会计这个职业最近距离最清晰的认知，我也知道了以后的学习中应该重点掌握的方向。

在这学习的一个月期间中，还有一位财政局的主席过来担任财务顾问。在他与会计出纳交流经验以及解决问题时候，我也都在一旁仔细的倾听和学习。从他

的话语里，我知道虽说实践与理论中间存在差异，但理论是实践的基础，一切实践上的操作都离不开理论的支持。并不是像一些学长学姐那样说的，理论知识一点用都没有，全靠工作当中的学习。虽然在工作中会不断地学习，但工作当中的一切变通都不能离开书本的支持，至少我觉得会计这个职业是这个样子的。在大三的专业课学习的过程中，我要更加用心的听讲，多分析实践中了例子，这样才会对未来的工作起到促进的作用。

不过在工作中我也犯过错误，由于自己偷懒，把本该核算两遍的金额只核算了一遍，导致在结账后发现有一笔金额输错了，导致了一些不必要的麻烦。我和老师也曾经对着一份不平的资产负债表找了一个下午的问题。仿佛大学老师在课堂上说说的问题我都遇到了，似乎这些事会计的常见问题。我深深明白，会计这个职业需要十分的细心和耐心，在日常的生活中我也要培养这方面的品质。通过这一个月的实践，我更加肯定了我原来转专业的决定并没有错，我个人觉得会计这个职业还是很适合我的。我也很乐意在这一份职业上继续走下去。

刚进公司一个星期的时候，我们几个实习生也参加了公司的聚会。那天大家都提前了半个小时下班，一起去餐馆聚餐，晚上再去KTV唱歌。在聚餐过程中，我觉得老板娘是一个很干练的女性。在吃饭时大气地敬辛苦工作的员工，也有一段大气的讲话。在唱歌的时候也特别照顾我们几个实习的，怕我们因为太过拘谨融不进去，几次三番邀请我们去点歌。也许一个成功的人就应该有这样的气魄，她的那种气场给人的感觉就不一样。

通过那次聚会，我觉得参加工作以后自己就不可能有像现在这样多的休闲娱乐时间，每天都顶着工作压力，时不时还得加班。我们现在有着这么长时间的寒暑假，双休日都可以任凭自己安排，我们应该多乘这些时候多做一些自己想做的事情，有意义的事情，不断地充实自己。

经过了那次聚会，我和长江大学的那几个同龄人也走得更近了，也和他们成为了朋友。在工作休息的时候，我们也会时不时地凑到一块聊聊天。他们是学新闻方面专业的，通过和他们的交流，对照片修饰和视频剪辑也产生了一定的兴趣，并且向他们考了相关的软件，为自己以后自学相关知识提供方便。

通过实践，让我提前接触了社会，积累了一些社会工作经验，学习如何与人沟通，如何与人交流，团结合作等等。重重考验，给我带来了课本上无法得到的

知识。在实践中，不断地分析、总结。充分了解了自己的不足，帮助我摆正了位置：不可盲目自大，更不可过分自卑。使我树立了正确的人生观，世界观和价值观。提高了我的事业心和社会责任感。

同时我也深切体会到了父母挣钱的辛苦。虽然我只工作了短短的一个月，并且可能也只能帮很小一部分忙，但这样日复一日的重复着每天的工作确实也容易让人产生厌倦的情绪。我也曾听说他们有的时候做一些加急的文件还要加班到一两点钟。每个星期也只有那么一天能休息。这些事情都让我觉得要为以后进入工作岗位做好心理准备，特别以后刚进入社会作为一个新人时，所面临的压力可能会更大。

虽然社会实践结束了，但它给我带来的思考和感悟却会给我后期的学习做一个良好的指导，也更加明白了自己目前缺乏哪些素质。初次地这样近距离地和社会接触，从开始实习时的不适应，到后来能够主动的去尝试，这应该是社会实践给我带来的改变和收获。
