摘要：小学英语教育由于受长期应试教育的影响，旧的“三轻三重”（重书面轻口头，重记忆轻理解，重知识轻能力）英语教学法依然盛行，直接影响着小学英语“说”的能力的实现，也就是口语能力的实现。其中这种现象在农村英语教学中更甚。在农村小学信息技术的发展，微机室及多媒体教室的有效利用，便利的网络环境下， 农村英语教育“说”能力的培养。

随着全球化的不断发展，地球村的不断建设，英语越来越受到人们的重视，英语亦成为小学教育一个重要的内容。在小学课程中，英语被排入日常教学中。在新课改后，把英语课程理念与其他学科分离出来，更具体，更与时俱进，更注重语言的实践性和应用性，及其综合语音运用能力。小学英语教学作为启蒙教育，其主要是培养学生学习英语的兴趣和爱好，能在日常生活中进行日常口头交流，说的能力尤为重要。然而受长期应试教育的影响，旧的“三轻三重”（重书面轻口头，重记忆轻理解，重知识轻能力）英语教学法依然盛行，新的教学方法尚未出台，这直接影响着小学英语“说”的能力的实现，也就是口语能力的实现。其中这种现象在农村英语教学中更甚。

从以下几方面浅析农村小学英语“说”能力偏低的原因：

1、语言环境方面

英语非我**语，我们的学生不是生活在真实的语言环境中，除了课堂，学生使用英语的机会很少 。即使在课堂上，如果教师不创设轻松愉快的说英语的情境与氛围，学生也不会乐于参与。多媒体等教学辅助材料的较少使用。

2、学校、家长重视方面

英语科班教师资源较少，不能流畅地说英语或用英语上课。虽然现在大力开展素质教育，但是在农村地区多数学校还是以卷面分的高低来评价一个学生的优劣。英语考试中没有口语考察项目。其实在大多数心目中小学英语是一门杂科，因为每周只有两节英语课。留守儿童的学习监督这块儿，是教育环节中不小的缺失。

3、学生个性方面

个性差异在课堂上的表现亦不相同。性格开朗或基础较好的学生善于表现自己，会获得更多的锻炼机会；性格内向或基础较差的学生，由于自卑心理，不敢说，不敢大声说，怕同学嘲笑，怕老师批评。学习语言，老师经常用这句话来鼓励学生：“Don’t be shy, just to try.”(别害羞，试试）。

2008年春季，为加快农村小学信息技术的发展进程，我校投入资金12万元，装备微机室及多媒体教室，便利的网络环境，为英语教学提供了坚实的后盾。以下就是在网络环境下农村小学英语自主学习在“说”方面的培养方法。

一、正确发音的养成

小学英语以口语交际为主，英语口语同中文口语一样，有抑有扬。一个音，一个词，一句话应如何说，首先取决于听的结果。听准了，才能模仿对，说得才标准，交流才能顺利展开。曾经有位学生，三十几岁，某电子高管，来学英语口语。很是纳闷，经过交流得知，需出国交流学习，发现自己所说英语很难让听者听懂，测试后发现，他的发音有很大问题，就像我们说中文一样，发音不标准，听者又怎会听懂你呢。这足以证明英语“说”的重要性。而正确的发音是英语入门，足见小学英语“说”的重要性。

教会学生听，养成听的良好习惯，包括课堂上听教师、听同学的说，课下听录音，观看原声电影等。学习说时，由于受从小根深蒂固的中文字母的影响，大部分学生会习惯性地将A[ei]读成[a], I[ai]读成[i]......,类似的错误还有很多。为了纠正他们这种习惯性的错误，结合新课改后，新纪元英语小学三年级下册中，字母及对应单词这部分内容，通过学校为我们打造的网络环境，在网上查找，结合实际，为学生编成“基本音标朗诗”，如下，AA[æ][æ][æ], A[æ] apple.

DD[d][d][d], D[d] dog

...加以配之相应的肢体动作，如拍手，跺脚等，朗诗会更朗朗上口，学生学习兴趣亦较浓，说的正确率也明显提高。

二、课堂环境养成

有人说，“兴趣是学习的良师。”如何调动学生学习的兴趣，让学生自主参与其中，张开嘴巴，大声说出来，很重要。传统的英语教学背单词，记语法，做练习是教师的不二法宝，也就造就了上述中应试哑巴英语学习者。在现代的网络环境下，多媒体教学打破了一黑一白（一块黑板一支粉笔）的传统教学理念，多媒体教学的丰富多彩，形式多样化更能激起学生的兴趣，在课前，一些简单的英文歌曲，英语短片，不仅能把学生迅速地带入英语学习环境，还能模仿其中正确的说的方式。上课时，教师可以避免单一地照着书本讲解，可以把书中的知识与现实生活相结合，学生会很有学习的冲动。比如在上Point to the door 这课时，其中window（窗户）、door（门）、desk（课桌）、chair (椅子)、blackboard（黑板），是我们教室必备之物，有现成的教具，而且学生在学会用英语表达这些他们日常常见之物们也很有成就感，很愿意说。

在教 It’s red 这一课前，先让学生准备一些彩笔、彩纸之类，预习将学习的内容，不懂的，可以上网查查资料，做做笔记等。在上课时，让学生唱这首 What’s your name? 的英文歌，一来可集中学生注意力，二可以引出新的朋友，chameleon（变色龙)，通过多媒体屏幕看见不同颜色的chameleon（变色龙),引出这节课的新内容red, blue, green, black, yellow等，配以教师在网上收集的与所授颜色相关的物品图片，学生乐于其中。在教学中教师再配以“彩色大圆盘”，“神奇魔法水”等互动游戏，用一些用彩纸做成不同物品作为奖励，将学生说的欲望完全激发出来，甚至有些学生会不因为老师不请他说英语，而埋怨老师又不请他回答。这样的课堂，教师讲得轻松，学生学得高兴，自主学习的能力逐渐养成。

教师在课堂上尽量全英授课，制定一些课堂命令性用语，例如：--Who want to try?(谁来试试？）

--Let me try.(我来。）

Follow me.(跟我读。）等等；

教师还利用网络、多媒体辅助，创设情境给学生模仿，操练，提供尽可能多的机会，大量的开口实践提高说的能力。三年级上册一次公开课，下课以后有老师问：“这个班真的从26个英文字母开始学的吗？”那节课学生和教师基本上就是全英授课，其实并不困难。

三、学校环境养成

学生在教师里说英语的习惯很容易养成，但是在校园里再说英语就有点困难，主要是脸皮薄，怕其他同学笑话，针对这一问题，教师要求学生在校园里遇见老师、同学，打招呼时，最好说英语，可以上网查查西方人见面都会聊什么，模仿他们说英语。有次下课，有个学生从背后气喘吁吁地打招呼，“Good morning，Ms.” 老师很震惊，“老师好”经常听的，但用英语很少，而且是刚学英语；老师在课堂上表扬并鼓励学生，在教室说英语，在校园说英语，在家说英语。跟同学说，跟老师说，跟家里人说。长时间地坚持下来，学生的说英语的兴趣明显提高，连英语测试也有明显的进步。农村孩子，在网络环境下，所学的所说的英语不错。

针对教师不与学生时时在一起的情况，按学生口语水平分成若干组，口语能力较好的学生当小老师，以小组为单位练习口语，把时间和空间让出来交给作为教学主体的学生，查漏补缺，小部分为个体的进步，整体进步很明显。每周，教师利用学校便利的网络环境，挑选出适合学生观看的影片，针对小学生，以动画片为主，组织学生观看，口语简单易懂，更能引起学生的兴趣，听地道英语的语音语调，形成语感，模仿英文对白。挑选有趣的对白，请小组自主学习、模仿，开展情境比赛或口语比赛等，学生说地道英语的能力不断增强。

网络环境下的农村小学生英语自主学习“说”的研究中，在提高学生的说水平，培养学生养成良好的说习惯，激发学生积极参与、大胆开口方面效果比较显著。在以后的教学中应注意学生的实践自主能力的培养、课堂趣味性的注重 以及情境环境的创设，不断提高学生说英语的能力。

我今天说课的内容是PEP小学英语五年级下册Unit 5 Look at the Monkeys第五课时Part C.《英语课程标准》指出：“基础教育阶段英语课程的目标是以学生语言技能、语言知识的发展为基础，培养学生英语综合语言运用能力。”由此可见，英语教学应重视学生听、说、读、写能力的培养。本堂课是一堂复习测评课，主要内容是复习A、B 部分学过的动词的ing形式：flying, walking , sleeping，climbing, fighting, swinging, etc.要求学生能听、说、读、写，并熟练运用句子：What is it/are they doing?It’s /They are …来描述动物或人们正在做什么。该内容在整册书中起着承上启下的作用，根据五年级学生学习心理和生理特点，我对教材内容进行了整合，使学生更能轻松、愉快地把本单元的重点词汇和句型掌握，使更多的学生能参与到教学活动中来。

四、说教学方法

本节课是复习所学新单词和句型，重在培养学生的口语表达能力和自

主学习能力。因此，，在具体教学中以直观教学法、TPR全身反映法，情境教学法、歌曲创编为主，活动教学为辅，充分利用直观教具和电教化教学手段创设情景，利用多媒体、录音机等辅助设备，培养学生直接用英语理解表达和思维的能力。

五、说学法

《英语课程标准》指出：“基础教育阶段英语课程的目标是以学生语言技能、语言知识的发展为基础，培养学生英语综合语言运用能力。”由此可见，英语教学应重视学生听、说、读、写能力的培养。本堂复习课从全方位、多角度出发设计各种具有吸引力的活动，让学生在听、说、读、写、唱中体验学习乐趣，进一步提高其“四会”技能，让学生在一定的词汇基础上，以句型为载体，举一反三，大胆进行歌曲创编和写话，巩固操练单词的同时教会学生复习的方法和做听力题的技巧。

六、说教学过程

1、TPR活动和谈话导入

通过TPR活动，加强师生、生生之间情感交流，使学生迅速进入英语学习氛围。学生树立自信。CAI展示动物图片，让学生用英语交谈动物活动，复习单复数两个重点句型。

2、复习进入新课

通过let’s check部分的听力练习，教给学生做这类题型的方法就是要抓关键词，同时通过达标测评查缺补漏。

3、看图卡创编歌曲

看着单词图卡利用学生熟悉的“Happy new year”歌曲进行歌曲创编，

使学生能快速记住单词，熟悉单复数句型问答并加于运用。体现学练相结合的教学模式和学习模式，培养了学生创新思维的能力和小组合作竞争意识。

4、结束课程

① 在课结束时，渗透进德育教育，用一句话：Animals are our friends.We should love animals.对学生进行德育教育，使学生在课堂上感受、体验、实践、焕发生命活力，陶冶学生高尚的道德情操。

②最后结束课时，让学生选择let’s check 部分的三幅图试写对话，由听说到读写，层层递进。

七、说板书

板书是辅助教师在教学中让学生从视觉上去感知教学重点，体现教学重点的一个重要的辅助工具。

本课我设计的板书简炼明了、工整、大方，让学生一目了然本课的知识目标。

八、总结和反思

在这节课中，我努力以《英语课程标准》为指导，以活动为方式，采用多种教学法，课中着重培养学生会学习，从听、说、读、写等方面，使学生得到了能力的锻炼，使学生在愉快、轻松的氛围中温故而知新，并达到了运用英语交际的教学目的。任何一堂课总会留下小遗憾，在今后的教学中，我将努力完善和优化课堂教学，使自我更上一层楼。

如何掌握初中英语教学的说课

随着优化课堂教学的深入，\"说课\"已成为考核教师教学能力的重要方式和提高教师教学水平的重要途径,越来越受到普遍重视。

那么如何正确认识\"说课\"，在我们的教学实践中\"说课\"究竟有什么作用，如何掌握初中英语中的\"说课\"，却是许多教师特别是青年教师亟待了解的。



一、正确认识\"说课\"：

说课，就是教师在总结自己教学实践经验的基础上，从教学理论的高度，依照教学大纲要求，结合教学内容、学生基本状况和现有教学条件等实际情况，对自己的备课思路、课堂教学设计进行系统、全面和具体的阐述。但是必须注意,说课不同于一般意义上的备课,说课并不是读教案。

说课的过程是教师对教学理论再学习并用于指导新的教学实践的过程，是教师对教学大纲进一步深化认识理解的过程，是教师将自己的教学经验条理化、升华到理性认识的过程。

在\"说课\"过程中，教师要明确本课的教学目的和要求，分析本课的重点和难点，分析教学主体的客观情况，要对如何安排教学内容、如何驾驭教学过程、如何掌握教学节奏以及自己所选择的教学方法、手段和预期效果加以论述和说明。

说课的效果，是教师综合教学能力和业务素质的体现。 

二、\"说课\"的作用：



1、\"说课\"具有提高教学效率的作用。\"说课\"的过程，就是教师教学思维条理化过程，因而使教师做到备课、授课思路清楚，步骤清晰，重点突出，方法得当。



2、\"说课\"具有利于取得较好教学效果的作用。教师通过在\"说课\"过程中对教学思维的条理化和教学理论的运用，优化课堂教学设计，从而得到好的教学效果。



3、\"说课\"具有提高教师整体水平的作用。\"说课\"的过程是教师在正确教学理论指导下进行教学实践预演的过程，促使教学理论与教学实践紧密结合；\"说课\"的过程又是教师对实践经验进行总结的过程，因此又加速使实践经验上升为教学理论，加速完成由\"怎样教\"向\"为什么这样教\"的升华，促使教师的理论水平和业务素质得到很快提高。 

4、\"说课\"是检验教师综合能力和业务素质的重要手段。通过\"说课\"，可及时发现教师运用教育理论是否正确、采用教学方法是否得当、分析理解教材是否准确，从而判定该教师是否胜任所承担的教学工作。目前职称考核、选聘教学岗位、参加教学比赛，均将\"说课\"作为一个重要环节。

因此，\"说课\" 可用来指导和检验备课的科学性和时效性，可用于进行教师个人的教学经验总结，可用来作为考核教师教学水平和理论水平的手段。



三、正确进行\"说课\" 

1、说课前的准备工作：

（1）首先要确定课题，一般有自选和指定两种。

自选课题，说课者可以有较充分的思想、内容、技术和方法准备。 指定课题，说课者没有足够的时间进行准备，但必须有充分的思想和心理准备。

（2）分析本课题的教学目的、要求和授课主体的基本情况，明确教学目标。

（3）确定本课题的焦点问题，一般为重点、难点。

（4）确定教学思路、方法、步骤。要尽量合理采用辅助设备进行准备，如挂图、实物教具、录音、录像、计算机课件等教学辅助手段。 （5）形成讲稿。把以上内容系统化、细化，形成说课教案。该教案应包括教学标、教材分析、处理方法和手段等主要教学思路和教学过程。特别要说明采用的教学方法和手段的理论依据及如何指导学生的学法。



2、说课的过程：

说课的过程应围绕六个重要环节进行，即

（1）准确说出授课内容在整个知识体系中的地位和作用，这要求教师在精通教材的基础上，深刻理解各项知识之间的内在联系。具体到英语教学，还必须明确所授单元、课时在教学大纲所列项目中的地位和作用，以及与前、后单元的内在联系，它所涉及的语言功能、语法知识、教学要求及在教学大纲中的归类等等。这反映了教师的知识水平和对教学大纲的认识、理解程度。

以Unit 23 Leon 91 JEFC Book II为例: 本单元的教学内容是: 单词、词组项目要求掌握 ① 17个四会单词、词组, ② 10个三会单词、词组, ③ 2个二会单词; 日常交际用语项目要求掌握 ① 6个四会日常交际用语, ② 3个三会日常交际用语。 语法项目要求掌握: ①情态动词must，

② when，before，after等引导时间状语从句。 ③ if条件句。

上述内容在大纲中的要求是: ①语法项目中,状语从句是要求掌握内容, ②交际用语项目中\" must\"是大纲第 22项\"禁止和警告\"中的一项,是四会内容,本课所涉及的语句是 You must wait for your turn.状语从句是常用语法项目,在初中教学段中处于重要地位,在本单元出现,是学生实践一段后的归纳小结,是由感性认识向理性认识的升华。

情态动词在初中段也是常见语法项目,在本单元中,学生要通过对 must的学习、归纳和总结,加深对情态动词的了解。 因此 ,本单元的教学内容具有承前启后的作用。 （2）阐明本课的教学目标。

教学目标既是教师的授课目标,又是学生的学习目标，是所有教学活动的出发点和归宿。它的确定必须实事求是,既要符合教材要求,又要符合学生的学习实际,使教学双方在教学目标上统一起来,才可能达到预期教学效果。

教学目标应包括三个方面。 知识目标,即各语言点的认知要求。

能力目标,即学生在听、说、读、写诸方面运用所学基本知识和技能的能力。

情感目标,即德育目标,结合所学内容,落实思想教育、学科德育等方面的目标,同时还包括对学生端正学习目的、态度和人生观,培养学习毅力和科学思维等方面的内容。

确定的教学目标必须完整、具体、贴切。 仍以 Leon 91为例。 本课的教学目标是: ①前面提到的教学要求；

②巩固 Leons 89 -- 90两课所学的重点内容; ③训练学生的阅读技巧。 本课的能力目标是：

通过学习，准确使用\"must\"造句,学会独立阅读的方法,复述课文,能将短文改写成对话。 本课的情感目标是: 遵守公共道德,关心爱护老人、病人,不取笑别人。

在确定教学目标时要充分考虑学生的学习水平和认知能力,即使在同一年级、同一班级,学生也有差别,有的差别会很大。因此确定的教学目标要尽量符合大多数学生的实际。一般来讲,经过努力,使80%的学生能达到所确定的目标,该目标即为合理目标。

在教学实践中,有的教师仅注重知识目标的落实,往往忽略能力目标和情感目标的落实,这是对教育要求认识不全面的表现。现行英语教材包含的能力目标很宽泛,而其情感目标除特有的深度外,更具有很强的综合性和现实性。教师在备课中应深挖教材本身的能力和德育要求, 全面体现教育思想。

（3）阐述本课教学的重、难点。

现行教材每一课都有丰富的内容。教师必须严格按照大纲和教学指导用书规定范围,经过精心加工,抓住重点，突破难点，把教材转化为语言训练话题,使学生通过课堂操练,实践训练,内化为自己运用英语准确完成思想感情输入、输出功能的能力。因此,在说课中教师要做到: ①准确找出教材的重点、难点,并提出其确定依据; ②结合学生实际,分别列出需精讲、略讲、自学、操练的内容； ③根据由浅入深、由易到难的认知规律,安排好各部分内容的连接和教学顺序。

现仍以 Leon 91课为例。

本课为阅读训练课 ,结合学生学习的特点 ,本课重点应放在培养学生阅读能力上。基于这一重点 ,要突破的难点就是语言知识和阅读技巧两方面。由此即可设计本课的教学内容和顺序了。

教师的教学活动主要是 :指导学生粗读、细读课文 , 在讲解部分词汇及用法的同时 ,就课文提问,使学生掌握课文大意。

学生的活动主要是在教师指导下掌握粗读、细读方法 ,学会分析课文大意,能找出关键词语,并能运用重点词组、句型造句,练习复述课文 ,在听、说、读、写诸方面都有所收获。 （4）阐明授课过程设计。

教学过程设计,是贴近教学实践的一个环节,应在确定了教学目标和教学内容的基础上进行。设计教学过程要做到内容安排合理 ,环节紧凑 ,方法得当 ,重点突出 ,难点准确 ,教学设计有新意 ,学科德育有渗透。

以 Leon 91为例 ,本课的教学过程应是: Step 1.Revision复习本单元前两课重点内容，操练\"must\"句型。 Step 2.由上一步自然引入语句\"You must wait for your turn \"掌握此语句。

Step 3.根据此句创设\"if\"情景,训练\"if\"从句。

Step 4.开始阅读训练。先粗读,由教师介绍课文,(可通过录音、录像)提出问题,即课本中\"Was a queue jumper really a queue jumper?\"然后由学生回答上述问题。

Step 5.开始细读。要求在规定时间内完成阅读 ,回答练习册中的问题。

Step 6.教师指出课文中的重点词组 ,举一反三 ,并训练学生造句。

Step 7.学生朗读课文 ,进行复述课文的训练。 Step 8.完成练习册。首先完成练习册中的听力训练。 Step 9.布置作业 ,将短文改成对话。

必须指出 ,在日常教学中 ,大多数教师比较重视教材 ,较善于根据教材确定重点、难点 ,而对如何将学生的学习实际与教材相结合 ,如何突出运用语言的能力训练较少重视。因此说课时要特别注意提出训练方法。在此需要强调的是 ,训练运用语言的能力应是四会能力 ,而不仅仅是其中的某几个能力。虽然在每一课中四会能力有所偏重 ,但在总体上不能偏废任何一项。

（5）阐明授课时采取的教学方法和教学手段。

教学内容好比要由此岸（教师）渡河到达彼岸（学生）的渡客。渡河要有船，这船就是教学方法。没有好的教学方法，教学内容就不好被学生接受。因此，研究不同教学内容的教学方法，是教师的根本任务之一。科学的教学方法使教师聪明，也使学生聪明。

教学过程是师生的双向活动,尤其在语言训练中,创设适当的语言情景,是当前交际功能和意念相结合的教材要求的最基本的施教方法之一。在说课的过程中,必须介绍为达到素质教育目的而在课堂教学中针对不同教学内容所采用的不同方法及其依据。 在阐述教学方法时,要把握以下几点: ①紧密联系学生的学习生活实际,激发学生的学习兴趣,如在 Leon.91中,可在复述课文时假设看病、排队等候等情景,由学生自己表演,提高学习兴趣。

②尽量合理采取各种直观手段,如录像、挂图、简笔画或计算机课件等辅助教学手段,也可以采用由学生模拟表演等形式。 ③教师的语言要精练、准确、生动。

④在阐述教学方法时,一定要说明如何教给学生学法,比如在Leon.91中,要教会学生自己阅读课文的方法 (当然许多方法不是在一节课中就能完全掌握的,可以说明通过若干节这样的训练课,最终能使学生达到什麽能力)。

须强调的是,英语课的实践性很强,所确定的教学方法要和实践紧密相连,要与教学目标紧密相连,不能脱节。所以介绍方法时必须说明通过哪种训练使学生获得何种技能,具备什麽样的能力。 （6）阐明课堂反馈的方法和内容。

课堂教学效果如何 ,是否达到预期目标 ,是教学双方都非常关心的问题。而要检验教学效果 ,就必须进行教学反馈。因此 ,反馈是教学的重要环节 , 反馈的形式、方法、内容则是说课的重点之一。在说课中要把握以下三点：

①说明反馈的形式 :在英语教学中反馈的形式是多样的,学生表演对话、复述课文、书面表达、听写、笔试等均可作为反馈形式。确定反馈形式必须依课堂教学需要而定,以有利于获取信息,如Leon 91中,可采取听写或复述课文的形式进行反馈。

②反馈的内容 : 反馈的内容必须是当堂教学内容中最主要、最重要的部分,是要求学生必须掌握的精髓。如在 Leon 91中,反馈的内容应是课文中的关键词组、语句 ,对要求四会的内容必须落实。 安排反馈内容,还要考虑\"巩固\"和\"提高\"的层次问题。 ③反馈的时间 :反馈的时机应视课堂教学需要而定,其时间一般以 5 -- 10分钟为宜。

以上是我从工作中体会到的说课的六个重要环节。但是由于每课的要求不一样,每位教师的教学经验、思路、方法有所区别,面对的学生也不尽相同,所以具体到每位教师，在说课时的侧重点和先后顺序上均可充分发挥自己的特长,做出具有不同风格的安排，体现出个人特色。 总而言之，\"说课\"就是教师在教学实践经验基础上，依照教学大纲要求、教材内容、学生基本状况和现有教学条件，从教学理论的高度，对自己的备课思路、课堂教学设计进行全面、综合、具体和有条理的阐述。要通?quot;说课\"明确本课的教学目的和要求，分析本课的重点和难点，分析教学主体的客观情况，并对如何安排教学内容、如何驾驭教学过程、如何掌握教学节奏、自己所选择的教学方法和手段以及预期效果加以具体的论述和说明。

因此，教师尤其是青年教师，要尽快掌握\"说课\"这项教学基本功，将自己的教学实践活动上升到教学理论上来认识，与教学大纲密切结合起来，迅速提高自己的教育教学理论水平和业务水平，成长为教育领域的栋梁。

撰写英语说课讲稿的注意事项

说课有别于讲课。讲课的对象是学生，侧重讲授知识、培养能力、教书育人，是系统的教育教学活动；而说课的对象是教师、教研员、评委，侧重表述如何讲授知识、培养能力、教书育人，是系统的教育教学研究活动。说课是教学与教研的结晶，是教学理论和教学实践结合的产物。说课讲稿的撰写要注意以下几点。

（一）突出理论性

说课讲稿有别于教案或教案提要，它比教案更具有理论性。写说课讲稿也不同于写教案，教案多是具体教学过程，而说课稿则侧重于有针对性的理论指导的阐述；教案只说“怎么教”，而说课讲稿则要重点说清“为什么这么教”。因此，写说课讲稿要注重理论依据的阐述，尤其是说教材、说教法、说学法及学法指导时，一定要说明其理论依据。

（二）简明扼要

说课稿有别于教学论文，它比教学论文更具实践性，因此。说课稿的撰写要用词精当，切忌长篇大论、面面俱到或泛泛而谈。说课各个要素及其理论依据必须要有直接的内在联系，在语言表达方面要言简意赅。另外，表述具体的教学目标时，要尽量避免使用抽象、笼统、缺乏可操作性和可监测性的一般性用语，如知识目标—Student will learn about the present perfect tense；能力目标—Improve the students’ abilities of listening，speaking，reading and writing。这样的教学目标只是泛泛而谈，没有说明要求学生做到的是什么，教师在教学过程中也无法有效操作，听课者更难确定教学目标是否达。

（三）不拘一格

由于教学内容不同，教学对象（学生）不同，课型不同，教师的教学经验以及对教材的理解和处理不同，说课稿的撰写也不应拘泥于单一的、固定的模式。只要教师能够准确把握说课的要素和要点，透彻分析教学设计的理论依据，采用综合论述（说课的各个要素不逐项列出）或分块论述（说课钠各个要素逐条列出），都能达到说课教研的最终目的。

（四）突出英语学科特点，但要量力而行

原则上讲，英语说课讲稿最好用英语写。但是用英语写说课讲稿对教师的英语写作能力提出了更高的要求，因此，在有些教师还没有掌握说课方法或没有能力准确翻译某些教学理论时，最好慎重用英语写说课讲稿。笔者认为，现阶段英语说课讲稿用英语撰写或用汉语撰写均可。因此，说课是陈述教学方案设计及其理论依据教学研究，提高教师的教研水平，而不侧重于提高教师的英语口语表达能力。

三、说课对英语教师提出更高要求

说课能较为全面地考查教师的专业水平和教育理论水平、驾驭教材和实施教学的能力。至于语言、板书、教态等教师职业素质，在说课过程中更容易观察和评价。实施素质教育要求教师由“经验型”向“研究型”转变，说课对督促英语教师提高自身素质起了很大的促进作用。笔者认为。说课对英语教师提高自身素质提出了以下要求。

（一）深入学习教育学、心理学、英语学科教学论教育科学理论

英语教师要用科学的教育教学理论武装自已。只有掌握了现代英语学科教育理论知识和教学研究方法，才能与时俱进，以现代科学理论指导英语教学实践。

（二）熟悉中小学英语课程标准和教材

英语教师只有熟悉英语课程标准和教材，才能科学地熟练地驾驭教材，准确地把握重点、难点、关键点，确定明确的教学目标，并通过科学的教学方法实现课程教学目标。

（三）掌握先进的教育教学技术

英语教师应学习掌握先进的教育教学技术，应根据教学内容恰当地选择教学方法和教学手段，科学地进行课堂教学设计，灵活地运用先进的教育教学技术，提高课堂教学效率。

（四）树立正确的素质教育观

英语教师应树立正确的素质教育观，应面向全体学生实施素质教育，充分发挥学生的主体作用，尊重学生的个性发展，遵循学生的身心发展规律，使每个学生都能在教师的指导下主动地、生动活泼地学习。

综上所述，说课有利于教师认真备课。深入钻研教材，研究教法、学法，学习教育教学理论，提高教学能力和教研能力，是大面积提高教师素质、促进教学质量全面提高的新途径，英语教师应不断地探索英语课堂教学的新思路和新方法，学习英语学科教育教学的最新理论并应用于教学实践，努力实现教学过程教研化，同步提高教学水平和教研水平；提高教书育人水平。

课题：初中英语教材第二册下第26单元的102课Mi Evans 各位评委，老师下午好！

今天我说课的内容是初中英语教材第二册下第26单元的102课。这一课是阅读课文，阅读课教学是英语教学重要一环，如何培养学生良好阅读习惯和阅读方法，提高阅读能力，这正是素质教育中对英语教学的要求。即要求学生尽可能的获取大量信息，开阔视野，提高兴趣，扩大词汇量，在丰富知识的同时提高应用语言的能力。下面我将从以下几个方面阐述说课内容。

对教材的分析和理解：

在即将要讲授枫叶第四单元Titanic一课，恰好在统编教材下找到与此匹配的内容。通过对教材分析，众阅览两篇课文难易度，综合知识与语言点，我认为这一课比较适合学生的水平，同时又符合了新课标要求的语言材料要源于教材又要超出教材，为此我选择这篇课文。此课属于记叙性阅读文章，这一题材部分学生感兴趣，但缺乏阅读方面的技巧，因此需扩展相应知识，教授阅读方面技巧，从而提高阅读能力。

教学目标：

依据初中英语新课标对阅读课的要求，并根据素质教育中面向全体培养学生素质的要求，我为这一课确立三项目标：即知识目标、能力目标和德育目标。

1.知识目标：帮助学生掌握三会、四会单词，如：set, pleasant, iceberg, sink, join and lose; 同时让学生掌握故事发生的时间、地点、人物，事件发生的起因、高潮与结果。

2.能力目标：训练学生掌握良好的阅读习惯和阅读方法，即跳读、略读、速读和现时阅读等，同时注意开发学生记忆能力、观察能力、想象、比较和分析等多种能力。

3.德育目标：渗透在日常生活中乐于助人、舍己为人的思想品质。

教学重点：

因为是一篇阅读课，所以本课的重点在于培养和发展学生阅读能力，在有效时间内提高阅读效率，同时让学生在最短时间找到故事发生的背景和事件经过、高潮与结局，抓住主要内容。

教学难点：

让学生学会用动词过去式准确地表述在过去发生的事情，同时这也是教学大纲规定的初二上半学期教学重点。

教学手段：

多媒体辅助教学，有助于把学生引入到身临其境当中，增强故事真实感，激发学生兴趣，活跃课堂气氛，从而优化英语教学过程。

学法指导：

教会学生“三先三后”的学习方法，即先预习后学习，先看书后做题，先思考后提问。本课重点在于最后一个方法---先思考后提问。

教学设计过程：

课堂的整体设计我遵循整体教学的思路，运用情景教学法和交际法，分五个主要步骤进行，即：导入, 展示, 巩固操练, 5分钟检测和布置作业。

第一， 导入（pre-reading）：（2’--3’）

一直以来，对于学生来说，最困难问题之一是背了单词就忘，即使记住单词，又存在不会应用的现象。形成这种现象的主要原因在于缺少运用语言的环境与场景。为此，如何让学生轻松自觉地回忆、掌握和运用单词呢？于是我想到了多媒体技术。导入部分我设计了3个与教学内容相关的电影片段，在这边大家可以看到，通过投影仪上的生动画面，使学生回忆起当时的情景，并激发他们用尽可能多的词汇来描述事件发生的过程。学生通过迅速联想和回忆，会编出若干个短句，如：“There were many people on board.Titanic hit the icebergs.Everyone tried to save their lives.

The man was too bad.等”，从而达到新课标要求下的知识目标一部分。我会用2—3分钟时间。

第二， 展示（while-reading）：(15’)

这一部分既是培养学生良好阅读习惯，又是提高英语阅读能力的阶段，因此我将分二部分进行。

1.扫读 （skimming）：

这一过程是让学生快速浏览全文，抓住文章主要内容，同时将为学生获取某种特定信息而阅读，只要求学生从材料中找到特定信息，领会主旨，可忽略大部分内容。此处我根据加方校长Maggie编写的英语教师手册中故事曲线图（story graph）来设计的。大家可以看到此处包括背景（即时间、地点与人物），高潮和结局。让学生带着这些问题去阅读，认真思考，之后通过提问的方式找出正确答案。从而体现出新课标要求下的对学生进行先思考后提问的学法指导。

2.细读 (scanning)：

在领会了主旨，抓住文章大致内容之后，就应该要求学生再次对课文进行深入细致

阅读---细读。我这样做的目的是为了指导学生理解文章的细节，段落大意，段与段之间的联系，使学生对篇章结构有更深层次的理解，为此设计了几项具体的操练形式。

首先由四人一组，分组讨论，给文章分段并归纳出段落大意，找出topic sentences。这样以来不仅体现了学生之间合作与探索意识，同时又有助于培养学生分析归纳能力与合作解决问题能力。

然后是解释explaining:

这一部分主要是对学生在阅读中遇到的问题进行排疑解难，同时提出文章中的语法点，让学生学习语言知识。设计步骤：重新回到文章当中，学生自主独立学习，找到并画出自己认为难懂、不会的词、短语与句子，提出问题，让其他学生帮助解决问题，如若有疑义，老师在进一步讲解。这样做的目的是学生能做的让他们去做，让每一个学生都主动投入到课堂活动中来，始终坚持以学生为本，教师起主导作用这一理念。

第三， 巩固操练（post-reading）(15’)

这一步我分两步进行： a) 设置了竞赛----得苹果，分两组进行，是对动词过去式的理解和应用，让一组同学把另一组同学的句子在规定时间内，用过去式的形式正确表达出来，两组轮流转换。通过这一形式，调动学生积极性，激励学生主动思考与分析。从而化难为易，让学生进行归纳总结，如若不完整，老师再补充。

b) 设置了采访内容。同样，当今英语教学过程已不仅是知识传授，应付考试过程，同时也是渗透思想、文化教育的过程。我采取两位学生相互采访的形式，一位是CCTV—9记者，一位是当时获救的文章主人公Mi Evans, 就其学生之间语言的交流与应用可以进一步了解他们的世界观与人生观。

通过这种形式不单让学生获取某种知识，更是开阔了视野，激发学生兴趣并扩大了词汇量。达到了新课改对阅读课教学的要求------即让学生自主应用英语进行实践。

第四， 5分钟检测：(5’)

其主要考察不规则动词的过去式特殊形式和三个短语的用法，进一步巩固课上所学内容。

第五， 布置作业：(2’)

这一环节既为这一课做好巩固，收尾，又为下节课做好铺垫和准备工作，故非常

重要。其一，针对整个阅读课内容，首先让学生对文章进行缩写或改写，来培训学生组织语言、应用语言的综合能力。其二，将此篇阅读文章改写成一个短剧，由小组合作完成，发挥学生的创造力和想象力，把语言切实应用到生活实际中来。最后，预习下一课内容。

板书设计：

我努力做到板书的清晰有序，安排合理。在主板书处列出语言点，副板书位置列出三会、四会及扩展词汇，这样可以使学生清晰记在心理。

一、抓紧40分钟培养自信心

课堂学习是小学生学习的主要渠道之一，每一个40分钟的效率是相当重要的，那么在学习时努力用上身体的各种器官来融入英语的学习当中，仔细听、认真看、回答老师提出的问题、善于观察和模仿，对于帮助学生说好英语，建立自信有着重要的作用。

（一）课堂伊始展示自我

一年级的孩子对于英语的好奇是可想而知的，上课起始就要个孩子一个与众不同的吸引他们的地方，那么后面的几十分钟才能保障有个好起点。其实在现实生活中，每个人都有展示自己有点的欲望，年龄越小表现得就会越真挚、不加修饰不造作。在教学中我们的孩子分成了七个组，每个组以动物的名字命名，组长佩戴相应的头饰，孩子以小组的方式进行展示，展示的内容可以是“songs and chants”也可以是“everydayEnglish”展示之前学生们的统一要求就是必须“louderplease”当然还有其他的要求比如说：“happy”“smile”动作要“beautiful”等等。但是最起码的是每个学生都要挺胸抬头有自信的大声地说，才能得到大家给予的最基本的评价等级（good、verygood、wonderful）在展示的过程中同学们有“生涩”变得“生色”，时而随着音乐童谣那协调的肢体语言让人赏心悦目，时而流畅的英语对话情景表演让人刮目相看。每一次展示都有新鲜的内容，每一次展示他们就会更大声更自信

更快乐。这个环节深受学生的青睐，有时候由于时间的关系不能每个组都参与展示，那么那个没有展示的小组就会特别的失望，所以我们的这个环节哪怕时间稍微超出预计一点也要让每一个人、每一个小组实现自己的展示愿望。兴趣是最好的老师，一接触课堂学生就有了兴趣，那么在以下的学习过程中就会学有所得了。

（二）课堂学习完善自我

创设一个师生和谐、民主平等的课堂教学环境，可以充分发挥学生的主体作用，调动学生学习的积极性、主动性，提高英语学习的课堂效率。因此，在学习过程中教师作为教学的组织者、指导者、促进者，应该把讲台变成对话的平台，我注意师生互动的同时更是鼓励生生互动，鼓励学生大胆说英语，哪怕发音不准，也要充分肯定和欣赏，同时老师做正确的“model”鼓励学生大声的“repeat”这样才能激发出学生学习热情的火花。我觉得英语课最忌讳教师对学生加以批评、指责，这会严重挫伤学生的自尊心和学习的积极性。学生课堂活动的原则是：“不怕学生说错，就怕学生不说。”无论是在个人学习环节，还是“groupwork”环节，甚至在“altogether”环节，学生都会感觉到越说思维越活跃，乐在其中、学在其中、课堂活跃了还怕没有效率？师生在学习过程中不断建立自信，完善自我。

（三）课堂结尾发展自我

学习是没有止境的，每一节课的结束都是下一节课的开始，有一个好的开端，却没有一个好的收尾那么会有很多遗憾，对于学生的拓展学习也是百害而无一利的，虎头蛇尾更会影响师生的情绪，抓紧40分钟，就是要抓住每一个环节，不能放弃一分钟，教师应该是个多面手，除了应该拥有牢固的专业知识和技能外,还应广泛吸收各种营养知识，尤其是英语课，还要了解更多的西方文化，了解中西文化的差异，如果我们只知道教材上的内容而不知道变通和补充，学生就会感到索然无味，反之，如果我们脑子里装满了各种各样的知识和信息，教学时就能信手拈来，吸引充满好奇心的学生，因此我总是在课堂结束时给学生一些介绍一些西方文化中有趣的知识或者英语幽默或者名人名言等作为学生学习的口号比如说：

“Wherethere is a will、there is a way”（有智者、事竟成）等，我鼓励学生大声地说着英语谚语来结束一节课的学习。在敢于说英语的氛围中发展自我。

二、利用好评价培养自信心

人的自信从何而来？如何才能培养出强大的自信心？

人的天性中就含有自信的种子，孩童蹒跚学步时迈出的第一步即可视为这种子的萌发：我相信自己可以在这个世界上行走！之后，自信开始接受人生挫折和苦难的风雨洗礼――跌倒、爬起，再跌倒、再爬起……至于日后它会长成枯荣随季，起伏随风的蒿草，还是笑傲风雪，四季不凋的松柏，全看后天如何培养和扶植。

我在攀登英语的教学中体验到，要想培养孩子强大的自信首先要克服它的两大天敌：恐惧和自卑。我这样告诉我的学生：“当你站在讲台前时，请把下颔收进，额头抬高，敢于直视在座的所有同学，当你长开口说第一句英语的时候，要让所有的人都能听到你的声音，就是敢于大声说话，如果你照这样做去，日子一久，你自然会知道，你已经在无意之中抓住了完成你理想的机会了。正像珊瑚虫一样，从急湍的潮水当中，吸取了它所需要的物质。要想做到这点就必须让学生有学习的兴趣和积极性，而小学英语教学的评价的主要目的就是激励学生学习情趣和积极性。

（一）小组评价建立自信

小组合作学习既可以培养同学之间的交流，同时也可以培养小组集体荣誉感，每个小组可以评价其他小组，可以从是不是“listen carefully”、

“speaklouderly”“singgreat”“playhappy”“actwonderful”等方面来评价设奖，教室墙壁上都安排好每个小组的评价一览表，听得好的可以得“模仿星”，说得好的可以得“口语星”，唱得好的可以得“小明星”，玩得好的可以得“智慧星”，表演好的可以得“创意星”，一节课下来，学生用简洁的英语，来进行评价，在肯定其他组的的同时也渴望着被其他组来肯定，当每个组都能得到应有的评价的时候就感觉到了幸福的成就感，接着就会更加积极地用英语的特定语言去评价，。这就是一个良性的循环，在评价的过程中开始时是不得不大声地说出英语，说出自己的想法，然后是乐于大声说英语，展示自己的能力，久而久之就建立了自信心当自信心建立起来的时候，也就是英语的课堂效率得到提高的时候。

（二）个体评价巩固自信

学生个体的评价与老师的展示性的评价在英语学习的过程中有这句举足轻重的作用，每个人都有自己独立的思想见解，思想是有力量的，当个体发表看法的时候就必须保持正当的心理状态就是勇敢、坦白、愉快地去用你的脑子，然后把自己想说的大声地说出来，在英语教学的过程中，被评价的学生在想得到奖励时就会询问：“What do you like ?” 回答：

“Ilikestar (moon、sun)”。问：“How many star(moon、sun)”？回答：“one(two、three)”。问：“Why?”在这个环节里，学生大声地询问、也大声地回答，就是一个口与交流的过程，久而久之就会越说叶流畅，越说越巩固，尤其是在问为什么这个环节，学生就可以有很多的创意了，遂以表达自己的观点就要有一定的口语能力，也没有能够脱离开“大声说英语”这个核心。我们的英语课堂评价让学生看到了自己的长处和不足，在民主评议中得到收获和启迪。也更加敢于说英语，更加有自信。

我确信：自信是人生最珍贵的品质之一，是获致人生成功和幸福的最为重要的一种心态。美国著名的成功学奠基人和励志导师罗杰•马尔腾说：“你成就的大小，往往不会超出你的信心的大小。不热烈地坚强地希求成功，期待成功，而能取得成功的，天下绝无此理。成功的先决条件就是自信------缺乏自信，就会大大减弱自己的生命力。”在我的英语课堂教学中我以此为激励，鼓励学生消除自卑和胆怯，敢于大声说英语，培养自己的自信心。

Raising flag on National Day

A GRAND flag-raising ceremony would be held at the square in front of the Citizens’ Center on the morning of Oct.1 to celebrate China’s National Day, a government source said.

The national anthem will be played as the five-star red national flag is raised at 7:30 a.m., marking the 55th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China.

“It will be the largest flag-raising ceremony in the history of Shenzhen, and it will be the first time citizens will be allowed to closely witne the scene,” a government official said.

“About 1,000 people from different walks of life in Shenzhen have been organized to attend the ceremony,” he said.

The ceremony will be performed by a national flag guard under the local armed police contingent.

The team, which was set up in 2002, now has 86 members who have undergone strict profeional training.

The week long National Day holiday has witneed some 90 million tourists travelling acro the country, a record high since the first \"Golden Week＇＇ holiday in 2000.

The ma movement brought 34.6 billion yuan (US$4.2 billion) worth of income to shops, restaurants, hotels, scenic spots and various businees related to the tourist industry, which were hit hard by the outbreak of SARS (severe acute respiratory syndrome) earlier this year.

The gain is also an all-time high since the State authority began to launch week long holidays, known as Golden Week, in the International Day of Labour in May and the National Day in October every year since 2000.
