调查结果：
通过问卷调查的数据表明90%的同学都有业余爱好，表明同学对业余爱好还是比较重视的，80%同学认为业余爱好对学习是有影响的，55%的同学认为中学生有业余爱好有利今后的发展，60%的同学认为业余爱好能促进自己的全面发展，95%的同学认为业余爱好能丰富课余生活。
通过采访表明90%的家长同意自己的孩子有业余爱好，其中所有的家长认为业余爱好对中学生是影响的，而且有过半的家长认为影响是好的，70%的家长认为业余爱好能促进中学生的全面发展。通过采访可以得知家长对中学生的业余爱好还是很重视的。
个人研究任务小结 ：
(一）在课题研究中学生的业余爱好当中，我在前期负责对组员所获得的资料、调查问卷进行集中、整理，在研究过程当中负责参与调查问卷的编制以及问卷调查法的实践，同时也参与了开题报告与结题报告的撰写工作。
（二）我的任务重点是对组员所获得的资料、调查问卷进行集中、整理，这其中就包括中学生相关业余爱好的概况，现有业余爱好和产生的影响等原始资料的收集，以及对本校各个年级的学生与老师的问卷调查资料的收集。具体做法是这样的，先和各位组员进行交流，向他们说明我所需要的资料是什么，让他们把所需要的资料从众多的网络资源当中挑选出来，做一次筛选，准确记录下来，并且最后复核一遍。然后我再根据组员他们提供的信息进行专项的整理，整理好之后给每个组员看，与他们交流这些资料，然后我开始编制调查问卷，将调查时间、调查地点、调查方式与调查对象等内容确定下来，并预期调查的总人数，以确定问卷印制份数方便调查过程顺利进行，这样我的工作才算结束。这次研究性学习中，我完成的工作情况总的来说算是基本到位了，问卷调查表雏形的编制初步完成，为小组提供了一个样本。当然也有不足之处，那就是对组员提供的资料整理不够充分，有些有用的不小心被删掉了，因为在核对时没有准确的核对出来，最后才发现这个问题，我赶紧通知组员把原始资料拿来，准确找出所差的，幸好没影响整体运行计划，，归结起来还是我的疏忽大意造成的，这个缺点在这次活动中显露出来了，在以后的学习、生活中，我一定会注意到这个缺点，对它多一些留意，争取早日摆脱这个坏习惯。
（三）在此次研究性学习活动中，通过自己的不懈努力，不断的整理复核资料，并设计调查表格，我给我们组的其他组员提供了问卷调查的基础，帮助他
们完成各自所分配的任务，而且是较好较快的完成，这点是很重要的，作为整个小组，我们组能较快结束课题并且完成好这个课题，我相信我提供的问卷表格起到了一定的重要性，当然，这自然是离不开每个组员的积极配合、不断努力的，还有就是每个组员的团队意识和合作意识，这是非常重要的一部分。我所设计的问卷，当然也有其一定的存在价值，帮助他们完成各自所分配的任务，而且是较好较快的完成。我起码是做到了让同学放心，我不会让他们担心问卷是否能足够准确到位，他们可以专注于他们自己的工作任务，这在某种意义上说，在促成任务完成的进度上也取到了一定的重要意义。关于我在研究任务中取得的成果，主要是有以下几点。首先，我 通过对资料的复核，发现真正我们所需要的资料是十分有限的，在设计问卷方面，由于没有经验，所以开始时不知如何下手，常常遗漏一些，比如说 说明这个问卷调查的目的意义，填答问卷的要求和注意事项等等。在以后的日子里，可以通过自己积累的这方面的经验，更好的做好工作，也可以为他人提供帮助，进行指导，避免一些重要的遗漏。最后，在这次研究活动中，我自己也暴漏了一些自身的一些坏习惯，比如不细心，耐心不够等等，这些坏习惯暴漏出来了才是最好的，我对自身的认识更深了一层，我就有机会去改掉，这样也规范了自身行为。
（四）在活动中我们这个组的组员表现的很好，大家表现的很认真，也很团结。所以资料都收集的很顺利。当然，在活动中也有失误，但是通过我们自己的努力，我们都把一个个困难给克服了，心里无比的快乐。这样的活动对我们是十分有利的，它可以增强我们的各方面能力，比如与人交流能力、搜集整理材料能力等等，这些又都正是我们所需要的、我们所追求的，这次研究性学习正是一个机会。而且，这样的活动本来次数也非常少，因此，我们更应该珍惜，更应该把握好这次机会，借此机会，把我们有待提高的、有必要提高的确实该好好补补了，此时不补，更待何时？反思：在这个研究活动中，我自己也暴漏了一些自身的一些坏习惯，比如不细心，耐心不够等等，这些坏习惯暴漏出来了才是最好的，我对自身的认识更深了一层，我就有机会去改掉，而且是一定要去改掉，因为这在以后的生活中可能给我自身带来更大的麻烦，我有这个责任、有这个义务去完成。还有一个就是与同学的交流能力也是非常重要的，我们有必要和他们进行交流，哪怕是陌生人，等等这些都是对我们的一种锻炼，我们有必要接受这种锻炼，等以后步入了社会，这种交际能力会得到一种更好的展现，我们应该逐渐培养这个能力。这次活动使我们的综合实力得到了提高，十分感谢学校给予了我们这次机会，增强了我们的能力，也感谢在调查中给予支持并为之付出努力的每一位小组成员。

美国哈佛大学流传这样一句箴言：人的成就，决定于他晚上8点到10点在做什么。从这句话我们可以看出，业余时间对发展个人事业是多么重要。林语堂曾经说过：“要真正了解一个人，只要看他怎样利用余暇时光就可以了。”在工作、学习之余，每个人多多少少都有一些爱好，如睡觉、打麻将、上网聊天、看电视、阅读、写作、绘画等等。不同的业余爱好，影响着不同的人生，决定着不同的未来。成功在于点滴的积累，人与人之间真正的差距在于业余时间。工作时，你在努力，别人也一样；而业余时间相对比较自由，没有领导的看管，也没有制度的约束，想干什么就干什么。通常大家都会选择休息和娱乐，只有少部分的人选择充电或发展自己的兴趣爱好。
虽然每个人的业余时间比较零散，但叠加在一起还是比较可观的。以国家规定的8小时工作制计算，一天24小时，除去工作的8小时和睡觉的8小时，还剩下8小时，再除去吃饭和应酬的时间，大概还剩下4小时左右。如此宽裕的时间，我们完全可以利用起来，做些有意义的事情。人之所以成功，是因为他将别人玩乐的时间用于提升自我。

1．兴趣爱好的选择要与所应聘的工作相关

2．没有兴趣爱好怎么办？
对于兴趣爱好广泛的应聘者，只要选择与企业文化、岗位要求相关的兴趣爱好来回答这个问题就可以了。但如果应聘者没有兴趣爱好，该如何回答这个问题呢？
其实，每个人都会有自己的兴趣爱好，只是某些兴趣爱好可能不适合在面试场合来说，或者是某些爱好在大众眼中有些消极，应聘者担心说出来会给面试官带去不好的印象，所以便说自己没兴趣爱好。但凡事都具有两面性，看似消极的兴趣爱好可能只是大众的看法，也许在具体岗位上它就有积极的一面。比如你的兴趣爱好是玩网络游戏，可能对于大学生而言，一提到玩游戏就会给别人沉溺于游戏、虚度光阴的错觉，如果你去面试行政前台的工作，这个兴趣爱好可能就不会给你加分，甚至遇上对玩网游反感的面试官会为你减分；但如果你去应聘网游运营专员，那这个兴趣爱好就是你的加分项，因为很多网游公司都要求其运营人员是一个“网游迷”，且有大量的网络游戏经历。只是在谈论这个兴趣爱好时，你需要格外注意：你可以谈论自己对某款网络游戏的认识，例如它哪里做得好，哪里还需要改善，相对于其他游戏你为何喜欢它等等，但不要一时忘形，进而高谈阔论、滔滔不绝地说一些与应聘工作毫不相关的内容。

因职场真人秀《非你莫属》而走红网络的刘俐俐在节目中和面试官谈及自己的兴趣爱好时说自己“喜欢莎士比亚的英雄双行体”。应聘平面媒体编辑工作，说自己喜欢文学作品，其实本是她的一个加分项，提出“英雄双行体”这个大家并不熟知的概念也可以说明其在文学领域涉猎的知识面比较广泛。那为什么一个本来的加分项让刘俐俐扣分了呢？因为，如果应聘者在详述这一兴趣爱好时措辞不当，会让面试官觉得应聘者在故作炫耀。

Just as sunshine is a neceity to lift,so is fresh water.without fresh water,our human society would come to a stop.
As fresh water is such an important resource to the human society that we need to treasure it as we treasure our life,but how to make it?
First of all, our government should have a good plan for the use of fresh water and develop industries that consume le water.Secondly,waste water must be recycled.last but not least,everyone of us should do his bit to save water.

Although we consider ourselves as highly advanced beings living in a civilized society,bad manners can still be found here and there.For example,some cyclists run the red traffic lights,many paengers litter waste papers and plastic bags in public places, and some tourists scrabble in tourist attractions, let alone spit on the street.In the cinema,some audience talk loudly on cell phones in front of others.
I’m strongly against talking loudly in the cinema,for this behaviour shows no respect at all to others;what’s worse,it upsets the audience who are in the mood of having fun.

My Opinion om Call Phones
Cell phones do play an important role in people’s daily life,but every coin has two sides.
To start with,a wirele mobile phone is convenient for the user at any time to contact others .Secondly,it’s a helpful companuon.With a multifunctional cell phone in hand,one can easily surf the net,downloading what he needs.
However,the cell phone has many disadvantages.For one thing,the machine itself is very expensive and its local service is very costly,not to mention its global service.For another,the radiation transmitted from the mobile phones might do harm to the user’s health.
In my opinion,with its expenses being reduced sharply,its development will have a brighter future.Therefore its advantages will far outweigh its disadvantages.

The News Broadcast is my favorite TV program.This has become a part of my life because almost everyday I turn on the TV at 7:00 p.m.,watching CCTV9news program.
Watching the daily news brings me the following benefits.Firstly,it develops my good language skills,proper pronunciation and greater knowledge and understanding of news around the world.Secondly,watching TV news as a family opens a stage for discuion between family members on a wide variety of topics.What’s more,sharing the news helps kids better understand the world they live in,helps them learn more on different views and on how to act or respond to tough situations if they face it.All in all,watching the news program is informative,communicative and instructive.

Can Money Buy Happine?The answer varies among people.Some believe that money is the source of happine, because money provides food for the hungry,medicine for the sick,and clothes for needly.while others hold that money is the root of evils,because it is the devil of money that drives a person to lie, cheat,steal,and,worst of all,to murder.
In my opinion,money is eential to being well-off,but not necearily to well-being.Happine is a state of mind,not something that can be bought.All in all,happine is le a matter of buying what we want than a wanting what we have.

The Digital Products
Nowadays,digital products are enjoying growing popularity among people.Take me for example,the first thing I do after waking up is switch on my cell phone to check my texb meages and read the latest news.Then listen to music on my ipod on my way to school.At the end of the day,I enjoy watching TV programs,or surfing the net.
Why are we so fond of those digital products? These two key factors represent the trend of new inventions of modern age that brings in the wide use of digital products.
