核心提示:只有让用户感到有趣,才能获得传播,是社交媒体永远颠扑不破的道理。

事件的经过很简单。6月23日北京暴雨,这一话题无疑是全天热点。尤其下午下班时间雨越下越大,新闻报道地铁站积水关闭京城大堵车,意味着很多人回不了家,同时意味着很多人在微博上消磨时间。运营团队负责内容的成员也在试图切入这一热点,并把杜蕾斯品牌植入其中。就在你一言我一语的插科打诨中,把杜蕾斯套在鞋上避免鞋子泡水的想法冒了出来。和博圣云峰的创意首脑金鹏远(就是我们熟悉的痛楚)沟通之后,认为可行,随即立刻执行。

事实上这一创意涉及到杜蕾斯的品牌形象问题,如果用这个概念做广告是绝对不行的。所以最终执行的时候,选取了一个小号,也就是鞋子主人的微博@地空捣蛋在下午5点58分发布这一图片,当时@地空捣蛋大约有接近6000粉丝。两分钟后帖子已经被一些大号主动转发,并迅速扩散。大约5分钟之后,@杜蕾斯官方微博发表评论“粉丝油菜花啊!大家赶紧学起来!!有杜蕾斯回家不湿鞋~”并转发。短短20分钟之后,杜蕾斯已经成为新浪微博一小时热门榜第一名,把此前的积水潭和地铁站甩在身后。并在当晚24点转发近6000条,成为6月23日全站转发第一名。

笔者以为,在一个帖子火之前,没人能断定它到底能有多火。只有在火了之后,才能回头总结它火热的原因。就像套鞋事件,暴雨这个话题从未像6月23日这般火热,而运营团队的创意点也足够新鲜有趣,而且暴雨时间点又恰好在众人被堵在下班路上微博在线人数众多,进一步加强了传播效果。种种天时地利人和耦合在一起,造就了套鞋事件的传播奇迹。 而且,金鹏远在带领团队作业时,并非在敏锐地“把握”热点,而是在每天早晨就会如例会一般,与整个团队讨论当日热点,从中筛选可能与品牌有契合的关键词,并由内容团队围绕关键词进行创意,最终甄选可行的方案。可以说,对热点的把握是每一天的例行工作,而非话题火热时的心血来潮。也意味着,其实在许多不那么成功的尝试中,诞生了一次宝贵的成功。这也正是很多其他同类公司所缺乏的坚持。

此外,在金鹏远看来,这次汇集天时地利人和的传播奇迹仍然不够成功。大家后来虽然看到凡客确认带套儿的鞋子是其产品并参与到传播之后,但在最初凡客也谨慎地否认了。所以,如果凡客能迅速反应,并在第二天与杜蕾斯合作推出这款鞋+杜蕾斯套装,通过博圣云峰的另一家客户“淘宝聚划算”团购,使用再一家客户“支付宝快捷支付”购买,几方联合在一起,这才算是真正有效的传播与产品销售挂钩。

事实上,杜蕾斯官方微博很少如上文所述的套鞋事件一样,主动策划事件。更多的还是通过与网友进行有趣的互动,来扩大影响。这就不得不提比套鞋事件更早的@作业本怀孕事件,这也是大大小小的微博营销沙龙必谈的经典案例之一。

当然这也离不开时间点的偶然,@作业本的微博发布已经在晚上10点之后,运营的编辑确实只是凑巧赶上。这其实受制于技术的局限,因为“盯大号”捕捉关键词这件事,现在是由人力来完成,老金则希望未来能通过软件系统操作,捕捉到预设的内容迅速提示,就不会有“凑巧”,也不会再有“错过”。

除了与@作业本互动,杜蕾斯还和很多品牌互动过。之前提及的套鞋事件与凡客诚品互动,早先还曾与凌仕效应、Mini中国等品牌的官方微博互动。所有这些互动都有一个特点,就是有趣、好玩。

互联网的话语环境,就是话题的快速更迭。“因为达芬奇,郭美美只火了两个星期,因为赖昌星,达芬奇只火了一个星期,因为动车,赖昌星只火了半天。”更加尖锐的讽刺是,这个数星期前的段子已经因为其后数周内发生的事情,让人觉得它有些茫远而不知所云。 就是这样,许知远在《庸众的胜利》一文中尖刻地指出了国内互联网乃至整个社会的话语环境。大部分人想要的,只是轻松快乐就好了。互联网尤其如此,社交网络更是如此。

回到社会化媒体营销,只有一个核心就是有趣的互动。这就是杜蕾斯官方微博与其他账号互动的原因。

客户接下来,第一件事商讨策略。无论是微博还是其他社交媒体,策略就是把品牌描述成一个形象丰满的人。这决定了社交媒体未来的形象。无论是个人、机构还是品牌,传统媒体上可以是“我说我是谁”,而社交媒体上则是“别人认为你是谁”。这反而更加要求自己对“我是谁”这个问题认识得更加清楚。

在开始运营之前,还要找到合适的人。 老金找人的方式很奇特。他会在豆瓣、微博、天涯、猫扑等等这些卧虎藏龙之处游荡,寻找那些潜藏在一个个ID之后的奇人异士,因为未来这个人也将以网络身份呈现,所以他在网络上是怎样的才是最有价值的考量要素。他认为找到合适的人很重要,因为无论是怎样的策略最终执行还是落实到具体的人,从网络的各个角落挖来的形形色色新鲜有趣的人,也是杜蕾斯官方微博成功的要素。

在微博早期,平台本身出于自身推广的需要,自然会倡导所有有影响力的人、机构和品牌入驻这一平台。但随着时间的推移,我们已经开始反思,是否所有的品牌都适合这样的平台。金鹏远给出的答案是否定的。虽然没有一条明晰的界限划分,但仍可以通过一系列描述性的表达,尝试总结一些规律。

在Twitter上,排名前50的品牌官方账户都是有数十年甚至上百年历史的传统品牌,只有一两家是新兴品牌。对中国来讲也是一样,新品牌想进入微博是很困难的,因为缺乏用户基础。 服务行业,尤其是纯服务类的行业,比如航空公司,就不适合微博。这些品牌在微博上接到的永远都是投诉。基于国内糟糕的航空环境,人们受了委屈恐怕就要在微博上大诉苦水。服务行业开了微博,就会变成又一个客服热线。老金认为微博应该是一个与人对话的地方,一个账号是一个真真正正的人,这个人在跟你对话。当然,笔者以为,如果目的就是把微博做成一个客服热线,那还是大有裨益的。

涉及大额交易的品牌也不适合,比如房地产。一来负面多,二来动辄数百万的资金,消费者恐怕不会在微博上交流。这与汽车不一样,汽车可以有爱好者,房地产似乎鲜有爱好者。整形医院也不适合,因为没人会整形之后与朋友分享,但牙科医院是其中的例外。有一家重型卡车正在寻找微博运营商,也不适合,用户根本不在微博。银行可以做,但要思考怎样做。招商银行做的不成功,建立那么庞大的体系,所谓的“微博矩阵”,却没想好自己要做什么,事倍功半。

互联网相关的众多品牌,比如手机、网游、团购。但做法也值得探讨,团购如果只发每天团购信息,也是失败的做法。淘宝聚划算曾在海南香蕉滞销时组织团购香蕉,使它有了特色。而其上的策略则是要与生活息息相关。

还有常用品,大家经常提及的品牌,一定会通过社交媒体大放光芒。金鹏远的原话是:“你放心,宝洁有一天意识到他的重要性之后,一定会做得很好。”就在采访结束的第二天,宝洁大中华区总裁施文圣Stevenson开通了他的新浪微博,也许是听到了我们谈话的内容。

其实笔者以为,只要想清楚“我是谁”和“我要做什么”这两个问题的品牌,就可以开微博了。但我也相信,大多数品牌都还没想清楚这两个问题,就在运营商的诱惑与催促下,匆忙上马了。

未来?传统理论支撑的技术营销时代

杜蕾斯的成功远远不是终点,眼下所有的社交媒体营销都还处于萌芽阶段。和金鹏远聊天时,明显可以感觉到。在他看来,未来是基于技术能力的绩效营销和技术营销称雄的天下,所有社交网络媒体也正为此而做。

人们往往看到杜蕾斯官方微博火爆光鲜的外表,却没有注意到运营团队在背后进行的大量数据分析。很多微博账号,内容发了就发了,至于它流向何方谁在参与就不再关心。博圣云峰不是这样。

每一条发布在杜蕾斯官方微博以及其他博圣云峰负责的微博账号上的内容,都会在运营团队的资料库中归类。五天之后会统计每一条内容的评论数和转发数,每月月底一看数据就可以得知哪些内容是有吸引力,哪些内容吸引力欠佳。分类的意义更在于,知道哪一类的内容是有吸引力的。将来甚至可以通过对用户评论内容的分析,得出某一类博文发挥了怎样的作用,品牌建设或是促进购买。这比传统广告的消费者回馈更及时、更真实,对后续调整的指导意义也更精确。

前文也已提及,需要用人力捕捉预设关键字,并判断是否能与品牌发生关联。而在今后一定会用系统来实现这一功能。

而据老金介绍,目前已有的软件是,对用户的回复进行过滤,筛选其中有价值的内容予以转发至官方微博。其中很多都是网友的自广告,有一个网友过生日,拿了一个储钱罐,里面装了很多避孕套装了很多糖果当生日礼物,还有一个网友发过杜蕾斯的屏保程序,等等。如果杜蕾斯套鞋事件并非策划而是自发,更是绝妙的自广告。这些自广告的出现,对品牌的意义显而易见。

技术还能实现的是,判断一条博文的传播路径,基于六度空间理论,我们可以认为六层转发的传播效果是最好的。技术可以让我们分析这六层转发甚至更多层级的转发是怎样实现的,通过大量的样本分析,我们就可以在一定程度上重现转发路径。这意味着,针对某个特定的人,即使他不是我的粉丝,我也可以通过转发路径的重现,使信息抵达我所希望的位置。

在终极的传播中,我们甚至可以通过分析目标的原创、转载和评论,判断他的消费水准、兴趣爱好等诸多个人信息。这并非难事,相信很多人都看了通过王珞丹的微博加上简单的搜索定位其家庭住址的文章。

这些蛛丝马迹意味着更精准的消费者洞察,更吻合的传播策略,更到位的创意表达。一个很古老的比喻,了解一个姑娘再去追她,就很容易击中她,这是社交网络真正的魅力。传统的互联网广告仅有0.02%的转化率,而有了个人信息辅助的精准营销,转化率有可能达到5%甚至更高。

业界普遍认为,这是运营团队对热点信息的敏锐把握,并很机智地针对热点有所动作。但通过对博圣云峰的采访,笔者认为远非“机智敏锐”这么简单。在@地空捣蛋的微博发布之后,运营团队曾为其转发量打赌,普遍认为在2万上下,少数胆大的成员认为能达到4万,而经验最丰富的金鹏远则十分保守地估计在1万左右。

笔者以为,在一个帖子火之前,没人能断定它到底能有多火。只有在火了之后,才能回头总结它火热的原因。就像套鞋事件,暴雨这个话题从未像6月23日这般火热,而运营团队的创意点也足够新鲜有趣,而且暴雨时间点又恰好在众人被堵在下班路上微博在线人数众多,进一步加强了传播效果。种种天时地利人和耦合在一起,造就了套鞋事件的传播奇迹。

而且,金鹏远在带领团队作业时,并非在敏锐地“把握”热点,而是在每天早晨就会如例会一般,与整个团队讨论当日热点,从中筛选可能与品牌有契合的关键词,并由内容团队围绕关键词进行创意,最终甄选可行的方案。可以说,对热点的把握是每一天的例行工作,而非话题火热时的心血来潮。也意味着,其实在许多不那么成功的尝试中,诞生了一次宝贵的成功。这也正是很多其他同类公司所缺乏的坚持。

此外,在金鹏远看来,这次汇集天时地利人和的传播奇迹仍然不够成功。大家后来虽然看到凡客确认带套儿的鞋子是其产品并参与到传播之后,但在最初凡客也谨慎地否认了。所以,如果凡客能迅速反应,并在第二天与杜蕾斯合作推出这款鞋+杜蕾斯套装,通过博圣云峰的另一家客户“淘宝聚划算”团购,使用再一家客户“支付宝快捷支付”购买,几方联合在一起,这才算是真正有效的传播与产品销售挂钩。

@作业本 怀孕事件

事实上,杜蕾斯官方微博很少如上文所述的套鞋事件一样,主动策划事件。更多的还是通过与网友进行有趣的互动,来扩大影响。这就不得不提比套鞋事件更早的@作业本怀孕事件,这也是大大小小的微博营销沙龙必谈的经典案例之一。

事情也非常简单。与每天早晨罗列热点一样,运营团队每日的另一项例行工作叫做“盯大号”。甚至可以说,这是每10分钟一次的例行工作。杜蕾斯官方微博及其运营团队关注了许多“大号”,并从这些大号的内容中捕捉预设的关键词。@作业本当时的粉丝数已有30多万,“怀孕”更是杜蕾斯这个品牌必然要捕捉的关键词,两个条件一吻合,使得@作业本那条“今晚一点前睡觉的人,怀孕”自然就会进入运营团队的视野。

当然这也离不开时间点的偶然,@作业本的微博发布已经在晚上10点之后,运营的编辑确实只是凑巧赶上。这其实受制于技术的局限,因为“盯大号”捕捉关键词这件事,现在是由人力来完成,老金则希望未来能通过软件系统操作,捕捉到预设的内容迅速提示,就不会有“凑巧”,也不会再有“错过”。

除了与@作业本互动,杜蕾斯还和很多品牌互动过。之前提及的套鞋事件与凡客诚品互动,早先还曾与凌仕效应、Mini中国等品牌的官方微博互动。所有这些互动都有一个特点,就是有趣、好玩。

互联网的话语环境,就是话题的快速更迭。“因为达芬奇,郭美美只火了两个星期,因为赖昌星,达芬奇只火了一个星期,因为动车,赖昌星只火了半天。”更加尖锐的讽刺是,这个数星期前的段子已经因为其后数周内发生的事情,让人觉得它有些茫远而不知所云。

就是这样,许知远在《庸众的胜利》一文中尖刻地指出了国内互联网乃至整个社会的话语环境。大部分人想要的,只是轻松快乐就好了。互联网尤其如此,社交网络更是如此。

回到社会化媒体营销,只有一个核心就是有趣的互动。这就是杜蕾斯官方微博与其他账号互动的原因。

杜蕾斯的真正秘密

一谈到“真正秘密”就好像拿出一本无字的武林秘籍,拿到烛火前面烘烤,慢慢显出字儿来。

就目前为止,营销业界对于杜蕾斯官方微博成功的解读,还停留在对热点的敏锐把握和对关键词的即时捕捉这两个技巧层面上。但通过对博圣云峰的采访,笔者发现,虽然是它经营着社交媒体营销这一全球最热门最前沿的营销领域,使用的工具却是最传统的广告理论。

客户接下来,第一件事商讨策略。无论是微博还是其他社交媒体,策略就是把品牌描述成一个形象丰满的人。这决定了社交媒体未来的形象。无论是个人、机构还是品牌,传统媒体上可以是“我说我是谁”,而社交媒体上则是“别人认为你是谁”。这反而更加要求自己对“我是谁”这个问题认识得更加清楚。

杜蕾斯在这个问题也走过一段弯路。相当长一段时间内,杜蕾斯官方微博的自我定位是一个宅男,但最终调整为一个有一点绅士又有一点坏很懂生活又很会玩的人,就像夜店里的翩翩公子。微博形象的调整也让杜蕾斯的品牌形象有了变化,把它从单纯的“性”剥离开,回到有趣的平实的生活中。

社交网络中“我是谁”的问题就如传统广告理论中“我在哪里”的问题一样重要。

策略面对的第二个问题是“我要达到什么目的”。或许是扩大知名度,或许是修正品牌形象,或许是与消费者互动,或许是增加销售量。不同的目的也意味着营销的结果不同,也许粉丝数不多但忠诚度很高,也许互动平淡但购买力很强。这都取决于品牌通过社交媒体想要达到怎样的目的。

这同时意味着划分责任,在金鹏远看来,有些服务是微博运营团队无法完成的。比如和产品使用、性能参数这些专业相关的内容,比如售后服务相关的内容。

在开始运营之前,还要找到合适的人。

老金找人的方式很奇特。他会在豆瓣、微博、天涯、猫扑等等这些卧虎藏龙之处游荡,寻找那些潜藏在一个个ID之后的奇人异士,因为未来这个人也将以网络身份呈现,所以他在网络上是怎样的才是最有价值的考量要素。他认为找到合适的人很重要,因为无论是怎样的策略最终执行还是落实到具体的人,从网络的各个角落挖来的形形色色新鲜有趣的人,也是杜蕾斯官方微博成功的要素。

一切准备就绪之后,才涉及到具体的运营。细化到每一天的工作,才是每日热点的整理筛选,才是敏锐的嗅觉,才是“盯大号”,才是预设关键词的捕捉,才是有趣的创意和传播。由内容团队广泛搜集资料,筛选合适内容,重新组织语言,和广告创意一样,旧元素新组合,配以合适的平面、视频、文字,最终成为可供传播的一条博文。并对网友的回复进行及时的再次回复,以体现对他们的尊重。而这一切,都建立在完整正确的策略之上。

在具体执行的过程中,有趣仍是最重要的核心。只有让用户感到有趣,才能获得传播,是社交媒体永远颠扑不破的道理。

仍然不可否认的一点是,杜蕾斯官方微博的成功还有赖于这个特定的时间点。业内熟知这一微博的赫赫大名,大多是通过营销界专家的介绍、讲述和剖析。在所有人都在摸索微博营销的时候,有这样一个开放大胆的品牌迈出勇敢尝试的一步,立刻占据了微博营销话题的绝对制高点。在口口相传中,它成为业界最成功的案例,而它制造的热点也就成为值得载入史册的经典了。

用老金的话来说,就是也许明年的内容会比今年更好,但在话题性上恐怕很难超过今年了。

怎样向杜蕾斯学习?

这个问题的出现有一个预设的前提:所有的品牌都可以向杜蕾斯学习么?或者说所有的品牌都适合社交媒体营销么?或者更具体一点,都适合微博营销么?

在微博早期,平台本身出于自身推广的需要,自然会倡导所有有影响力的人、机构和品牌入驻这一平台。但随着时间的推移,我们已经开始反思,是否所有的品牌都适合这样的平台。金鹏远给出的答案是否定的。虽然没有一条明晰的界限划分,但仍可以通过一系列描述性的表达,尝试总结一些规律。

在Twitter上,排名前50的品牌官方账户都是有数十年甚至上百年历史的传统品牌,只有一两家是新兴品牌。对中国来讲也是一样,新品牌想进入微博是很困难的,因为缺乏用户基础。

服务行业,尤其是纯服务类的行业,比如航空公司,就不适合微博。这些品牌在微博上接到的永远都是投诉。基于国内糟糕的航空环境,人们受了委屈恐怕就要在微博上大诉苦水。服务行业开了微博,就会变成又一个客服热线。老金认为微博应该是一个与人对话的地方,一个账号是一个真真正正的人,这个人在跟你对话。当然,笔者以为,如果目的就是把微博做成一个客服热线,那还是大有裨益的。

涉及大额交易的品牌也不适合,比如房地产。一来负面多,二来动辄数百万的资金,消费者恐怕不会在微博上交流。这与汽车不一样,汽车可以有爱好者,房地产似乎鲜有爱好者。整形医院也不适合,因为没人会整形之后与朋友分享,但牙科医院是其中的例外。有一家重型卡车正在寻找微博运营商,也不适合,用户根本不在微博。银行可以做,但要思考怎样做。招商银行做的不成功,建立那么庞大的体系,所谓的“微博矩阵”,却没想好自己要做什么,事倍功半。

互联网相关的众多品牌,比如手机、网游、团购。但做法也值得探讨,团购如果只发每天团购信息,也是失败的做法。淘宝聚划算曾在海南香蕉滞销时组织团购香蕉,使它有了特色。而其上的策略则是要与生活息息相关。

还有常用品,大家经常提及的品牌,一定会通过社交媒体大放光芒。金鹏远的原话是:“你放心,宝洁有一天意识到他的重要性之后,一定会做得很好。”就在采访结束的第二天,宝洁大中华区总裁施文圣Stevenson开通了他的新浪微博,也许是听到了我们谈话的内容。

其实笔者以为,只要想清楚“我是谁”和“我要做什么”这两个问题的品牌,就可以开微博了。但我也相信,大多数品牌都还没想清楚这两个问题,就在运营商的诱惑与催促下,匆忙上马了。

未来?传统理论支撑的技术营销时代

杜蕾斯的成功远远不是终点,眼下所有的社交媒体营销都还处于萌芽阶段。和金鹏远聊天时,明显可以感觉到。在他看来,未来是基于技术能力的绩效营销和技术营销称雄的天下,所有社交网络媒体也正为此而做。

人们往往看到杜蕾斯官方微博火爆光鲜的外表,却没有注意到运营团队在背后进行的大量数据分析。很多微博账号,内容发了就发了,至于它流向何方谁在参与就不再关心。博圣云峰不是这样。

每一条发布在杜蕾斯官方微博以及其他博圣云峰负责的微博账号上的内容,都会在运营团队的资料库中归类。五天之后会统计每一条内容的评论数和转发数,每月月底一看数据就可以得知哪些内容是有吸引力,哪些内容吸引力欠佳。分类的意义更在于,知道哪一类的内容是有吸引力的。将来甚至可以通过对用户评论内容的分析,得出某一类博文发挥了怎样的作用,品牌建设或是促进购买。这比传统广告的消费者回馈更及时、更真实,对后续调整的指导意义也更精确。

前文也已提及,需要用人力捕捉预设关键字,并判断是否能与品牌发生关联。而在今后一定会用系统来实现这一功能。

而据老金介绍,目前已有的软件是,对用户的回复进行过滤,筛选其中有价值的内容予以转发至官方微博。其中很多都是网友的自广告,有一个网友过生日,拿了一个储钱罐,里面装了很多避孕套装了很多糖果当生日礼物,还有一个网友发过杜蕾斯的屏保程序,等等。如果杜蕾斯套鞋事件并非策划而是自发,更是绝妙的自广告。这些自广告的出现,对品牌的意义显而易见。

技术还能实现的是,判断一条博文的传播路径,基于六度空间理论,我们可以认为六层转发的传播效果是最好的。技术可以让我们分析这六层转发甚至更多层级的转发是怎样实现的,通过大量的样本分析,我们就可以在一定程度上重现转发路径。这意味着,针对某个特定的人,即使他不是我的粉丝,我也可以通过转发路径的重现,使信息抵达我所希望的位置。

在终极的传播中,我们甚至可以通过分析目标的原创、转载和评论,判断他的消费水准、兴趣爱好等诸多个人信息。这并非难事,相信很多人都看了通过王珞丹的微博加上简单的搜索定位其家庭住址的文章。

这些蛛丝马迹意味着更精准的消费者洞察,更吻合的传播策略,更到位的创意表达。一个很古老的比喻,了解一个姑娘再去追她,就很容易击中她,这是社交网络真正的魅力。传统的互联网广告仅有0.02%的转化率,而有了个人信息辅助的精准营销,转化率有可能达到5%甚至更高。

虽然现在社交媒体营销的运营公司都还是小作坊的状态,凭借一两个成功的案例行走江湖,但将来必将是规模化集团化的。而在更远的未来,创意的力量必将退于二线,未来的运营商将用系统完成60%的工作,用系统观察消费者,了解消费者,针对消费者。创意则包含在剩下的40%之中。

杜蕾斯的秘密至多只是社交媒体营销萌芽时期的一朵浪花,它是我们学习的榜样,但绝不是天花板。更值得我们关心的是,谁能占据下一个营销话题的绝对制高点。(作者 姚云鹤)

广告媒体是指凡是能够在广告讯息与传达对象之间起到传递和桥梁作用的物质技术手段。广告只有通过媒体的传播才能被大众所知道、所了解。不同的产品有不同的特征,对广告的要求也不一样,杜蕾斯的营销名声可谓是人尽皆知,是一个很成功的品牌,本文将从各个角度把杜蕾斯品牌结合其选择的广告媒体来分析其成功之处。

一、广告媒体的作用

(一)广告媒体决定广告的内容和形式

广告信息在不同的传播媒体上,表达的内容和表达的形式就有可能不同,这是由于不同的广告媒体自身的特点所决定的。如电视广告有动态画面和声音,而报纸广告只有文字和静态画面。

杜蕾斯的目标人群是年轻,富有激情和活力,而这类人最常接触的就是网络媒体,网络中的信息可以超越国界,传播范围广泛;具有互动性,可自主选择产 品和服务;网络广告费用成本低廉;灵活性强,传播迅速;融合传统媒体的优点,具有视觉和听觉的感官刺激。

1近几年微博的大热,几乎每个年轻人都会玩微博,杜蕾斯就找准了这个平台。杜蕾斯官微刚开通的时候,定位为“宅男”形象,发布一些有关产品或网络截取鸡汤式的内容。但是这种内容对用户的吸引的力度是很弱的,简单来说,这种自嗨内容对用户无关痛痒,没有趣也没有用。后来意识到这一点开始进行调整,根据产品本身,定位为一位有点坏、懂生活有情趣的段子高手“老司机”式的绅士形象,以轻松诙谐的手法传播普及性知识。内容也开始变得"内涵”“污",尤其是结合热点进行联想、改造成自己的内容。这些点越来越贴切这个时代网民对内容的高要求,这也是杜蕾斯顺应时代变化,对营销手段玩法的转变的高度敏锐。

杜蕾斯能给大家带来社交的圈子,与周围的小伙伴讲段子,或者自己能够秒懂杜蕾斯文案其中的暗藏玄机,也是一种成就感。杜蕾斯的文案大多精简,起到提示作用,图片才是一针见血,妙趣横生。每次文案图片都能找到一些比较巧妙的方法,把自己产品的一些功能、特点植入进去,让人很自然记住品牌。杜蕾斯自称“杜杜”带自嘲的段子,语言机智幽默且很亲切。杜蕾斯对粉丝的互动也很关注,不定期选一些用户进行互动。一个网友把益达口香糖的广告词改了:“兄弟,油加满„„你的杜蕾斯也满了。”当时杜蕾斯回复了一句:“杜蕾斯无糖避孕套,关爱牙齿,更关心你。”之后陆续有粉丝把五粮液等品牌的广告变成杜蕾斯的。杜蕾斯每天的回复、互动让粉丝意识和感觉到,杜蕾斯不只是一个品牌,更是一个活生生、有个性的人。更拉近与人之间的关系,更想去关注这个品牌,以此达到营销的目的。

(二)直播活动传播

直播如今是非常火爆的一种传播方式,可以实时地看到传播内容,非常吸引人的眼球,直播的内容更是多种多样。2016年4月杜蕾斯百人试穿Air直播营销活动在哔哩哔哩、乐视、优酷、天猫手机App、在直播、斗鱼六大直播平台同时进行,赚足了人们的眼球,其主要为了品牌推广、主打产品Air空气套宣传来促进销售。这次直播并非首次尝试,而是有前三期的直播铺垫,杜蕾斯的营销推广是系列化、有计划且持续输出给用户的。而这次活动的火爆性和争议性都远远超过前三期。就全网播放量和影响来看,杜蕾斯是成功吸引眼球和关注,就网友评论和吐槽来看,似乎又不算是成功的。就我而言,既然这是一个争议较大的营销事例,不算成功也不算失败。可以有套路,但是不要过分“套”路。

(三)手机

我前几天看到一个朋友圈:贼要失业了!无现金生活,现在人人几乎都不带现金出门了,一切都靠手机支付。一个存在了几千的职业—小偷,到此结束。而且现在手机也很难偷了,因为吃饭走路都在看„„如今手机占据了生活很重要的一部分,很多企业也选择在手机上做广告,各式各样的广告,五花八门,当然杜蕾斯也在其中。

杜蕾斯的微信公众号运营团队也是很给力,从调查的数据来看,杜蕾斯的预计活跃用户达到70多万,文章平均阅读数超过4万,少数爆款文章阅读量超过10+万。不过由于杜蕾斯在微博的表现太过耀眼,以至于人们对杜蕾斯的普

2 遍认识认知还是停留在微博,并没有迁移到微信。其次是微博的传播环境跟微信的传播环境差距很大,在微博吃的香的内容,在微信上面不一定吃的香。从杜蕾斯自己的介绍中可以看出,杜蕾斯公号的定位主要是传播性知识,介绍产品,举行活动。因为自己产品的特殊性,杜蕾斯在标题这一方面可以说占据了很大的优势,可以尽情的利用性这个话题做文章。而事实也显示出来,文章标题中,90%以上的都含射出性的味道。不管是陈述句还是问句,可以看出来杜蕾斯的标题多多少少跟性扯上关系。并且因为产品的原因,杜蕾斯的每一篇文章的标题都能够无限接近标题党。由于杜蕾斯的产品涉及到比较隐私的话题,微信又是基于熟人的封闭式社交平台,很多人看到这样子的文章更多的是偏向于自己观赏,而不愿利用朋友圈进行传播,估计这也是杜蕾斯在微信上很少出过轰动性爆文的原因之一吧。

2015年的七夕杜蕾斯为了将一款新包装推广出去,在自家APP上推出了一个H5小游戏,它直接将这两个现代化的牛郎织女形象作为游戏人物的原型,游戏中,牛郎骑着一辆拉风的摩托车,正赶在与织女相会的路上。玩家需要带着牛郎向前冲,只有成功躲避拿着望远镜的王母娘娘,牛郎织女才能相见。 当然,这款小游戏最多只算是一碟小菜,真正的好戏还在后头。

杜蕾斯一向很擅长捣鼓H5游戏,在这个七夕,它还推出了另一个H5游戏——“告白练习器”。在樱桃色的游戏背景下,玩家需要读出屏幕上的情话,诸如“想和你一起变老”、“我注意你很久了”、“我养你呀”等甜言蜜语,才能进入到下一关,然后为自己的另一半定制独特的杜蕾斯产品。游戏要求只有一点,就是要大声地读出来。如果声音不够大,在面对游戏失败的同时,还会被杜蕾斯调侃一句“你的口活儿还要多练练啊”。让人哭笑不得,如果你哪天在街上遇见对着手机喊情话的人,不要感到奇怪,说不定他(她)只是在玩杜蕾斯的游戏而已。两款H5小游戏已经足够引人注目了,可是只有游戏怎么够?杜蕾斯作为营销界大拿,一定要抛出一个具有话题性的活动才行。杜蕾斯带来了一个噱头十足的“史上最贵杜蕾斯产品套装”„„

三、杜蕾斯的品牌传播

充分理解自己产品的特性。这样不管出现什么热点都能够快速找到合适的切入点进行事件营销。巧借热点,并且能够有选择性。杜蕾斯能够引起大范围传播的文案,基本上都是跟热门事件有关,如李娜退役,滴滴优步合并。其实团队还是那个团队,但是不同时间节点,不同的事件,所造成的影响差距很大。 根据品牌调性建立在每个渠道传播的个性和形象,并有所为有所不为。杜蕾斯微博打造的一位有点坏、懂生活有情趣的段子高手“老司机”式的绅士形象深入人心。而这位“绅士”不是所有的热点都跟随,比如优衣库三里屯事件、王宝强离婚事件等。有选择性的避开忌讳内容,从而避免品牌的争议性和负面性影响。 尽管杜蕾斯是因微博营销而被人津津乐道,但杜蕾斯的营销推广是系列化、有计划且持续输出给用户的,很多爆发的热点手法在日常的微博、微信中窥见一斑,可见只有日常的积累才能在借势中爆发。

3 渠道选择既要精准,又要尝试不同的渠道,拥有超前意识,敢于拥抱亚文化。不是只有2016年直播视频被推上风口浪尖时杜蕾斯才尝试的,也不是微博内容营销常规化时它才开始推广的,杜蕾斯的敢于尝试,具有创新意识,才使得它走得更远更好。

结语

杜蕾斯选择的广告媒体做到了贴合受众兴趣,利用该受众群体比其他年轻人群更高的社媒参与度与影响力,话题营销会对销量产生影响,最为直接的就是曝光率,但是对于品牌而言则增加了消费者认可。总而言之,杜蕾斯做到了成功的营销。

现代广告学 杜蕾斯广告策略分析

一、广告主介绍:

杜蕾斯品牌(Durex)诞生于1929年,名称源于三个英文单词;耐久(Durability)、可靠(Reliality)、优良(Excellence)。历经80多年的发展,杜蕾斯已经成为全球消费者信赖的计生品牌。这80年的发展历程中,杜蕾斯经历了传统传播阶段,来提升知名度和影响力。近年来,其正在通过新型的社会化媒体传播手段,与用户建立粘性关系,增加品牌价值。2011年2月,杜蕾斯进驻新浪微博,标志着杜蕾斯的广告策略进入了全新的社交广告阶段。

二:杜蕾斯的广告方式选择:社交广告

(一) 社交广告定义:

社交广告是传统广告(在电视、报纸、期刊和广播4种传统媒体上刊登的广告作品)和社交网络融合的产物。主要在社交平台进行投放的广告作品。

(二)原因(环境分析)

1.“社交广告”崛起:中国人民大学彭兰教授将“ 连接” 看做是互联网的本质:“ 互联网上构成连接的基本要素以及连接的方式在不断发生变化,但‘ 连接’ 始终是互联网的要义。”社交媒体的出现是互联网发展的分水岭,它将物的网络推进到人与人之间的网络。互联网通过其特有方式,将个人聚集在一起,然后依据兴趣、价值、认同等因素进行分类,形成以个人为中心的社交图谱。互联网中的虚拟交往是现实社会社交网络的复制和延伸,其范围和程度要远远大于现实社交。社交已成为人们网络化生存的基本状态,构建了新型社会协作网络,对现实经济运行和社会生活产生着越来越大的影响。

腾讯公司高级副总裁汤道生认为社交广告的时代已到来。所谓社交广告,“ 与传统广告不同之处在于广告不再是干巴巴地独自推广信息,取而代之的是朋友对服务的参与和关注, 中山大学新华学院

用户看到的不再纯粹是广告,他们所关心的是好友动态,结果广告点击率大幅提升,而广告的成本也显著下降” 。传统广告依赖传统媒体的渠道规模,消费者和广告信息是单独对接,广告信息接触渠道和接触频率成为广告达成效果的决定性因素,所以争夺黄金时间以及广告的重复策略成为广告传播的普遍策略选择。在社交媒体环境下,消费者对广告信息的接受和判断都发生了根本改变。在社交广告中,除了商品本身以及渠道建设外,基于用户关系网络的自由对话成了新的传播营销生态。

2.“广告法”对于涉“性”产品广告约束:在2010年2月,广电总局下发了《关于进一步加强广播电视广告带查和监管工作的通知》,要求杜绝播出机构播出宣传提高性功能的产品广告,或者在电视购物短片广告使用主持人“叫卖”宣传等违规问题。所以,我们现在极少能在国内的电视上看到杜蕾斯润滑液和情趣用品的广告。杜蕾斯的避孕套广告(非常非常爱,渴望零距离)尽管在电视上有播出,但表现形式也是相当间接和含蓄的。

3.品类因素要求:私密产品(本文特指避孕套)与消费者的日常生活息息相关。但是由于其特殊的使用方法和使用价值,国家的法规对其传播平台做了限制。长久以来,私密产品的营销传播在公共性很强的传统媒体受到了限制。伴随着微博的兴起,私密产品的微博营销传播逐渐受到企业的重视,微博成为私密产品营销合适的传播平台。

4.文化背景影响&社交平台监管更自由:不管在西方社会还是东方文明中,与“性”相关的符号传播总是会遇到各种各样的障碍。尽管西方社会已经走过了清教徒的禁欲时代,但出于对儿童的保护,对广告中的性元素传播仍会有所顾及。以中国为代表的东方国家,虽然性观念正在逐渐开放,但与西方国家相比仍是相对含蓄和内敛。例如,在多年以前,另一避孕套品牌杰士邦冒天下之大不韪在巴士车身上投放了广告,随即就遭到行政部门的禁令和一些公众的争议。与之相比,在社交网络上投放广告更易于被目标人群接收和得到监管部门许可。

5.消费者消费模式的转变:传统的社会,消费者购买产品时的消费行为模式是 AIDMA。在互联网电子商务的时代,消费者在购买产品时,首先上网搜索产品相关的信息,购买之后分享到网络上,这种消费行为模式称为 AISAS。这也意味着,在社交媒介上投放广告比在传统媒介上投放广告有效的多。

6.社交平台维护花费低&效果好:进驻平台和维护营销号费用远比在传统媒体上投放广告所花费用低得多,同时,大部分社交媒体传播速度快,如微博的传播特性决定了话题营销 中山大学新华学院

会在微博流行开来。微博上话题传播几乎零成本,并且传播的速度特别快,类似病毒一样传播。另外,企业在微博上创造话题比在其他媒体上创造话题传播互动性更强。

7.中国网民的快速增长:图1是2010年中国网民数量统计,图2是2016年中国网民数量统计。杜蕾斯2011年2月进驻微博。

2010年中国网民已达4.5亿,呈连年高速增长趋势,2016年中国网民突破7亿大关,这一现状证明了杜蕾斯当初选择主投社交广告的广告策略之正确性。

三、杜蕾斯微博官微的平面广告解读:

因为杜蕾斯同时在多个社交平台(微博、微信、豆瓣等)投放社交广告,其中尤以微博上的平面广告最具代表性以及有效度最高,所以选择杜蕾斯官微的平面广告作为解读杜蕾斯的社交广告。

(一)杜蕾斯官微现状:粉丝数高达174万,每条微博都至少有过百转发,而原创热点微博(有意思的平面广告)更是过万甚至更多转发数。

(二)杜蕾斯平面广告的特点:

1.巧用创作元素:依据精神分析学派对于潜意识理论研究的成果,尝试将其作为一种平面广告的传达方式运用于平面广告的创意当中。广告主运用平面广告宣传自身品牌产品的最终目的是通过激发目标受众的潜意识心理,促使目标受众寻求满足自身潜在需要的产品,并致使目标受众出现广告主所期望的购买行为,所以创意人员对目标受众的心理是否有良好的把握将关系到平面广告的成功与否。通常在创作性意传达的平面广告过程中会依据广告主所投放的产品特性,选择适宜的创作元素来呈现平面广告作品。平面广告中性意传达的创作元素根据选取创作元素的不同,可以归纳为以下五个方面: 1.汉字 2.英文 3.数字 4.物体 5. 中山大学新华学院

示例:英文:图1:杜蕾斯品牌的标志原型,将品牌标志的英文名称 durex 设计转换为 dosex,即传达了该品牌产品的用途又对受众深化了品牌标志形象。又如图 2,该平面广告的主体信息为“I LOVE PHIL(我爱菲尔)”,但当受众仔细观察画面信息时会发现英文名 PHIL(菲尔)的前后分别有隐性的字母 SY 及 IS,整体联接起来的隐性单词为 SYPHILSI(梅毒),联系右下角文案信息“Love is blind(爱是盲目的)”,很容易让人联想到使用安全套的重要性。

图1图2 数字:图3&图4均为性用品品牌 Durex(杜蕾斯)的商业平面广告作品,它们均运用了数字元素作为平面广告中性意传达的创作元素。如图3,创意人员巧妙地利用数字图形之间组合关系“69”、“66”、“99”,暗喻了受众房事时的三种体位关系。另配以 “无论点配搭,都系自安全组合”及“保护自己,便系杜蕾斯”的文案信息,进一步地对该品牌的平面广告加以解释说明,让性意传达的效果更加精准。而图4案例为Durex(杜蕾斯)品牌为 3.8 妇女节而推出的平面广告,同样运用了数字 “3”与“8”之间的组合关系,含而不露的隐喻性意,让人心领神会。该平面广告既传达了 Durex(杜蕾斯)品牌在 3.8 妇女节对女性的问候,同时又能让受众联想到该品牌产品的用途。

2.紧贴“热点”,借势营销:针对即时事件迅速反应,针对热点人物事件借势。让消费者在不知不觉中参与到事件之中,认同品牌,进而成为准消费者。2013年,光大银行出了一则乌龙事件,杜蕾斯借势发挥,创作了“光大是不行的”文案;2014 年,微博上市,杜蕾斯打出“微勃上势”文案,表示有杜杜,尽情上;2015 年,Apple Watch 发布会,杜蕾斯推出了“我们,真正与你贴近的个人设备”文案,表示“已成为苹果发布会合作方;2016年,里约奥运会期间,推出奥运特别系列文案„„

3.广告制作从整体营销策略出发,突出品牌关键词:

利洁时家化微博市场营销经理陈慧菱,在谈及杜蕾斯微博营销时表示:“杜蕾斯与其他官方微博的区别在于有很多原创内容。除了爱情,还有几个传播关键词,比如性感、安全、时尚、幽默等。杜蕾斯微博营销广告文案中一些看起来不相干的内容,都是与这些关键词紧密相关的。通过关键词的契合与品牌产生链接,确保每天都有一些有趣的、生活的、小清新的、性感的内容。”

4.适当把握应用尺度、受众心理、传播路径制作合适的平面广告:

作为私密性产品,在社交媒体上的传播天然就存在障碍。尤其在中国这种性观念仍十分保守的环境中,女性、稍有身份的男性通常不可能主动转发一条有关安全套的信息。 实现传递信息这一功能的同时更应考虑到受众的心理需求,广告才能获得更好的效果。所以杜蕾斯在制作平面广告文案过程中,充分考虑受众心理,不走低俗、哗众取宠的路线,内容团队不断制造有趣有料的话题,广告文案就紧贴这些话题和热点进行适合在社交平台传播的广告文案,并且力求在广告画面中寻求一种视觉美感,而不是制作出恶俗的色情广告。

5.使用创意策略,发挥视觉创意:

平面广告作为平面类视觉信息的传播形态,广泛服务于大众的社会生活,它具有高度信 中山大学新华学院

息化和应用的特点。平面广告设计本质上是文字语言编码到视觉符号编码的整合信息设计,需要通过创意策略传播其核心内容的有效诉求形式。由于其视觉化的媒介传播特性,在当今的文化和商业传播中显示出越来越重要的作用和价值并广泛性也潜移默化的影晌着大众的思想、观念和生活状态。对广告形成的理论研究是视觉文化和创意产业研究的重要领域和方向。广告设计中视觉创意是以与受众的沟通和有效的说服为最高准则,因此广告设计的信息构建是思考如何将抽象概念视觉化的过程。文字和图形一个是抽象的语言符号一个是直观的视觉形象,但是他们都是用符号来表意的。图形设计的完善和发展会吸收文学理论的有益成份,在表现风格上运用文学中的修辞实现图形中概念意义的传达。运用挑选、变换、组合的方式对设计元素进行关联编码从而形成新的符号系统。论文从符号学的角度研究图形、概念的内在关系,提出语义图形化,并完成概念视觉化建构过程的设计作品。

平面广告中的图形设计是一个视觉形态的生成过程,它具备三个层面的建构步骤:一是,符号语义层面,图形本身的点、线、面等物质语言如同文学语言的字、词、句子。这是符号语言和语言形式构成并产生的意义层面,是基本层面,也是概念意义生成的基本条件。二是,图式化层面,语义转换成图形的重要步骤。利用其构图的技巧和基本图形原则,即格式塔和视知觉相关图形原则,是表达主题的概念信息用图形的形式表现出来的基本方式。三是,沟通传达层面,即设计作品最初通过传播模式传达信息,信息的接收者通过对设计者作品进行解码,从而达到信息传达和沟通的目的。

6.巧用隐喻:作为现代平面广告基本传播形式的核心之一,隐喻基于视觉形象基础上的抽象,借助“假象”、预设情境来传达寓意,这种修辞手法会使整个视觉空间充满新奇的刺激性与天马行空的幻像性,同时能有效传达产品信息和企业、品牌的文化意蕴。利用消费者的心理效应,有效的使用视觉符号和暗示手法来吸引受众,激发或诱导受众对信息的有效接受,使受众产生深刻印象并且激发思维的活动去探索平面广告传达的信息和表达的意义。 示例:画面右下角只有一只哭泣的青蛙,而左上方那经典的广告文案却让人忍俊不禁:“小蝌蚪找不到了⋯⋯” 广告中的“性暗示”就在于这个可爱的词藻“小蝌蚪”,它暗喻男性的精子,青蛙妈妈找不到小蝌蚪, 设计师准确地借此充满童趣的玩笑传达出商品的功用性。

7.巧用视觉符号和暗示图形/文字:

暗示是用诱导的方法使受众自己参与广告之中去探寻结论,这种优势是直白展示类型的广告所不具备的,它引导受众的思维活动,是受众自己解开的谜底,所以印象深刻。而暗示性的平面广告就是在创作之初从受众心理角度出发,让受众在不自觉中无防备的进入广告中的某种情境,在很放松的状态下顺利接收平面广告传递的信息。平面广告设计作品想要做的更好,就要不断地运用新的思维去发现视觉符号的多种可能性,准确把握受众的心理需求,使受众轻松、愉快且顺利的接收平面广告的产品信息以及对平面广告所附加的多层意义的理解和回味。

在平面广告创作当中除文字图形设计元素外,任何抽象事物都可以作暗示性图形的设计元素,只要能在画面中发现其中奥妙到可以进行表达。暗示性图形具有快速传达信息的效用、在平面广告中的运用能带给受众强烈的视觉快感、在平面广告中的表达满足了人们的审美心理需求。

暗示性文字的表达:杉浦康平曾经提到:“文字是五感复合作用的多媒体”,“五感”分别是眼、耳、口、鼻、手(对应视觉、听觉、味觉、嗅觉、触觉)”,文字是我们人类智慧文化的结晶,也是最具传播效用的一种表现形式。文字是传达信息中最好的媒介和载体之一,通常设计者都是从文字中的“义”进行创意设计的。

平面广告是视觉符号的媒介载体,视觉符号的生成就是对平面广告中原始对象的有效处理,用象形、联想、借喻、隐喻四种方式将平面广告中的信息进行暗示性的传播。从纵向来 中山大学新华学院

看,这四种方式一步步呈递进状态,描述和处理信息的范围慢慢的广泛和愈来愈抽象化,但是从横向来看,这四种方式又不是绝对的分离,往往又是互相融合,互相成为彼此的一个成分被使用。

因为平面广告设计的暗示效应在面对不同性别时的效果就会有很大的差别,所以杜蕾斯会根据不同性别推出不同的版本。

示例: 在杜蕾斯的平面广告海报,画面通过运用诙谐幽默文字元素进行表述:“TO all those who use our competitors’ products:Happy Father’s Day”用随意调侃的口气道出的文案:“去告诉那些使用过我们竞争对手产品的人们:父亲节快乐。”一语道出受众的心理需求,牢牢捉住目标受众对产品的利益需求,画面中短短的一句话把杜蕾斯产品带给消费者的利益娓娓道来,产品得到了意想不到的效果,文字简单明确,又极具视觉吸引力,顷刻间让受众心领神会,从而成功的达到了广告传达的效果。

8.文案常运用“巧妙双关”手法:如“光大是不行的”“微勃上势”“‘薄’始终要出事的”等等广告文案

9.广告利用概念营销手法传递品牌“安全、快乐、舒适”的文化个性。

杜蕾斯平面广告之人行道篇(如图就是概念营销的一个典型案例。这一广告呈现的是熙熙攘攘的街头最平常的场景。尽管远处即将驶来车辆,但行走在斑马线上的人依然镇定自若。 中山大学新华学院

乍看这是一条和性话题完全不沾边的画面,但人行道的图案被画成间接指示杜蕾斯产品的白色条纹。仔细看,人行道上还画有杜蕾斯的logo和广告语:“Be On Your Safe Side”(为你的安全考虑)。从符号传播的角度来看,传播者在这则广告中为受众设计了一道双重解码的过程。即人行道代表安全,安全代表杜蕾斯。人行道是没有文化争议和法规制约的符号,而安全又是一个社会倡导的价值观。受众可以根据自身的认知和经验从第一层符号进入到最后一层对“安全”的概念解读。可见,双重解码的过程不仅丰富了内容解读的层次感和趣味性,也帮助进一步提炼了品牌的价值与个性。

另一则经典案例是杜蕾斯婴儿系列的平面广告。广告中最醒目的是和婴儿相关的各种用品,包括婴儿床、婴儿车和婴儿玩具。看起来这就像是一条充满童趣的婴儿用品广告,却在不起眼处出现了杜蕾斯的品牌,而将两者紧联系的是两块价格标签。通过价格差,传播者在向目标受众(即不希望怀孕的群传达了这样的信号:杜蕾斯产品可以帮助避免产生更多的生活支出,让您的生活更加自由和快乐。不管是视觉呈现,还是意义解读,婴儿系列的广告都释放了积极快乐的信号,与杜蕾斯的品牌价值不谋而合。

此外,杜蕾斯雨伞篇、水球篇、厨房篇(“薄一点会更好”、烟花篇(“让幸福时光更久一点”)、单车篇(“让欢愉时光更久一点”)等一系列视频广告也都纷纷采用了概念式这一间接抽象的传播策略,在趣味横生、温馨快乐的场景中传达出品牌“安全、快乐、舒适”的文化个性。从效果來看,这些视频都取得了可观的点击率和正面的网络声量。

10.利用潜意识诉求来进行平面广告创意创作:

关于潜意识:首先,人们在对平面广告的认知活动中,利用目标受众的潜意识诉求有利于受众在接受平面广告信息时减少心理能耗。一般情况,因为会消耗受众的心理能量,所以受众不会主动地去进行有关平面广告的认知活动。平面广告所传播的信息一般都带有强制性,在目标受众的意识当中,对平面广告传播的信息总是有着一种强烈的抵触情绪。因此创意人员不但要考虑如何精简平面广告信息,而且还要考虑如何让目标受众愉悦地接受平面广告所传达的信息。如今利用潜意识诉求来进行平面广告创意成了许多创意人员的一种策略,其目的是为了让目标受众在无抵触情绪的不经意间接受平面广告所传达的信息,并激发目标受众内心深处的潜在需要。潜意识的诉求方式在平面广告传播过程中可以充分发挥其优势,让平面广告传播的信息悄悄地从目标受众心理的后门—潜意识进入。

其次,利用目标受众的潜意识诉求有利于挖掘目标受众的内心潜在需要。Sigmund Freud(西格蒙德·弗洛伊德)曾对人类的潜意识思维进行了大量的探索研究,合理地利用 Sigmund Freud(西格蒙德·弗洛伊德)的研究成果,对于创意人员进行平面广告的性意传达有很好的帮助。Sigmund Freud(西格蒙德·弗洛伊德)认为性的背后蕴藏着人类最原始的探索潜力,促使人类在生活中去寻求性快感,这种本能的探索满足了人类内心的潜在需要。

11.人格化:杜蕾斯在广告制作过程中,对杜蕾斯品牌形象给予人格化,杜蕾斯在广告文案中自称“小杜杜”,这一昵称也得到广大网友的喜爱,网友在网上称呼杜蕾斯都是称其为“小杜杜”,从而使广大受众意识到杜蕾斯不只是一个品牌,更是活生生、有个性的人。而在广告制作过程中,给予人格化就意味着对无生物或抽象的概念给予人的特点。这样使抽象的概念形象化与可使话,使消费者容易理解广告内容,有助于减少消费者的拒绝反应程度。

12.考虑产品在FCB矩阵所属位置,针对性做广告:

因为避孕套产品属于FCB矩阵中的第三空间,第三空间是低卷入/思考领域。该类产品价格较低,购买风险不大,消费者购买时一般根据自己的习惯去购买,所以做广告时应强调产品的差别,从而形成消费者对产品的偏好。其购买决策模型为“购买→学习→感受”。因而, 中山大学新华学院

13.与节日捆绑:

杜蕾斯基本每个节日都会推出节日定制版广告文案,这类广告作品将节日特点与杜蕾斯特点高度结合,让受众在享受节日的时候看到广告时既能想到节日特点,也会潜意识的将节日与杜蕾斯品牌作一个关联联想。

14.合理运用性意传达的设计手法:联想、夸张、象征、对比、隐喻。

夸张:如图展现Durex(杜蕾斯)的产品激情过后,所带来的“严重”后果。该平面广告画面夸张而又不乏幽默的表现力,让广告受众对该品牌的产品产生了浓烈的好奇心。

象征:象征是指避开与性直接相关的人物或事物,借用与其相关联的事物或人物来暗示特定的人物或事物,进而传达出产品的性意信息。如图为Durex(杜蕾斯)水果味避孕套的商业平面广告,画面中任何与性相关的事物或人物均未出现,但创意人员却巧妙地运用了香蕉的象征性为创意点,让广告受众依据香蕉的形态联想出男性性感部位的外轮廓,同时利用香蕉的出现来传递出水果味避孕套这一概念。此则商业平面广告既完整地传达了产品信息,同时 中山大学新华学院

画面的处理又符合普通大众的审美观念,具备承受社会舆论的能力。

对比:对比是指将特异的人物或事物与普通的人物或事物进行对照比较的设计手法。如图

1、2 Durex(杜蕾斯)大码避孕套产品的商业平面广告作品,如图 1,通过男士苏格兰裙的长度对比,让受众不禁发问:为何中间那位身着苏格兰裙的男士,裙子如此之长?在队伍中如此特别?当受众看到广告画面右下角的Durex(杜蕾斯)品牌标志与文案“XL”后,顿时让受众心领神会。又如图 2,当受众阅读该画面信息时,不禁的会感到困惑,两人三足的比赛冠军为什么是一个人?当看到广告画面右下角的文案信息 Extra large(特大号),顷刻间让人恍然大悟,原来冠军本身就拥有“三足”。 两幅平面广告作品均趣味性十足,并且有效地传递了产品信息。

三、:其它类型社交广告:

1.网站广告:杜蕾斯官网在其“广告欣赏”页面有 24 件最新的广告作品。分为“产品视频”、“品牌视频”、“活动视频”三类,其中针对单个产品的推广广告18 则,占总数的 75%;品牌宣传的广告有 4 件,占总数的 17%,这四则广告中名为“一个避孕套的自述——别告诉我你懂避孕套”的作品在传播品牌的同时向年轻的消费者传输正确的性知识,具有教育意义;最后一类活动推广视频有两则,占总数的 8%,他们分别名为“时刻准备着——2012 年 11 月 11 日晚,“带着杜蕾斯脱光”,借助光棍节的演唱会为产品做宣传;“杜蕾斯避孕日”,宣传 9 月 26日世界避孕日当天杜蕾斯品牌走上街道,给消费者发放避孕套,宣传正确性知识的活动。这 24 则广告均针对中国市场制作,有 5 则采取的是人物意象为中国消费者。

2.在社交网站投放的视频广告:

多数为紧贴全球性节日或全球热点事件而制作的视频广告,并且在视频中运用隐喻手法突出杜蕾斯的产品特点,不会使用直白的手法。下图为广告视频截图。

As many as four-fifths of all the cells in the electric eel\'s body are specialized for generating electricity, and the strength of the shock it can deliver corresponds roughly to the length of its body.

There are many theories about the beginning of drama in ancient Greece.The one most widely accepted today is based on the aumption that drama evolved from ritual.The argument for this view goes as follows.In the beginning, human beings viewed the natural forces of the worldas unpredictable, and they sought through various means to control these unknown and feared powers.Those measures which appeared to bring the desired results were then retained and repeated until they hardened into fixed rituals.Eventually stories arose which explained or veiled the mysteries of the rites.As time paed some rituals were abandoned, but the stories, later called myths, persisted and provided material for art and drama.Those who believe that drama evolved out of ritual also argue that those rites contained the seed of theaterbecause music, dance, masks, and costumes were almost always used.Furthermore, a suitable site had to be provided for performances and when the entire community did not participate, a clear division was usually made between the \"acting area\" and the\"auditorium.\" In addition, there were performers, and, since considerable importance was attached to avoiding mistakes in the enactment of rites, religious leaders usually aumed that task.Wearing masks and costumes, they often impersonated other people, animals, or supernatural beings, and mimed the desired effect-- succe in hunt or battle, the coming rain, the revival of the Sun -- as an actor might.Eventually such dramatic representations were separated from religious activities.

notice to produce evidence 根据《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》和最高人民法院《关于民事诉讼证据的若干规定》,现将有关举证事项通知如下: according to the civil procedural law of the people’s republic of china and the several provisions of the supreme people’s court on evidences for civil actions, the matters of producing evidences will notify as following:

一、当事人应当对自己提出的诉讼请求所依据的事实或者反驳对方诉讼请求所依据的事实承担举证责任。当事人没有证据或者提出的证据不足以证明其事实主张的,由负有举证责任的当事人承担不利后果。 1 you are responsible for producing evidences to prove the facts on which your claims are based or the facts on which the claims of the other party are rebutted.you shall undertake the adverse consequence, if you failed to submit evidence materials or submitted evidences is failure to the fact which you provide to the court.

二、向人民法院提供证据,应当提供原件或者原物,或经人民法院核对无异的复制件或复制品。并应对提交的证据材料逐一分类编号,对证据材料的来源、证明对象和内容作简要说明,依照对方当事人人数提出副本。 ii evidences submitted by the parties to the people’s court shall be the originals, or copies or replicas checked and found in conformity with the originals by the people’s court.the submitted evidence materials shall be claified and numbered one by one.it is required to briefly describe the sources, facts to be proved and contents of the evidence materials.copies shall be provided according to the number of the parties of the opposing side.

五、申请证据保全,应当在举证期限届满的七日前提出,本院可根据情况要求你方提供相应的担保。如本案适用简易程序审理,申请证据保全的时间可以不受七日的限制。 v where you intend to apply for preservation of evidence, you shall file an application with this court seven (7) days before expiration of the evidence producing term.this court may require you to provide corresponding preservation as the circumstances may require.provided that the summary procedure is followed in this case, the time for preservation of evidence is not limited by 10 days.
