我的兼职经历
一开始打工对我来说只是为了赚一些零钱，我并没有想太多。可是，后来我渐渐发现打工让我从中或多或少的知道了许多学校所不能给予我的东西。
就拿这次打工生活来说，刚开始，我什么也不懂，我需要学习很多捏粘土的手艺，每当我通过自己的双手捏出各种各样可爱的东西会很开心，那是来自心底的开心。但我也有苦恼的时候，面对着一个模型，我需要自己去领悟该怎么做才会更好看。不断的和小朋友们沟通，了解他们真正需要什么，我从这群可爱天真的小朋友那也知道了许多有趣的故事，我通过接触社会上各种层次的人群，有普通学生，有一般的上班族，也有一些我们口中的有钱人，他们或是温和或是势力或是冷漠，这些人该怎么去接触，要怎样去交流，这些都是我在学校所不能得到的回答。
老师们总在课堂讲，你们要好好珍惜上学的时光，因为到了社会你们就会怀念上学了。我当时很难理解老师说的意思，只能疑惑的点点头。现在我大概懂了。过惯了衣来伸手饭来张口的生活的我们，平时几乎是很少去想父母的感受的，总是以自我为中心，觉得一切都是那么理所当然。然而打工，在你工作的地方，没有人会想你是一个从小娇生惯养的什么都处理不了只是需要照顾的孩子，在这里，你要么努力去做好要么就不做，没有可以依靠的父母也没有可以抱怨的朋友，更没有人帮你收拾你留下的烂摊子，只有靠你自己来努力。社会就是这样现实。
打工，锻炼的不仅仅是我们的耐心，还有我们的意志力。不管最后我们拿到的是多少钱，都是自己辛苦的靠体力挣来的，这可以让我们意识到挣钱的不易，也会考虑到父母的不易。那些消费只向名牌看齐，向高消费看齐，同学之间互相攀比摆阔的人或许以后也会有些改变。

我与众不同的兼职经历
要毕业了，不知道这是不是一段过去的结束，更不知道会不会是一个新的开始。有些生活，还是想写出来和师弟师妹们分享一下。
我认识的同龄人大多数是在做家教或者做产品代理，收入是固定的，而且也没有什么新意，都是传统的兼职，而我兼职的工作是做电子竞技，截止到目前为止也算做出了一些成绩，在这个圈子里有很多朋友和一份相对稳定的收入，今天我把整个的兼职经历写出来和大家分享，希望能对正在希望获得兼职工作的朋友有一点借鉴意义。
我是2005年的5月开始做电子竞技的，那个时候有一个朋友说他的邻居在一家网吧上班，做兼职，是做有关游戏网站的，问我有没有兴趣帮他们做一些写稿的工作，但是没有工资，只是帮忙，因为当时时值大二，时间比较空闲，于是有一个星期天就乐呵呵的去面试了，面试很简单，那个网站的工作室是在网吧的一个隔断里，工作条件挺简陋的，一个我后来的领导面试的我，跟我年纪相仿，问了我一些有关过去做过什么工作，有什么经验一类的问题，因为他们那个工作组都是男的，而且主要都是技术人员，我是名牌大学学新闻的，性格又开朗，文笔也不错，就很顺利的就成为了他们中的一份子，开始为那个网站写稿。
那个网站的工作是我的第一份兼职，最开始的时候是没有工资的，比赛很多，基本上每个周末都会有采访任务，我带着录音笔去采访各种玩家，那个时候这个工作给我带来最主要的是开心，我可以认识很多新的朋友，而且每天都可以接触游戏高手，这让我觉得很快乐，我们中午提供一顿工作餐，就是网吧的那种工作餐，份饭，有的时候成绩好了，老板会请我们一起出去吃。这种生活持续了大概一个多月，后来由于我们工作组的成绩做的好了，老板给我们发一些工资，每个人的都不一样，像我这种兼职的，就是一个月300，我每个月领了工资，当天就会挥霍掉，基本就拿这个钱当个奖金，家里也不过问，能有点薪水进帐，我的工作积极性就更高了。
后来大概这个工作做到9月份的时候，一个偶然的机会，这个圈子里的朋友介绍我给体坛周报写稿子，写有关电子竞技方面的，这个机会很难得，而且体坛周报毕竟是体育报纸领域里的航母，我很珍惜，也确实写了不少。这是我兼职里的一个小插曲，现在写出来，是因为这段经历也为我的人生增加了更多的筹码。
10月份的时候，我开始和现在的这个俱乐部有接触，是通过一次采访认识的，接触的机会越来越多我对这个俱乐部的了解也越来越深，我开始喜欢这个俱乐部，并且希望为他们做点什么。后来有机会和这个老板一起聊有关电子竞技的事情，我们聊的很投机，于是我在经过了一段时间的犹豫和衡量后，最终选择了跳槽。
我进这个俱乐部的时候，我们的全部工作人员是：5名队员，我和我们老板，2005年年底的时候，我们有了自己的网站，又招募了5名选手和1名教练，2005年底的12月，我们一行17人去上海参加一次大赛，再后来我们组建了跑跑卡
丁车队和魔兽分队，再后来，我们的工作队伍扩大，拥有了自己的网站技术人员，美工，商务总监，财务，前台，分工明确，各司其职，现在我们还有了自己的工作基地，工作基地里有三十几名线上的工作人员。
我进俱乐部的时候是做新闻发言人，后来做领队，现在是运营官……职务的变化不说了，收获最多的是经历，这些经历都很宝贵，让我今天看起来更加成熟并且自信，老板现在给我们的待遇很优厚，并且在这个成长的过程中，我们一起经历了很多，拥有了许多美好的记忆。
总结我的兼职经历我想说的其实也就是几点
1.选择一个你感兴趣的事情去兼职，没有工资不要紧，但是不可以没有兴趣
2.不要因为别人不去努力的工作你就降低对自己的标准，无论是全职还是兼职，你都要努力的工作，因为工作不会辜负你，一分耕耘一分收获
3.把工作当成事业去做，你的工作会赋予你很多东西，工作的时候不要分心，不要计较
4.兼职最重要的是积累经验，不要把兼职想成是一个可以维持生计的事情，挣到了，就是多得，要学会感恩
5.兼职可以让你拥有更为庞大的交际圈，朋友就是财富
6.努力的钻研，并且不断的想，如何让你兼职的工作变得更有挑战性
7.不要觉得别人做什么好你就也去做什么，做一个自己认为有个性的工作
8.不要因为遇到困难就怀疑自己的选择，相信自己，相信你能做好
9.兼职和全职一样重要，你甚至可以创造出比全职更大的价值

做老师还真的是需要有很多的耐心，而且要揣摩学生们的心理，有时候太软也不行，就没有威信了，可是有时候小孩子还是要哄的，所以在与孩子们的磨合期中，我也收获颇丰，练就了一副好耐性。讲题时，一道题重复好几遍，一种方法不行就换其他方法，直到他们理解为止，因而磨练了自己的耐性，而且现在小学生的有些奥数题真的很难，我还要想他们有哪些知识还没有学过，要具体用哪一种方法才比较合适，所以我在晚上还是要做一些功课，我觉得既然做了他们的老师就要对他们负责，所以我很认真的查成语、读课文、做题目，和这些孩子们一起学习，或许是我看起来很有亲和力吧，这些孩子们最后还是很乖的，我有时候也会用一些糖果、冰淇淋之类的东西来“贿赂”这些小家伙，最后一节课孩子们都依依不舍的和我再见，有的还送我礼物呢，到现在回家的时候他们还经常来我家玩。总之这次暑假的兼职经历还是感触很多的，我认为，和孩子做朋友，是一种很好的教育方式。
第一次的暑期兼职很顺利的结束了，我也成长了很多，磨练了我的耐性，我相信，付出总会有回报的。我对自己未来的道路也有了更多的自信，我以后会很认真、很有耐心的对待自己的每一份工作。
大二暑假的时候在爸爸的帮助下我到上海银行实习了半个月，因为我的专业是财务管理，我也想更多的接触到银行一些方面的知识，所以我很认真的去学习。我每天坐公交车，和正常上班的银行员工一样按时的上班，刚到银行前两天，主要是在行长的办公室里看一些关于上海银行的书，然后录入并且核对一些关于员工的考核等等的一些文件，主要是负责打字并且审核，后来到银行大厅里跟着大堂经理学习，帮助引导顾客取号、填写单子、打印工资条目、维持大厅的秩序以及复印文件等等，让我学会了很多有关银行的基础的知识，也对银行存取款、公司开户转账等等的一些流程有了一定的了解，学到了很多东西，而且在这期间老师们都对我很好，教会了我很多，很耐心的指导我，回答我的一些疑问，教会我一些基础业务的处理。这份实习的经历让我感受到为人民服务的银行的宗旨，也感受到了一个企业的积极的文化氛围，学到了很多银行方面的基础业务，我相信这些对我以后的职业定位规划都会有一定的影响。

如何做一个有效的被试者？

第13篇：英语现场面试经历
在人才市场上，我一眼看上了一个理想中的职位。再看看那家单位，我的心狂跳起来：天，国际名企；薪水待遇福利，每一项都让我喜出望外！如此好机遇，还真的不能错过！
按捺住内心的激动，我让自己冷静下来。要知道，这次的面试主考官可是真真正正金发碧眼的“鬼佬”！
压力与挑战还在后面呢
我暗自庆幸：自己英语水平好歹也过了“六级”，虽离开校园已久，好在自己平时也抽空恶补“口语”，英语虽说不上专业，面对“鬼佬”，好歹也不会是一个滥竽充数的“南郭先生”。
于是面对“鬼佬”客气的“HELLO”，受过专业礼仪培训的我也落落大方地向他问好，握手。
看了我的简历，“鬼佬”来了精神。房产策划经历，品牌营销经验，另加一些成功的案例，我想我那天的英文简历比着装刻意职业化的自己更显专业。
“鬼佬”认真地看着我的简历，从头到尾，每一部分都没有放过，不断地提出一些问题，开始是关于专业方面的，接下来是一些个人的见解，再接下来就是待遇问题，一切都是按理想化的方向发展。
“鬼佬”显然是个内行。在宣传策划方面，他问得细致，深入，甚至有点钻牛角尖，专业方面的一些细节问题，他也偶有发问。我则全神贯注，全力以赴，全心应对，我准备全力以搏，一个月来的寻寻觅觅都寄托在这一把了。我暗暗给自己鼓气：加油儿！
终于，“鬼佬”结束了他的问话。他的表情由严肃到赞许，甚至面部开始呈现笑意。一边说着“Ok”，一边开始沉思，根据我的经验，我知道，下一轮考试又开始了。
“有没有看过我们的网站？”，“了不了解我们公司？”鬼佬的问题一个个看似简单，但其实又是在作一项市场调研，回答每一个问题我都认真思考，不敢掉以轻心。
“你现在的工作状态，上班还是自由？”鬼佬突然问。
“辞职已经一个月。”我据实回答。“经过一个月的调整，我现在处于最佳工作状态，我很希望将自己的能力与才华在合适的舞台上施展，如果您愿意提供这样一个机会给我的话，我相信我们会合作愉快！”
“鬼佬”说，以你的才能你的经历，这份工作我相信你会胜任，对薪酬待遇你还有没有其他要求？
薪水多少对我来说很重要也不很重要。我说，目前我接受您所提供的参考数目，至于以后，您可以根据对我的满意度来支付薪水，当然，我有这个自信！
“鬼佬”笑了，笑得很坦诚。他说，今天面试结束，您已经通过今天的面试，真诚地邀您加盟。明天你可以上班了！
面试成功了！只是，这并不是结束，我明白，它是一个新的开始。
第14篇：麦肯锡英语面试经历
面试三点半开始。长江中心。
我去过无数次的地方。等了很久。貌似behind schedule了。
大约四点我进去。等了大概5分钟。第一位面试官出现了。乍一看。不好。中国人。呵呵。大家肯定觉得奇怪，中国人还不好。呵呵。因为在香港的无非是香港人或是新加坡人。说实话。两者面试官的英文我都听不太懂……据六六同学不成文的面试经历总结。面试官外国人好过本土人。男人好过女人。sigh..
进来给我一名片。我一看。恩。果然是新加坡分公司的。说一下。Mckinsey还有很多大公司都采用跨地域面试。就是一般面试的都不是本地的manager.比如我在pwc时就是伦敦office的人过来面。
坐下来先聊简历。当然都是英文。都是些很general的question.无非是对我的经历感兴趣的。因为我之前在清华，后来在香港，中途又去美国。我就一一作答。然后被问到迄今为止最proud的一件事情。我最讨厌被问到这个问题，因为老实说我就没啥proud的。。然后嗯了一下。。不知道哪根神经搭错了，忽然说age.后来发现。哎。果然不能说。但说都说了，我只好解释说，因为我年龄小。16岁进大学。20岁毕业但是却已经走过了很多地方，一个人处理过很多问题。 blahblah...然后貌似那人挺吃惊的。说阿。你这么小阿。我心里恨恨地想。难道看不出来么。哼哼。然后就开始做case.
第一个case是一个新加坡的sugar refinary company.简单介绍了一下公司的性质，然后说他们现在每年lose200万。他们的competitor多半不是local company.而是一些国外的company import white sugar from say, thailand then sell them in singapore.现在有个公司approach你，说让你把公司move到印尼。因为cost小，可以赢利。问你。move或者不move.
第二个case是一个做电子行业的multinational company.在中国有个零件制造商approach他们，说希望被他们收购。因为这家公司现在亏空。问你。要不要收购？
第三个case是说在剑桥旁边一个三明治店。没有座位的。lunchtime的时候卖三明治。请估算它的年收入。
当你算出年收入之后。继续问。现在来了一小摊贩。就是非法的。流动人口那种。什么都没有。就一雨伞。雨伞下面一摊，卖三明治。就在这小店的前面。之前问出来的info有小店三明治5元一个。这流动摊贩卖3.5一个。但是却抢走了小店1/2的customer.问怎么办。
一点总结。前面两个case我做得不好。feedback是我太拘谨了。呵呵。说一点都不怀疑我的智商。但是我没有show给它们智慧的火花。（当那个jj用英文说出智慧的火花，我都快笑傻了）说我应该更积极地展现自己的思维。
我自己感觉最后一个做得不错。interviewer也说做得不错。感觉上就是你就算很困惑，也请你在心里困惑。千万别跟我前两个 case一样。一困惑就皱眉头。。然后还有很多习惯性动作，咬笔头啥啥的。多部profeional阿。呵呵，一定要装的很冷静。然后微笑。这样。

第15篇：不堪回首的英语经历
不堪回首的英语经历 从1993年9月的某一天第一次接触英语开始, 英语就成了我的一大噩梦.
我在上口语课时说我当初默写英文字母总是凑不够26个, 大家都以为我在说笑话,其实是真的.
中考-最低的是英语,高考最低的是英语,考研最低的还是英语! 真是奇怪自己瘸了一条腿还能走这么远?
曾经半开玩笑地说自己是最爱国的,因为英语从来不及格!
1999年进入大学,如走了狗屎运一般,进入了所谓的实验班, (后来知道那个班级是特地招英语成绩偏下的人以考察教学效果) 自以为高人一等,有那么一刹那对英语有了点信心, 接下来的第一次考四级加深了这种错觉,
因为一次就过,豪气顿生,以为英语不过尔尔, 自以为天赋异禀,只要稍加用心无有不能的,
谁知打击接踵而来,从2000年冬天过了四级到2003年本科毕业, 参加六级考试,屡战屡败,更郁闷的是分数一次低过一次,
最夸张的一次拿到20几分(这样丢人的事情我从来没和别人说过!).
即便这样自己对自己的信心还是从来不怀疑, 也不知道那时候怎么就死心眼似地认为自己是天才, 最大的打击来了,
2003年初第一次参加研究生入学考试,
惨败在英语上!
因为这次惨败我和女友不得不分开整整一年, 那一年中为了保持和女友的联系我费劲心机,
抓住一切可能的机会联系她,给她一种我就在身边的错觉, 不让她有机会淡忘我,
大四分手的何止百分之九十九,
我在分开整整一年之后居然成功逃回到了那百分之一中! (当然小兰天性厚道也是原因之一了)
我经常跟现在的室友开玩笑似地说我本来应该是你们师兄的, 如果不是那该死的英语.
读研第一年就听说研究生学位从我们开始不再与六级挂钩, 心头一阵窃喜,以为可以以四级毕业,四级终老.谁知风云突变,由经济系改到了国贸系,
放眼四周,六十多个同学只有寥寥几个还没过六级, 危机感油然而生,遂下定决心要过该死的六级,
第一次考六级尚有室友陪伴,第二次就只有偶老哥一个了, 小陈这个家伙真是好运气,60分过线!
可怜我的57分最后一次有六级证的考试就这样被错过了.
第二次考,已经是报告单了,原本指望拿个高点的成绩,也好充充门面, 谁知道是极其尴尬的425分,
学校把通过线定在了425分,我还可以勉强安慰自己已经过了,
可到了外面,人家招聘也好招公务员也好都是写着425分以上,
\"以上\"......
第三次也就是刚刚这次本来是没报希望的,
经过2000年到2006年除去中间两次因故没有参加考试,
这已经是我第十次参加六级考试了(货真价实的六级准考证收集者!), 已经是看破红尘,无欲无求了,
可能老天可怜我,给了个465,
我知足了,真的知足了!
总结以下自己的英语学习历程,
我学习英语最大的问题就是不背单词,从来不背!
这一点是初中养成的毛病,被本科时的英语老师强化
(这可不是我想推卸责任啊,那是我最钦佩的老师之一),
他的观点是:英语的第一目的是与人交流,如果你听的懂,说的明白,就可以了, 至于考试只要听力和阅读分数高其他的随便写写就行了.
我试了十次,成功了一次.
所以我的结论是如果你想拿到六级证,还是偶尔背点单词吧.
另外越早放弃自己是天才的念头就越容易成功.

我叫xxx，感谢您能阅读这封自荐信，下面我来谈一下英语学习的一些体会。
每个英语的初学者也许都会提这样一个问题：学英语有捷径吗？老师的回答是否定的，他们说，学习从来都没有捷径的，只有刻苦学习才能有好成绩！
慢慢的我认同了这种观点，可是十多年后，我才知道这种观点实在是害人不浅！！
为了比别人有更好的成绩，我经常熬夜到很晚，我学得很痛苦，性格很封闭，可是我的成绩却始终未见得很好，鼻炎、近视在我从初中到大学的整个时期一直困扰着我！而那些玩玩学学不怎么刻苦的人反而成绩很好，他们学得似乎很轻松，也不像我似的有鼻炎什么的。
关于英语的学习，始于李阳到我们学校的一次演讲，听完那次演讲之后，我才对英语有了热情，英语从以前的猜到几分是几分，慢慢地随着兴趣和投入渐渐好转。
尽管这样，进大学时，我的英语成绩还不到90分，是我们班级甚至专业里最差的，同时我的总分是我们班最高的。
到了大学，英语的学习更加系统，而商务英语本身也是英语专业里比较难的一个专业，同学们经常说，学商务英语的可以很容易地去做教师，可学英语教育的想做商务英语的工作却很难！这时候，我又再次思索关于英语捷径的问题。
通过对外籍教师教学理念的分析和学习过程中的归纳总结，我终于发现了一条所谓的学习“捷径”：
基本的字母音标学习尽量标准化，标准化后就是一个随时积累的过程，利用语法的框架，结合起来有目的地去学习即可。越是标准对以后的学习越有利，为此我专门买了几本相关的音标学习书籍，利用暑假的时间认真研究学习了三个月，在往后的英语学习过程中，这段时间的学习帮了我大忙，差不多可以做到听到一个生词，可以写出对应的英语单词；看到一个生词，不用看音标直接能读出来！
这条捷径，其实是我个人经验的总结，对英语对语言本质的领悟，有了正确的理念，再去学习就会在具体的学习过程中很容易找到更多实践中的捷径，或者说让学习更加简单的方法。
在后来做幼教、做外贸工作、跟外国人士交流及生活、英语娱乐的过程中，我又不断发现一些更本质的东西，真理往往很简单，可发现的过程却是想不到的曲折艰苦。
有几个观点在这里做一个简单的分享：
1.所谓语言的规则，都是人们根据自己的需要定制的，所以这些规则必然符合人的习性，也可以说这些规则是服务于人的，是为了更多人们的方便才制定的。
2.学习绝对不应该是一个痛苦的过程，引导孩子认识自己，找到他们的兴趣所在，让兴趣与学习结合起来，这才是对孩子最重要的事情！
3.学习是要有长远的目的性的，不是为了考个好大学，而是为了一个好的将来！！
我真心的希望，在我们这一代人的身后成长起来的孩子们，他们的学习更加轻松，甚至充满乐趣！
