如何做一个有效的被试者？
对于大二的我们来说，再过一个多月的时间我们就要开始顶岗实习了，在此期间我们有许多事情要做。其中面试准备是必不可少的，面试是我们职业生涯开始的必要前提。面试的成功与否决定了我们能否成功进入自己选择的公司和岗位。面试有好几个阶段，面试前的准备、面试过程中的表现、和面试总结。今天我就如何做一个有效的被试者谈谈自己的看法。

1、带多几份简历前往面试，没有比当被要求提供多一份简历而你却没有更能显示你缺乏准备的事了。带多几份简历，面试你的人可能不止一个，预先料到这一点并准备好会显得你做事正规、细致。
2、留心你自己的身体语言，尽量显得精警、有活力、对主考人全神贯注。用眼神交流，在不言之中，你会展现出对对方的兴趣。
3、初步印象和最后印象。最初和最后的五分钟是面试中最关键的，在这段时间里决定了你留给人的第一印象和临别印象以及主考人是否欣赏你。最初的五分钟内应当主动沟通，离开的时候，要确定你已经被记住了。

一个公司对一个职位都会面试许多应征者，面试官对众多面试者印象多很模糊，为了加深他对你的印象，增加你被录取之机率，你应于面试之后至长三天内，写一封信函(邮件也可以，但建议是信函，尤其如果字迹文笔是你的优势的话)给曾经与你面试之主管(如果你记得向他们要取名片的话)。除了谢谢他们给你这次面试的机会，还可以表示你对他提出的哪一个问题很感兴趣，并再一次叙述你的见解，并陈述你对这项工作之兴趣，再度描述你的优点及为何你就是他们理想的候选人。必要的时候，你也可以礼貌地致电这些面试主管，加深他们的印象。这些行动可能让你胜出，至少也多一次被考虑的机会。 总之，要结什么果，要先怎么栽。 最后如果面试没有成功，你也不用气馁，总结一下面试的过程，检讨一下没有成功的原因是什么，作为下一次面试之改进参考，你最终一定会找到一份理想的工作的。
