一、教学

二、管理
1.我校的后街虽然卖东西方便了广大同学们，但是后街实在是有的脏乱了，不得不让我们担心这些食品的卫生情况，而且后街人多眼杂，也有部分闲杂人员做些非法的事情比如偷窃等，希望学校联合工商管理部门能加强对后街秩序和卫生的管理。
三、生活
1.宿舍的各类设施坏了之后，很难找人维修，一般在楼管登记很久之后才会有人去维修。
2.放在宿舍楼楼口的纯净水机经常不能使用，而起没人维修，因为开学之前有很多同学花50元买了一张刷水的卡，但近一年下来，钱几乎没怎么少，很多同学都想把卡给退了，但是之前买卡的人也一直不在，想退也退不了，所以同学们怨声很大。
3.我们学校的公寓由于各个宿舍位置不同，所以有些宿舍比较阴暗，室内比较潮湿，而宿舍又不变，所以需要经常晒被子等物品，但是楼顶晒被子的绳子很不好，而且交错着，经常找不到一个晒被子的地方，而且楼顶上的东西由于经常没人所以也很容易丢失，有时候也有错拿情况发生。
4.我校的锅炉房由于在教学区，所以在冬天时候教室很暖和，但把暖气输送到生活区这边的时候就不再那么热，所以宿舍这边就会有点冷，希望学校能想个办法解决一下这个问题。
5.由于西安是一座比较热的城市，虽然我校在郊区但还是感觉有点热，晚上有事也会热的受不了，而宿舍就只有一个电风扇，显然不够，希望学校能尽快解决这个问题。
四、设施
1.如果能在学校里面多设置一些地名文化内涵宣传牌可以用来作为宣传校史，爱校教育的基础平台，我想应该能够让更多的同学了解自己学校的校史并宣传自己的母校，应该比只在校内广播上的宣传力度更大。
2.由于我校刚刚进入新校区，面积较大，地名还未完善起来，一般会以我校的标志性建筑物为参照，但是在这些建筑物周围的面积也很大，以至于很多地方的地名都很模糊，我们刚好可以以一些对我校有突出贡献的人或者值得我校纪念的事情为基础来对这些模糊地带进行命名。
3.在地名所在地设立宣传牌，这样既能突出历史文化，也能间接美化校园环境，使得学校更能充满一种文化氛围和学习气氛，如果并配有相关图片，雕塑，建筑等，效果更佳，而这些图片、雕塑、建筑也可让学生参与策划设计，然后由校方进行裁定并建设，这样既能给学校节省经费又可培养同学们的设计能力，而且我们学校刚好也有设计学院，也能让他们亲身感受到设计的全过程。
4.在入校重要进出处，设立专门物推介。使大家在最方便的地方了解学校。从而进一步深入。学校之大，每个人积极去了解，不现实 所用地名牌本身应有文化意味，且可永久
5.我校的手机信号特别不好，很多时候在宿舍打不通电话，有时候就会耽误一些事情，希望我校能把手机信号进行一下改善。
6我校的投诉制度还是不是很完善，同学们很多都不知道要去哪里保护自己的合法权益，而且就算一些人知道，但在他们投诉之后，有会有种音信全无的感觉，、7.学校的投影仪在夏天到来之后，有时会因为天气太热而无法正常使用，这样会影响老师的教学计划和进度，从而影响学生的学业，所以我希望学校能有专人统计每个多媒体教室的投影仪的状况，并及时对无法正常使用的投影仪进行修炼，从而解决这一问题。

2.对餐厅没有管理方法，对员工管理过于松散。我来了很久了，没有发现经理针对餐厅实际情况出台过什么具体措施，哪怕是有什么管理员工的什么办法都行，可是没有。有“等和靠”的心理。我个人觉得经理对员工谈不上什么管理。对有些员工可以开很多绿灯，行很多方便。甚至可以让个别员工享受特殊待遇。这两条对餐厅造成的机会成本相当的大。同时这会让餐厅遭遇很多问题，甚至造成人心不稳。现在餐厅里有些员工在工作时就已经是在混日子了。属于自己分内的事情也会你推我，我推你的。员工内部形成几个小团伙，你一帮我一派的。这对组织的团结很不利，对团队的领导也会造成阻力。
3.没有人在管蔬菜的保鲜与保质。菜买回来基本是不开包的，蔬菜外面有塑料袋包裹着。蔬菜在里面一直闷着，直到用的时候才会拿出来。我举两个例子，我都是有实据的，我对当时的情况做了拍照。24号早上的时候我们进了一批辣椒，买回来后也没有人查看菜的质量。原封不动的在袋子力装着。等到下午3：30分左右的时候，我打开辣椒袋子，发现里面的辣椒已经有1/3都烂了.辣椒遇热解冻就变烂，再加上里面本来买的时候就掺杂了烂的，所以辣椒发腐就很快。于是我把烂的都挑了出来，把好的放再了一起。到第二天下午我再去看的的时候，辣椒又烂了1/5左右。当时的辣椒进价是1.8元/斤，我估计了一下，那些烂的辣椒大概有20斤以上。还有一个例子是藕。我们的藕不知道放了几天，我在24号把它拿出来的时候有一个蛇皮袋里面有3/5的藕都坏掉了，我也对其进行了拍照。这仅仅是两个小的例子而已，像这样蔬菜腐烂的事情每天都有。从来都没有人对这样的事关心过，只有当时在择菜的阿姨会觉得可惜和心痛。我当时看完之后很想掉眼泪，很气愤。扔掉的不仅仅是烂菜，更是员工的工作态度和热情。餐厅都是这个样子，员工肯定也就无所谓了。一方面我们的采购过程有问题，没有人监督和查看，另一方面是我们自己对蔬菜的保管有问题。双方都有责任！而我们自己更是责无旁贷！
4.员工职责划分不清。有的员工干这个也行，干那个也行，不干也行。在什么时间段谁该做什么事情没有一个明确的划分，所以就会导致员工的工作会发生你推给我，我推给你。于是也会导致出现员工之间闹矛盾，内部不团结。餐厅现在就已经出现这样的问题了！
5.财务不透明，不严谨。我所说的透明不是说要透露给员工，而是自己人一看就能明白怎么回事。我举个例子：我们每天都会对学生出售饭票。可是现在竟然出现售出去的饭票回收之后又重新出售。饭票一般都仅限当日使用，可是还会出现好几天前的饭票现在还可以使用。今天卖小笼包的就收到了一个24号的饭票。他们还问了这个能不能用，回答是可以使用。
到晚上登记的时候，会计登记饭票的时候就只登记回收来的饭票，那些反复出售的饭票所得的那部分钱就不知道飞到那里去了。是不是到个人口袋了？或许进到帐里去了？都是个问题。我们出售饭票的地方应该安装一个摄像头进行监管，而且出售饭票的员工不许离开摄像头的监管范围。我们的员工向我偷偷反映过，我们售饭票的两个小女孩会拿着收来的钱去买零食吃。
当然，这样的事情不止一次两次。
6.我严重怀疑会计王达的个人能力和职业道德素养。王达的外表年纪与实际年纪严重不符，21岁的王达却已经略显啤酒肚了。他上班的时候就是随便逛游。要么就在办公室里上上网，处理点事情（当然无聊上网占多数），要么就餐厅大厅里不是跟那些学生美眉聊天，就是随便逛游。很少看见他穿工衣的时候。前天我卖米线所得的饭票不知道怎么就不见了，我立即跟经理沟通。可是他根本就不当回事，跟我说可能是我们内部员工拿去了。晚上登记饭票的时候，王达随便给我那个窗口填了一个数据，我看见他写的是20.我估算了一下，我当天饭票的收入在30左右。而且签字的时候也是他没有经过我同意就替我签的。你可以想象一下这里面的财务漏洞有多大。我再举一个不恰当的例子。我们一个干切配的员工田保院，他刚买了一个诺

7.我了解了10月份，11月份，12月份的大概营业额，营业额是直线下滑的。为什么会下滑的这么厉害，除了学生少了这样的客观原因之外有没有什么其他的原因？跟领导管理不善有多大的关系，跟我们自己花色品种少有多大的关系？是否存在贪腐现象？10月份之后员工流失率很高是什么原因？是不是工作太累？是不是员工自己觉得餐厅没有希望？是对领导没有信心还是别的原因呢？这些问题餐厅领导是否意识到了？有多少个问好需要我们去发现啊！
8.人员配置或调配不合理。有些地方能累死人，有些地方却能闲的发慌。怎样进行员工掉配，怎样定岗，工作时间段怎么安排？谁工作，做什么，谁休息，什么时间段休息？谁来安排？由于这些问题没有弄清楚，所以养了一些吃白食的人。有些员工的亲朋好友也在餐厅内吃，甚至有的勤工学生的朋友也会在餐厅蹭饭吃！！
9.勤工人员不规范。我们的勤工人员竟然可以在打卡机的位置！而且某个勤工人员竟然可以去做饭票回收的工作！！我今天又出现了一次饭票不翼而飞的现象。我查了一下，原来是我们的勤工学生替王达回收饭票给收走了，我亲自去问了她一下，原来第一次“丢失”的饭票也是她收走的。谁能保证这里面不会出现问题？勤工学生回收饭票，我们的会计做什么去了，他在忙什么？鬼知道！！
10.办公室的员工到底应该怎么做？有没有明确的职责划分？财务如何规范管理？涉及到差旅费应该怎么报销？是按照实际情况报还是凭主观猜想报？这个过程怎么监管？
我进行了一个个案调查，某员工对会计王达能打40分。对经理无能、没脑子的抱怨有4——5个之多。我不是在说我们的领导的坏话，我个人对刘经理的印象还不错的。我对他是这样的看法：有心无力，没有专业知识，没有受过系统训练，想做但不知道怎么做。抓不住工作重点。需要培养。他还是有些责任心的。这样的成本计算还是留给你吧。也许我看的
还有些表面。或者有些事情我不知道。
下面我想提出我个人的看法：我们对厨师的依赖性很强，打个比方，我们的厨师长张成，他可以享受特殊待遇，一个月好像是1510，加上100元厨师长补助，在加上100元住宿补助。餐厅在外面给他租着房子，但是他嫌冷，在我们二楼有一个单间，里面还有空调。他就负责炒炒菜，订订货。从来没有看见他管过蔬菜为什么会烂那么多，怎么保质保鲜。也不会遵守上班时间。炒完菜就基本找不到人了。所以， 如何降低我们对厨师的依赖性？我们每个餐厅都需要好几个切配员工，又费时又费力，能否考虑半成品的配送？采用配送的利弊在哪里？这是我要提出的问题。
下面对我以上反映的问题做个总结和补充：
1.财务制度怎么健全？怎么严谨？
2.勤工学生怎么使用，安排什么样的岗位？
3.如何规范售票？怎么监管？怎样保证现金的安全？
4.岗位怎样明细化？怎样明确到个人？怎样从根本上解决工作时你推给我我推给你的现象？
5.人员怎么安排最优化，人员不浪费？（即每个操作间最多需要几个人）怎样才能在上班时间没有闲暇的人？
6.怎样做好采购环节？能否考虑统一采购然后根绝餐厅实际情况各餐厅向我们的采购中心订货？餐厅的收货标准是什么？什么样的货可以拒收？谁来监管这个环节？
7.怎样保存蔬菜？是否需要建雪房（即冷库，温度在1——5度之间的称为小雪房，在-18度的称为大雪房）以达到保鲜防腐不浪费的效果。
8.如何做好用量计算？我觉得将用量标准化才能做好用量计算，
9.各操作间的规章制度不明确，无规矩。

11.售卖窗口的打菜标准是多少？

幽默能够向学生们展示老师豁达、开朗、乐观的胸襟。幽默总是伴随着笑声，无论是课堂教学还是班主任工作，老师的幽默总能够让课堂轻松，让师生关系和谐。我要表扬一个孩子善良，我却从我自我表扬开始：“李老师多善良呀！是不是？”同学们说：“是的。”我话锋一转：“善良的快赶上某某某同学了！”同学们哈哈大笑。有时候我上课也会有口误之类，一旦发现，我马上幽默地自嘲：“唉，实在不好意思啊！中年痴呆症的典型表现！”老师的这种幽默自然会感染学生，让他们也变得乐观起来，阳光起来。
表扬，是一门艺术。虽然我也使用过自嘲式的幽默，但实在没有尝试过前面的表扬方式，顿时让我一种明悟，原来也可以这样表扬。表扬的目的是为了让孩子受到鼓舞，受到鼓励，从而更好的学习。我们和孩子是平等的，他们是尊敬我们的，那有的时候让孩子觉得有某些比老师都好，那他们的兴奋劲肯定更强，学习的欲望肯定更强，是好方法啊！但我在思考一个问题，这样的方法是不是不能常用！
幽默能够让知识的传授变得津津有味，让学习的过程充满乐趣。纯粹的知识讲解，有时候难免让人枯燥，特别是对中小学生来说，如果老师的教学语言能够幽默一些，无疑会提升孩子学习的兴趣。汉语语法知识是比较乏味的，特别是要通俗地给学生讲清楚对老师来说也是比较困难的。有一次我给学生讲“在”这个词，在不同语境中属于不同的词性：在一个句子中，如果有其他动词，那么它就是副词，如果没有其他动词，那么它就是动词。比如，“我在写作”和“我在家”这两个句子，前者因为有动词“写作”因此“在”为副词，后者因句子中，没有其他动词所以“在”为动词。这个道理，学生很难明白。为此，我说了一句形象而幽默的话：“山中无老虎，猴子称霸王。”我告诉学生，这里的“老虎”，就是其他动词，“猴子”就是“在”。在轻松愉快的课堂气氛中，学生一下子便把这个知识难点弄懂了。很多年后，学生来看我，聊起语文课还要说到“山中无老虎，猴子称霸王”呢！ 作为年轻教师，如何培养或进一步提升自己的幽默素养呢？
幽默不是简单的搞笑，而是文化修养的一个表现，因此，培养幽默感，首先要努力提高自己的文化修养。所知所学越多，幽默的触角就越能伸向广处深层。读过小说《围城》的人，无不被其中充满幽默的连珠妙语所倾到，而若不是象钱钟书这样公认的“文化昆仑”的大学者，是很难写出这样的机智文字的。当然，一般的青年教师不可能个个都是钱锺书，但尽可能扩大自己的文化视野，让自己胸中的文化积淀尽可能厚重一些，谈吐自然不俗，幽默往往不期而至。几乎所有文化大师都是天才的幽默家，这种幽默不是可以培养的，而是深厚的文化内涵所散发出来的人格魅力。
幽默，不是简单的搞笑，也不是低级趣味，而是文化修养的一个表现。我们惟有不断的学习，不断的阅读，不断的积淀知识，积淀文化，才能说出让孩子受益的幽默来。
幽默还表现了对生活的乐观，所以，热爱生活，保持乐观，这是培养幽默感的又一条件。英国文豪肖伯纳自拟的墓志铭是：“我早知道我无论活多久，这种事情是一定会发生的。”美国作家海明威自拟的墓志铭是：“恕我不起来了！”你看，临近死亡都还拥有一颗生机蓬勃的心，而那些悲观厌世者是很难如此从容诙谐的。这里就说到老师的心态，这是老话题了，但心态的确很重要。冰心老人将近百岁，依然如孩童般充满情趣。前去看望她的人问她平时都在做什么，她幽默地说：“我坐以待‘币’。”她的意思是等稿费，因为冰心时不时还写点小文章，所以时不时有点小稿费。世上百岁人不多，联合国统计的数字为：不足人口的万分之零点二。复旦大学老教授超过一百岁的有九个，但都不大能动了。惟有“汉语拼音之父”周有光今年103岁了，生活还能自理。他幽默地说：“上帝把我忘记了！” 何以如此？周有光说：要能够适应不好的环境。不着急不失望不消极，好在一个好心态。 心态确实很重要，要时刻保持平常心，该和孩子一起开心快乐的时候，应该大胆的放声和孩子们一起开心快乐。孩子做错了事情，也不能大声发怒，体罚孩子，更不能用言语侮辱孩子，应该保持平常心。只要让孩子认识到错误，能改正错误就可以了。保持一颗平常心，时常把微笑挂在脸上，孩子就会喜欢你，就会觉得你有魅力！笑一笑吧，让孩子在你的微笑中感受春天的舒适和喜悦！
幽默感是在生活中逐渐养成的，常听笑话，常开玩笑，幽默感就会滋长。年轻的老师可在课余多看些幽默读物，比如订一份《讽刺与幽默》或其他幽默报刊。不仅仅是看幽默读物，平时读报时，留心一下上面的标题，甚至广告，也能学到不少幽默。如《百年大计乎？搭积木乎》（《人民日报》一则评论的标题），又如“不打不相识！”（打字机公司的广告）最近我还看到电视里面的油漆广告：“让世界悄悄中国的颜色！”经常看，留心记，脑子里就会积累不少幽默或讽刺的语言。常把听来的和看到的笑话讲给别人听，与人交往时说点幽默的玩笑话，写信写文章都恰当地用上几笔，久而久之，幽默感便渐渐养成了。 常听笑话，听了，慢慢的在心里面感悟别人说出来的笑话，分析它，学习它，然后自己也经常说笑话，说的多了，自然就会了。课堂也要多多使用，不断的练习，不断的尝试，才能培养自己的幽默感啊！ 幽默虽然不是一个单纯的语言表达，而是文化内涵的自然流露，但人际交往中，幽默很多时候必然也应该通过某些语言形式体现出来。因此，这理简单介绍几种.幽默语言的表达方试：
其一，双关法
双关，就是同一个音节，可以表示不同的词，同一个词也可以表示不同的意义，利用这种词的同音或多义的条件，使一句话同时带有字面意思和字外意思，就是双关。我给学生布置写生活随笔，学生说没有时间，我便给学生示范写作，然后给学生读我的随笔，学生都很惊讶，因为他们知道我也非常忙，我说：“我虽然很忙，但我依然零敲碎打地写，最后一网打尽！”学生都笑了，他们知道我的意思，所谓“敲”“打”都是指电脑键盘操作，“网”是指网络。我这的文章都是在电脑上完成的。
其二，岔断法
岔断这种幽默语言的表达形式, 就是人的言行模式与思维模式的逆反性。一般情况下,我们根据Al后面有A2，A2后面有A3,于是便可推断出A3后面有A4 ，但这时却突然发生变化，A3后面没有出现A4,而是出现了与之不同但又有关联的B,使人们的心理期待突然扑了空—语言的逻辑不按常规发展而突然中断，出现了一个出人意料的结局,不由地大笑起来,于是大家在笑声中恍然大悟。有一个学生字写得很糟糕，我这样批评他：“李老师看你的字，就觉得你还是在某一个方面比李老师有学问！”他很奇怪，问为什么。如果顺着他的思路，我就应该说他在那方面学问比我高，但我话锋一转，指着他写的字说：“你看，你写的一手漂亮的‘甲骨文’！李老师就不会。”他不好意思地笑了，说：“我以后一定好好练字！”
其三，对比法
在生活中,有时强烈的不协调，形成了不和谐的对比。这种强烈的反差必然产生幽默或可笑的情趣。学生最后一个儿童节，我组织了一次特别的班会《童心万岁》，主题是严肃的，形式却妙趣横生。班会上我让学生从家找来自己最早的照片：满月照、幼儿园照片等等，看看自己孩提时代清澈的眼神和纯真的笑容。我也带了几张我穿开档裤的照片，和孩子们一起回忆童年。我还和学生一起做童年的游戏，唱童年的儿歌„„这些照片和游戏、儿歌的呈现，同我们现在的年龄、身份、形象形成强烈的“不协调”，趣味由此而生，而且学生们从中到得到的不仅仅是笑声，还有自然而然的联想和思考。
其四，曲解法
在对话中故意地歪曲对方话语的本义，或故意装聋听不清而回答就是曲解。这也能产生一种幽默的效果。有一次一个学生晚上出走了，第二天早晨回到学校来见我，我问他昨晚到哪儿去了，他很紧张，说没有到哪儿去，只是呆在天府广场（成都市区的中心广场）毛主席（他指的是广场中心的毛泽东塑像）那儿，我故作恍然大悟：“哦，你到毛主席那儿去了！去做什么？”他说：“没做什么，就站在那里„„”我打断他的话：“哦，站在那里？给毛主席当警卫员去了？”他忍不住笑了，我也笑了。当时我就是有意曲解他的意思。他说的“毛主席”是指具体的塑像附近，我却有意理解为“毛主席”这个人，他说“站在那里”，指的是呆在那里，我却故意理解为“站岗”。我之所以要这样曲解，是想通过这个玩笑缓解他紧张害怕的心情，为下一步更好地开导他创造一个和谐的氛围。
我用的比较多的是曲解法，效果也蛮不错的。今天才学习到还有双关法、岔断法、对比法，感受比较多，看来幽默的方法确实比较多。
幽默语言的表达方式显然不只上面这些，其他还有“反语法”呀、“倒置法”呀、“夸张法”呀、“讳言法”呀，等等。年轻的老师不妨一试。
读后感：
读李老师的文章比较亲切，有一种在我面前与我交流的感觉。
幽默，是我们新老师初做老师的时候，就应该必修的一门课程，适当的运用幽默法，可以增进自己与学生之间的感情，缩短与学生之间的距离，让孩子更喜欢我们，更亲近我们。不仅如此，运用幽默的方法，还能让我们弥补自身在专业方面的不足，解决一些在上课过程中遇到的突发性的教学问题。

（三）提高服务效能，创优工业民营经济发展环境。一是进一步优化舆论环境，利用各种传媒工具和形式，广泛宣传中小企业对富民强县的重要作用，宣传企业家的先进事迹，形成谁发展谁光荣的社会舆论氛围。二是进一步优化政务环境，把是否有利于个体私营经济发展作为衡量工作的尺度，要多服务、多帮忙、多设路标，简化办事程序。突破全县工业企业在创新发展过程中存在的瓶颈问题，为中小企业提供外贸、技术、金融、法律、信息、能源等全方位的政策支持。三是进一步优化法制环境。坚决保护工业民营经济业主利益，对侵犯工业民营经济合法财产的案件，依法及时查处。四是进一步优化市场环境。坚决打击偷税漏税、制假售假、走私贩私等扰乱市场经济秩序的行为，保障绝大多数守法、规范经营的企业健康发展。
