央行下调县域农村商业银行存款准备金率2个百分点

中国人民银行一直以来积极运用货币政策工具大力支持经济结构调整，特别是鼓励和引导金融机构更多地将新增或者盘活的信贷资源配置到“三农”等领域。为贯彻落实国务院常务会议和马凯副总理在全国农村金融服务经验交流电视电话会议上的讲话精神，加强金融对“三农”发展的支持，拓展资金来源，引导加大涉农资金投放，进一步提升农村金融服务的能力和水平，中国人民银行决定从2014年4月25日起下调县域农村商业银行人民币存款准备金率2个百分点，下调县域农村合作银行人民币存款准备金率0.5个百分点。
