南成行（上海）商贸有限公司（以下简称‘本公司’)系新加坡南成行私人有限公司（以下简称‘母公司’）依照《中华人民共和国独资企业法》、《中华人民共和国公司法》和相关法律、法规规定在上海设立的全资子公司。主要业务：进口、出口精细化工原材料、矿产品、调味料等；根据上下游企业、商家需求，会同欧美国家和国内相应研究机构研发新产品，满足市场需求。
本公司设立之前在上海已有办事处，协助新加坡母公司联系有关商家。为更好拓展业务，母公司决定将办事处提升为具有法人资格的公司，并将继续以科技为先导，人才为载体，和国内外同业中科技/管理先进的公司、研究机构合作，研制或进出口科技含量高，附加值高的工业产品，争创更高收益。
Lam Seng Hang Company (Shanghai) Limited is established the subsidiary of whole money by Lam Seng Hang Co.Pte Ltd in Singapore (Parent Co.) in accordance with “The Law of the People’s Republic of China’s wholly Foreign-owned Enterprise” and “The Law of the Company of the People’s Republic of China” and other relative laws and regulations stipulated.Main businees are: import and export fine chemical and industrial raw materials; Minerals and seasoning etc., according to the company’s upstream and downstream requirements, in conjunction with the companies in Europe and America countries and domestic corresponding operations research institutions jointly study and develop new products to meet market demand.
The Shanghai Office contacted the merchants to aist the parent Company in Singapore before the “Company” established.Parent Co.has decided to upgrade the Shanghai Office to the Company with legal personality in order to better expand their busine.And will continue to science and technology as the guide, talent as a carrier, and the same domestic industry, science and technology, advanced management companies, research institutions, development and import and export of higher technology content, high value-added industrial products and striving for high yields.公司历史
南成行集团1958年成立于新加坡，于马来西亚、印尼、泰国、越南均设立有分公司，2007年南成行在上海设立代表处，2012年南成行（上海）商贸有限公司成立，从事煤炭、有色金属、化工产品的销售，集团年营业额超过1.5亿美金。南成行致力于将东南亚有实力的产品介绍到中国，希望与国内客户建立长期合作。
