摘要
根据所给要求设计一个皮带运输机滚筒所用的二级圆柱齿轮传动减速器。作者在设计报告中首先对减速器作了一个简要的介绍，并说明了减速器设计的流程，而后根据设计要求中所列的实际要求，严格按照减速器的设计规范对减速器进行了初步设计，而后对主要部件进行了强度校核和刚度校核，最后进行减速器箱体尺寸及对应的结构要素的确定，而后根据最终计算结果及确定的减速器箱体尺寸和对应的结构要素绘制了一张减速器的装配草图。
带式输送机是一种摩擦驱动以连续方式运输物料的机械。主要由机架、输送带、托辊、滚筒、张紧装置、传动装置等组成。它可以将物料在一定的输送线上，从最初的供料点到最终的卸料点间形成一种物料的输送流程。 关键词：减速器；带式运输机；机械设计
Abstract Designing a cylindrical gear second order reducer according to the requirements is my task this time.First of all a brief introduction of reducer has been made in this paper, and then according to the actual requirements, in accordance with the reducer design standards, the initial design of the reducer has been done.Then both the strength and the rigidity of the main parts were checked, finally a reducer aembly drawing was drawn according to the calculation result.Belt conveyor is a kind of mechanical friction drive with continuous way transport material.Is mainly composed of frame, conveyor belt, roller, roller, tensioning device, transmiion device, etc.It can be material in certain transportation on-line, from the original material feeding point to the final discharge point is formed between a material conveying proce.Key words：Reducer;BeltConvey;Mechanical Design
