一、旅游管理专业教学现状

我国改革开放以来,经济迅猛发展,旅游经济在国民经济中所占比例不断加大,市场对旅游专业人才的需求也与日俱增,各大高校纷纷设立旅游专业来弥补市场缺口。但是,旅游管理学科在我国新兴较晚,教师队伍在整体范围上资质浅,都缺乏相应的实战经验,纯理论的教学比比皆是,而旅游人才市场需求的不断扩大,以经济直接联系的物质观念、实用主义成了旅游学科的主要组成部分,高校为了快速产出“使用人才”,不断进行扩招,教师教学观念落后,“填鸭式”的教学方式,将教学的重点放在学生的知识记忆上,将考试作为评定学生是否成才的最终手段,学生眼高手低,极富有功利性也造成了在旅游教专业学过程中,学生人浮于事“分不在,

高及格就成、学不在深毕业就好”的思想。

才。
