Teaching Reflections 小学开设英语课是当代社会发展的需要,可以有效地提高我国英语水平。小学生模仿力、记忆力、可塑性强,具有许多成年人甚至中学生不具备的优越条件,小学开设英语可以发挥他们学习语言的潜力。小学开设英语课可以使小学生了解其他国家和民族的优秀文化传统,开阔眼界,扩展他们的知识,提高他们的思想品德修养,树立国际意识。因此,我市已经从小学三年级开始开设英语课,采用的是PEP教材。这套教材把语言功能、结构、话题、任务有机结合,采用了多种教学方法,并注意利用多种媒体。

本堂课中间主要还采用了课前运动,分组比赛,分组演练,游戏活动,等一系列形式来进行这节课的教学,其主要目的在于培养三年级学生对英语产生浓郁的学习兴趣。俗话说:“兴趣是最好的老师”。我要说,兴趣也是学习好英语的前提,当然任何事物都是这样。除此之外,逐步认知身体部位的新授单词以及本课的重点句型 “This is my…”。 因为每一个环节的紧凑安排,合理的分散重,难点等环节,使学生不自觉的在欢快的氛围当中已经做到了学以致用,这也是我的目的所在。不过,我觉得在一些细节操作上仍然有所欠缺。在小组练习句型游戏时,学生对新句型掌握不太牢固,因而有些学生说出来的时候不是那么准确。在以后的教学中,我会努力加强个人文化知识的学习以及让学生有效及时地掌握理解新知识,巩固旧知识,让课堂变得更加生动形象有趣。

汉文帝刘恒,汉高祖第三子,为薄太后所生。高后八年(前180)即帝位。他以仁孝之名,闻于天下,侍奉母亲从不懈怠。母亲卧病三年,他常常目不交睫,衣不解带;母亲所服的汤药,他亲口尝过后才放心让母亲服用。他在位24年,重德治,兴礼仪,注意发展农业,使西汉社会稳定,人丁兴旺,经济得到恢复和发展,他与汉景帝的统治时期被誉为“文景之治”。

鹿乳奉亲

郯子,春秋时期人。父母年老,患眼疾,需饮鹿乳疗治。他便披鹿皮进入深山,钻进鹿群中,挤取鹿乳,供奉双亲。一次取乳时,看见猎人正要射杀一只麂鹿,郯子急忙掀起鹿皮现身走出,将挤取鹿乳为双亲医病的实情告知猎人,猎人敬他孝顺,以鹿乳相赠,护送他出山。

扇枕温衾

一个青年丢掉了工作,身在异乡的他四处寄求职信,但都石沉大海。一天,他收到了一封回信,回信人斥责他没有弄清楚该公司所经营的项目就胡乱投递求职信,并指出求职信中语句不通顺,借此把青年好好地嘲笑了一番。青年虽然有些沮丧,但他觉得这是别人给他回的第一封信,证实了他的存在,而且回信人在信中的确指出了他的不足。为此,他还是心怀感恩地回了一封信,里面对自己的冒失表示了歉意,并对对方的回复和指导表示了感谢。几个星期后,青年得到了一份合适的工作,录用他的正是当初回信拒绝他的公司。

这是我身边发生的一个真实故事,我一直以该青年为榜样,正是他那颗感恩的心,打动了用人单位。

过年的时候,接到很多祝贺信息。其中一段是这样写的:“所谓幸福,是有一颗感恩的心,一个健康的身体,一份称心的工作,一位深爱你的爱人,一帮信赖的朋友。当你收到此信息,一切随之拥有。新年快乐。” 收到这条信息,是快到新年倒计时的时候,心里突然有一丝感动。这段时间收到各种各样祝福的信息,有图案的,有祈福的,但这条信息却从许多祈福中跃然而出。 虽然知道,幸福是很难有具体的标准,每个人所追求的幸福都不同。而令我最感动的是,这条信息居然把“一颗感恩的心”放在第一位。想想也是,如果你有一颗感恩的心,你会对你所遇到的一切都抱着感激的态度,这样的态度会使你消除怨气。早上起来的时候,你看到窗外的阳光,你会感恩;吃一块面包,你会感恩;接到朋友的电话,你会感恩;在树上看到一只鸟在唱歌,你会感恩;看到猫咪睡在你的床头,你会感恩;然后你的一天乃至你的一生,就在这感恩的心情中度过,那你还有什么不幸福的呢? 如此说来,一个人如果有了一颗感恩的心,他就是一个幸福的人。排列在后面的那些条件,应该说都是可以替换的。比如说,一个健康的身体,如果没有感恩的心作为前提,大把的人有健康的身体,但我看他们并不引以为快乐。“一份称心的工作”,这个也有点难度。在我见到的许多人中,认为自己的工作是称心的真是很少。能把乏味的工作变成自己的所爱这就需要第一个前提,就是要有一颗感恩的心。在感恩的心情驱动下,你会感到每一份工作都是上天对你的恩赐。 因此,我突然明白了这则短信感动我的是什么。就是“感恩”这两个字。 从前看过某个作家写过的一篇短文,就是关于“感恩”这个话题的。他写到的感恩是说要对别人的帮助,哪怕是一点一滴,都抱感恩之心。他好像还说到,有没有感恩之情是衡量一个人高不高贵的标准。这点我真是十分赞同他的观点。确实有一些人不懂得“感恩”二字,不论是对于别人的帮助,还是对他自己每天要面对的生活。对这些人来说,幸福确实是太遥远了。 候鸟的羽毛中夹着一粒花籽,在迁徙的征途中,种下了一个关于感恩的故事。

花籽从鸟儿身上坠落,埋进了广袤的大地里。一季的光阴匆匆流过,冬季的雪色融成汩汩的溪水,带着泥土里的渺小的声音奔向远方。

那个声音微笑着说:“谢谢鸟儿将我送到大地怀中……”小芽已经钻出了地面。

土壤用她的血液滋润着幼小的生命,一株嫩绿色的植物和大地拥有了同样的脉搏,根系渐渐延伸,像是母子之间的脐带紧紧相连。

月夜里,甘霖衔着九天风露从夜空中融化。那是夜空看着怀抱里沉睡幼苗,像一位母亲温柔地注视着摇篮里的婴儿而留下欣喜的眼泪。

圣洁之光洒向希望之春,花儿已经悄悄绽开,用惊喜和感激的目光发现这世界的奇妙。

而终于在此时听见了风神柔拖的脚步。半开的花儿轻快地摇曳,摇曳着欢愉和喜悦。流动的舞袖是风神爱抚着孩子的那双温柔的手,牵着孩子一步一步走向未来。

澄澈之风拂过,红了樱桃,绿了芭蕉,也盛开了一方春天。

天真的稚嫩的孩童呵,吮吸着“好雨知时节,当春乃发生”的恩赐,揣怀着“谁言寸草心,报得三春晖”的莲心,沐浴着“春风又绿江南岸”的爱抚,用自己最为盛大的开放来报答母亲含辛茹苦的培养。

每一个生灵都努力地健康成长,用这样方式去表达感恩,于是我们看见了“春风吹又生”的草原,我们看见了“万紫千红总是春”——又一个生机勃勃的季节!

甘露依旧滋润着大地,阳光依然洒向每一个角落,风仍是为每一个生灵送去温暖,母亲的爱永远无私地在大自然中穿行。

第19篇:有人会说

有人会说:“当老师有什么好的?工资不高,工作量又多,还要一遍又一遍地教学生们题目,直到他们搞懂,烦不烦人啊!”是的,的确当老师是很辛苦的,但是,当一位老师见到自己的“桃李”遍布天下之时,他肯定会忘掉自己曾经付出过的汗水,忘掉自己的满头银发,忘掉许许多多的东西,只记住了培育出人材后的喜悦。

试着想想看,如果你教出的那些学生们进了清华、北大,你当时的感觉会怎么样呢?肯定是跟自己进了那些名牌大学一样兴奋、高兴吧!因为是你塑造了那些高材生,是你塑造了另一个“自己”,又有谁不会为自己进了那些名牌大学而喜悦呢?所以说,教书就像是重新塑造另一个自己,实现自己未完成的心愿啊! 如今的人们也越来越重视“教师”这一行,每年9月10日成了“教师节”,有了许许多多赞美教师的诗词歌赋,还有了许多学生的关心与回报……

我真想当一名人民教师,无论从事语文、数学、体育、艺术哪一门学科都无所谓。因为无论哪一学科的教师都可以教出自己的得意门生。当我垂暮之年,看到了那些学生们正在将祖国建设得更加美好之时,我此生也没什么遗憾了。

有人说:心灵不会是一块闲置的空地,你不种庄稼,它就会生长杂草。是的,心灵是一方神奇的土地,一块能够让美好的种子茁壮成长的土地。我要在这里种上香花美树,为自己的心灵建造一个美丽的花园。

“ 墙角数枝梅,凌寒独自开。遥遥不知处,未有暗香来。”一首《咏梅》道出了梅的芳香宜人与不惧严寒的性情。它清寒,坚强,在冰天雪地中展现出如火的激情,似铁的生命。在心灵的花园中种上梅花,你的心灵不会再脆弱,你的胸怀不会再狭小,你的性格就不会再奴气。“寒心未肯随春态,酒晕无端上肌肤。”梅的孤瘦高洁,将在我们心灵中的花园增添人性的圣洁与清纯,品性的孤傲和坚毅。

青绿的叶条,纯白的花朵,动人的舞态,如一位美女轻舞,若一位高士赋诗,充满着诗意与遐想。兰是花中的君子,也是圣人心中的追求,它的清新,它的浅淡,似乎启示着每一个有志之士:做人应淡泊名利,宁静致远。在自己的心灵花园中种上一片兰花,你的心房便不再嘈杂,在清新中度过每一天,在恬淡中飞向自己的梦想,在平凡中构建如花的岁月。

一、题意解读。

本题是一道比喻性试题,指一个人不仅要关注和思考我们的外在世界,而且要审视我们的内在心灵,与自己的精神对话,通过有意识的铸炼来培育自己的心灵,让自己的精神更丰厚,心胸更高远,心灵更纯粹.本题属新材料作文。作文材料是一句哲理格言。“心灵不会是一块闲置的空地:你不种庄稼,它就长杂草。”这句有着丰富寓意的格言,自有其辩证的思想性:你不种庄稼,它就长杂草;反过来思考,你种上庄稼,它就不长杂草。所以,我们在立意方面,就应当从两方面――对立统一,一分为二地分析这个材料的寓意。当然,“庄稼”的寓意就是一个人的正面的追求:个人的修养、知识的丰富、正义的献身、为社会为他人,真善美,等等。那么,“杂草”,就是反面的东西,假恶丑、极端个人主义、奢侈享乐、虚度年华,等等。由此,作文时就可以由正反两方面辩证地立意和论证。这是最佳立意。另外两个方面,就是单纯从正面或从反面立意,即“种庄稼”或“长杂草”。以上是从三个立意的分析。



二、在选择材料方面。

考生应当关注生活,关注现实,关注自然,关注人生。当然,这些关注,包括历史的和现在的,包括中国的,也包括外国的。阅卷中,发现了一些亮点,当然也存在一些问题。亮点,比如:《庄稼是心灵的除草剂》《为心灵美容》《在心灵上种植目标》《心灵鸡汤》 

三、存在的问题有。

一是立意偏离题意,比如有写“感恩”的,有写积累的(从点滴做起),等等,不一而足。二是立意不高,有相当一部分学生写如何快乐享受生活的,只讲自己如何快乐,“生活在当下”,。三是采用事实论据不当,不能把论据与论点有机结合进行论证,事实和论点相分离。论证缺乏力度,喜欢泛泛而认,缺乏典型的事例。四是采用的论据依然存在低幼化现象,有相当一部分学生采用的论据文化底蕴不够,甚至没有文化含量。五是作文材料不鲜活,学生对现实生活关注不够。类似问题,需要我们教、学中纠正。六是许多学生根本不重视标点符号的使用,一个圆点到底,“西化”严重。七 大部分学生知道从正面论证证审视、铸炼美好心灵的的必要性,但只有较少的学生知道从反面论证不知呵护心灵,使心田长满杂草的后果。

人生无非面临两个选择,进取或堕落,当你在他人困难时伸出自己的一只手时,你的世界也会充满阳光,当你自私、冷漠、封闭之时,心灵所有的窗户紧闭上,阴暗与杂草将会占据你的整个心灵。不要太急功近利,金钱会冲昏头脑;不要放弃憧憬与希望,在每一天都会升起一轮新的太阳。不要抛弃信念,《士兵突击》里的王宝强正是因为不抛弃、不放弃才有了最后的成功与辉煌。让美好的种子在心灵发芽,杂草便无机可乘。

看一看我们的双手,纵横交错的手纹,原来命运在我们手中。那么就在这春暖花开之际种下美好的种子,辛勤耕耘,收获一段美好的人生之旅。 【评语】文章的题目能紧扣作文材料的内容,这种做法比较稳妥,我个人认为比拟成《心灵的清泉》等要好一些。虽然后面的也未尝不可。

文章第一段就紧紧扣住“庄稼”“杂草”这组对立又统一的因素去写,体现了小作者很好的准辩证思维能力。例如:诚信-自私,希望-止步不前等等。接下来,作者用优美的笔触列举了李春燕的故事,第三段紧扣作文材料的内涵点题,论证得非常到位。文章第二个事例邰丽华的例子又是一段事例加一段分析,可以说是有条不紊。

第六段是总说,进一步论证“庄稼”与“杂草”的辩证有关系,让问题引向深入。并强化了不放弃憧憬与希望的正面追求,结尾短促有力,是一篇不可多得的考场佳作。

守护心灵花园

每个人心中都有一个属于自己的秘密花园。有的人园中百花争艳,有的人园中却杂草丛生。心灵不会是一块闲置的空地;你不种庄稼它就长杂草。唯有我们细心地播种,辛勤地耕耘才能收获属于我们的接受果实累累„„

庄子,这个一心想要飞离尘世的人,总是带给我们莫名的感动。在那个文化屈从权势的时代,在那个利欲熏心的时代,庄子用一份淡定和对自由的追求守护了心灵的净土。他不断地播下真善美的种子,不断地追问,不断地完成对人生的思考和解读。人是一棵树,一棵在深夜中孤独看守心灵月亮的树。

是庄子对绝对自由的追求,让庄子的心灵花园是碧潭清澈,又如大海般深沉广博。 陶渊明,那个“采菊东篱下”的诗人,那个“种豆南山下”的农夫,那个挂印辞官的彭泽县令。在我心中,他就是一朵淡菊,一杯清酒,一阵微风。在那泥淖般黑暗的官场中,他没有让贪婪的杂草进入心中,只因那份对自然的热爱与坚守。他不断地扫除心灵的尘土,种下保持真我的种子。他用躬耕垄亩坚守着心灵的净土或许他的庄稼只是“草盛豆苗稀”但他的心灵却是久违地自由与欣喜。只因这才是他的心灵所追求的。

是对自然的热爱,让陶潜的花园是那么纯净、自然。那里没有杂草,那是他的桃花源。

庄子和陶渊明告诉我们心灵的花园需要我们用心去守护,播洒希望的种子,让杂草无处丛生。

可也有很多人因没有播种,只能让心灵花园荒芜。比如方仲永,少有才学的他不懂得用知识守护心灵花园,结果使骄傲和自负爬上心头最终留给世人伤仲永的感叹!比如当今许多行政官员,不能坚守生产自救和法律的底线,贪污受贿,强取豪夺,他们的心灵花园早已不堪入目,甚至已是臭气熏天„„

佛语有言:“空即是色,色即是空。”心灵的杂草往往是心灵的杂念,让我们撒下希望的种子,细心呵护心灵花园,摒除杂念。相信我们的花园定是如“江天一色无纤尘,皎洁空中孤月轮”般。

【评语】本文如上一篇文章一样在题目上就比别人略胜一筹,紧紧扣住材料去写。另外小作者也是一个活学活用的能手,庄子的内容其实就在课本上,但许多同学视而不见。陶渊明和方仲永的例子论证得也很深刻。特别是方仲永的例子是反而的论证,从而使方便增加了说服力,也使本文在众多的文章中脱颖而出。

梧桐树的枝干上挂满了金色的铃铛,每一个上面记载着一个人的名字。你看,那是圣地亚哥,那个和大鱼和命运拼搏的老人,他的金黄色光芒在我的心灵深处熠熠生辉;还有维特,为爱坚持不懈,为自由坚持不懈的天才,他用生命诠释了坚持和坚韧的性格„„坚强之树为我们的心灵带来王一片荫。

心灵的土地上五着荷花的梦,小草的梦。百合的浓郁,红玫瑰的鲜艳,这诗意的心啊。
