时光过得真快!转眼间，四年级下册的英语教学又结束了。回顾这一学期的工作，本人积极投身于教育事业，服从领导分工。按照英语教学常规，让学生多听、多读、多练，从练习中不断提高能力。在教学方面,针对各班级的不同特点，我积极试着采取不同的教学方法。因此，在英语教学中我有如下体会：

首先培养学生的“兴趣”，爱因斯坦曾这样说“‘兴趣’是最好的老师”。学生对于自己感兴趣的事物，自然会用更多的时间钻研。因此，在教学中要尽量使用英语，适当利用母语;利用直观教具、动作、表情和玩游戏等方法吸引学生，让学生乐于学习。而且，教学中必须做到让学生明白，会用，反复练习句型和单词，提高水平，进行生动活泼的开放式的课堂教学，使学生从愉快的情景中学到知识，从而提高学生对英语科的学习兴趣，提高了教学效果。所以在课堂教学中要特别注意学生的兴趣的培养。

在课堂上，我首先让学生明白每课的句型结构，懂得它的规律，学会用学过的单词使用新句型对话。对话中照顾不同发展程度的学生，做到难易得当，让每个学生都有练习的机会，增强学生学习的信心，提高对话的反应能力。每课讲授完后，要求学生必须读熟，会默写单词，会做基本的对话练习。

英语的学习是狠抓句型及单词，因此，每天早上要求学生抽出一定时间开口读英语，锻炼口语能力，熟悉课文。在班级选出读音规范的科代表，由教师指导培养好科代表。而且教师经常巡视和抽测，使学生不知不觉巩固所学习的单词;要求每节课前学生听写十个单词，必须做到完全正确。既要学习新知识，又要巩固旧知识，得到两面照顾，不能松懈。保证所学的单词的正确记忆，为对话练习及书写打下基础，保证单词的正确性，提高听力的准确性。除抓句型及单词外，还要为学生区分易混、易错的地方，使学生心中有数，提高叛断应变能力。

学习英语是循序渐进的，每个阶段都不能松懈。因此，教学过程中要注意培养、辅导中、下等生，让他们能跟得上，打好基础，以后的学习才能顺利通过。课后，经常辅导接受能力差的学生，使他们有所进步。并且，在班级成立英语辅导小组，给英语成绩差的学生进行辅导和帮助。

总之，今后继续加强对教材的钻研，学习先进的教学方法，让学生学得更轻松，真正做到“it is fun ，it is easy.”从而取得更大进步。

每个孩子接受能力各有不同，面对孩子们的个别差异，我努力抓好培优补差工作。坚持不放弃每一个后进生，以良好的心态接纳他们，给他们以更多的关心和爱护，让他们在攀登学习上有所进步。

总之，本学期以来，我尽心尽力做好了自己的英语教学工作，努力汲取他人的长处，不断更新自己的教学理念，认真上好每一节课。一学期来工作给了我很多磨练的机会，我也在迅速地成长着。本学期顺利地完成了教学任务。回顾这一学期，既忙碌，又充实，有许多值得总结和反思的地方。以后要更加努力，不断严格要求自己，做一名优秀的教师!

2、适当的评价

我第一次教学小学三年级的英语,没有什么经验,但经过一学期的摸索、探讨与实践,我对三年级上学期的英语教学有了一定的经验,尤其是英语入门阶段的教学有了如下体会:

一、第一节英语课的重要性。

主要介绍初中英语的学习目的、意义、方法等。教师可用汉语进行教学。教师要努力创造友好和谐的气氛,消除学生对英语学习的畏惧心理,使学生满怀信心、充满自信地迎接新的学习。

二、入门阶段的教学内容。

第一册课本头几个单元都是从听说入手,听说训练的比重较大。围绕\"问候\"、\"介绍\",说明人和物等题材教学日常用语,只要求听说,不要求读写。同时教学26个字母和少量单词,要求听、说、读、写\"四会\"掌握。

1、字母教学。字母教学可以通过例词、例句来帮助学生掌握音和形,并以快速听写和快速认读卡片的练习方式来加强字母的音形在学生头脑中的印象,开展各种形式的字母音型比赛。

2、书写教学。在教学之前可先让学生观看书上和老师在黑板上的示范,在大脑里形成清晰的英语字母形象和老师在书写时的连续性,整体性示范动作形象。因此,就要严格要求学生认真观察,要使学生养成看--想--写三者一体,或动眼、动脑、动手一体化的良好习惯。

4、单词的拼读。语音与词汇有着直接的联系,可以用音、形、意结合的方法记忆单词。因此,首先要从教字母起逐步让学生掌握拼读规则。其次是通过每课教学几个符合基本拼读规则的单音单词,使学生对拼读规则有个初步的概念。再就是以元音字母为中心,组合成更多的单词,设计不同的听、说、写的口头、笔头练习,让学生反复操练,可以达到看到符合拼读规则的单词就能念出来,听到符合拼读规则的单词就能写出来的程度。

5、激发学生学习英语的积极性,培养学生学习英语的兴趣。好的开端是成功的一半,这样入门阶段的课堂教学显得尤为重要。老师应尽量用直观、形象的教学方法并结合简笔画、挂图、表演等进行教学,使学生感到新颖,有趣味,调节课堂气氛,充分发挥学生的主体作用。鼓励学生大胆地说英语。

三、要完成上述五个方面的教学内容,教学中要重视培养学生良好的学习习惯。

1、首先要树立起学生的自信心。初学英语时,要有一个切合自己实际的目标,通过循序渐进的学习,在心中建立成就感。 .

2、正确拼读单词。目的就是要培养学生从单词的拼法判断其读音,从单词的读音知道其拼法的能力,做到\"见形知其音,听音知其形\"。

3、大声朗读语句和课文。在入门阶段要求学生能基本正确地运用语调、单词重音朗读句子,运用正确的语音、语调、停顿、句子重音朗读短文。这就要求学生大胆地说,大胆地读,注意克服畏难、害羞、不敢开口的心理。

这学期我担任小学四年级的英语教学,由于刚刚接手四年级的英语教学工作,因此,我对教学工作不敢怠慢,认真学习,深入研究教学教法,虚心向有经验的教师学习。经过一个学期的努力,获取了很多宝贵的教学经验。现将本学期四年级英语的教学工作总结如下:

一、营造活跃的学习氛围,激发学生的学习兴趣,能提高教学效率。托尔斯泰曾说过:\"成功的教学需要的不是强制而是激发学生的学习兴趣\"。培养、提高、保持学生的学习兴趣是提高学生学习成绩的首要条件。基于这一点,我在教学中比较注重激发学生的学习兴趣,通过运用各种教学方法、设计形式多样的活动,比如说,设置一些学生比较感兴趣的游戏,卡片等,为学生营造一个比较宽松的学习氛围,让学生在这种氛围中充分发挥自己的智慧,激发他们的学习兴趣,从而积极快乐地投入到学习中去。

二、关注学生的学习状况

英语作为一种语言最重要的是在实际中运用,因此,除了课堂练习外,还需要让学生在平常生活中多读,多讲,多练。另外,对部分不自觉的同学还采取组长监督的方式,以确保他们不落后,提高他们的朗读能力。在批改作业方面,要求学生的作业及时完成,我也按时地批改,并详细地做好批注,对普遍性错误,在全班重点讲解、分析。针对个别学生的作业就采取面批方法,单独地分析讲解、帮助学生解决疑难习题,提高教学质量。

三、充分利用教材的优势,进行情景教学。

本套教材的特点是图文并茂,形象生动并且与生活实际联系密切。在课上我充分利用直观教具、动作表演、卡片、挂图、实物,随时随地取材或根据课文内容创设语言环境,并尽量多地使用英语,逐步过渡到用英语进行课堂教学,使学生置身于一个英语的环境中。比如说第一单元中,涉及到的内容都是关于claroom里的内容,非常贴近实际,对课本中的Let\'s learn中的对话鼓励他们在同学们面前大胆表演。有意创设的语言环境,形象直观,生动活泼,也有助于学生理解所学英语,引起兴趣;视听结合也便于加深初学印象,强化记忆。

四、挖掘学生潜力,培养学生自信心。

德国教育家第斯多惠说:\"教学的艺术不在于传授适应,而在于激励、唤醒、鼓舞。\"每当学生用英语讲完后,我就给予他们鼓励,让他们感到自豪,有一种成就感。对于不同程度的同学,在课堂上给予不同程度的问题,让他们回答,他们的一丁点进步也及时得到鼓励,从而使他们都觉得,只要自己认真跟着老师学,就能学得好,树立起学好英语的心理优势。在课堂教学中要求学生人人参与,加强交际的互动性。在课堂交流中,少批评,多表扬;少指责,多鼓励,努力找到学生的优点,常以\"Very good!\"、\"Great!\"、\" Excellent!\"、\"Well done!\"、\"You are very clever!\"等等来鼓励他们的积极参与,充分唤起他们说英语的自豪感。

六.今后努力的方向

1、在教学方面我发现自己形成了一种定式,没有创新以及大胆实践的勇气。我应该多看教学方面的理论以及多听几位有经验教师的课,进行学习,不断提升自己,形成自己独特的教学风格。

2、对教材的把握不够,听课的次数也还不够多,有些缺乏与其他教师的沟通,希望在下个学期能多学习新课标,多吸取他人经验,不断提高自己的教学水平。

3、学困生的个别辅导也是我下学期要进行探索的内容,在这方面我做得还不够,希望在今后的工作学习中能积累丰富的经验,也能取得良好的效果。

5、另外,在课堂管理方面还做的不够好,课堂秩序较差,以后一定要对学生严格要求,让学生意识到课堂的重要性。

总之,本学期的教学工作自己付出了很多,收到的回报也不少。总的来说,在其中,我积累了不少经验,当然在今后的教学中,我也会努力填补自己在教学中的不足,总结经验和教训,发挥优势,改善不足,虚心学习,继续努力!力争在今后的英语教学工作中取得更好的成绩。

一、教材分析：

我们所使用的湘少版四年级上册的教材是根据《英语课程标准》要求进行编写，以“话题---功能---结构---任务”相结合的原则，力求使话题、功能、结构和任务四个方面在比较真实的情景中紧密联系，融为一体；本教材提倡“任务型”的教学模式，让学生在教师的指导下，通过感知、体验、实践、参与和合作等方式，实现任务的目标，感受成功。在学习过程中进行情感和策略调整，以形成积极的学习态度，促进语言实际运用能力的提高。

本教材共由12个单元和两个评价单元组成，其中第一~第十二单元为新授单元。新授单元主要由A、B、C、D、E、F，G七个板块构成。新版教材相较于老版多了一个新的板块，Let’s read and write,旨在使学生通过该部分故事的学习能将所学单词和句型运用于片段中从而达到真正理解语言并使用的目的。

二、学生分析：

四年级的学生对英语学习兴趣整体相比于三年级有所下降，英语基础较弱但比较平均，所以本学期主要任务是提高整体水平，并适当培养2-5个尖子生。教师应该面向全体学生，以学生的发展为宗旨，始终把激发学生的学习兴趣放在首位，注意分层教学，引导学生端正学习态度，掌握良好的学习方法，培养学生良好的学习习惯。

三、教学内容及相应的教学措施：

1、情景对话或配图短文阅读教学。

通过该板块的教学，着重训练学生的阅读能力、朗读能力和会话能力。在教学中，我将采用“先听说、后读写，先整体、后局部”的方法，尽量创设信息沟，借助图片、关键词等，让学生进行看图说话、故事接龙、简述故事等，或编成小短剧，引导和鼓励学生积极、主动地参加语言实践活动。

阅读教学，对于小学生来讲有一定的难度，我们可以从以下几个方面进行训练：教会学生使用英汉词典；激发阅读的兴趣；培养快速阅读能力；学会浏览；扩大阅读视野，学会跳跃式阅读；培养朗读的能力；在快速阅读的基础上培养学生的精读的能力；自由表达，仿照课文用英文编个故事或对话或用自己的话复述课文。

2、词汇教学。

在教学中，我将尽可能用学生已知的情景引出新的词语,并与句型教学有机地结合起来，做到词不离句，使学生能在情景中学习和运用词汇；除此以外，在教授难以区分的新单词时，要多利用新鲜的游戏来进行教学，这样，将手势与词义结合进行练习，新颖、好玩、有趣。游戏对任何年级的小学生来说都是很受欢迎的。只要我们不盲目提高要求，承认学生认知水平的差异性，很多学生都能接受并掌握这一部分的内容。

一、教材分析：

湘少版五年级上册教材遵循话题—功能—结构—任务编写原则。采用循环式的编写方法，较好地体现了“由浅入深、由易到难、循序渐进、逐步扩展、点面结合、不断复现”的原则。教材由十二个教学单元，两个评价单元和两个课外阅读单元组成。内容包含关于表达个人喜好、询问、借东西、购物、选择、爱好、习惯、作息时间、个人情绪、节日、标志和地名的话题。“四会”单词28个，“三会”单词113个；歌曲3首；诗歌5首。本册教材的主要语法是一般现在时的第三人称单数。

三、四年级的学生学习英语主要是以培养学习兴趣以及良好的学习习惯为主。掌握初步的单词读音规则及有关衣物、国籍、交通工具、颜色、家庭关系、时间、运动等话题。但实际上，很多学生在认读、拼写单词等方面还较欠缺，学习效果及积极性开始出现两极分化。进入五年级的英语学习，教材的一个最大的区别就是：出现了一些与日常生活较为密切难度系数为75--80%的故事、幽默、科普小文等。学生在掌握了一定的单词量的基础上，会为自己能读懂这些英语短文而感到非常兴奋。我们应充分利用这一优势，引导、培养学生进行大量的阅读。
