2016年12月3日下午，我们组队去拜访了梁加尼老师。在和梁老师的聊天中，我了解到梁老师是从华南师范大学毕业的，原在高州市教学十年，后在岭南师范学院任教古代汉语二十多年，并退休于岭南师范学院，教龄共三十多年。

梁老师很热情，他不但给我们泡了茶还拿出零食给我们吃。梁老师在了解到我们的专业后，津津有味地跟我分享了他的宝贵看法，同时老师也给了我们一些学习上的建议，如梁老师建议我们多看书，有空多练毛笔字和钢笔字，他说作为中文系的学生必须要学会写一手漂亮的字。我们一直觉得老师说得很有道理，同时，我还发现了老师家不但墙壁上挂满了写有草书的裱框，而且在墙的一边还有专门的大大书架，上面装着好多书籍，可见老师对书籍的热爱很深。此外，我还看到老师的书架上有好多张小孩子的照片，她们好可爱，原来她们是老师可爱的孙女。孙女跟着爸爸妈妈在外面住，所以老师就和师母一道颐养天年。随后，梁老师通过温文尔雅的举止，加以耐心细致的态度，不但热情地给我们讲解了岭南师范学院的发展历程，而且也向我们讲述了雷阳师专的门口旧址就是在现岭南师范学院附属中学面向街道的那个门口的那个位置。接着老师也举例了广东的几所大学，谈了它们的发展历程，我们从老师那学到了好多知识。

我们在老师家中呆了有一个多小时，我想不能再多和他谈话了。因为到了煮晚饭时间了，我们不好意思打扰老师煮饭的时间，貌似老师也意识到了时间的问题，所以老师愉快地跟我们说下次有空再聊，并且老师很主动地跟我们说，我们以后有空的话都过去他家聊聊天的。

我们跟老师到他家的菜园那拍了照留念（因为屋子里光线有点暗，老师建议到室外拍）拍完照后，我们道了别，临行时跟老师说，我们下次会找个时间过去拜访他的。

在这次拜访老师的活动中，我觉得我们要多关心自己身边的人，多点跟他们聊聊天，解解闷，也许这只是一件很简单的事，不过他们会感到很开心的。

2012年1月15日，我和我们班的其他四位班干部，一起去看望退休8年的葛老师。

我们去的似乎不是时候，到那时老师正在吃饭，见我们来了，赶忙放下手中的饭碗，拿出开心果，大白兔奶糖等东西款待我们，她热情无比。我和其他四位商量好节目顺序后，就正式邀请葛老师欣赏了。

节目也十分精彩，特别是唐宇笛的陕北民歌山丹丹的花开红艳艳一时打动全场，气氛十分热烈，葛老师看着心中也十分开心，不禁感叹：“文来中学教出的学生不愧是全面发展，人文见长；平民本色，精英气质！我很欣慰。”节目表演结束后，我们一起聊起了学校发生的事情，我为葛老师介绍了达人秀，我们班达人的获奖情况，近几年了文来中学发生了哪些重要的变化，新装的节能灯等等„„并且把共享蓝天和当代学生一书赠送给了老师，里面有我们文来中学暑假去杉木桥考察的事以及上海市中学生作文竞赛系列活动之“绿色在我心中”——作文竞赛进文来活动，这些书记录着文来的点点滴滴。老师退休时是当一名导师，教数学的，我们的班主任王贺喜老师也是她带的，她教育出了一批杰出的年轻教职工，她也称得上是一位教育前辈了！

聊到一半时，老师家可能出了点事，让我们自己聊一会儿，10几分钟后，老师回来了，并且给我们出了一道智力题：“有十个乒乓球和一个天平，其中有三个次品，不知道次品时青是重，称三次，找出次品。”让我们好好想想，我们几个苦思冥想，还是没想出个所以然，教育前辈的题就是有思想，我们比比划划，甚至有人用手机上网查了一下，还是百思不得其解。

老师逐个问我们的特长啊，学习啊等等方面的信息，让我们备受鼓舞和温暖，聊了有2个多小时左右，我们见时间差不多了，感谢了她的热情款待，依依不舍的向老师告辞了。

在路上我们仍然对这位教育前辈记忆犹新，不禁时时议论。这一次的来访让我们受益匪浅。

一武夷泉水武夷茶

晚上去看南师。这几天直挂念着，心里很想很想他老人家。特别是这几天天冷了，更想去看望。

甲戌时，甲子日甲戌时，正印贵人临日时，踏进老师门，老师一见就说：“很久没来了，昨天还想到你呢？”心里一乐，难怪，昨晚特别想念，原来是与老师感应呢。

刚坐下，刚从武夷山回来不久的首愚法师进来了，还跟着一位年轻人，拎着二大桶水。首愚师对南老说：“老师，这是魏太太特意送来的武夷清泉水，专门到山涧里去取的，特意送来给老师泡茶了。”

老师一听，站起来，对那位送水的年轻人拱手作礼致谢。并对正准备泡茶的小许说：“拿出武夷的好茶来，用武夷泉水泡。”大家一听，劲头全上来了。在上海，能喝到千里迢迢从武夷山运来的清泉，泡极品武夷茶，真是难得啊！不禁想起前几天在武夷时品茶时的情景。

南师知道我也去武夷参加元辰居士的纪念会，就问起了很多细节，听到很多人的感人发言后，很感慨地说：“做人做到这份上，不容易啊！”

这时，泡好的茶香已经满室芬芳，一入口，众人齐声叫好！

老师说：“这个泉水，泡的茶，可用一个字：“冽”。”老师当即让侍者打电话给魏太太表示感谢，电话没通，就嘱明天一定要记得致谢。”

武夷山因为山体均为岩石，故所有的土均为岩石所化，故水质清澈，没有土味，所出的物产，更是别具一格。武夷一处，没有工业，没有污染，满山皆绿，故水质极为上品。

老师对武夷茶亦内行，一品，就说：“这是新茶。”于是又找到了一泡九五年的大红袍来泡，大家皆一泡口福。

二．天干与夏商两朝的帝系

今天难得人比较少，都是熟悉的，气氛很轻松。

于是趁机向老师请教问题。

这几天正在思考的事，成了第一个问题：“老师，我最近发现，历史的编年中，夏朝从大禹开始到桀，五百多年间十七位王，从十三位的胤甲开始，到十四位的孔甲，及最后一位桀，名字叫履癸，有用十天干为名的，到了商朝，五百五十多年三十个王，除汤外，其他的二十九个王都是用天干为名，而后，就没有一个朝代的王或帝以天干为名了。这个现象是不是说明，十天干，大概是从夏朝后期才出现的，并在商朝得到很重视？”

老师一听，笑道：“这个问题提得不错，读史能注意到这个问题，不容易。不过，应该说，从夏朝后期起，特别是商朝，天文学比较发展了，帝王们重视天文学了。十天干，也有说是十种武器。”

我想，是不是这些帝王的名字里，要么是表明是以他们出生的年份来为名，要么就是以出生的日为名，可惜，我们历史的编年，即使是到现在，前几年花了许多人力物力去做的断代史，也只是断到武王伐纣的年代，大约是公元前一零二六年。所以，无法知道商朝的帝王的年表，不过，或许从这些帝王的名称中，可以知道他们的年份呢？比如纣王的名字叫帝辛，他的前一位王叫帝乙，会不会是相差七年或十九年生？

可惜现在研究历史的人，懂得天干地支作用的人，好象不是很多了。

老师又说：“我们中医的经络和穴道，也是从那个时候开始的。历史上的纣王，说他很残忍，解剖人体，其实他是为了了解人体的穴道，因为经络只有在活人身是可以了解到，所以，我常对学西医的人说，他们那一套不是生理解剖学，而是死理解剖学。纣王为了弄清楚胎儿在母体的情况，还让人把孕妇的肚子挖开，后来下面的人都做不下去了，太残忍了。到这个时候，对人体的穴道大约知道了一百多处，后来到了王莽时期，也用活人作实验，又找到了一百多个穴道，到了元朝的耶律楚材时期，他把战场上快死的士兵拿来做解剖，又找到了一百多个穴道，到这时候，中医针灸学上的穴道，算是比较齐了。后来才有元朝的四个铜人。把这些串起来，就可以比较清楚地了解整个历史的过程了。”

我对老师说：“我们老祖宗用干支来记日记年，很了不起的。每天，每月，每年都有它的含义，如今年乙酉，金木交战，所以，有不人死于肝和胃病，飞机失事不断，我在去年就作了预言。明年丙戌，火旺，会有很多人得肺和肾，妇科病，火灾，电灾，爆炸，地震，火山都会在爆发。不象现在的公元纪年，二零零四和零五，只是数字的变化而已。”

老师笑着说：“你倒是喜欢玩起这套来了。要玩，就玩深，有时间可以看看古今图书集成术数部和四库全书的术数部份。上次让你看的造化通看了吧，还有一部份，以后再复印给你。” 老师真慈悲，无以为报，只得合什一礼。

三．孔子的易经功夫失传了？

话题转到易经。老师的大作[[易经杂说]]和易经系传]]风靡四海，易经方面的造诣自是独树一帜。近来为了研习易经的原来面目，即做为卜卦用的易经，特意又找出[[史记]]的[[孔子世家]]细读，想从其中得到一些消息。司马迁精神不死！读着他老人家的[[史记]]，可谓字字矶珠。在[[田敬叔完世家]]的结束语里，就对孔子晚年喜易有精彩的评论。想过去，当年孔子在易断方面的功夫是极为了得的。可惜后世诸儒，一则为功名，二则迂腐者多，灵通者少，反而把易的功用弱化，而重其道德教化了。现代的一些所谓的哲学家，更是动不动就要用什么主义的世界观方法论来研究易经，简直是用自行车钥匙要去开飞机了。于是请教老师说：“最近用易经的原文进行占卜，极为灵验，又很切题，问什么，就答什么。是不是对易经的功用应该回到它最初的面目？”然后，就举了一些近期卜算的例子。还将读日本人高岛吞象的[[高岛断易]]的心得向老师做了简要的报告。老师说：“你说的是一方面。孔子后来把这套东西传给了商翟，再一直传下来到了汉朝时，就是京房一系了，后来就流入江湖。玩这个东西，玩久了，会有灵上身的，很准的。”这时首愚法师对老师说：“老师，这次在武夷山，黄老师给一看我，就指出我的腰背有毛病和胆有问题。泽道法师对他也是佩服得不得了。”老师问：“是看相？”首愚师说：“我把出生时间报给他，没几分钟就看出来了。” 老师回过头笑着对我说：“你现在还差一个，会看病还不行，还要会治病。”然后，老师就要我为他算一下。我知道老师精于命理，不敢造次。但想，这也是学习的好机会，所谓弄斧必到班门，才会知道深浅。于是就大致说了一下。老师的八字：戊午/乙卯/甲子/乙亥。六岁上运。这个命，年柱偏财坐伤官，但月日时却是水木一片。有曲直仁寿之相，六岁到四十六岁，运走火地，伤食竞发，故天聪早慧，学识过人，但伤官之运，在仕途上和政治报负方面，即有天性仁慈，无忍官场黑暗，更有运程不利，故风尘仆扑，难以得意。四旬以后，运入西方，三十年官杀运，杀印相生，身旺有力，所以文名四起，但难免压力重重，七旬以后，入北方水地，印星发力，或有清福可享。

又断了老师从零三年三月到明年四月，运走劫财，交游四海，但花钱如流水。然后老师又问：“再往下呢？”反正在老师面前，说错了也没事，于是笑道：“明年丙戌，其实从今年十月就开始了，老师要走财运，食神生财。”老师笑了。大家也都笑了。

然后，老师说：“我这个命，有人说是伤官带刃。”老师是精通命理的。于是对老师说：“老师这个命局，有点象李鸿章。年柱不纯，不然事功会更大。伤官在内，所以，老师有威而不发，如果在外，就不得了了，是掌千军万马的人物。”说得老师哈哈大笑。

我又向老师请教：“老师，我在武夷山，为泽道法师论命时，他问，有人说出家人出家后，命运的作用就没法控制了。我对他说，据我所知，除非一个人能离开地球，否则，任何人都无法摆脱命运的力量的，我这样说对不对？”

老师点点头说：“对！有人问我说，神仙的命是不是没法算，我对他说，不是的，命里注定他要当神仙。”大家听了都笑起来了。

四．一部电影百方丈

时间已到了十点半了，可是老师的兴致仍很高。于是又换了一泡茶。聊起了现在的出家人。我说：“老师，我和首愚师在武夷山聊天时，有一个观点，不知对不对？我说，现在不少出家人的方向与佛的方向相反了。当年，佛离开王宫，舍弃荣华富贵，娇妻幼子，到深山老林中苦行十二年，才终于悟道，可是现在的一些出家人，却是相反，出身贫寒，一旦有条件，就要开宝马，坐奔驰，有的大庙，岁入数以亿万，这样的人，与佛走的路是相反的，怎么有可能成佛呢？”

老师听了，摇摇头说：“你说的对。现在，真修行的，有几个？”于是谈了一些人和事。又谈到了少林寺，因为古道师开始到少林寺去主持禅堂，以发扬禅宗祖庭宗风。话峰一转，我对老师说：“老师，当年一部电影[[少林寺]]，可是造就了当今全国各地的寺庙的方丈呢。你看，本如师，现在少林的方丈永信师，还有古道师，一大帮人，都是我的同龄人，大多是当年看了这部电影后，去出家的。其实，最初并不是真的想学佛，所以，很多人到后来都还俗了，坚持下来的，却多数已年近不惑，到了可以独挡一面的时候，这时正好中国各地佛教重兴，倒是成就了一批住持方丈了至少一百位以上。以后中国佛教史写到这段时期，这部片子功不可没，正好为被*断掉的佛教培育了人才，也是天数啊！”

老师点点头说：“有道理，我是在美国看的。很好看。看来，倒是可以拍一部禅的电影，你们都来当演员，小许来当主角。”我接着说：“我来当反派。”大家又笑声不断。一个非常愉快的夜晚，在武夷茶香中，很快地过去了。临别时，我们都很感恩老师，老师更客气，向大家行礼话别。

五．真修实证苦头陀。

下来时，去看了在首愚法师的关房。首愚师跟随南师已三十多年了。他真修实证的功夫很了得。他拿出一本一九九零年在厦门南普陀闭关的日记[[道人知月胜诗家]]送给我，令我十分惊喜。因为南普陀也是我皈依妙湛老和尚的地方，是我初识南师，参加南师[[南禅七日]]打七的地方，是我学佛练武的地方。首愚师在扉页上题下了：“心月孤悬气吞万象，光音交融心光无量”句，对我说：“当年我突然得了急性肝炎，去香港请老师看，老师写了这两句给我，我天天默念，竞不药而愈。这是一个诀。送你，共勉。”又送了[[准提族的一颗明星---首愚法师主持准提法修学影响录]]一书给我，在扉页上题：“广结善缘，深入福慧”相赠。首愚精持准提法，得南师真传，早有耳闻。

首愚师的早年当兵，退伍后，从六祖坛经入门，后学禅于南师，原来法名从智，后南师改为首愚。每年都要闭关，多则半年，少则数月，且足迹遍及台港澳东南亚和大陆，美国东西部，澳大利亚。在台湾主持十方丛林，法缘遍及世界各地。他的八字：丁亥/已酉/甲寅/乙丑；八岁上运；我当时断他一句：“六十岁以前，有愿难了，六十岁以后，大器晚成。”

今晚在老师家喝茶时，他对老师说了我的断语，老师听了微微一笑。夜深了，向首愚师道别时，已是子时正了。虽然零下二度的夜空中，寒风瑟瑟，可是享受了如此丰富愉快的夜晚的我，却是唇齿间茶香芬芳，心里面法喜充满，全身暖意洋洋。

主持人：保护动物等于保护自己，我们身为“绿色学校”的学生应该怎样做？你对保护野生动物的知识又了解多少呢？以下第一个环节是进行知识竞赛。

三、动物的控诉。(出示图片，介绍) 老虎：老虎是森林之王，因为它全身都是宝，从骨到皮、粪便，均可制药。正是由于老虎的身价很高，所以现在已陷入灭绝的边缘了。东北虎个体最大，极为珍贵。早在70年代，大兴安岭就已不见它们的行综。80年代，老虎在小兴安岭已绝迹。由于老虎喜欢独居，使得繁殖率很低，再加上人类不断地捕杀，老虎将会越来越少了。

雪豹：雪豹是世界上公认的猫科动物中最美丽的动物。

由于它老虎一样，全身都是宝，是贵重药材，因而遭殃。在其产地青海省，已不足百头。 1989年青海省的四个农民潜入禁猎区竞一下子捕杀了14只雪豹！现在雪豹也处于灭绝的边缘。

金丝猴:金丝猴是栖息在贵州梵净山特有的稀世珍宝，动物学界称它们为“活化石”。而愚昧旧习认为金丝猴是一种责重的补品，由于人类的捕杀，金丝猴总猴数仅在400-600只之间，堪称濒危猴类。

小结：人类破坏了生态的平衡结果作茧自缚，受到大自然最严厉的惩罚。同学们，我们面对的现实是生物多样性的破坏，野生动物特别是繁殖率低的珍稀动物濒临灭绝。那么，我们应该为保护有限的珍稀动物做些什么呢？
