《语文课程标准》在写作的第二学段强调“注意表现自己觉得新奇有趣的或印象最深、最受感动的内容”，还在第三阶段提出“珍视个人的独特感受”。我们从中可以看出，《语文课程标准》在写作方面贯穿了这样一个思想：要为学生提供广阔的写作空间，减少对学生的束缚，让学生畅所欲言，调动学生的感官，使学生表达自己的真实感受。可见，在作文中表达自己的真实感受尤为重要。那应该怎样做呢？

一、开展丰富多彩的活动，为学生提供素材

一提起写作文，好多学生都会感到头疼。在他们眼中，写作文比登天还难。每次写作时，不是东拼一句，西凑一句，就是照葫芦画瓢，写出的作文就像打过许多补丁的衣服。究其原因，我认为主要是因为学生无素材可写。没有素材，作文就成了“无源之水，无本之木”。

开展丰富多彩的活动，为学生创造了施展才华的机会和条件，同时更为学生提供了写作的素材。如能歌善舞者在文学艺术活动中展示才华，体育特长生在运动场上大显身手，擅长搞组织活动的人在各项活动中脱颖而出。而且，这些活动使学生良好的个性得到了发挥和发展。如：参加文艺活动的学生变得大方、活跃；参加体育比赛的学生变得勇敢、坚强；搞组织活动的学生变得激情、幽默。正因为学生的亲自参与，他们才能写出自己的真实感受。例如，一个学生虽然学习成绩不够好，语言表达能力不强，但她身体素质好，喜欢参加体育比赛。为参加比赛，她不懈地练习。这使她在习作中写出了自己练跳“双摇”的真实感受：我感到脑袋发胀，浑身发软，就像一堆烂泥，一下子瘫倒在地。又如，李若雨在写自己第一次做主持人时，抓住了自己的心理活动、语言、同学的反映，语句流畅自然，就像一条潺潺流动的小溪。结尾更让人感动：在哪里跌倒，就在哪里爬起来。第一次没有成功，我还有第二次、第三次……一次次活动成了学生笔下精彩的文章，活动与写作相得益彰。

二、要有写作技巧

1.题目个性化。题目是文章的重要组成部分，是文章的题眼。好的题目往往先声夺人，更能吸引人的注意力。在教学中，我常给学生灌输这样的思想：你的作文题目必须与众不同，这样才能一下子吸引读者。一次，书上要求写以“雪”为内容的文章，好多学生使用了“雪”“雪花”“雪中趣事”等常见题目，而一个学生则选用“雪中舞”做题目，还有一个学生选用“雪中，一群快乐的孩子”做题目，别具一格，独特新颖。人教版六年制第十一册的第一次写作是看图写话，学生大都用“师生情”做题目，而一个学生则用一个“风吹过这个特殊的早晨”做题目，给人一种新鲜明朗的感觉。

2.语言个性化。作文要凭借语言文字来表达情感，而现在的学生，作文语言多程式化、公式化，缺乏自己的个性。教师在教学中要引导学生锤炼语言，使语言有文采，有个性。

（1）积累语言。要想使学生语言有文采，有个性，就要让学生大量感受和积累语言材料。在日常教学中，我注意让学生积累文章中的好词好句，更重视课外好词好句的积累。我在教室内开办了图书角，让学生大量阅读课外读物。我还让学生对自己喜欢的文章认真读，并去感受和联想。遇到精彩的文章，学生还可以站到讲台上大声读给同学听。这大大激发了他们阅读课外读物的兴趣。学生把自己积累的好词好句分类整理，记在心间。我班一个学生在一篇看似很平常的作文中连用了十多个成语，个个恰到好处，令人惊叹。

（2）把丰富情感寓于文章的语句中。叶圣陶先生说：“我们不能只思索作文的法度、技术等问题，而不去管文字的原料――思想、情感等等问题。因为我们作文，无非是想着这原料是合理的，完好的，才动手去做的。”所以，我们写作文时，就要把自己的情感融在字里行间，或喜爱，或憎恶，或赞美。一个学生在一篇文章中写道：太阳悄悄地探出头来，天变得格外的蓝，调皮的风变得那样可爱，万物都披上了轻柔的彩纱。多么优美的语句，一下子就把人带进了诗画般的世界。另一学生在《雪中舞》中写道：两天浓重的大雾像是一块巨大的幕布，在里面，雪正在“策划”着一场精彩的表演。一个“策划”把雪写活了，对雪的喜爱之情溢于言表。

三、真实表达

写作是学生生活的一部分，他们在作文中表达自己的看法，审视自己，校正自己的精神航向。可以说，作文是他们的人生“史记”，是他们的内心体现。只有真实表达，才能体现出他们对生活的不同认识和理解。我经常鼓励学生：写作文一定要说真话，说自己想说的话，写自己的真实体会，“我手写我心”。一个学生在作文中写道：快乐是什么？快乐是一种举手之劳；快乐是有一颗善良的心；快乐是认真思考；快乐更是拉着爸爸妈妈的手，在皎洁的月光下，一边漫步，一边笑谈童年时光最快乐的事。多么纯真，又多么有深意！

真实表达，让我看到了学生的内心世界，更让我和学生多了一份特殊的交流。一个学生在作文中写道：爸爸的忧愁就像一列长长的火车，而我的烦恼比火车还要长。这怎么可能？一个小学生竟然有这么多的烦恼。我不敢耽搁，赶紧把她叫到办公室，了解情况。又把她的家长叫到学校，共同帮助她，和她谈心，让她放下了心中的重担。后来，她在另一篇作文中写道：亲情+爱+和睦+困难和挫折=一个幸福温馨的家。多么真实的感受！

四、提供交流平台

交流，可以促使学生的写作水平逐步提高。我在教室内设置了“作文园地”“图书角”，每周开展一次“读书心得”交流，两周开展一次“我最得意的作品交流”。这些，给那些喜欢写作的学生提供了表现机会，他们纷纷参与其中。在他们的带动下，其他学生也跃跃欲试。

作文教学本身就是一个广阔的天地，让学生写出真实感受是我们的目的。让我们共同努力，使学生把自己的真实感受表达出来。

修辞手段一般主要用于文学性写作中。但在大学英语的英文写作中有时也需要运用一定的具有英文特征的修辞手段，而且运用得好，会使语句生动从而增添语句亮点。因此，掌握一些一般常用修辞手段对于实现语句亮点也是非常必要的。对于大学英语写作来说，主要应该掌握以下修辞手段，又称语句辞格，包括结构辞格与语义辞格。对比、排比、重复、倒装等为结构辞格，转义、双关、矛盾等则为语义辞格。

1.对比正反对比就是要巧妙地运用对称的英文句式来表达互为补充的意思，因此恰当地运用反义词语往往是必不可少的。如果一旦所要表达的内容具有这种情况，就应尽力选用这种对称的句式并选用适当的反义词语来加强语句，实现语句的亮点。

1）如“很多人很快就会发现，他们在物质上是富裕了，精神上却很贫乏”，可以这样达：

Many people will soon find themselves rich in goods，but ragged in spirit.（注：句中rich in与ragged in，goods与spirit具有正反对比的关系和效果。）

Reading makes us wise while exercises make us strong.3.重复英文一般讲求简洁，因此为表达强调偶尔使用重复可以使语句的强调内容得到突出。英文的重复又根据被重复词语在语句中的位置分为句首重复、句尾重复、首尾重复、尾首重复等。

1）如“现在是忘掉过去一切的时候了。现在是言归正传的时候了。现在是为未来而奋斗的时候了”，可以这样表达：

2）如“我们渴望成功，而且正在为成功而努力工作”，可以这样表达：

3）如“我相信我们能够成功，我相信我们也一定会成功”，可以这样表达：

I am convinced that we can succeed，and Iam convinced that we must succeed.（注：and所连接的两个语句的句首与句尾部分同时重复，重复的部分为句首的I am convinced that与句尾的succeed）

4）如“我们现在生活在一个新的时代，而一个改革充满着风险与机遇”，可以这样表达：

4.倒装这里说的倒装不同于前述非修辞性的语法结构倒装。非修辞性的语法结构倒装是语句的语法结构所限定的，没有自由选择的余地，只要运用需要倒装结构的句型就要采用倒装结构。这里所说的倒装是指修辞性语义结构倒装，是进行强调的一种手段，它利用了语句句首（或句尾）的特殊位置。例如，如“充满着风险与机遇的改革的新时代正向我们走来”，可以这样表达：

2．人物：集中主要人物的描写，记叙人物遇到的事情及人物有什么影响。

3．时态：一般多采用一般过去时。

(三)叙述的方法：

一般叙述的线索可分为以下几种：

(1)以时间为线索，按时间的顺序来展开。

(2)以地点为线索，以地点的转移为顺序来展开。

1、社区居委会中工作人员数量已经较多，学生到社区有时可能分不到事情做，反而成了累赘和帮倒忙的人。大学生到社区挂职的目的就是帮助社区并且锻炼自我，如果出现此种情况不仅不能帮社区减轻工作压力，自己也得不到充分锻炼。我的想法是一方面学生们应该认识到自己参加挂职工作所肩负的责任，应该充分发挥主观能动性，主动向社区要活干，而不是等活干；另一方面是希望校团委能够开展更多方向的挂职工作，比如企业等等，以避免这种局面。

2、社区挂职同学的管理不够完善。一方面是针对挂职日常工作的监督，可以定期的考察社区对挂职同学的评价，了解同学的工作是否做到位；另一方面是对各种活动的监督，可以派一些同学跟随，考察活动质量等等。这样能更好地保证挂职工作的质量和顺利开展。 以上两点建议只是我个人的一些看法，有些不全面不具体的地方希望谅解，谢谢！衷心希望社区挂职越办越好！

关于学校作息时间安排的若干建议

【问题表现】

关于学校的作息时间安排我觉得给我们自主学习和生活带来的极大地不便，以下我根据自己的经历对这一现象进行说明：大家都知道，学校的规定是晚上十点半要关寝室的大门，也就意味着要求学生必须在十点半以前回到寝室，然而寝室的网络和有线电视的信号都是在十二点左右(经常比规定的时间要晚)才断的，这期间有将近两个小时的时间，如果我们将每晚的这两个小时用在学习上，那么一学期下来，我们就比别人多出了300多个小时，要多看很多的书的，然而却有少数同学在这段时间里上网或是看电视，这就使得一些想学习的同学在寝室不能够安心的学习，如果说网络和有线电视的信号在这段时间断开的话，又会显得我们远离了当今的信息化社会，另外寝室毕竟主要是提供给我们休息的场所，适当的娱乐也是有必要的。但我们更应该用知识来充实自己，所以我们有必要花更多的时间来学习。 虽然我们不可能要求每一个人晚上都学习到很晚，早上要起得很早（当然我们学校的学生也没有这么自觉，要不然学校也不会强制要求我们每天上早晚自习）。但是我们也不应该阻止一些愿意这么做的学生。在学校网络中心这边有很多的同学每晚都学到很晚，等到回寝室的时候，寝室大门却早已关闭，却还有很多寝室的灯并没有关（由此可以看出学校更本就没有必将寝室的大门关的这么早），还有少数考研的同学，在考研教室或是图书馆也学习到很晚，可是回寝室就成了一个问题。本来学校图书馆的自习室的位子就很少，而且几乎全部被别人占去了，可是学校图书馆也按规定，每晚十一点前，就强制要求学生回寝室，这可以说严重影响到我们自主学习啦！

【同学们对此现象的意见】

针对以上现象，我特地问了一些同学（其中红河和星湖的都有），他们中有在网络中心学习的，有为了考研的，也有为了考公务员的。针对不同人群对此事的看法，我进行了总结，具体情况如下：

对星湖校区：大家的普遍看法是星湖的学风要好很多，可是在时间上，星湖比红河做的更死，每晚是十点图书馆的人必须回寝室，十点半后，寝室的大门一定要关，晚回来一会，就要被保安拉去登记，一折腾就是十几分钟，对此大家都很反感，不过星湖有一点比红河做的要好得多，那就是所有的非多媒体教室在任一时刻都是开放的！这就为同学们提供了很多的学习地方，而且星湖校区树木葱郁，随处都有石凳石椅放在大树旁，在这些地方学习，冬天不会太冷，夏天也不会太热，这就可以很好的调动大家学习的积极性（当然这些是星湖的地理优势，红河是肯定比比上的，但是红河也可以因地制宜，发挥自己的优势为同学们创造一片学习的天空）。由于大家在星湖校区呆的时间都不长，所以关于星湖的看法也不太多，就是觉得星湖的学风好，但美中不足的是学习条件差。

对红河校区：大家的意见太多，以下仅从几个大的方面进行总结。学风方方面：学校一味的说红河的学风不好，却不去听取同学们的意见，找出事情的根源，而是臆断红河离市中心近，大家都去玩。对此，我在图书馆问了几个同学，他们的看法是学习大部分时候是需要清净的，本来红河校区就很小而且路又修的那么多，教学区也没有星湖多而且门都是紧闭的，图书馆的自习室也比星湖少很多，但是人却不必星湖少 。这些原因就使得红河很拥挤，很多同学因为找不学习的地方而干脆不去学习。作息时间上 ： 这可以说是根源，本来大学是以自主学习为主，我们应该自主安排学习的时间和作息的时间。 然而学校却将这一切都制度化，规定早上必须上早自习，晚上还要上晚自习。殊不知这样做却没有达到理想的目标，

学校也不想想，那些不想去上早晚自习的同学，到教室后能干些什么，还不是在那里聊天等一些扰乱教室清净的事，这就使得一些想学习的同学感到很烦！（如果说学校能够保证早晚自习教室的安静，那也就罢了。）还有一点就是关于寝室大门的问题，每天都关的那么早，说是为了保证同学们的财产安全，但寝室那个门的封闭性可以保证吗！正所谓，门是用来锁君子而不是用来锁小人的 ，所以学校锁得不是门，而是那些想要学习的同学的学习热情，如果说，学校真的想要保证同学们的财产安全，就应该从其他方面着手，比如说可以在每个寝室都配一台保险柜或是在寝室周围布置一些电子眼等。

【解决该问题的方法】

从同学们的意见中我总结出了以下几点关于解决作息时间的问题：

1、将学校所有的非多媒体教室全天开放，为同学们提供更多的学习场所，并且不限制同学

们学习的时间；

2、取消早晚自习，让同学们自己安排作息时间，自主学习；如果说一定要上早晚自习，那

么学校就应该加大力度保证早晚自习的纪律；

3、学校在各寝室周围布置电子眼或为每一个寝室配置一台保险柜，而不是每天十一点关毕

寝室的大门；

4、寝室的网络信号和有线电视信号的开放应该和学校的作息时间相一致，以保证同学们不

会相互影响；

5、图书馆自习室应该延长开放时间，本来自习室就很少，座位不够用，而晚上自习室的人

比较少，我们可以安静的学习。

以上意见都是综合学校各年级各专业同学的意见而提出来的，具有普遍性，可以较好的反应学校的实际情况。

提高党支部委员会民主生活会质量，是建立党支部长效机制，加强基层党组织建设的重要切入点。针对如何提高民主生活会质量特提出以下几点建议：

一是要提高对民主生活会重要性的认识。民主生活会是党内政治生活的重要内容，它对反思工作、解决矛盾、提高基层党组织的凝聚力和战斗力有着十分重要的意义。因此，党支部支委特别是党支部书记要带头提高对民主生活会重要意义的认识，为开好党内民主生活会打下思想基础。 二是要认真抓好会前的准备工作。支部书记应该在会前组织支委成员对前期的思想和工作情况进行认真的回顾和总结，找准需要解决的思想和工作问题。同时，支部还应广泛征求党员和群众的意见、建议，以便更准确的选好民主生活会的主题。支委要认真撰写发言提纲，提纲应着重检查个人和支委会在思想和工作中存在的问题，同时还应包括对其他支委成员的工作提出批评和建议。

三是要认真开展好批评与自我批评。要坚决克服和纠正那种只谈工作不谈思想，只谈成绩不讲缺点，避重就轻，避实就虚，或者自我批评“放空炮”，相互批评“防空炮”的做法。批评既要坚持原则，又要从团结的愿望出发，采取与人为善的态度，不抓辫子，不扣帽子，不打棒子，不上纲上

线。

四是要发挥党支部书记“第一责任人”的作用。党支部书记是开好民主生活会的第一责任人，要重视并认真做好会前的各项准备工作。在民主生活会上，要带头认真学习，带头交心谈心，带头进行自我检查和剖析，带头开展批评，以自己的模范行动带动其他同志，以提高民主生活会的质量。

五是要切实搞好整改工作。对民主生活会提出的问题，应制定具体的整改措施，并明确具体负责人。同时，民主生活会结束后，党支部应及时向党员和群众通报民主生活会的内容和整改措施，以便接受大家的监督。在下次民主生活会上要对上次民主生活会整改措施的落实情况进行说明和总结。

六是合理确定民主生活会的召开次数。民主生活会的召开密度应便于党支部集中时间和精力解决支委会存在的突出问题，更好的发挥民主生活会的作用。故各支部召开民主生活会不能流于形式，应根据本支部的实际情况合理确定召开次数。
