一、指导思想: 本节课以“健康第一”为指导思想，以《体育(与健康)》课程性质为准则，以掌握篮球的行进间单手肩上投篮技术动作为载体，在课堂教学中要以“学生为主体，教师为主导”，激化学生对篮球的学习兴趣、促进学生身体协调性的提高、增进学生的身心健康为主要学习目标，根据篮球教材特点和学生身心发育规律，在教学中以“行知”教学法为突破口，以学生发展为中心，采用灵活多样、科学有效的教学方法，激发学生的学习兴趣，加强师生、生生间的互动、交流、合作，使学生学会、会学，提高学生自主、合作与探究学习的能力。
二、教材分析: 篮球是深受学生喜欢的体育项目，一提起篮球就会想到篮球场上的活泼，愉快跑动、激烈对抗、投篮等场面，其独特的空间、平面，立体对抗效果使篮球有着独特的魅力。行进间单手肩上投篮是篮球运动中非常重要的技术环节，通过对篮球的学习，能促进学生身体协调性、灵敏性和爆发力等综合素质的提高。篮球运动对增进身体健康、活跃身心、增长知识、开发学生的智慧和培养学生的优良道德品质有积极的作用。
三、学情分析: 六年级的学生正处于青春发育阶段，充满激情的他们童趣未泯、活泼好动、勇于挑战、善于表现，对篮球新动作技术的学习可以说既新奇、喜欢，又充满了期待。由于他们在低年纪阶段已经有过田径、篮球的运球等技术动作的学习经历，此时的他们具备学习篮球行进间上篮的基础。
四、设计思路: 1.通过篮球热身操的课前热身准备，激发学生对篮球的学习兴趣和熟悉球性，通过助跑摸高调动学生的运动机能与状态，为行进间上篮学习做好准备。
2.在行进间上篮的教学中，让学生切实根据自己的能力，组织分组间的练习与对比比赛，提高了学生在练习中的兴趣，同时增强了练习的正效应。

五、教学策略选择: (一)教法设想
根据本课所选择教学内容的特点，具体采用以下几种教学方法来实现教学目标:
1、以语言传递信息为主的体育教学方法:讲解法、问答法、提示法: 在课的开始热身部分的篮球热身操，学习提高部分的行进间上篮教师运用讲解，提问，并提示的方法。
2、以直接感知为主的体育教学方法:示范法、纠正错误与帮助法: (1)在做篮球热身操和过障碍的行进间上篮练习，教师均采用了示范法来帮助学生建立正确的动作概念。
(2)在做行进间上篮的练习过程中，教师巡回指导及时指出技术动作的错误，避免错误动作形成动力定型。采用了纠正动作错误与帮助法。
3、以探究性活动为主的体育教学方法:探究性学习法、小群体学习法: 在行进间助跑摸高的练习和行进间上篮的练习中，通过探究性学习，小组间的比赛，互相促进提高，加强学生的团队精神，有助于形成互帮互助共同提高的集体意识。
(二)学法设计: 充分发挥学生在学习中的主体地位，在学习中通过体育教师主导作用和体育骨干的带动，形成良好的师生互动，激发学生学习热情，积极参与到运动中去。

要求:双手持球、手臂伸直、两脚自然开立与肩同宽，前四拍在头上振臂，后四拍做体前屈，动作有力幅度大。 第三节:体转运动
要求:双手持球于胸前，肘关节抬平，双脚自然开立与肩同宽，转体时全脚掌着地，动作有力幅度大。
第四节:正压腿
要求:双手持球并端平，上体直立，重心落在支撑腿上，后脚蹬直，髋关节 向下运动。
第五节:侧压腿
要求:双手持球放于地面，上体直立，重心落在支撑腿上，运动腿要伸直。 第六节:踝关节与膝关节运动
要求:双手持球放于脑后，前两个八拍双脚并拢屈膝弹动，后两个八拍双脚 开立做踝关节绕环运动，动作有力幅度大。

(图3) 2.篮球行进间单手肩上投篮学习(25分钟) 动作方法:以右手投篮为例，右脚向前跨出时持球护球，接着迅速上左脚起跳，右腿屈膝上抬，同时举球至头右侧，腾空后，上体稍后仰，当身体跳到最高点时，右手臂伸直，用手腕前屈和手指力量将球投出。
动作要点:一跨大步接球牢，二跨小步用力跳，三要翻腕托球举球高，四要指腕柔和用力巧。重点:行进间运球和三步单手肩上投篮两动作的衔接。难点:跳起投篮时，腾空高度和控制身体的平衡及投篮出手动作连贯柔和。
(1)教学活动

组织措施:学生由原来的准备活动队形如(图1)，前一二排向左转带入篮球场的一个半场，后两排向右转带入篮球场的另外半场分组练习如(图4)，教师巡场指导，组别间可以进行上篮成功率的比赛。

七、教学中可能出现的问题及解决预防方法: 1(可能出现的问题: (1)上篮步数不清楚，脚下动作不协调。 (2)腾空高度不够，右腿不能快速上抬。
(3)腾空投篮时，动作僵硬不协调，双手抛球，手臂伸不直。 (4)个别学生运球时球的落点不对，或太前或太后，导致起步不顺。
2、预防方法: (1)徒手脚步练习站定，左脚在前，右脚在后，适当屈膝，双手做持球状。自喊口令“
一、
二、投”，同时做出右脚、左脚连续向前跨两步后投篮的动作。 (2)让学生扶墙或栏杆，快速屈膝抬右腿，放下，落地后重复数次，注意练习时的弹性和节奏感，这样既能增强下肢力量又能提高学生的动作质量。 (3)做原地单手投篮练习:站在篮圈右下方，双手持球，两腿为屈跳起后，在重心达到最高点处，开始由右手托球的下方，伸臂拨腕，可以将球直接投入篮筐，或打板进筐，逐人练习，让每个学生都体会单手肩上投篮的感觉。 (4)对于运球基本功不过关的学生先进性运球的行进间练习，再过渡到运球的行进间上篮练习。
八、场地器材:场地:篮球场 器材:跳高架2个、橡皮筋末端系一小球2个、篮球若干(根据学生人数而定)、秒表一个、纸笔。
九、效果预计: 1(预计70%以上学生能初步掌握本课所学的行进间单手肩上投篮技术。 2(预计本课学生的运动强度为中等，最高心率165次/分左右，平均心率130次/分左右，练习密度为60%左右。
3、测量心率方法:随机抽3至5个学生进行心率测试，开始热身部分测安静时的心率，准备活动热身结束时测热身心率，学习提高部分学生进行游戏比赛时测最高心率，整理恢复部分做完完全放松整理运动和调整呼吸后测恢复状态的心率。
4、练习密度为60%左右，学生获得适宜的运动负荷，有效的增强体质，并有利于知识技能的提高，以及养成良好的锻炼习惯。
