中国铁建十九局集团有限公司隶属中国铁建股份有限公司（中国铁建），是我国铁路工程施工总承包特级企业，是一支集铁路、公路、城市轨道交通、市政、桥梁、隧道、深基础、工业与民用建筑、水利电力、机场、港口码头、建筑与机械设备安装、矿山采掘于一体的大型专业化施工队伍。现有员工1.8万名，拥有各类专业技术干部7100人。企业资产156亿元，年施工能力300亿元以上，拥有世界先进、国内一流的隧道、桥梁、铺架、高速公路路面和大型土石方机械化施工设备5000多台（套），在全国500家最大规模建筑企业排名中名列第21位，1999年通过ISO9001质量体系认证，2003年通过ISO14001环境管理体系认证和OHSAS18001职业健康安全管理体系认证，获得英国UKAS证书，并取得了国家对外开展经济合作业务的资格。2002年被国土资源部批准为地质灾害防治工程甲级施工单位。
集团公司前身系中国人民解放军铁道兵第九师，组建于1949年8月，历经长沙起义、广西剿匪、荆江分洪、抗美援朝、国内建设等不同历史时期；1984年1月集体转业并入铁道部，改编为铁道部第十九工程局；1999年12月改称中铁第十九工程局；2000年9月划归中央企业工委；2001年12月企业改制改称现名，隶属国务院国有资产管理委员会。六十年来，集团公司南征北战、东进西出，先后承担了以京九铁路、青藏铁路、京沪高铁为代表的一大批国家重点建设项目，独立或参与承建了“两跨海湾、三跨长江、五跨黄河”等大桥施工任务。先后荣获国家科技进步奖2项、国家级工法2项、中国建筑工程鲁班奖8项、中国土木工程詹天佑大奖8项、国家优质工程金质奖5项、银质奖21项、省部级优质工程99项；先后被评为全国先进建筑施工企业、全国优秀施工企业、全国工程建设管理先进单位、全国守合同重信用企业、北京市高新技术企业、全国文明单位、全国思想政治工作优秀企业、全国企业文化建设工作优秀单位， 铁路施工企业信用评价先后7次被评为A类企业，2011年被中国水利工程协会评为水利建设市场主体信用AAA级企业。领导班子连续4年被股份公司党委评为“四好领导班子”；胡锦涛、江泽民、温家宝、吴邦国等党和国家领导人，先后到所承建的国家重点工程工地视察，称赞集团公司是一支永不褪色的铁军„„

CR19G was formerly known as the 9th Division of Railway Corps under the PLA in August, 1949, which has gone through different historical stages like Changsha Uprising, Guangxi Bandits Suppreion, Jingjiang River Flood Diversion Construction, War to Resist U.S.Aggreion and Aid Korea and domestic development.On 1st Jan 1984, it was renamed as the 19th Construction Bureau of Ministry of Railways and was placed under Central Enterprises Work Committee in Sep.2000.In December, 2001, it was reformed as China Railway Construction 19th Bureau Group Co., Ltd under the State-Owned Aets Administration Committee of State Council.During the past sixty years, CR19G has undertaken a batch of state key construction projects including the representative ones like Beijing-Kowloon Railway Project, Qinghai-Tibet railway Project and Beijing-Shanghai high speed train Project.It also undertook the bridge construction of “two acro the gulf, three acro the Yangtze River and five acro the Yellow River” independently or collaboratively, succeively won the honor of “State science and technology advanced prize” in 2 items, 2 items in “state-level construction method award”, 8 items in “National Construction LuBan 中 铁 十 九 局 集 团 有 限 公 司
