秦皇岛太行贸易有限公司系河北远洋运输集团股份有限公司于2002年9月成立的全资子公司，经商务部和中国五矿商会认证，获铁矿石进口资质，主要从事铁矿、有色金属、煤炭、钢材等产品的国际国内贸易。公司在唐山、日照、邢台、上海等地设有办事处，在京唐港有铁矿加工厂。2011年铁矿石贸易总量达650多万吨，海关统计进货量进入同业（有资质铁矿进口商）前十名。

Qinhuangdao Tyhoon Trading Co., Ltd., a subordinate enterprise of Hebei Ocean Shipping Co., Ltd., was established in Sep.2002.With the approval of Ministry of Commercial and China Chamber of Commerce of Metals, Minerals & Chemicals Imports & Export (CCCMC), Qinhuangdao Tyhoon Trading Co., Ltd.is qualified to import and export Iron Ore, and it is majoring in domestic and
international trade with iron ore, non-ferrous metal, coal, and steel products.The Iron Ore trade volume has amounted to over 6.5 million tons in 2011, which made
Qinhuangdao Tyhoon Trading Co., Ltd.ranked the top ten among the qualified iron ore importing trade companies in terms of import volume in Custom‟s Statistics.So far, Qinhuangdao Tyhoon Trading Co., Ltd.has set up branch offices in Tangshan, Shanghai, Rizhao, Xingtai etc, and there is an iron ore proceing factory in port of Jingtang.

4.船员劳务：
河北远洋船员管理公司成立于1998年，隶属于河北远洋运输集团。2002年，经国家外经贸部（现商务部）批准，公司获得了外派海员劳务的经营资 质。公司拥有一支专业、高效和作风过硬的船员队伍，总数达1600多人，其中，管理级船员200多名，支持级船员500多名，普通船员900余名，大部分 船员毕业于大连海事大学、上海海运学院、集美大学、武汉理工大学、大连海运学校、南京海运学校等专业航海院校。船员主要在巴拿马型、好望角型、超大型油轮 工作，少部分船员在杂货船、集装箱船上工作，经过多年的培养和锻炼，具备了丰富的工作经验、良好的业务素质、严明的纪律、强烈的工作责任心和较好的英语水平。

HOSCO.The company has a team of over 1,6 00 crews with profeional knowledge and plentiful experiences，and most of them are college graduates of maritime, such as Dalian Maritime University, Shanghai Maritime University, Jimei Maritime

Motormen, apparatus dismantling and aembling and electronic acknowledge for Engineers, etc;
(3) Comprehensive Training prior to Embarking, including safety consciousne, service and observance consciousne, enterprise culture,personnel safety protection, the Company‟s ISM system, key points of PSC inspection, cargo lo
prevention,characters of engine room management etc;
(4) Commercial training for master and chief officers;
(5) Operation Training for chief engineer and second engineer;
(6) Other training.
Additionally, our masters and chief officers holding Certificate of
Maneuvering very Large Ship iued by MSA and ordinary crew holding
Qualification Certificate for Hot Works iued by CCS and have rich experiences of working on large bulk carriers especially on Panamax bulk carriers.Some of them can serve on general cargo veels and container veels.In order to supply more competent and qualified crews to our customers, we established branch offices in Shanghai and Suzhou, which contribute to enrollment, training and manning of crew for the company.
