备课一定要充分，只有做到胸有成竹，才能提高课堂效率。备课时要充分考虑一切可能遇到的问题，包括学生学习习惯、个性特征、英语水平、认知水平等。要具备课堂上随机应变，快速反应的能力。我认为只有这样，才能调动起学生的学习热情，让他们动口，动手，动脑，参与学习，才能活跃课堂气氛，提高课堂效率。我觉得自己的临场发挥与应变能力及对学生积极性的调动上仍需进一步提高。
