Scope of the Position
Contribute to the achievement of the company goals, by providing a proactive and effective HR support, maintaining close contact with the line managers and employees, and optimizing and executing the human resources policies and procees to ensure the recruitment, training, retention and motivation of quality talents.
Contribute to the admin.services to improve the working conditions accordingly.
Principal Accountabilities
- Manage all HR operations in the plant (Organization, HR Systems, Training, recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Relations).
- Establish the HR policies and procees in line with the corporate policies and procees, ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Support organizational effectivene and competitivene acro the company (identify critical skills, enhance people management and development)
- Ensure Corporate culture is well established in the plant.
- Ensure admin.Services with satisfied quality and in accordance with Rhodia culture
Job requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Five years of experience in the HR with 2-3years in the Management role
- Dynamic, paional, customer-oriented with good listening skill and pragmatic profeional - Honest, reliable
- Excellent interpersonal skills, fluent in written and spoken English
- Good team-player
- Leadership to influence transversally, engage others and drive projects to execution
