4）辞职信
辞职信其实也是一种请求信：请求对方批准自己辞职。辞职信的重点在于说明自己辞职的原因。说明辞职原因时要客观礼貌，让对方容易接受，不要写成抱怨信。在辞职信的末尾，一般要为自己的辞职带来的不便而表达歉意，或者为对方曾给予自己的方便表示感谢。辞职信属于公务信函，措辞要注意庄重礼貌。
辞职信的正文部分一般由三个段落组成，其功能分别为： 第一段：表明写信意图 --- 辞职； 第二段：详述辞职的原因；
