Whatever goal one might have, in my opinion , the primarily important thing in life is health .It is universally true that everyone needs good health.With our society becoming more competitive, it’s important to stay healthy.For one thing, people with good health can do work with full energy and their excellence in work in turn contributes to their health and happine.For another, an unhealthy person is seldom able to show interest in everything around him and therefore he loses many opportunities to achieve succe.
Smile as much as poible and smile everyday to overcome the peimism.Conquer our own peimism can conquer own peimism can conquer all the difficult things in the world.If you feel that it hurts you, it probably hurts the person too.Smile and give them a sincere bleing.
Therefore as far as I am considered, in our life both physical and mental health is the most important thing.We should try in any means to improve and treasure our health.
