倘若可以，我愿做一个“行者”。
静静的夜，我愿一人独坐。我喜爱架起二胡，缓缓地拉弓。木的香气缭绕鼻间。有些锈迹却仍旧紧绷的二弦重合着，任我轻轻拉，重重划过。松香落在裤上，我不介意，抛开身边的物质，悠扬的乐音中我仿佛来到另一个天堂。我深深迷恋二胡。
可突然有一天，我发现，不是每个人对二胡都有着崇高的敬意。我站在教室中，眉飞色舞地讲着长大后愿成为二胡演奏家。大家饶有兴趣地看着手舞足蹈的我，可眼中却带着嘲弄。他们为钢琴手的豪情演出呐喊沸腾，看见街头偶尔坐着的拉着二胡的乞丐时会转头对着我，眼神中有说不清的深意，我内心隐隐作痛。望着街头那个老乞丐，听他那断断续续的、嘶哑的二胡声，我无言以对。同学们渐渐走远，我却停在角落一直发呆。
我仍旧喜爱深深沉醉在自己的世界中，唯有二胡默默相伴。黑夜中，我是个孤独的歌唱者，唱着别人不爱听的老歌。然后，终于有一个夜晚，我决定让这悠扬的乐音响彻天际。
我开始频繁参加艺术节，班级聚会上，我也背着二胡来回穿梭。端起二胡，我便进入忘我的状态。我如月夜下的老者哀婉叹息，似敲着拐杖呻吟着。我不求倾听者泪下，但求他们能倾听我内心的声音，听听我对二胡的依恋，唤起他们沉睡的心。我竭尽全力将《赛马》中最后一声马鸣扯得撕心裂肺，我不求每个人都血液沸腾，但求他们能感受我内心的愤怒——凭什么对着二胡嬉笑，对着钢琴呐喊? 曲子终了，我便会安静地站起，向他们鞠躬。我感谢他们的倾听，感谢他们的目瞪口呆，

教学设计说明
《百变团花》这课的教学设计中，我始终围绕“如何在课堂中将知识和能力进行有机地整合”这一问题而展开。上课一开始，我就让学生欣赏大量不同的团花，观察并找到它们的共同点，通过比较分析，了解团花的特点，培养学生分析事物的能力。在学习照课本第12页的图示折剪团花时，我没有采用教师示范的方式，而是通过让学生看图示自己动手的方式培养学生动手动脑的能力。在学习剪纹样的过程中，由于个体差异，作业质量差异也很大，有的甚至剪散了，我认为，有主见的失败优于有依赖的成功。经过学生的互相探讨，成功经验的介绍等等，在一次次尝试中学生成功地剪出了团花。我在对学生进行百变团花一课的讲解让学生通过动手实践，学会了如何剪花心，如何剪花边，再对花边进行边缘处理，花心的内部装饰之后。学生了解到团花的外圆以及内心的装饰。在对中间进行设计的同时，我是从分层来对学生进行教学设计的。分层讲解把中间的部分可以两层，三层甚至于更多的层次。学生可以有目的的进行设计自己的团花，并且在每层都设计出不同的内容。在讲解镂空部分时，我让学生将剪下来的部分填补到相应的部位，通过这种直观的方法解决教学难点。在这堂课上我赋予学生一个新的角色——小评委，大大增强了学生的积极性，变被动式的接受为主动的探究。在课堂教学中，我们只有摆脱过于强调接受学习的教学习惯，跳出传统教学的框架，为学生创设一个自主、合作、探究的学习的平台，让学生在自主学习过程中发现知识，提高能力，使两者有机结合。

三、合作探究，学做团花。

师：请同学们翻开书到第12页，请看左下角有一幅团花作品，左下角是它的制作示意图,你能说出制作的步骤吗？ 教师小结：折——画——剪 师：怎样折出书中的三角形？

小结：在将正方形的纸经过对边或对角对折后，折的次数越多越圆，再将边缘轮廓按照自己设计好的花纹，将多余的部分剪去，打开后的团花的边缘轮廓就是圆形的了。

我看了一本书，叫《百变昆虫》。这本书很好看，是我同学借给我的。
这本书里讲了许多故事，有很多我不知道的知识。例如：白蚁不属于蚂蚁；蜻蜓和豆娘的幼虫都是水虿；昆虫有警戒色和保护色等。这本书讲的故事可以分成5大类。第一类是昆虫的世界；第二类是昆虫的一生；第三类是昆虫的身体；第四类是古怪的行为；第五类是不同的昆虫。从不同的昆虫这一类里我又学到了几种小昆虫：蛇蛉、螽斯、切叶蚁、豆娘等。
书中说蚂蚁虽然很小，力量也很小，但全世界的蚂蚁一天却可以捕捉几十亿只昆虫。通过蚂蚁的启示，我懂得了要团结，团结就是力量。
书上还说：往往最安全的地方就是最危险的地方。有些蜂总爱把巢建在土中或在岩石下，这些地方看似安全，但实际上危机四伏。有些甲虫一有机会就钻进巢中，将卵产在蜂巢里，幼虫出生后就会吃掉蜂卵和蜂宝宝。我真想对那些蜂说：“你们把巢建造好是为了不被别的昆虫侵入，但也不能太简单，要时刻警惕些，要多动动脑！”
看了这本书，让我学到了许多。但我认为，要了解昆虫并不只是看书，还得到大自然中去观察、探索！

近日，很多朋友问我，如何突破销售难关？都说电话很难找到客户，特别是很难找到公司负责采购的人。面对这个老大难的问题，我被问得哑言。其实，销售没有一成不变的公式可套入，电话销售只会是千篇1律学问，它是靠我们平时经验的积累，成功的，失败的，多多少少，总会是一笔用之不尽的财富。当你兴高采烈的与客户签下订单时，你曾好好的总结，自己为什么成功了？当你垂头丧气的遭到客户的拒绝时，你又可曾想起，自己为什么失败了？一个成功的销售人员，总是会善于总结自己的得与失。关注更多免费采购流程，采购管理，合同范本，销售管理，销售技巧。
电话的销售最难突破的是前台关，如何能成功突破前台，找到自己想找的人，成了普通电话销售人员的一大心病，想办法突破前台的兜侃，不管你最终能不能签下订单，恭喜你，你已经成功了一半。
我们打电话总是在放下电话时埋怨对方的前台给你出难题，让你很难找到你想找的人，其实，人家没错，过滤你的电话是前台工作的一部分，我们没任何理由去责备别人的，我们只能凭自己的能力去突破他的心理关。
电话销售最常见的障碍就是以下10句，让我们逐一分析并突破它。
1．“他没有时间”，“他在开会”，“他出差了。”
分析：很明显，我们一听到这句话就能觉得对方持一种很不耐烦的态度，或许她今天心情不好，又或许她现在太忙，她根本无暇应付你的电话，我们能做的就是一句把对方逼上绝路，让她没办法拒绝你。
我们可以这样问对方：“请问我最好在什么时候来电话才能联络上他？”
2．“他不听销售员的电话。”
分析：对方之前肯定接过无数次这样的电话，因为现在形形色色的电话销售普遍存在，发票、网站建设、网站推广、展位、广告诸如此类的电话铺天盖地，作为一间公司的老总，不可能大大小小的电话都找他接，所以我们必需找另一位负责人。
可以这样问对方：“请问我该找哪个部门？能帮我把电话转过去吗？我该找谁？”
3．“我不需要该产品。”
分析：
A除非你之前所搜索的资料不全面，否则他不可能不需要你的产品，对方需要一辆车，你却给对方推荐一台电梯，这怎么可能呢，虽然都是交通工具，对方需要的是公交车语音报站器，你却给对方推荐电梯语音报层器，这又怎么可能呢？
B既然你知道对方肯定对你的产品有需求，那就证明对方已经有固定的供应商，或对你的产品价格、质量、售后存在异议以导致对方对你产生抗拒感。
我们可以这样发问：“准确地说你对该产品有何具体要求？”
4．“发一份传真过来吧！”
分析：很多时候我们都会满怀信心的给对方发去一份传真，然后在办公室里静候“佳音”，其实不然，我们都犯了个特大的错误，给对方发去传真，这传真是不是真的到了该人的手中，我们还不知道，即使他真的收到传真，他看了之后就会随手一放，久而久之，他就把这事给忘了，到你下次再打电话过去，肯定少不了他又一次问你是谁？是干什么的？即使是我自己在任采购经理时，一天几十个电话，都是找我谈业务、推荐产品，我自己还是用这招应付那些电话销售者。站在我自己的角度看，反而给我发E-mail的那几位销售人员的资料在我整理邮箱时引起了我的注意力。所以我建议，发传真还不如发电子邮件。因为传真毕竟不是专门的报价、销售合同，对方并不会太怎么重视。
我们可以这样答：“我想给他发一份电子邮件，请问他的E-MAIL地址是什么？（当然双层保险最好，既发电子邮件，又发传真，传真并不是完全不好）
5．“我们迟些时候会再给你答复。”
分析：这是再明显不过的在敷衍你，对方持的是一种完全不负责任的态度，我们要明白，我们是在给对方提供渠道，而非向对方推销产品。把这种思维逆转到客户的观念里，或者对方又会是另一种态度。
我们可以这样答：“请问我们什么时候联系你会比较合适？”
6．“你是谁？” “是哪里的？” “找我们老总有什么事？”
分析：这会不会是老总们特意交待前台的呢？答案是肯定的，这是每间公司前台的最基本的常识，即使自己在接到陌生电话时也会这样问对方。没有老(续致信网上一页内容)总授权，一般前台都不敢随便过滤打进来的电话，所以业务在打进电话时，尽量不要向前台说明自己的来意和身份，来意和身份都应该在自己要找的人接电话时才诚恳的表明。
这时我们可以摆高资态，说个美丽的谎言，强行渡关：“我和你们老总约好的。”“是你们老总叫我打过来的。”总之，没有固定的渡关公式可套，只有百变的渡关技巧等你发挥。
7．“寄一份资料给我们吧。”
分析：很多时候，我们做销售的都会这样做，但事实上我们寄出了十份资料，也没有接到一个客户是在收到我们的资料后打来的电话。我不知道大家有没有同感，资料发出去了，别说订单，就算是普通的电话询价也没有一个。所以我们真正要做的不是满怀希望的去给对方寄资料，而是要亲自找到自己想找的人认真的谈谈。大家觉得呢？
我们可以这样回答：“已经寄过了，我想问问他消化得怎么样了？”
8．“我们的购买计划已经搁置。”
分析：这或许是对方已经购买了你所推销的产品，又或许对方真的是已经把购买计划搁置，我们绝不能去怀疑客户是因资金不足而搁置购买项目，我们所关心的是对方是否因为工程搁置、技术支持不到位而搁置购买计划，关心客户的动向，关心客户的下一步计划才是我们所要做的。
我们可以这样答：“请问你们什么时候才投入新的购买计划？我们可以给你们提供最好的技术支持。”
9．“我不知道他什么时候才开完会。”
分析：开会时间一般都在2-3小时，很多公司的会议都会选择在星期六早上或星期一早上召开。所以我们特别要注意这两个时间段，假如知道对方在开会，我们就要避开这两个时间段，假如早上打电话给对方，得知在开会后，你就下午再打给人家。不要明知对方在开会，你还三番四次的去打搅对方。
电话里，你也可以这样问一句“那请问你们公司里谁会知道呢？”
10．“他在讲电话，你可以留下姓名吗？”
分析：当前台在很短一段时间内接到你的两次电话，她必会有厌烦之感，所以你第二次再打给对方时，很可能她会出些怪招刁难你，所以，你得知你要找的人在讲电话时，你最好不要把电话挂掉，也不要告诉对方你的姓名。
回答：“让我在电话里等一会儿吧。谢谢。”

一些复杂的图案都是由基本纹样构成的。只有对基本纹样掌握透彻，才能剪出精美的图案。下面是一些基本纹样，我们一起来认识认识：
3、学习剪对称图形。
剪对称图形只需将纸对折一遍即可。
（1）、剪树叶：
（2）、剪鱼：（鱼鳞或用笔画或用刀刻，鱼翅经过剪制后再贴。）
（3）、指导学生将所剪的叶子及鱼拼成一幅水底群鱼图。再添制一些水底景物，使画面更加完美。

先将纸斜对角折，剪出正方形。再反复对折几次，折的次数越多，剪出的图案越复杂、越精美。
5、学习剪花瓶。
（花瓶其实也可剪成对称图形。）
6、将剪成的团花和花瓶组成一瓶花，再配上绿叶，则更完美。
7、各小组进行制作比赛，看哪一组的优秀作品最多，最形象，所需时间最少，将获胜组奖一面小红旗，以示鼓励。
8、将各小组的作品贴在黑板上进行展示，以激励大家的学习兴趣。

二、说教法：
在教学中我力图面向全体学生，发挥主体参与的热忱，优化学生个性，培养创新精神，积极创造条件广泛吸引学生主动地、自觉地参与美术活动来提高学生的观察、记忆、分析、想象、创造能力，开发智力，激发潜能，真正使美术教学成为提高整体素质的主力、形象、活泼的教育手段和途径，在教学中力图符合学生心理生理发展，符合从兴趣发展到主动参与合作、大胆发现、充分表现发展个性，优化基本素质的教学方法。
三、说学法：
“学”是主体，在教师的主导下，学生将采用以下的主要学法： （1）、交流合作讨论法：教师要学生发现问题并提出问题，让学生仔细思考讨论合作，然后随意交流、发言，这样的学法有利于学生的思维在民主、自由、开放的气氛中纵横驰骋，把他们的个性和创造力发挥得淋漓尽致。
（2）、练习法：是学生在教师的指导下，将所学的知识用于实际，以巩固知识，形成技能技巧的教学方法，在本课的剪纸团花练习中，我运用了课件中的学生作品及范画，激发学生的创造力和表现力。
四、说教学流程：
在本节课中我主要采用了“六步”教学模式，并利用课件演示法和示范讲解法进行教学。这样操作可为以下六个环节：

（一）、创设情境，引入新知。
随音乐进入网上收集的团花剪纸图片欣赏作品。这样做主要是带领大家欣赏精美的团花剪纸艺术，激发学生的学习兴趣，强化审美体验，学生会表现出惊讶、赞叹、钦佩的心理活动，并表现出强烈的创作冲动，同时教师利用课件，进一步拓宽了学生的视野，激发学生的好奇心和求知欲，达到创设情境，引入新知的目的。
（二）、教师引导，探讨解疑。
让学生看书自学，并用手中的材料进行尝试折剪，找出在折剪过程中有什么样的问题让你伤脑筋？（学生自学教材，进行初级创作，并寻找发现问题。）
此目的是为了让学生通过自学教材，分组研究问题，探索问题，培养自主性能力和小组合作能力。
（三）、初级创作，发现难题。
（教师通过巡视发现学生在初级创作中存在的问题，并鼓励学生提出问题）以小组为单位进行探讨研究。教师协助学生归纳总结以下两个可能出现的问题：
1、纹样、折法单一，装饰味不浓。
2、为什么一样的折法，剪好后发现团花分成几大块？
此目的主要是让学生进行尝试，进行剪出各种美丽的团花纹样，进入初级创作阶段，让学生亲自去发现问题提出疑问。
（四）、教师引导，解决问题：
1、将剪纸中运用的剪纸符号进行归纳并展示各种不同形式团花作品让生观察其折法。通过课件展示讲解，解决纹样、折法的单一，
装饰味不浓的问题。（圆点、月牙纹、毛毛纹、羽毛纹等）
2、解决团花分成几大块的问题：
教师进行演示，让生通过观察明白团花分成几大块的问题。
3、团花剪纸的方法分析讲解（以课件展示）
（1）、折一折
（2）、画一画
（3）、剪一剪。
4、剪纸团花的顺序：从上到下、从内到外，先小后大的方法来剪图案。
这样做的主要原因是教师逐步引导学生自己解疑，师生互动进行课件演示、讲解交流信息，培养合作性的能力。教师针对教材中的难题，进行必要的示范演示，建立师生民主平等，生生互动、师生互动的学习环境，增加小组合作教学这种双向式和多向式信息交流方式，同时培养合作意识。
（五）、进行再创作形成技能。
1、学生创作，体验创作过程
教师出内容，请同学们利用自己研究的方法和学习到的新知识进行再创作，要求创作出一幅情节简单，形象生动的团花图案。
2、教师辅导，学生形成技能
教师要对那些需要帮助的学生进行个别辅导，对于好学生鼓励他们大胆创造。
此目的是使生进入再创作阶段，解决问题形成技能，培养学生的创造力。在教学过程中要特别关注那些学习能力弱，接受能力低的学生，给予必要的督促和帮助，合理兼顾全班的上、中、下三个不同层次的学生，使全班的学生都能参与到作品的设计制作，增强其学习的自信心和提高学生的积极性、创造性，体验完成作品的自豪感和成功感。
（六）、激发潜能，表现评价

此目的是让学生在自评、互评的过程中鼓励学生向他人展示并描述自己的作品，在学生互评的过程中，鼓励学生大胆地表达自己的想法教师耐心地聆听他们的发言，保护他们的自尊心和自信心，并随时赞赏其富有个性的表达和创作。通过这样的交谈方式，学生便学会了如何欣赏作品、如何发现作品的问题及如何评价作品。
《百变团花》课后反思
新课程理念下的教学过程，需要我们为学生营造一个“自主探究”的氛围。在美术教学活动中，我们不仿多给学生提供一些探讨的机会，让他们体验成功的喜悦，使他们真正成为学习的主人。这将激励他们不断探索，从而踏上成功之路。《美术新课程标准》中强调：要改变学生的学习方式，要变学习为自主学习、探究学习、合作学习，本课就是围绕这一教学理念进行设计的。
本课所讲授的内容为剪纸团花，是“设计·应用”领域里的一课内容。它是由剪纸和折纸相结合的艺术，有着工具简单、制作简便和便于少儿接受的特点，对启发少儿的想象力、锻炼心灵手巧和胆大心细的品格，有着不可低估和得天独厚的作用。团花是中国剪纸历史最悠久、运用率最广泛的一种形式。学生通过剪团花，探究折叠中的小窍门和巧妙的花纹设计能剪出奇妙的图案来，给欣赏者以美的感受，给我们的生活增添了许多乐趣。从而对学习美术保持一定的兴趣和热情，并且能体会到祖国优秀的民间艺术的魅力，培养学生大胆创造美的能力。
学习者是二年级学生，通过小学一年多的学习，有了一定的折纸和剪纸的技能。根据学生年龄特点，可以采用小组内的探究学习方式调动学生积极思考。合理评价设计，鼓励学生发散思维。在此基础上鼓励学生大胆创新。
本课的教学目标
1、教学方法：本课以学生探究性学习的实践活动为主线，重视探究经验。把学生的个人知识，直接经验，生活世界看成重要的学习资源。鼓励学生经过探究，自己发现知识，学生的实践活动贯穿于整个学习过程的始终。
2、与教材配套的多媒体课件及剪纸用具等。
一、思得
1、课的导入：突出了本节美术课的本体的东西，以变魔术的方式设置悬念，让学生在轻松愉快的学习氛围中进入学习角色。以此拉近师生间的距离。
2、为了解决本课教学的重点、难点，教师在教学中创设疑问、探索的教学情境。让学生自主探究，合作学习，使学生成为活动的主体。通过拆折老师分发的范例。为学生搭建自主探究的平台让其自己去发现问题，解决问题，找到基本的方法。在教师的引导下随着教学的逐步深入，学生掌握了剪折团花的技巧，接着我又在“百变团花”的“变”上下工夫。通过启发、引导及示范，使学生的思维得到升华，解决了重点突破了难点。实践证明，这种学习方法是一种很好的寻求知识的途径。
3.充分利用教材提供的教学资源。引导学生探究发现，学习剪纸语言，了解剪纸艺术。培养他们热爱传统文化的情感，提高艺术感知能力。
二、思失
1、教学中没有十分注意学生的参与面，有些基础较弱的学生没有积极地参与小组合作学习中。
2、应注意语言的儿童化，积极创设教学情境。
三、思改：
新课程强调让学生“自主学习”，但儿童的自主发展离不开教师积极的引导，在美术教学中，学生通过教师的引导，感受艺术的美，获得美的知识，通过教师的辅导获得表现的技能，并展现自己的个性。教师引导的目的是让学生去看、去听、去想、去创造，提高学生的创作能力，体验创作的乐趣。新课标指出：“强调学生在学习过程中的主体地位，并不是对学生的学习采取放任自由的态度。我们教师应该作为主导，起向导作用，教师的指导是学生健康成长、发展成才的条件。”所以，教师的正确引导是达到美术教育的最有效的途径。

要想要学生学会运用色彩，首先要理解色彩，认识色彩。为了让学生更好地掌握色彩知识就必须让学生从心里对色彩产生一种需要，就要让绚丽多彩的颜色吸引学生。小学生正处于启蒙教育阶段，对色彩的理解是极少的，他们所知道的颜色无非是颜料盒中的那十几种。他们的抽象思维还没有成熟，需要的是感性教育和形象教育。美术本身源于生活，色彩本身源于自然，在美术课堂中，我们要让学生融进大自然中，感悟自然中的色彩。例如，在教学二年级《茂密的花》时，按常规的美术教学是教师借助所有的手段精心设计一个五彩缤纷的“花海”场景，再加上所谓的“形象生动”地描述五颜六色的花和分析色彩的变化。但这种虚拟的场景对小学生来说，太遥远了，很难触动学生的感受及对色彩的认识，很难使学生发现色彩的变化。这种教法无异于纸上谈兵，学生也会感到枯燥无味。针对这种情况，我在这节课中设计了一个生动活跃的游戏——“采红花，摘绿叶”，让学生走进大自然，亲身体验、感受这绚丽多彩的野花及千变万化的颜色。学生们通过对比，发现色彩有深有浅的变化，即使是同一色相，它的明度也不一样，学生们就会慢慢体会到色彩的微妙之处。久而久之，在学生的作品中，颜色就不再显的单调了。因此，让学生自身感悟，事物给他们的印象深刻，那我们的美术教学就可以达到事半功倍的效果。

制作说明：可以随意组合的人物拼图。准备裁剪好的泡沫板，大头针若干，用彩纸剪出身体的各个部位备用（如图1），用大头针在泡沫板上逐个的固定各个部位，组成完整的人物，供学生讨论人物的特征和各个部位的特征，性别可供选择，身体各部位也都可供选择，如长发或短发，大眼睛或小眼睛，大嘴巴或小嘴巴，高或矮，胖或瘦等。操作方便，成本低廉，组合人物特征千变万化，随意性较强，还可以循环使用。教师可以根据学生回答来完成拼图，也可让学生自己动手由自己的喜好来完成拼图（如图2图3）。
适用范围：Book4 Unit3 My Friends 描述人物特征，及人物五官、身体各部位名称的教学等。

第18篇：百变女装宣传策划案
百变女装宣传策划
为了更好的合作，提升本次华中农业大学“荣校兴农”第四届三农知识竞赛活动影响力并且达到双赢目的为商家提供宣传，现植科科学技术学院学生会“张之洞杯”小组为商家百变女装提供宣传策划建议。策划可分为三个板块。
(一) 视频类
1．视频 ：我们本次活动会有前期宣传和决赛现场两个视频，前期宣传主要是在校园视频窗和网络（人人网、微博、新浪、QQ„„）等进行播出和转载。在播出的过程中会有赞助商板块，而且前期宣传活动会持续到4月，浏览量是很可观的。
具体细节：1.我们活动有自己的宣传视频，可以把赞助商百变女装的宣传放入赞助商那一部分，随我们院内部、校级各学生会单位以及学生的宣传，宣传的波及面很大；
2.另外，如果赞助方提供的赞助量大，有要求做单独视频进行宣传，我们也可以尽力去做，视频制作工作量较大，短期成果肯定没办法出来，但两个月内一定可以看到成效。形式我们可以模仿最近比较火的“聚美优品”的陈欧代言，为赞助商拟定广告词，制作单独宣传视频。
(二) 图文类
本次活动决赛会有海报（30张）、入场券（1200）、决赛现场喷绘（1张）等。 1．海报除了本次活动的主题外，可以添加赞助商，会张贴在各个楼栋，保证所有宿舍区的同学都能看到；（例如会写下：本次活动奖品赞助商：校外百变女装店）
2．入场券上可以印有赞助，在决赛前分发，各个院都会有固定名额，剩下一部分会定点摆摊发放；
3．巨型喷绘会在现场张贴，有赞助板块。（类似海报） (三) 摆点宣传
前期我们会在荟园主干道进行两天的摆点宣传，分为3次。时间为周一中午、周一下午和周二中午，形式上是采取有奖问答的方式，吸引更多人驻足了解和参与。在参与的过程中，我们会通过发放奖品和讲解活动来扩大宣传效果。同时，奖品可以作为商家代表进行宣传，也可以在摆点摊位帐篷周围张贴本次奖品的提供商和一些商家介绍.具体细节：1.我们会在摆点棚上悬挂奖品列表，例如上面会有写：
奖品一：由时尚的百变女装店所提供的精美饰品、精美礼品；
2.我们会在摆点处有专门的赞助伙伴宣传点，对我们的赞助商店面拍照，然后打印照片粘贴在宣传点处，标明店面特色和地点。例如：可以有一些宣传标语贴在照片下方，并附有地址：你想一衣多变吗？就来百变女装吧！
时尚、实惠、实在，百变女装就是你的选择！
衣美人更美，百变女装给你改变！„„„„
商家如果还有什么好的建议或者在宣传时的一些要求，可以给我们反馈，我们可以在活动的基础上尽量满足，希望达到双赢的效果。

作为本次综合实践活动，我既看到了学生的巨大变化，如小组合作式的学习，同时也看到了学生对活动课的求知渴望。综合实践活动课把学生带向了一个更广阔的空间，他们的情感得到深化，能力得到发展，个性得到展示，学生们在自主、合作、探究的亲历体验中主动与他人进行交流，他们在合作中学习，在学习

中合作。活动中，充分体现学生的主体地位，教师只是学生学习的指导者，合作者，我们只有在生活中不断的充实自我，与学生共同学习，才能更好的指导综合实践活动课。
本节课也存在一定的不足，课堂上要有充足的时间让学生进行动手操作。要把更多的话语权交还给学生，让学生在小组讨论汇报的环节畅所欲言。活动课局限在课堂之内，所涉及的活动领域单一。我会总结经验在平时的教学中改正提高。

坚持就是胜利
潘亿洋
“坚持就是胜利。”妈妈常常对我这么说。
这节课老师公布上次考试成绩，我焦急又忐忑地等待着老师念我的名字。“潘亿洋，85分。”老师的声音就像一把利剑一样刺入我的心。我颤颤微微地接过试卷，失望极了，心想：明明可以考上99分的，怎么会这样？
放学后，我垂头丧气地走在回家的路上，我觉得天空不再那么湛蓝深远，空气不再那么清新甜润了。北风吹过，树叶哗啦啦地作响，仿佛在说：“哈哈，你真笨。”鸟儿的叫声也不像以前那样清脆了，好像也在嘲笑我一样。知了在树上“知了，知了······”的叫着，更是让人心烦气躁。要是我回家，告诉爸爸妈妈的话，那我会不会挨骂呢？或者会不会挨打呢？我不禁这样想。
回到家里，我小心把这件事告诉了妈妈。令我没想到的是，妈妈并没有揍我，妈妈摸着我的头，温柔地对我说：“没事的，不要灰心，下次好好考。坚持就是胜利。”尤其是那“坚持就是胜利”说的既坚定又有力。妈妈的话让我非常感动，我决定以后好好学习。
从那以后，我每天拼命的学习，并跟时间赛跑。最后我印证了坚持就是胜利那就话，我赢了时间并取得的100分的好成绩。
对！就是这样，坚持就是胜利。
