Write some advice on how to keep people fit and healthy by doing some exercises Sample writing
1) Walk briskly for forty-five minutes at least three times a week or ride on an exercise bike in the same way.2) If you feel up to walking, you can mix some jogging in with your walking.3) Try to walk up the stairs at the office rather than taking the elevator when there are five or fewer flights.4) If you eat out, choose a restaurant a couple of blocks from the office, so you can walk.5) Walk to the next office to discu a problem rather than request people to come to see you or use the phone.
