Summary:Manages a variety of general market activities by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

Duties 1.Develop a marketing programs plan, which covers strategy, activities

and budget

2.Hire and manage marketing programs profeionals to execute all activities

3.Actively participate in the development of the company’s positioning and key marketing meages

4.Work closely with the product development team to identify new products and will be responsible for leading global marketing and

communication strategy

5.Conduct and specify marketing requirements for market and customer research

6.Identify opportunities and develop information to define markets, market potential, competition and product requirements that are the key to

succeCompetency:

Education/Experience

Has a bachelor degree and above degree and have three or more years of experienceLanguage Ability:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general busine periodicals and write a report very well

Math Ability:

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commiions, proportions and percentages,

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job succefully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Proceing software and related software system
