初中集体备课流程

一、备课组长提前分配要备课节并指明每节课的主备人

二、主备人提前前钻研教材

三、

1、集体备课时质疑、破疑,研讨下周所教教材

2、研讨每节课如何导入课题,如何引导学生高效自学,调动学生积极参与的能动性,同时统一进度、目标、作业、检测题、课堂测试题

3、研讨如何突破重难点。

四、确定教案、学案(练习题).、考案 内容

五、根据学生的实际修改。

六、周五前打印的教案、学案、必须打印出来,同年级组英语教师每人一份,发电子稿至yuan_xinguo@126.com和交打印稿。

七、教学案使用后要写出反思或体会

初中英语集体备课模式

理念: 先学后教,当堂训练。

具体操作:

学生的预习、自学、通过检测发现问题、然后学生小组讨论、相互帮(优等生帮助学困等生),解决问题。教师组织、引导学生答疑,解决学生存在的共性问题。然后再通过一些列的练习题当堂测试,再次检验学生对所学知识的掌握情况,力争人人过关。 要求:

以学生为主体。老师要少讲,力争把大部分时间还给学生,让学生在老师的一倒下,通过各项活动动起来,力争做到手、脑、耳、眼并用,充分发挥学生的主观能动性。 大致流程:

一、辅助环节(板书课题、初始目标、自学指导)(2分钟)

二、先学(读、背、检测、提问、练习)(10-15分钟)

三、后教(学生更正、师生讨论)(10分钟)

四、当堂训练(完成作业)(5-10分钟)

1.板书课题(Topic):Unit7 new words.

2.Main points and difficult points

3.出示教学目标(Show teaching aims):Read and Recite the new words.

4.展示目标的方式(ways to show teaching aims):by statement,

blackboard,computer,show slides and so on.

5.第一次自学指导(The first teaching oneself instruction).

a.Ask students read the words by themselves , in two minutes check who can read most.

b.Ask students listen to listen to the tapes and circle the words that they can\'tread.

c.Ask students read again one by one , then ask others to listen and correct mistakes.

d.Other students read one student.

6..第二次自学指导(The second teaching oneself instruction).

a.Ask students to read by themselves, teachers have a look and solve the

students\' problems.

b.Desk mates read to each other and check.

c.Read ,listen and check in groups.

7..第三次自学指导(The third teaching oneself instruction).

a.Ask students to recite the new words

b.Desk mates recite to each other and check.

c.Teacher leads students to recite the new words and check.

8.当堂训练

a.Hand out the paper and ask students to finish it in limited time.

Check the paper between desk mates or by teachers.

1、Show teaching aims:

a.Look at the picture ask and answer

Work alone: Listen and find who is Amy\'s best friend .Ask students to give the answer and others to check.

心得和体会

苑新国

不听不知道,一听吓一跳。在没参加这次研讨会之前,总以为学生没自学的能力,对问题的理解能力差,所以课堂上总是一味地讲,只怕学生理解的不透彻,结果我讲得口干舌燥,心里满觉得很踏实,学生肯定掌握住了,结果第二天上课提问时,大部分学生不会。直到今天,听了永威学校老师”先学后教,当堂训练“英语课和蔡校长关于”先学后教,当堂训练“的报告,我才意识到,我以前做的无用功太多了,课堂上讲的过多,没留给学生练习的时间,只能是事倍功半,教学效率极低。

我从思想上认识到,学生是教学中的主体,教师只是起引导作用,教师要引导学生自学,在此基础上小组合作学习、通过检测、提问发现问题,学生间纠错,教师帮助答疑,这样就调动了

每位学生参与的积极性,利于提高学生的学习效率。同时教师要少讲,把课堂上三分之二的学生还给学生,让学生在亲身实践的过程中体验学习的快乐,实现自身的价值。

\"先学后教,当堂训练\"教学法特别适用于初中英语教学,教学过程本身就是师生互动的过程,学生通过参与师生互动,锻炼了自己的能力,也培养了合作学习的技能。学生之

间相互答疑,利于提高他们的创新能力。当堂完成作业,可以减轻学生的课外负担,有利于他们的身心健康,利于他们的成长。对于那些不能当堂过关的同学,教师要重点关注他们,只有这样,才能收到良好的效果。先学后教,通过检测,利于发现学生的问题,然后教师让学生帮助纠错,帮助答疑,利于节省时间,提高课堂效率。最后通过当堂测试,再次检验学生对本节课的内容掌握的情况,利于教师做到有的放矢。

总之,我认为这种方法非常适用于初中英语教学。
