金箍棒对于幼儿园的孩子来说一点都不陌生，孩子们从小就对孙悟空产生浓厚的兴趣，从小就喜欢玩金箍棒。到了中班，大部分幼儿已经掌握了金箍棒的很多玩法，结合中班孩子的年龄特点和能力，我把本次活动的重、难点放在花样玩金箍棒上，尊重了孩子的个体差异，更调动起了孩子们主动思考、积极探索的兴趣。

本课的设计是在学生初步掌握了纸杯制作方法基础上进行创作的。我通过让学生帮我想办法把废旧的纸杯再利用起来，目的让学生明白身边的废纸杯是可以变成一件生活实用品。接着就让学生欣赏一些纸艺图片，这个环节学生不仅了解一些作品的制作方法，更能深刻的意识到纸杯与生活的丰富多彩，从而喜欢制作纸杯玩具。

这时再让学生交流课前收集的纸杯来做什么，同学们的积极性就会更高。而在课前收集材料中，利用废弃的纸杯，变废为宝，还能增强学生的环保意识。学生通过小组合作探究制作出一件件纸杯作品，不仅培养了学生的眼、耳、手并用，更激发了学生的制作热情和对纸杯制作的兴趣。在这一过程中，每一个小组的学生都在进行合作，每一个学生都在主动的探究，掌握制作方法及步骤，同时，在制作中遇到问题是由学生自己探究解决的。而且，在整个的合作探究的过程中，学生合作学习的能力、主动探究的能力、发现问题的能力都得到了培养。在整个的教学过程中，教师始终没有以知识权威的身份出现在课堂中，而是以学生学习的合作者、引导者的身份出现。

本课所讲授的内容为剪纸团花,是与折纸相结合的艺术,它简单易学,装饰性和艺术性都很强.取一张纸,用一把剪刀,通过巧妙的构思和不同的折叠方法,只需一会儿功夫,便可剪出令人喜出望外的图案来。可是像这样一节有趣生动的课堂让我给上坏了。

1、坏在没有充分的备课，制作课件。课堂程序安排有误，在刚开始上课就让学生初步尝试和老师一起动手剪一剪，在没有学习的情况下，很多同学都没有剪完，有的甚至还没有画完花纹，所以在接下来的课程讲解中不能跟着我的脚步去听课，而是专心研究怎样把自己手里的团花剪完。没有考虑到学生的年龄还太小，不能很快的集中精神，容易分心。团花的发源与演变应先讲，从古至今，这样更有顺序性。在小组比赛的时候没有事先说好比赛规则，而显得秩序太乱。

2、坏在没有深入的研究课本，没能把“剪纸是源于我国，有千年的历史，是我国的国宝，在世界上享有很高的声誉”这一重点内容传授给学生。研究课本是很有必要的，课前一定要研究透编者想让学生学习的重点在哪里，才可以编写教案，安排课堂程序。制作这一环节还有待研究，没有给学生提供钻研的时间。有些制作环节，老师讲解不清楚，有些学生无从下手。在具体制作中，老师要是事先让学生在折好的纸上画上图形，沿图形剪，剪出的效果可能更好。

3、坏在没有考虑到卫生清洁的问题。在学生开始制作之前，就应该提醒大家注意卫生，不要把碎纸片乱扔。没有考虑到双面胶粘在黑板上很难清理干净，给学生打扫卫生带来了困难，这都是事先考虑不周。应该准备一大张色卡纸，设计一个作品展示区，让学生把作品全都贴在一起，这样作品还易于保留。

4、坏在没有做到把课堂教给学生。由于本课设计教学内容较多，教师讲的较多，显得学生学的较被动。因此，在今后教学中应多给孩子表现的机会，设置一些自主探究和小组合作完成的环节，如让学生多交流如何把窗花剪得更圆，自主探究剪窗花的方法等。要充分体现学生的主体地位。放手让学生用自己的方法尝试解决问题，才能更好地发挥学生思维的独创性，使其体验到创作活动的快乐！在课堂上，师生互动固然重要，学生互动更具独特的魅力。

2、在教学中，我始终围绕“如何在课堂中将知识和能力进行有机地整合”这一问题而展开。让学生自主探究，合作学习，使学生成为活动的主体。通过剖析范例，为学生搭建自主探究的平台让学生自己去发现问题（如折法的不同、剪边的不同、所剪的纹样的不同），找到基本的方法。上课一开始，我就让学生欣赏大量不同的团花，观察并找到它们的共同点，通过比较分析，了解团花的特点，并要求学生找找花纹的层次及规律，从而培养了学生的培养学生分析事物的能力与探究能力。在学习剪纹样的过程中，我先让学生进行尝试制作，由于个体差异，作业质量差异也很大，有的甚至剪散了，我认为，有主见的失败优于有依赖的成功。经过学生的互相探讨，成功经验的介绍等等，在一次次尝试中学生都成功地剪出了不同的团花，引导学生随着教学的逐步深入，让学生掌握剪折团花的技巧，在“百变团花”的“变”引发思维，教学反思《百变团花教学反思》。 他们乐与探究，敢于创造，学生的创新意识和创造能力得到了提高，思维得到升华，解决重、难点。

3、充分利用多媒体教学辅助手段给学生以具体形象。引导学生探究发现，学习剪纸语言，了解剪纸艺术，提高艺术感知能力。

4、形式别样的作品展评方式。在作品展评环节，我没有按照以往学生站在台前展示，其他同学评价的方式，而是采用了让学生用自己剪出的团花贴在教室窗户的玻璃上装饰自己的教室。看到用自己的作品能贴在窗玻璃上装扮教室，学生心里有一种自豪感，异常兴奋。这样展示作品，比教师单纯用语言表扬更能调动学生的学习积极性。（附：学生作品）

二、值得注意的问题：

1、制作这一环节还有待研究，给学生提供钻研的时间不够。有些制作环节，老师讲解不清楚，有些学生无从下手。在具体制作中，老师要是事先让学生在折好的纸上画上图形，沿图形剪，剪出的效果可能更好。

2、学生卡纸准备的不统一，少部分同学可能因为准备的材料不符合要求，卡纸太厚，折起来剪不动，剪的作品不理想。

3、由于本课设计教学内容较多，教师讲的较多，显得学生学的较被动。因此，在今后教学中应多给孩子表现的机会，如让学生多交流如何把窗花剪得更圆，自主探究剪窗花的方法等。

三、思考与改进：

听其他老师的评课，并反思自己在教学过程中出现的问题，放手让学生用自己的方法尝试解决问题，才能更好地发挥学生思维的独创性，使其体验到创作活动的快乐！在课堂上，师生互动固然重要，学生互动更具独特的魅力。合作学习并不意味着都是学习较好的学生帮助学习有困难的学生。从某种程度上说，那些后进生的某些思维，或许某个闪光点往往能补充学习好的学生的不足，学生之间的差异通过探索、合作学习、生生互动，渐渐缩小，恰似滚雪球，不断地使处在不同层次的学生连为一体，同步前进。

3.花纹的设计不要太复杂，镂空的大小要掌握好，太大不行、太小也不行。

4.使用剪刀的方法。使用时要注意安全。

1.找中心:将纸对折好后，捏住中心，在中心的对边画出弧线，剪出圆形。2.分析剪错的原因：中心点找错了位置，中心点的两侧是不开口的。

师：现在我们来玩一个小游戏。用桌上的正方形白张纸，请你只剪一刀，就把它变成圆形，看谁能做到。（生动手实践）

师：谁剪出圆形了，说一说你是怎样剪出来的？ 师：谁在制作的过程中遇到困难了吗？ 生：分散成了碎纸片了。

师：同学们帮帮他，想一想这是为什么？ 师：1）、原来是因为没有找准中心点。

《百变团花》这课的教学设计中，我始终围绕“如何在课堂中将知识和能力进行有机地整合”这一问题而展开。上课一开始，我就让学生欣赏大量不同的团花，观察并找到它们的共同点，通过比较分析，了解团花的特点，培养学生分析事物的能力。在学习照课本第12页的图示折剪团花时，我没有采用教师示范的方式，而是通过让学生看图示自己动手的方式培养学生动手动脑的能力。在学习剪纹样的过程中，由于个体差异，作业质量差异也很大，有的甚至剪散了，我认为，有主见的失败优于有依赖的成功。经过学生的互相探讨，成功经验的介绍等等，在一次次尝试中学生成功地剪出了团花。我在对学生进行百变团花一课的讲解让学生通过动手实践，学会了如何剪花心，如何剪花边，再对花边进行边缘处理，花心的内部装饰之后。学生了解到团花的外圆以及内心的装饰。在对中间进行设计的同时，我是从分层来对学生进行教学设计的。分层讲解把中间的部分可以两层，三层甚至于更多的层次。学生可以有目的的进行设计自己的团花，并且在每层都设计出不同的内容。在讲解镂空部分时，我让学生将剪下来的部分填补到相应的部位，通过这种直观的方法解决教学难点。在这堂课上我赋予学生一个新的角色——小评委，大大增强了学生的积极性，变被动式的接受为主动的探究。在课堂教学中，我们只有摆脱过于强调接受学习的教学习惯，跳出传统教学的框架，为学生创设一个自主、合作、探究的学习的平台，让学生在自主学习过程中发现知识，提高能力，使两者有机结合。

教学目标：

1、学生观察了解团花的特点，提高欣赏水平和生活情趣。

2、学生通过学习团花的制作方法，培养动手能力和想象力。

3、学生通过尝试实践活动，培养创新探索能力和美化生活的能力。教学重难点：

重点：团花的特点及设计制作方法。 难点：纹样的设计及镂空的面积大小。

教具准备:多媒体课件、蜡光纸、剪刀、范例作品。 学具准备: 蜡光纸、剪刀。 教学安排：一课时 教学过程

一、欣赏感受，引起兴趣

1、出示一些团花剪纸作品，学生欣赏。问：这些作品的表现方法是什么？（剪纸）

2、继续欣赏，观察作品中的花纹有什么共同的特点？

小结：外形没有具体方向，上下左右对称。因为折法和剪法的不同，所以才会出现不同的效果。百变团花是以正方形纸的中心点为顶点，在连续对边、对角折叠几次后，剪出一个单元的纹样，展开后便成为放射状的团花剪纸。

二、介绍团花的历史，体会用途 师：我国的剪纸节术的很长的历史团花就是剪纸的一种，最早的团花出现在一千五百年前的古代南北朝是《对马团花》和《对猴团花》（课件）团花是中国剪纸历史最悠久运用率最广泛的一种形式，我国的劳动人民早在一千多年前就开始创作剪纸艺术了！

1、了解团花的象征意义。（放课件）

师：说说这两个团花的图案是什么内容？这两幅团花通常用在什么地方？

A、欣赏《福》字团花：寒梅报春寓意吉祥喜庆五蝙蝠图形象征五幅我们乏它为梅开五福寓意着新年的祝福（用于春节，寓意福到了） B、欣赏《年年有余》：在我们现在的生活中，团花运用也很广泛，仔细观察一下，团花里都有些甚么？（人们利用莲花、鱼的谐音和图形组成“连年有余”的吉祥图案，寓意富裕有余的美好生活）

师：团花与人们的生活密切相关

C、不同的团花使用的场合也不一样《喜字团花》用在什么场 （用于婚嫁）福禄寿喜用于什么场合？（用于生日祝寿）

师：同学们团花真美丽，你们可千万别小看你手中的团花，它在我们的生活中可有很多用途呢！（放课件）把团花用在了哪儿？（运用到了我们的邮票设计中）用在不同的地方，可以有不同的名字，在贴在鞋上叫鞋花，贴在窗上叫窗花，贴在礼品盒上叫礼花。

师：孩子们，其实这些看似复杂的团花，只需要一把剪刀、一张纸和一个想法，就可以被我们创造出来，你们想不想自己动手做出美丽的团花？

三、合作探究，学做团花。

1、找准中心点

师：请同学们翻开书到第12页，请看左下角有一幅团花作品，左下角是它的制作示意图,你能说出制作的步骤吗？ 教师小结：折——画——剪 师：怎样折出书中的三角形？

请折好的学生示范，教师教学生找出正方形的中心点。 学生继续照书上示意图完成剪纸。

师：大家在制作团花的过程中遇到困难了吗？ 生：分散成了碎纸片了。

师：同学们帮帮他，想一想这是为什么？

师：原来是因为没有找准中心点。团花是以正方形纸的中心点为顶点，剪的时候一定要找准中心点。还有就是剪的时候上下不能剪到头，左右不能剪到头。

2、如何设计团花内容

师：对照书中最下面一排图形是制作团花时常用到的花纹， 看看这幅团花作品上面有哪些花纹？你能把找出的花纹指给大家看吗？

生：飞燕纹、柳叶纹、三角、圆点。 师：（比较团花）教师出示两个团花，看这两个团花你更喜欢哪一个？为什么？ 生：花纹种类多„„

师：看来要想把团花剪得好还得注意这几点。花纹种类丰富的漂亮；镂空大小匀称的美丽；重复次数多得好看。

3、怎样设计花纹 师：有些团花的花纹很多，分为好几层，例如这几幅团花作品。你能说说怎样给团花分层的？那么这几幅团花作品分为几层？（课件） 小结：把花纹相同的归为同一层。

4、怎样剪边缘轮廓

师：请你们比较这几幅作品的边缘轮廓有什么不同？（课件） 生：有的是圆形、有的是多边形的。 师：怎样使团花的边缘轮廓成圆形？ 学生动手折剪并回答

小结：在将正方形的纸经过对边或对角对折后，折的次数越多越圆，再将边缘轮廓按照自己设计好的花纹，将多余的部分剪去，打开后的团花的边缘轮廓就是圆形的了。

5、怎样剪花心 出示几幅团花作品

师：请你们观察他们的花心部分有什么特点？ 生：花心部分的花纹不同。

师：怎样设计并剪出花心部分的花纹？请大家动手试剪后回答。

小结：花心部分是正方形的顶点部分，将纸折好后，在顶点部位画上半个图案，剪好后打开就成为几个连续的整的图形了。

6、怎样剪镂空部分 出示（课件）

教师让学生拿着剪掉的部分贴回到原来团花中相应的部位。 师：请你指出剪掉的部分是团花中的什么部分？ 生：是镂空的部分。

小结：在设计镂空的部分时，要大小和团花的整体的比例要适度，否则会不好看。另外，镂空部分的花纹只要画出一半，剪好打开后就是一个连续的整的镂空的花纹了。 教师：下面请大家欣赏用剪纸团花做装饰的各种实物。（课件）

四、创作实践

教师：你们想不想也把自己的团花做成一件装饰用的艺术品？我们一起动手制作。 学生制作（学生在轻柔的乐曲声中进行）

五、展示评价 ①展示：

同学们你们看，我们的手多巧!一会儿功夫，我们就做出了这么多漂亮的艺术品，请大家介绍一下你制作的团花作品可以用来做什么? ②评价：

师：说一说你最喜欢哪一个？为什么？从“外形、花纹、做工”等方面讲解。也可以谈谈自己作品中最满意的地方。

③欣赏：民间艺术剪纸及现代剪纸。（课件）

本课所讲授的内容为剪纸团花， 它是由折纸和剪纸相结合的艺术。 作为一

种民族手工艺，有着工具简单、制作简便和便于少儿接受的特点；剪纸，作为一 种美育的手段，

对启发少儿的想象力，

锻炼心灵手巧和胆大心细的品格， 有着不

可低估和得天独厚的作用。 剪纸团花是一种比较简单， 易于初学者掌握的民间艺

术形式，它是由折和剪相结合。教材第 12 页首先呈现给学生的是两幅团花作品 《对马团花》 《对猴团花》 ，

第 13 页展示了学生作品以及作业展示的不同方式。

作品的完成与展示是以学生能力与审美情趣的提高为目的的， 教师可以根据具体 情况灵活进行。

生：不一样，因为花纹不一样。

师： 是的，

我们今天的课题叫百变团花， 你说重点是在哪个字上边才体现团 花花纹的多样性呢？ （变） 师：

团花的美还表现在经过几番折叠的纸上不经意的 剪上几剪刀，信手而成的惊喜。

出示：板书

纹样。我们观察着几幅团花作品里的纹样有月牙纹、毛毛纹、柳叶纹、圆点、瓜子点、三角点等。

现在就请你尝试剪团花吧。（音乐）

师：你认为哪个团花你比较喜欢呢？为什么？

生：老师剪的比较圆，老师的团花里边的图案富于变化。

（如果有的学生剪的很快，

就可以把他的作品拿到前边来帮助他剪的细致一

些。 ）

各位家长，小朋友们，我们都知道作文对我们越来越重要了！

其次，学好作文，有过硬的文笔，将是未来就业的基础及途径。由此看来，学好写作，将来对孩子的影响会很大，并且会让孩子受益终生。

三、讲授新课

（一）、导入

创设情境——猜谜语

老师：老师今天给大家带来了一位朋友，你们想不想知道他是谁？

同学：想。

老师：可是请出这位朋友之前老师要给他家出个谜语，如果你们能猜出来那老师就把他请出来。

谜语：不用筷子不用瓢，吃时只用板儿挑，

孩子见了哈哈笑，一身大汗顿时消。

老师：你们猜到是什么了吗？

同学：冰激凌/雪糕

老师：小朋友们真是聪明极了，就是冰激凌/雪糕。小朋友你们平时喜欢吃冰激凌/雪糕

吗？

同学：喜欢！

老师：好，那接下来就让我们请出今天的这位好朋友吧！（拿出事先准备好的冰糕棍）

老师：这就是我今天为大家带来的好朋友，你们是不是很失望？（因为同学们以为老师给他们带来会是冰激凌/雪糕）

同学：是的！为什么不是冰激凌/雪糕？冰糕棍有什么值得介绍的？ 老师：你们是不是觉得这样的冰糕棍很难看？ 同学：是的！

老师：别急，接下来老师就让你们看看冰糕棍如何大变身！（出示课件） 同学：哇！好漂亮！ 老师：冰糕棍变成了什么？ 同学：小女孩、魔术师等！

老师：你们想不想也让冰糕棍大变身呢？ 同学：想！

老师：好，那接下来就跟着老师一起来让冰糕棍大变身吧！

（二）、装饰冰糕棍

1、出示事先做好的冰糕棍“魔术师”，从新做给同学们看。

老师给每位同学发一张白纸和一根冰糕棍。（根据实际情况，如果人少，可以给每位同学发一根冰糕棍，如果人多，那可以让同学在纸上先画出一个冰糕棍的形状。）

2、老师一边做一边讲，同学们一步一步地跟着做。（出示课件） ①先把冰糕棍用胶棒粘在白纸上

②用铅笔在冰糕棍上画出你想画的人物的脸和身体

③用铅笔在白纸和冰糕棍的结合处画上和人物相对应的头发/帽子、腿和胳膊等 ④接下来用彩笔把你画的画涂上颜色

3、装饰冰糕棍的步骤要有序：

用上首先„„然后„„接着„„其次„„再„„最后„„， 这些表示先后顺序的词语。

4、制作过程有条理

找学生把装饰冰糕棍的过程，来完整地叙述一遍，看谁说的最棒！

5、比一比，看谁的冰糕棍最漂亮

老师分组，请每组选出一个漂亮的冰糕棍进行PK，最后选出一个“最佳创意奖”和一个“最佳绘画奖”

6、谈感受

看着自己亲手制作的冰糕棍“小人”你的心情如何？

（三）指导

一、激发写作兴趣：

我们学会了制作冰糕棍“小人”。接下来，我们要用几句连贯的话把你制作冰糕棍“小人”所准备的材料及过程介绍给你的同学们。

（1）同学们我们如果要写这篇作文的话应该按照制作冰糕棍“小人”时间和地点、制作的过程、制作结束后的感受这个顺序来写，其中的制作冰糕棍“小人”时间和地点、结束后的感受要略写，制作冰糕棍“小人”的过程要详写。

（2）制作过程要注意按照先……然后……接着……再……最后……的顺序写清楚。

二、写话练习。

1、内容：想一想，怎样开头？按什么顺序写呢？把你说的写下来，

2、格式：一段话的开头要空两格，标点符号要占一格。

3、自己写话。

4、交流评议。

写完后多读几遍，看看有没有不通顺、不清楚，写错字的地方，如有，认真改一改。

三、教师总结、拓展。

1．说说你喜欢今天的写作课吗？回去后请把你在快乐课堂的快乐分享给大家吧！ 2．小结：做手工非常有趣，它能让我们变得心灵手又巧，而且更聪明，不管做什么事情，都要耐心、细心、认真。

四、激发写作需要

孩子们，这个百变冰糕棍好玩吗？你们想不想让更多的同学知道冰糕棍是怎么变得身的呢？那就快拿起你们手中的笔，把你让冰糕棍变身的过程写下来吧！这样他们就会对你头来崇拜的目光了，快动手吧！

五、写作文，教师巡回指导。

要求孩子，坐姿端正，握笔正确，做到：下笔不停，下笔不语，一气呵成。 教师要轻轻地走到孩子身边，对于有问题的孩子给予个别指导。

六、评价习作。

找出两三篇习作，当堂朗读，共同评改。老师要给予孩子真诚地肯定，鼓励他们动笔，

勤练习，今后会有大出息。

七、总结效果，鼓励报名。
