广西师范学院1978年12月经国务院批准为本科师范院校，1998年成为硕士授权单位，2003年，具有百年师范教育历史的前南宁民族师范学校并入我校，2008年学校以优秀等级通过教育部本科教学工作水平评估，2009年获批为教育硕士授权单位。建校以来，我校始终坚守师范教育阵地，不断彰显教师教育办学特色，服务广西基础教育发展，目前，共有师范类专业27个，师范生7600多人，占学生总数的63%。下面，根据自治区教育厅《关于开展高校师范专业办学能力提升计划评估检查的通知》（桂教办„2014‟109号）的文件精神，我向各位专家汇报我校实施“高校师范专业办学能力提升计划”的情况。

一、项目建设

（一）保障机制

1.领导机构：组织协调，提供保障

我校获批自治区示范性教师教育基地后，学校下发了文件《关于成立自治区示范性教师教育基地建设领导小组的通知》（桂师院教字[2011]17号），成立了由学校校长任组长、分管校领导任副组长的自治区示范性教师教育基地建设工作领导小组，明确各部门工作职责和内容。

2.专家小组：论证方案，确定目标

为了更好地实施“高校师范专业办学能力提升计划”，不断优化自治区示范性教师教育基地建设方案，我校先后组织相关人员赴西南大学、陕西师范大学、贵州师范大学等区外高校进行调研，明确了计划实施的总体目标、具体目标和建设内容，并根据自身办学定位和办学特色，制定了《广西师范学院教师教育基地建设方案》，分年度制定了2011年、2012年、2013年的基地建设实施方案。学校邀请校内外专家，对方案的可行性、科学性进行论证，最后修改定稿。

（二）硬件建设 1.经费使用情况。

2011-2013年，我校每年获自治区财政“高校师范专业办学能力提升计划”项目专项经费600万元，三年共获经费1800万，学校配套建设经费500万元。我校严格执行项目管理的有关规定，精心制定经费使用计划，坚持“专款专用、专项管理、突出重点、保证效益”的原则，确保专项资金发挥最大的效益和按时完成项目建设任务。

项目招投标按照《中华人民共和国政府采购法》等规定执行，学校财务及审计部门加强对专项资金使用的监督管理，确保了计划的实施。

2.“三平台，一基地建设”。

我校“高校师范专业办学能力提升计划”项目主要应用于教师专业能力发展平台、职教师资职业技能训练平台、教师教育数字化学习资源平台、教师教育实践教学基地等二级项目建设。项目以教师专业能力发展平台建设为中心，建构全新的自治区级示范性教师教育基地和自治区级实验教学示范中心——教师教育综合训练中心。

二、实施效果

（一）促进了师范类专业、课程建设 1.专业建设

优化教师教育专业结构。学校现有的27个教师教育本科专业，涵盖基础教育全部学科，教师教育培养类型包含学前、小学、初中、高中和中等职业教育师资培养。

打造教师教育专业品牌。在27个教师教育专业中，有教育部高等学校特色专业建设点2个，教育部本科专业综合改革试点1个，广西高校优质专业7个，广西高校特色专业及课程一体化建设项目5个。

2.课程建设

完善教师教育课程体系。围绕教师专业理念与师德、教师专业知识、教师专业能力三个维度构建包含教师教育基础课程、教师教育专业能力训练课程、教师教育拓展课程、教师教育实践课程等四个模块的教师教育课程体系。调整教师教育课程学分构成比例，加大教师教育课程比重，由原来的25学分增至32学分；加大了实践教学环节，教育见习、实习延长至18周；实行师范生能力测评与实习准入制度。

开发建设了一批教师教育资源共享课程。近三年，学校获教师教育国家级精品资源共享课2门，国家级精品视频公开课1门，自治区级精品视频公开课1门。同时确立校级精品视频公开课15门，教师教育精品资源共享课6门。教师教育资源共享课的建设进一步推动学校教师教育课程改革，为培养造就优秀教师和未来教育家提供优质课程资源，实现优质教师教育教学资源辐射共享。

（二）促进了人才培养模式改革

1.探索“城乡联动，校地协同”实践教学模式。学校在全区高校率先开展师范生定岗实习支教试点工作。建立教师教育“三位一体”实践教学机制，推行高师院校、城区中小学、农村学校三方共同参与的“顶岗实习—顶岗支教—置换培训”的实践教学改革，强化师范生实践教学训练。该项实践教学模式改革成果获2012年广西高等教育自治区级教学成果奖特等奖。

2.构建“一主两翼、职前职后衔接贯通、教—研—培互动”的职教师资人才培养模式。学校先后在计算机科学与技术等9个专业举办职教师资班，在校职教师范生近2000人，为广西中等职业教育发展提供强有力的人才支撑。我校职教师资培养模式改革成果获广西高等教育自治区级教学成果奖一等奖。

3.启动“陶行知实验班”卓越教师教育人才培养计划。学校先后在汉语言文学、英语、数学与应用数学、思想政治教育、小学教育5个专业开展了“陶行知实验班”改革试点。启动了以培养卓越后备师资为目标的、以双导师制、两次实习为主要内容的“陶行知实验班”教师教育人才培养模式改革，成功地探索了高质量师范生人才培养模式。

4.实施“有效教育”，对接基础教育改革。2012年学校被批准为“广西基础教育学校教学改革试点项目研修基地”。在全国高师院校中率先启动“MS-EEPO有效教育”，积极探索在高师院校实施有效教育理念和模式的有效途径，适应有效教育改革的新要求，形成大中小贯通的有效教育通道，实现有效教育的目标。

（三）促进了师范生教师教育能力发展

1.微格教学。组织微格教学，为师范生开展课堂教学技能、教学板书、教学语言、教学仪态等训练活动和举行教学技能比赛的场所。通过对教学活动进行实时录制、网络直播和点播，使师范生在获得大量的反馈意见，进而提高教育教学能力。

2.远程见习。建设了师范生远程见习系统，让在校师范生通过网络实时地接受校外基地学校优秀教师的言传身教，提升教学实践的效率和效果。目前，学校已与南宁市二中、南宁市三十七中、武鸣高中、上林中学等学校建立了远程见习多媒体教室。

（四）促进了教师队伍建设

1.实施教师践习制度。以课题立项的形式资助教师教育类课程教师到中小学一线教育践习，获得在基础教育一线教学工作经历，提升教学能力。

2.培育有效教育专家团队。引导教师关注有效教育，贴近基础教育实际，进行教改学实践的反思和研究，全方位引领和推进广西基础教育改革与发展。

（五）促进了服务基础教育的能力

1.开展农村小学全科教师定向培养。以培养乡村教学能手为重点，实施农村小学全科教师培养计划和壮汉双语教师培养计划，在小学教育专业探索了“二年制农村小学全科教师培养”、“五年制农村小学全科教师培养”、“二年制农村小学壮汉双语教师培养”等模式，面向农村学校培养乡村教学能手。

2.组织中小学在职教师培训。以名师培育为重点，实施名师培育项目和课题研究合作项目，先后承担钦州市名师培养工程、柳江县名校长培养工程、民族学校名校长培养工程、特级教师工作坊等项目，发挥名师的引导和辐射作用，为在职教师搭建专业成长平台。

3.创建“教师教育改革创新实验区”。以高校为主导，协同城区优质学校，带动农村学校，联合创建“教师教育改革创新实验区”。目前，学校先后与革命老区百色市、壮族聚居地崇左市等地市教育局及武鸣民族中学、马山合理村平安希望小学等8所中小学（幼儿园）签订共建“教师教育改革创新实验区”协议。打通高师教育与基础教育的围墙，形成高师院校与基础教育学校合作可持续发展的长效机制。

4.承办全区教学技能大赛。学校利用教育教育基地建设项目并结合学校教师教育专业优势，自2011年以来，先后承办了全区师范生教学技能大赛和中小学、幼儿园教师教学技能大赛，为全区中小学教师、师范生构建交流与学习的平台。

（六）提高了我校师范专业人才培养质量

1.我校师范生在各级各类教学技能大赛获奖数和获奖等级均位居全省之首。2011年以来，我校师范生在各级各类教学技能大赛中共获奖项125项，其中获全国师范生教学技能奖项76项。在第

二、三届全国高等院校化学专业师范生教学素质大赛中，获特等奖2项，是广西唯一获此殊荣的高校。在第

二、三届广西师范生教学技能大赛中，共获奖61项，获奖数居全区各师范院校榜首。在教育部教师资格考试测评中，我校师范生通过率为65%，排名全区第一。

2.我校师范专业毕业生就业率达90%以上。2010—2013年学校四届师范专业毕业生就业率均在90%以上。首届“陶行知实验班”毕业生就业率为100%。近五年毕业生质量跟踪调查显示，用人单位对我校师范专业毕业生的满意率均在94%以上，认为他们“下得去、留得住、用得上”。

（七）产生了良好的社会效益

1.区内外学校及相关单位纷纷到我校教师教育基地参观考察。我校先后接待了来自区内外多个学校及相关单位来参观考察，据不完全统计3年来共有20多个单位来我校交流考察，其中有高校、中小学校、幼儿园、中职学校的领导和教师，以及政府有关部门的负责人，取得了较好的示范作用和辐射效果。

2.教育部门户网站、《光明日报》、《广西日报》等媒体先后对我校教师教育创新人才培养改革实践成效进行了报道。

三、建设规划

（一）实施教师教育特色专业群打造工程

学校将围绕学校的主干学科—教师教育学科来进行重点打造中学教师、小学教师和中职教师三大系列教师教育特色专业群，推进学校特色发展，形成鲜明的办学特色。

（二）启动“教师教育协同创新与服务中心”建设项目 我校筹措经费800万元将在五合新校区建设“教师教育协同创新与服务中心”项目，项目建设已经启动。学校将瞄准民族地区教师教育发展战略需求，进一步打造我校教师教育的特色与优势，汇聚现代教育理念与教育技术，着力于民族地区师范生与教师教育能力提升，突出协同创新与服务新机制，力争将项目建设成为区内具有较大影响力的教师培养、教育研究、教育服务、成果转化中心。

Local binary pattern (LBP) is widely used in machine vision applications such as face detection, face recognition and moving object detection [9-11].LBP represents a relatively simple yet powerful texture descriptor which can describe the relationship of a pixel with its immediate neighborhood.The fundamental of LBP operator is showed in Fig 1.The basic version of LBP produces 256 texture patterns based on a 9 pixels neighborhood.The neighboring pixel is set to 1 or 0 according to the grayscale value of the pixel is larger than the value of centric pixel or not.For example, in Fig1 7 is larger than 6, so the pixel in first row first column is set to 1.Arranging the 8 binary numbers in certain order, we get an 8 bits binary number, which is the LBP pattern we need.For example in Fig.1, the LBP is 10001111.LBP is tolerant [\'tɒl(ə)r(ə)nt] against illumination changing.When the grayscales of pixels in a 9 pixels window are shifted due to illumination changing, the LBP value will keep unchanged. The typical LBP cannot meet the need of practical application of video surveillance for two reasons: Firstly, a “window” which only contains 9 pixels is a small area in which the grayscales of pixels are similar or same to each other, and the texture feature in such a small area is too weak to be reflected by a LBP.Secondly, pixel noise will immediately cause the noise of LBP, which may lead to a large number of wrong detection.In order to obtain a better performance, we proposed an improved LBP based on the mean value of “block”.In our algorithm, one block contains 9 pixels.Compared with original LBP pattern calculated in a local 9 neighborhood between pixels, the improved LBP operator is defined by comparing the mean grayscale value of central block with those of its neighborhood blocks (see Fig.2).By replacing the grayscales of pixels with the mean value of blocks, the effect of the pixel noise is reduced.The texture feature in such a bigger area is more significant to be described by LBP pattern.PPT(9)

In practical application, the background is changing randomly.For traditional background subtraction algorithm the incapability of updating background timely will cause wrong detection.In order to solve this problem, we propose an algorithm with dynamic self updating background model.As we know, Inter-frame difference method can detect moving object without a background model, but this method cannot extract the full shape.Background subtraction method can extract the full shape but needs a background model.The basic principle of our algorithm is running a frame difference moving object detection proce concurrently [kən\'kʌrəntli] with the background subtraction proce.What’s time to update the background is according to the result of frame difference detection.PPT(10)

10 Look at this example 2, this equation is in SOP form, first we should convert it into standard SOP, and then it can be represented on K-map.Observe this equation, this term and this term are not minterm.Although minterm and SOP form are discued early, I think it’s neceary to review this knowledge.Minterm is also called standard product form, we look at example 2, the 3 terms are product form.This and this terms are only product form, they are not standard product form.But this term is standard product form.What’s minterm? Well I ask you to consider -- if this is a firm, and if the Board of Regents are the Board of Directors, and if President Kerr in fact is the manager, then I tell you something -- the faculty are a bunch of employees and we\'re the raw material! But we\'re a bunch of raw materials that don\'t mean to be -- have any proce upon us.Don\'t mean to be made into any product! 第二点，思路的顺畅。这一点是因人而异的，毕竟就算同一个课题，不同的人做就有不同的想法，我们在汇报工作的ppt中最好能够按照工作内容的思路来展现自己的工作。我在做ppt时一般是这样：第一页列出上次汇报中老师提出的问题和计划，第二页列出这段时间的工作内容提纲，然后开始按照提纲进行结果和讨论的部分，这部分是重点，遇到什么问题，如何解决，为了解决这个问题想到了什么样的实验方法，最后问题是否得到了解决等等。这其中适时的插入一些总结和讨论，仔细思考，将自己在各个方面的实验结果联系起来，如果能够相互映证当然最好，不能的话应提出造成这种“矛盾”可能的原因，除此之外，实验过程中还遇到什么样的困难，需要如何解决。最后，下一步工作计划，要如何做，还有什么需要。按照这样的方法，我可以很清楚的表达自己的想法，而老板也对我的课题日益重视，在至今的两年时间里，已经先后置办了固定反应器、真空干燥箱、质谱、tpr（在建）等一系列设备，至于我实验中签的表征许可单，就数不清了。当然，老板不在乎花钱，但是这钱一定要花的值得，我所置办的设备都在经常运行并得到良好的维护，我所做的表征很少有废掉没有用的，几乎每一个数据都反映在了汇报ppt中。

3、阶段工作的体现 我有一个很好的朋友（希望他看到后不要介意），每次做汇报ppt的时候都会觉得自己没东西，一做ppt就只有10页左右，然而实际情况是他工作非常刻苦，实验转起来没有一天是停下来的，和他交流后我发现他存在两个问题：

1、自己觉得一些结果不好，

2、在结果的表达方式上有问题。

其次，结果的表述问题。一组结果如何表达是很有讲究的，如折线图适宜表达变化趋势，饼状图有利于表达相对份额等等。通过合适的表达方式，往往能够是自己的结果一目了然，有助于发现实验结果之间的规律。

4、个人思考的展现写到这里，不知不觉发现本来应该放在这里的东西有很大一部分已经在上面的内容中说过了。回头看看上面的内容，其实一直再说的就是思想二字。一定要通过恰当的方式表达出自己对课题的思考和对结果的分析，以及对这些分析结果的思考。 箭头是一种非常好的表达思路的符号，但是我个人十分的不推荐powerpoint软件中的箭头工具，不管是直箭头还是弯箭头都太太难看了，我个人推荐画直线或自由曲线后，双击曲线，然后在顶端、尾端加箭头状，然后通过设置线条的粗细来控制箭头的大小，这样做的原因在前面提到过，能够造成一种手绘的印象，从而给人以思考过程的感觉，大家可以尝试一下。

5、简洁，明快，美观

这里主要涉及的是美术方面的问题，也是最最仁者见仁的地方。我个人认为工作汇报的ppt应该使用浅色背景，最好是白色的背景，用我们老板的话说：“白色是最容易配色的颜色”。在ppt的左上角做一条直线，加粗一点，然后使用颜色渐变（见附图），将整个页面分成上下两部分，上面写一些标题性内容，下面则是正文。

——诸城一中心理健康工作汇报

尊敬的各位领导，老师： 大家上午好！

下面我将分别从我校心理健康教育工作的开展情况以及迎接此次潍坊合格心理辅导室建设需注意的问题这两个方面来向大家做汇报。

诸城一中，创建于1952年，占地500亩，建筑面积12.8万平方米，现在校学生6900多人，教职工620多人。诸城一中是山东省首批规范化学校，全国心理健康教育重点实验基地，全国心理健康教育示范学校。

心理健康教育是实施素质教育的重要组成部分，我校从学生实际出发，积极开展心理健康教育研究。

1995年，诸城一中成立了诸城市第一个心理研究室，1998年山东省教育厅齐玉笃研究员来校调研心理健康教育工作，给予了充分肯定。1999年学校成为“全国心理健康教育重点实验基地”。2013年被中国教师发展基金会评为“心理健康教育示范学校”，2015年1月通过潍坊首批合格心理辅导室验收，3月，成为潍坊市首批心理健康教育特色学校。

我分别从以下三个方面来介绍一下我校具体的工作开展情况：

一、完善机制 构建心理健康教育网络

为了将心理健康教育落到实处，学校成立了以校长为组长，主管副校长为副组长的心理健康教育领导小组，以“诸城一中思维训练室”为平台，以专职心理健康教师为核心，以班主任、学科教师、兼职心理健康教师为骨干，成立了心理健康教育工作中心。制定了学校心理健康教育发展规划，在每学期学校工作要点中都有心理健康教育的相关内容，把学生心理健康状况和学生群体心

1 理健康教育的开展纳入学校德育工作总体规划，并制定了完善的规章制度。

根据心理辅导室的建设要求，辅导室的外部布置主要包括：

1.辅导室入口处应张贴一些轻松热情、欢迎到来的宣传海报或标语、图示等；

2.辅导室门口可挂一个信箱，并根据学校特色起一个温馨的名字，如心语信箱、阳光小屋信箱、悄悄话信箱等。

辅导室的内部布置主要包括：

1.颜色设计以暖色为主，比如：淡黄、淡橙、米色、粉红等，也可适当使用淡绿和淡蓝色。不要大量使用鲜艳的颜色，如红色、明黄，也不要大量使用暗淡的颜色，如黑色，灰色，褐色等。

2.避免玻璃质地的物品，包括玻璃茶几，玻璃花瓶，玻璃杯，玻璃隔断等都是不适宜的。

3.避免棱角的物品，如窗户最好不用木板装框，壁画不要加颜色很重的边框，茶几、沙发扶手的棱角不要太明显，最好是圆角的。

4.建议使用垂吊的物品，如窗帘应选用质地柔软、自然下垂的布料，宜选择垂吊的绿色植物，不宜选用百叶窗。

根据以上建设要求，学校设立了“阳光满屋”诸城一中思维训练室、修身室等心理健康教育阵地，先后建设并完善了心理接待室，辅导室，小团体活动室，宣泄放松室，测评区，档案资料区，阅览区等，配备了北京师范大学“心知堂”沙盘，安装了中国心理学会推荐的《心智仪学生心理测评及档案管理系统》软件，订阅了《中小学心理健康教育》等心理杂志。在人员和经费方面，学校也给予了充分的保障。

如今，学校已形成了较为完善的心理健康教育网络，机制健全，职责分明，

2 确保了心理健康教育工作的稳定和持续发展。

二、打造名师团队

实现全员心理健康教育

我校通过多种措施加强心理教师培训，形成了“人人都是心理健康教育工作者”的良好氛围。

1．构建一支专兼职的心理健康教育辅导教师队伍。

学校现有2名专职心理教师，其中1名为华南师范大学心理系硕士毕业。两位教师均已取得国家二级心理咨询师资格证书。另外，兼职心理教师队伍庞大，现共有128名教师获得国家三级心理咨询师证书，6名教师获得国家二级心理咨询师证书，他们成为学校心理健康教育的强大推动力。

根据学生实际，自2012年开始，学校为每个班级配备了一名女助理班主任，专门从事女生的管理与辅导工作，弥补了男班主任较多所带来的不足，能更多地关注女生成长，贴近女生心灵。

2．加强教师心理健康教育培训。

学校每年都选派心理健康教育骨干教师参加各级心理健康活动以及心理健康教育的专项培训活动，将心理健康教育列入师资培训内容，面向全体教师推进心理健康教育培训活动，鼓励全体教师尤其是班主任参加国家心理咨询师资格认证考试。拥有“心理咨询师证书”已成为诸城一中担任班主任、评先树优、职称评聘的重要条件。

三、开展丰富活动

彰显心理健康教育特色

1、课程开设，课堂渗透

除了每周正常的心理健康教育课之外，学校借助班会时间为学生开设心理健康教育活动课或讲座，每月召开1次教研活动，每学期安排2次校级公开课或讲座。教学计划、教学大纲、教案与课件等完善齐备。

3 高中心理健康教育课的配套教材是由山东画报出版社出版，山东省教学研究室主编的《中小学心理健康教育的理论与实践》和《心理健康》高中三个年级分册用书。

心理健康教育课的教案在内容编排上跟其他学科基本相同，主要包括：主题背景分析、教学目标、教学方法、教学准备以及教学过程和教学反思。但主要区别在于：心理健康活动课的教学过程主要是以紧扣主题的各种活动来贯穿课堂的始终。所以，教学过程主要是一个活动的设计编排过程。这是我们在准备教案时需要注意的问题。

另外，学校凝练总结形成了“五维一体”的课程体系，开发了《诸城一中心理健康教育》校本课程，根据不同年级不同的心理发展特点开展学科教学。高一注重新生适应辅导，高二侧重学习方法、人际交往主题，高三侧重升学就业、职业生涯规划指导。同时，学校还要求任课教师在课堂教学中要渗透心理健康教育。这样心理健康教育在每个年级、每个班级全面铺开，使课堂成为学生个性成长和人格完善的重要阵地。

2、多彩活动，保驾护航。

①配合教育处，开展修身室教育活动

修身室每间周开课一次，每次为期两天。来修身室的学生多数是违反纪律或者所谓的“问题学生”，修身室学习内容是将传统文化，心理活动课，职业生涯规划等课程融为一体，由专职心理教师带领，旨在通过两天的学习生活，让学生有所触动和感悟，进而能够快速地成长起来。

主要内容安排包括谈心，了解学生基本情况；齐颂感恩词；研读、背诵《弟子规》；心理健康活动课；带领学生进行《霍兰德职业类型量表》测试；修身活动——清理学校池塘垃圾、铲除广场上的口香糖；认真总结书写感悟反思等。

4 同时建立修身学生档案，对学生的表现进行后续追踪监察。

②组建“阳光心理社团”和“学生心理互助小组”。

学校根据学生具体情况，在工作中，不断深化“三自教育”，“阳光心理社团”每周都有活动，或是演心理情景剧，或是唱励志歌曲，或是给大家讲心理常识，或是赏析心理电影，或是做问卷调查，让学生自己正视心理问题。“学生心理互助小组”能及时发现同学之间的心理问题并及时进行沟通和交流。这样学生在参与中不断提高自己，使心理健康教育更加贴近学生实际，更容易走进学生的心灵。

③学校把每年的五月设为心理健康活动月。

侧重积极心理品质的培养，以发展心理健康教育与积极心理学理念为主导，心理教师精心设计心理健康活动月实施方案。以“和谐心灵、健康成长”、“关爱生命，绽放美丽”、“学会感恩”等为主题，借以多种形式开展心理健康教育活动，宣传普及心理健康知识。提升师生对自身、对他人心理健康的关注，营造良好心理健康教育氛围，促进学校心理健康教育和谐发展。

每年五月第一个周一的升旗仪式上进行心理健康主题的国旗下讲话，拉开心理健康活动节的帷幕。举办心理健康主题班会，让学生亲近心理，认识自我，理解他人，珍爱生命，学会学习，并评选班会优秀课件、教案、活动照片、学生感悟等。

开展心理健康专题板报、手抄报和心理健康知识展板评比活动，建设班级与校园文化，营造浓郁心理健康教育氛围。内容包括人际相处技巧、心理保健、学习心理等板块，促进心理健康知识的普及。

开展阳光趣味运动会。通过举办信任背摔，拔河比赛，两人三足等室外拓展活动，调适心境，舒缓心理压力，培养团队意识，鼓励学生走入阳光、走向

5 运动场，通过积极健康的室外生活促进个人身心健康发展。

举办让学生终生难忘的活动——106里长途拉练。每年举办高一新生106里长途拉练，这是意志力之旅、班级凝聚力之旅、团结信任之旅、超越自我之旅，有助于提升学生心理素质。配合的拉练感悟征文比赛让学生从思想、心灵深处反思自我，提升自我。

定期举办心理健康教育讲座。学校内由专兼职教师根据学生实际选择主题，积极举办心理健康知识讲座；同时，学校还邀请校外优秀心理健康教育工作者来进行心理系列专题讲座，先后请来了著名心理专家王极盛教授、张一山教授，北师大心理学博士周轶，著名作家、心理咨询师毕淑敏等专家来学校做报告，通过这些活动的开展，促进师生调节自我，达到自助；遇到心理难题，学会求助，掌握解决心理困扰的途径与方法，用阳光的心态面对生活。

3.强化宣传，营造氛围。

开办“阳光心语”心理健康报，设有心理知识、趣味心理故事、哲理美文、案例分析、学习心理指导等栏目，定期发放给学生和老师们阅读。

学校宣传栏、校园广播、学校电视台设有心理健康专栏，营造“人人关心心理健康教育，人人参与心理健康教育”的良好氛围。创建诸城一中信息管理平台，开辟心理健康教育专栏，及时上传和更新心理健康教育的有关信息。

4.家校合作，共促成长。

在实践过程中，学校根据学生心理发展的规律和特点，通过家长学校、家长论坛等，形成合力，共促学生成长。每学年为家长举办1—2次心理健康教育讲座或宣传活动，帮助家长树立正确的教育观念，了解和掌握孩子成长的特点、规律以及心理健康教育的方法，加强亲子沟通，以积极健康和谐的家庭环境影响孩子，为家长提供促进孩子发展的指导意见。

6 学校还与社区积极合作，开展学子企业行，社区参观，义工服务，体验父母职业、导航精彩人生等活动，增强了学生的责任意识、职业规划意识等。

在做好以上工作的同时，个体辅导室全天开放，由专职教师全天接待。经统计，高中生困扰多集中在学习方法的指导，学习压力的排解，同学关系以及异性交往等问题。对值班记录、辅导过程进行及时归档，对辅导案例有相应的分析、对策与辅导效果评价。

心理健康教育的成功开展，促进了师生和学校的发展。一大批以“心理健康教育”为主题的科研课题获得立项并通过专家组鉴定，有多篇论文在《中学生心理健康教育》杂志等报刊上发表。学校连续九年获得潍坊市人民政府优秀教学成果奖一等奖，办学经验两次在《中国教育报》头版头条报道。由于成绩突出，学校被评为潍坊市首批“心理健康教育特色学校”，产生了良好的辐射示范和带动作用。

2015年1月，专家组来我校进行潍坊市首批合格心理辅导室验收工作。听取了学校心理健康教育工作的汇报，对实际环境进行了参观，对相关材料进行了严格的审阅，结合学校工作开展情况和专家组的建议，现总结了以下特别需要注意的问题：

1、一定严格按照下发的潍坊市学校合格心理辅导室建设和管理自评表逐条认真地进行准备。

2.学校心理辅导室在名称以及各项规章制度的悬挂挂牌中，不要出现“心理咨询”、“来访者”、“疾病”、“障碍”等名称，可改为“辅导老师”和“学生”等

3.可利用学校机房组织学生做相关的心理测试答卷，为学生的文理分科、人生规划等做相应参考；还可以帮助学校挑选出特殊人才，有利于抓苗子。

7 4.在教案编写和辅导记录两部分查的相对详细。

5.活动开展要保留各个环节的完整材料，形成系统的材料积累。从局里关于活动的通知，到学校对于活动的具体规划及实施方案，再到活动具体的开展和安排，以及相应的反馈材料等都要齐全。

6、开展的活动，不能只有照片材料，要有相对应的素材以及学生的感悟等手写材料。

7.多举行心理活动讲座，比如高一新生的入学适应讲座，高三一模，高三二模等相对应的讲座，要形成一个系列，持续的，固定的进行。

The series is about Natsume, an orphaned teenage boy.For as long as he can remember, Takashi Natsume has had the ability to see spirits, inheriting the power from his grandmother Reiko.Upon her death, Reiko bequeaths to her grandson her Book of Friends, the notebook she used to bind spirits under her control.The Book of Friends is a highly prized item in the spirit world, and spirits haunt Takashi constantly.Whereas Reiko formed the contracts, however, Takashi spends his time diolving the contracts and releasing the various spirits that come to him for help.But that doesn\'t mean there aren\'t malicious spirits trying to kill him.Which is where Madara comes in; Madara serves as Natsume\'s bodyguard and spiritual advisor of sorts, even though he is motivated by his own desire to poe the Book of Friends.He later on begins to become more attached to Takashi.

Takashi Natsume

The hero, Natsume is an orphan.His parents died when he was very young , leaving him to be paed from relative to relative.Natsume has a tough and sad childhood, but he is warm-hearted and trying to be a kind person.Natsume is eventually paed on to a middle-aged couple on his father\'s side of the family.They loves him.

Madara

A mysterious Inugami.,means a spirit of dog.Madara was sealed in a shrine until he was accidentally released by Natsume.Madara ordinarily takes on the shape of a lucky cat, leading Natsume to nickname him Nyanko-sensei.He is a leader in the spirits\' world, who is powerful and robust.
